I am experiencing a little bit of, um, what I call corn eye
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What you think, what you feel now, what you know to be real.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, welcome. It’s Monday. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. We had a good weekend, pretty productive weekend. Got a lot of stuff done around the farm and whatnot. Got outside, did some hiking. I am experiencing a little bit of, what I call corn eye. That’s what I lovingly call the corn eye. That happens here to me in Colorado. but you know what? It’s a whole lot better. Thank good brew for that, because I’ve been taking the good brew pretty faithfully. I’ll admit. I’ll skip a day or two here. I wish I hadn’t right now, because I’m sure if I was really diligent, took it two times a day, I would probably be sitting better today. But, as I lovingly like to say, my canadianisms coming out here, that my eyes look like two piss holes in the snow right now. So if you’re watching the video, that’s what’s going on with me today. I got these watery eyes, and, they’re little itchy, but, man, I tell you, five years ago or so, they would be swollen shut when I woke up in the morning. So that tells me I’m getting better and better. My, gut microbiome is getting better, and I’m getting more, able to handle it. I don’t know if it’s actually the pollen in the air or if it’s what they’ve been, you know, they sprayed on the corn or what it is, but it’s always in August, and it’s always right around this time. And, it never used to happen until I moved away and we moved back. you know, we moved away, and then we moved back to a similar spot, and it seems like I lost my immunity to it. I know that. I’ve read about that, how that can happen when you return to a space and, get re exposed to it when you weren’t exposed to it for a while. So just trying to, you know, unlock the secrets here, the secrets of the body all the time. But anyways, I hope I get through the show without sneezing today, because sneezing has been an issue for me, this weekend as well. I think I broke my own personal record. I think 14 sneezes in a row was a new one. Oh, my goodness.
There’s a push to have a conversation about Israel and the Middle East
Anyways, what are they so focused on in the world today? Oh, my gosh. So it seems like, Well, of course, we have the democratic national committee, thing going on in Chicago. That’s, something probably to keep your eyes on, right? Lots of people flooding into Chicago. I’ve heard, like, I’ve heard upwards of like hundred thousand protesters already or something like that. Like insane. So what’s all that about? It feels orchestrated to me, you guys. It feels orchestrated. Hopefully nothing goes south there, but, I’m a little concerned about it. In addition to that, the culture war continues. I listened to a couple of different podcasts when I was doing some farm work, this weekend, and, there’s really a big push to, have this conversation about, you know, Israel and, the Middle east. And a lot of big influencers are weighing in, and they’re talking about things that, you know, in regard to Israel that a lot of people don’t want them to say. A lot of people don’t want them to say. And so, Candace Owens, of course, released a, podcast that she had done, you know, quite a while ago with Kanye west. She released that. That seemed to kick it off. You know, that seemed to kick off this conversation. And now we’re starting to hear other influencers like the Tate brothers, and now another one coming, forward to talk about their opinions on, Zionists and how Zionists control so much of business. And, you know, breaking it down. And a lot of this stuff, I just can’t believe they’re talking about it. You know, I’ve watched a lot of these different documentaries about the history of Zionism and all this stuff, and I thought, there’s no way anyone’s ever going to start talking about this in the mainstream. And yet, here we are. Here we are. Here’s what I have to say about it, though. what I wanted to say about it was there’s bad size to bad people in every single culture, and I don’t think we should lose sight of that. And the glaringly obvious thing in this discussion online is that, if you criticize Israel, you are automatically, assumed to be a Hamas supporter. You’re a supporter of them immediately if you criticize Israel and it kind of goes the other way, right. If you’re pro Palestine, then immediately you must be anti, Israel. And, most people I know don’t think like that, especially Americans. I feel like Americans are so frickin tired of the fighting and the ongoing. We don’t want anything to do with it. We want to focus on America. I know a novel concept, but that to me, is glaringly, obvious that this conversation is so incredibly binary that we can’t have an opinion. Like, I don’t really care. I don’t care about that. I don’t care about that side. I don’t care about this side right now. I care about restoring order and restoring peace in America. This needs to be our focus. Yet our focus is always being drug away to some other conversation. Don’t allow it. There are bad sides to every single race, religion, culture, group of any kind. There are always infiltrators, always. So, you know, demonizing a whole group of people is not a, not a, good thing to do. It creates a lot of problems. Of course, we saw that with the unvaccinated people during COVID You want to demonize a whole group of people? No, do not fall into that, that, paradigm that’s being pushed. I wish, we could just have open conversations and point out the truths from each angle and then be like, okay, we don’t have to get so one sided because that’s when it starts to get, toxic, in my opinion.
Our language has been hijacked and weaponized against us, Joe says
one other way that they’re kind of driving the narrative also is, through our language. Right. This is actually what I wanted to talk about is, the way that our language has been hijacked and how they then weaponize our language against us is something that we really have to pay attention to and reclaim it. Dont allow people to steal the definition of the words that you use and then weaponize them against you. And I, think thats whats happening around this discussion, right. So as soon as any criticism brought upon Israel is brought forth or discussion about it is brought forth, its immediately anti semite. Immediately. Right. And it is, from the opposite side as well. Any kind of criticism about the muslim community, all of a sudden, you’re xenophobic, you’re anti islamic, and these words mean nothing anymore because they’ve been so hijacked and overused. just because you bring criticism, to the forefront doesn’t mean that you’re immediately anti or that you have hate for this group of people. It’s a discussion. Gosh, we can have discussion still in this country, right? We’re never going to make headway if we don’t. That’s for sure. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Language has taken a beating with the onset of the woke mind virus
Okay, hijacking your language. So this is so important that people understand that it is just, oh my goodness, you know, our language has just gone through a beating, especially over the last five, six years or so, you know, with the onset of the woke mind virus. It’s just taking a beating. You know, what we think a word means now has been hijacked and turned into something totally different. And, it’s frustrating. but our best defense against it is pushing back and asking people, you know, well, what do you mean by that? Right? So here’s an example of it. I have a clip for you. this is from a podcast that was featuring doctor Sean Baker. doctor Sean Baker, of course, is a carnivore guy. He has gotten extremely amazing results in his practice with patients, but also individually with going carnivore. And, this is how he was attacked on a podcast. I want to introduce you to a new terminal coming soon. Take a listen.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: they’re primarily guys that like to eat meat, and so they’re talking about. They are talking about nutrient dense foods, but those have more calories. And you’re talking about things that have high, nutrients but low calories, right? Correct. I mean, you’re getting a lot of bad information that’s killing people. And those people should be put in jail that you’re having on your show.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh. Sean Baker, you need to be put in jail.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s right. They should be stopped. They should, like, silence them.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Not changing your matters.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Everybody, Sean Baker is, part of.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: The biggest holocaust on this planet and says that it’s a contradiction. Rafael, if I’m not willing to change, what should be done with me. Yeah, you should, It should be illegal what you’re doing. And you should be treated the same way that humans. That if you were eating and holocausting humans, you should be put in jail. You should be, taught to be a better human being. Of course. So you’re advocating because I’m not willing to change my position, I should be jailed and maybe executed or something like that? No, no, I’m not for death penalty. I’m not for death penalty at all. But maybe. Maybe. Maybe imprisonment, right? Yeah, you should definitely be imprisoned to stop you from violating the rights of other people. Just like if I were to do the same thing with humans or these alien beings that I described to you before, you cannot run around and stuffing their bodies into your face holes. That should be illegal. You should be in jail. And I will be the reason for that being illegal. Speciesism has to end. It’s just like racism towards animals.
The term speciesism is going to be used in the transhuman agenda
Okay, first of all, you gotta see the video of this, because this gal talking at the second part of the clip there is wearing, cow ears. so she identifies, I guess, part animal or whatever, but, the word that I wanted for you to just pay attention to here is species. Speciesism, okay? The lunatics are trying to run the asylum, everyone. The lunatics are trying to run the asylum. And I, think we’ve had enough. I think we’ve had enough. So this term, speciesism is going to be used in the transhuman agenda, mark my words. Okay, you heard it here first. This is going to be used much like being a racist, being a misogynist, being a xenophobe. You know, all the names you’ve been called over the last four and a half, five years? Science denier, you know, whatever. All of those things which mean almost nothing anymore. but this species ism is going to be used to basically, demean you as a human being and demean God’s creation of life, human life, as being the dominant species on this planet as humans. Right. Because we’re pretty special. Humans are pretty special. I mean, I love animals more than, you know, most, I think. But, I value human life, you know, human life’s number one. And, they’ve got a big wall to break down here in our conditioning. And the conditioning is that, you know, humans are number one, right? You save humans over an animal because it’s a human. That’s kind of our thinking, right. they’re going to try to break this down because in order to get you to accept a different kind of form of human, which is, you know, maybe artificial intelligence merged with biology, human biology, to create this machine model of human, which they’re already doing, you know, with, you know, changing our genetic code and whatnot, they have to get you to kind of, you know, not be loyal to humanity. So these people that you’re going to start hearing this speciesism, you’re going to be accused of this like it’s a dirty word. And so prepare yourself. Right? This is laughable. This is laughable and should be treated as such. This is laughable. This is completely ridiculous. And if you are going to throw around a word like speciesism, you’re anti human. And I think we pretty. We should kick that up pretty fast. You’re anti human? Oh, you’re anti human. Oh, see, I’m I’m. I’m pro human. I’m team humanity. So if you’re going to take down human life, a couple rungs, and put it on the same plateau as these other life forms on the planet, no, that’s not going to work. Again, I have to explain. There are certain things that we need to adhere to and agree upon in order for society, to function. Things like, you know, a man and a woman make a baby there is male, there. There are males, there are females. We have traffic lights when colors are green and red. Like, there are certain things that we are going to have to unify on in reality for the world to function. And if we don’t agree upon those things, we are going to spin into chaos and to our own detriment. And I don’t mean to be dramatic, but I’m talking about death here, right? So if we start to, raise up artificial intelligence and raise up, the people who are identifying as cows and foxes and they don’t have genders, and, you can’t make babies in the regular way anymore. You’ve got. Because that, you know, it’s not good for the transhuman movement. We’re going to extinct ourselves. People like the lunatics are running amok on this planet, and it’s time to settle them down. Right, so how do you settle them down? You just bring the logic. And you just keep bringing the logic. That means you don’t allow them to hijack the language. You don’t allow it? No, I’m sorry. there’s no such thing as speciesism when it comes to humans, right? Like, no, no. Here’s the definition. I was. Of course, Wikipedia has a definition. speciesism is a term used in philosophy regarding the treatment of individuals of different species. The term has several different definitions. I bet it does. I bet it does. Pertaining to the situation these people want to use it in. Right? I mean, it’s always. It always seems to go in their favor when they throw out these terms, right? When they change the definition to them. Some specifically define speciesism as discrimination or unjustified treatment based on an individual’s species membership, while others define it as a differential treatment without regard to whether the treatment is justified or nothing. a man named Richard Ryder coined the term and defined it as prejudice or attitude of bias in favor of the interests of members own species. Y’all think, yeah, I’m human, you’re human. Cool, man. Like, we are going to unite on that because we’re both human and we need to, if we want to keep this thing going, right? We want to keep the population growing. We want healthy human relationships. That’s called life. These people are anti human, and they tell you every day that they’re anti human. They’re living in a strange little paradox where they think that they can just choose whatever they want to identify with. And so we got to shut it down. You know, it’s fine to, practice freedom of religion. That is an identifying factor of a human being, for sure. if you want to express yourself with fashion music, this is how we express our individuality and still adhere to the foundation of a reality that keeps our society going. See, if we’re all head in the skydehe crazy, kooky, it’s not going to work. We’re going to all die off because there’s just these things called reality that we have to live within the parameters of reality. So, don’t let them get you with this one. I, would just laugh it off. I mean, at this point, it’s just, absolutely. I am, I’m a species ism type, of person, and I am definitely pro human all the way, every day, all day long. Human. Human.
Kamala says she will work to reduce Americans consumption of red meat
Absolutely. not to mention, you know, the fact in that clip, that we played that this, woman is calling for the jailing of Sean Baker and people like Sean Baker that eat meat. I mean, we’ve heard Kamala say it. I’ve played that clip on the show before. She says that absolutely she will work to reduce Americans consumption of red meat. She will work to reduce that. And by what means, is she willing to go to, to get that accomplished? Because, you know, there are a lot of people, like I said, that are benefiting from carnivore diet. And, we’d be taking that tool away from them. Completely taking that tool away from them. And nobody has the right to do that. Nobody has the right to dictate the food that you eat. Nobody has that right to do that and take away your health because of their belief system that is, quite honestly, based on a lie. I mean, we’ve covered the government’s food pyramid here at length, and just how ridiculous that whole system is. Just happens to coincide with the big food lobbies in donations, right? So, yeah, the most food that you should eat, according to the food pyramid, is Wheatley. And, the second one is sugar. And those are the two biggest food lobbies are these super ultra processed food companies that are dominating our food supply. It’s no accident you can’t trust them for health advice on nutrition when they’re taking money from the very people that make the foods that make us sick. Phil Donahue passed away today at the age of 88
dot this first story today. well, this is so interesting. I was so excited that this, clip surfaced because I remember it so sadly. First of all, sadly, rest in peace to Phil Donahue. If you were a gen xer, no doubt you grew up like I did, watching Donahue after school, right before you’re getting ready to go to your baseball practice or whatever, you know, you’re having an after school snack. Who’s on Donahue. Donahue, man. I mean, I learned a lot from Donahue. Anyway, he passed away today at the age of 88. And so as a result of that, there’s some clips floating around, and I was so lucky to find this one, because I remember watching it. It was in 1990. 1990. And the reason why I remember, because Lisa Bonet was on it. And if you remember, if you’re old like me and, you know, the Cosby show was all the rage back then. and of course, everybody watched the Cosby show and went to school the next day and talked about it. So Lisa Bonet was on Donahue, and you’ll never guess what she was talking about. Take a listen.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Why I didn’t vaccinate her in the first place. And which led me to read about the warnings that are out there. And what I’ve learned are, their warnings about introducing these alien microorganisms into our children’s blood. And the long term effects, which could be trivial, or they could be quite hazardous, and they could be just allergies or asthma or sleep disorders, or they could be cancer, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, sudden infant death syndrome. It’s very scary and it’s very serious. And I think because I felt wrong doing it, that’s why I didn’t do it. And, you know, I mean, we.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Have to think twice.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Why are our children getting these diseases? And what is the, biochemical legacy of the vaccination? How long does it last and what might it be? Effect. Yeah, you’re putting something into your baby’s bloodstream. Everybody ought to think about that twice. We get this official stamp, and, someone’s designated, to give us this information, which isn’t really, really known about or researched, you know, and we find out the hard way, you know, no one knew that, you know, the pill in its original state, you know, for women, birth control. I don’t want to get into this. This is a big one, but was so detrimental to health and, the hormonal imbalance and all of the above. Let’s bring out John Robbins. He was all a stuff. You should be able to believe these people that are telling us what is good for us. Why? Because they’re our brother, man. Yet that’s not the case. Well, look, what I see is that a new era is coming. I think, you might call it the nineties era, but it’s a new era for the planet, which thinking is shifting from profit and seeing success as how much money you have in the bank and, into seeing success as what a difference you make with other people and with yourself. I think that’s a shift that is happening.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What a gem.
Lisa Bonet, Raul Julia and River Phoenix appeared on Donahue
So guess who is on the panel there? This is really pretty interesting. So it’s Lisa Bonet started it off. And then you heard, from Phil Donahue, agreeing with her. Agreeing with her. Phil Donahue. And then the other two voices you hear, the young man voice you hear is actually River Phoenix, if you remember. River Phoenix. Right. Died of an overdose on the sunset strip in California. They said it was an overdose. and then the other voice you’re hearing is Raul Julia. He was the father, best known for the father in the Adams family. So this little trio of actors, bonded together to show up, in a way, to question the establishment when it came to medicine. They saw things and, they pushed back against it. And sadly, Raul Julia became ill after eating sushi, in 1990. So that clip was from 1990. Shortly after that show, 1991. a few months later, he ate some sushi and he got very sick from it. Very, very sick from it. And, three years later, he died of stomach cancer. And, he believed that the two, incidences were correlated. So that was, of course, his death, four years after, four years after, the appearance on Donahue. And he started speaking out. And then four years later, he’s dead of stomach cancer. and then river, ah, Phoenix, died in 1993, from an overdose. Again, very outspoken. Did you hear him? He mentioned birth control there. I mean, this was 1990. And then just what a statement, ah, from Raul when he says, you know, he thinks the world is changing, that people are starting to be more, concerned about purpose and making a difference in the world than they are prophets. That was 1990. Here we are. Fast forward 2024. And we’re really living that obsession of money now and profits over people. We’re living it. I mean, it’s just fascinating that back then, Lisa Bonet also, she got the boot from Cosby show. And I don’t know if you remember, but I do remember, you know, they made a smear campaign against her, you know, just basically making her a villain, that she was a diva on the Cosby show and that’s why she got the boot. And then of course, you know, she was married to, ah, Lenny Kravitz, which is just like a dirty hippie type of thing. Like, I remember all of that and I remember because I loved her on the Cosby show, she played Denise. And then they, they completely smeared her in, the press. And then sadly, all those people just kind of went away. Right. You didn’t hear a whole lot from Lisa Bonet until actually recently. she’s showed up in a few things. So very interesting and I’m really glad I found that gem today. Rest in peace to Phil Donahue, a, ah, pioneer of the original talk show. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. That’s what’s going to keep you on your optimum health journey, is being a part of a community. it’s a key component of it that I think not enough people are talking about. It is being in a community that practices a lifestyle that is, conducive with the results that you want to get. And so the first Tuesday of every month, it’s just a 30 minutes call, but we’ll all hop on it together. We’ll cover some new materials, some stuff that you might be interested in. I’m sure you will be interested in. We’ll talk about, kind of question and answer. We’ll have guests sometimes that’ll come on this call to answer things and give you different perspectives on things. Like Dave’s experience. it is one of those foundational products that cascades over, so you get all these multiple, benefits from it, which is why I have picked it as one of my foundational products.
Phil Donahue planted a seed in my head back in 1990
So head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com today and order your collagen. Wasn’t, that a cool clip? That was really cool to go back and listen to Phil Donahue. It was. Just reminded me, so much of those days, you know, when people could kind of speak more freely and surely those types of conversations planted seeds, even though maybe not a lot of people were agreeing with that back then. I certainly planted seeds. I planted a seed in my head. I mean, I didn’t act on it, you know, but I thought, that’s interesting, right? That’s interesting. And, that’s what we’re doing here. You know, we’re planting seeds. And certainly that seed planted on Donahue back in 1990 stuck in more than just my head. So super fascinating stuff. Love it.
Standardized, uh, care. I want to talk about this. Okay? We are individuals when it comes to our health
Standardized, care. So standardized care. I want to talk about this. This is a huge part of why, we have to, we have to, people have to understand that we are individuals when it comes to our health. Okay? We are individuals when it comes to our health. We have so many different factors. We’ve all had different experiences in life. Some of us have played sports. Some of us haven’t played sports. What’s good for one person is not necessarily good for the next person. And the current medical model, hospital does not recognize that. And we saw that in full force with COVID Right? So the hospital systems that, have been captured, they’ve been captured to the point where a medical doctor does not practice medicine anymore. It is not the art of practicing medicine. It is now, you know, the standardized, care model, which means the top, down the top, the administration of the hospital, gets their marching orders from the FDA, from the CDC, and from the pharmaceutical companies. And that just gets, you know, that just comes down the pipeline to all the actual practitioners, medical doctors who are working in those types of situations. in hospital systems, in corporations, they do not have free agency. They cannot make a decision for you. Now. No better story to, exhibit. That was what happened to Scott Scherra and family. You can listen to naturally inspired podcast. I had Scott on multiple times as he is in the midst of a lawsuit over the death of his 19 year old down syndrome daughter who was prescribed end of life drug, for Covid that ended up killing her. Now, even a nurse who had 13, I think, ten or 13 years experience, you know, with that drug, administering that drug for end of life overrode her own common sense and went with the standardized care that was, that was, that was, that was, you know, being adhered to in that hospital system at that time. Time. And she ended up administering a lethal dose to grace Shara. That court case is still in the midst. So, I pray for them all the time that that will come out and that all will be revealed with what happened, because Scott does have all the medical records and a huge body of evidence as to how that happened. but this is why it’s so important that we push back on standardized, when something is standardized, there is no room to deviate from that for the individual. For the individual. And this standardized care has been, in my opinion, it has been the agenda to usher this in to, you know, streamline all of medicine, right? So it’s all controlled by a few huge corporations, right, that are making tons of money through Wall street and, you know, giving orders from the top down that just happen to be, products, mostly from the pharmaceutical model, completely dismissing the individualized need for care. When we come back, I want to talk about that because it completely relates to artificial intelligence and where our healthcare is going. Stay tuned. This is Tammy Cuthbert Garcia and you are listening to naturally inspired radio. So glad you’re here.

Personalized medicine versus standardized care. Um, personalized medicine vs. standardized care
Okay. personalized medicine versus standardized care. So we have to get people to understand this, that you deserve personalized care, that, you know, we all have different factors in play. To think that we can, you know, one course of action is best for everybody is insane. Yet that is what they wanted us to adhere to during COVID And I’m telling you, there’s a very specific reason why they want the method of standardized care. And it is because the healthcare model is moving to more of an artificial intelligence model. It’s moving to a technology model. You’re doing more telehealth than ever. Right. Which we are losing the physical examination component of seeing a medical doctor, which is huge. I mean, I can just think of so many things wrong with the fact that you’re not ever seeing a practitioner face to face. Face. You know, there’s a lot of people that fail to mention things. I work with people all the time on their nutrition, and sometimes, it takes three or four sessions for us to get to the real habits that they have because they’re just not aware of what they’re doing. Or maybe there’s some shame involved and we have to, you know, we have to build a relationship before people are willing to reveal the issues that they truly have. And if you’re not seeing a practitioner in person, there’s going to be a lot missed. That’s just one reason.

Back to personalized care versus standardized care. Uh, this is so important to understand
Okay, back to personalized care versus standardized care. this is so important to understand the difference, because if we don’t push for personalized care, we’re going to lose a lot of people unnecessarily. And as they transfer into this more tech model of care, you’re going to be serviced in person less and less. And, that’s going to do a lot of things. I mean, we’ve seen the rise of Silicon Valley getting into biotech. Google is a health company. They are a health company because they are in biotech. All of these companies are in biotech because there’s a huge race on right now to merge biology and technology. And, this is going to look, the healthcare model is going to look completely different in years to come. You won’t be going to emergency, care or you won’t be going into doctors offices. You’ll be serviced online. Your physician will, after a, robot views your test results, your physician will be, you know, just sending you the standardized care protocol. You’re not going to be treated like an individual when it comes to your healthcare in this model. I mean, you’re already being treated with a standardized care model. That’s why so many people are now connecting to practitioners, right? doctors, who are outside the healthcare model. Practitioners, medical doctors that practice outside the healthcare model, meaning they don’t work within a hospital system, within a corporation. It’s actually their own business. These were the only doctors that were able to treat people during COVID I mean, that speaks volumes. That speaks volumes right there.
A new study out that was conducted that personalized cancer medicine is possible
So here’s the thing. There’s a new, ah, there’s a new study out that was conducted that personalized cancer medicine, okay? Humans still make better treatment decisions than artificial intelligence. So they’re testing this stuff. This particular test came in the form of them putting together, quote, fake, fake cancer patients and then, you know, putting posing questions into a chat GPT to solve the protocol problem. So what do you do with this cancer patient? And then AI gives out the protocol. and right now, so the story is, treating cancer is becoming increasingly complex, but also offers more and more possibilities. The better a tumor’s biology and genetic features are understood, the more treatment approaches there are to be able to offer, patients personalized therapies tailored to their disease. but what they’re doing is. This is in Berlin. They have now studied whether generative, artificial intelligence tools such as chat, GPT can help with this step of designing a protocol for a cancer patient. This is one of the many projects analyzing the opportunities unlocking by AI in patient care. So it goes on to describe the study, and then his conclusion. the lead on the study, his conclusion was AI models were able to identify personalized treatment options. In principle. In principle. But they weren’t even close to the abilities of human experts. And here’s the thing. In addition to. Yeah, okay. Human experts have experience dealing with multiple patients over years time. So they see patterns, right? And they can customize treatments to what a patient is present, how a patient is presenting. And so there’s that element to it, but also there’s the element of, you know, humanizing people and not who’s programming the AI. And do you think they’re talking about how some people are getting results from cancer with Fen Ben? I’m sure they aren’t, right? They’re, they’re deeming anything outside the standardized model of care as, disinformation, misinformation. And then they’re going to tell you that, well, here’s how we do things, right? And as people, more people are born into this technology model, no one’s going to question it. That’s why it’s so important that we speak up now, because I can tell you right now, I’ve known people who have gotten tremendous results from antifungal medications. I’ve interviewed people who have made films all about the different modalities used to help them on their cancer journey. None of those modalities are going to come up in your jat, in your chat GPT. They’re not going to come up and add censorship into the mix. I mean, it’s a monopoly of care. It’s just, it’s completely monopolized. And that’s not freedom in the freest country in the world. Last time I checked. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’ll take a short break. So glad you joined me today. Stay tuned. You’re not going to want to miss what’s next. Need pain relief? It is going to be you and me that changes this medical model
Get down.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Get down, get down. Get down. Get down. Get down. Get down.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Get down, get down. Get down.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Get down.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Get down. Get down. Get down. Get down. Get down.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I cannot reiterate enough that it is going to be you and me that changes this medical model. I mean, the public, us, it’s up to us. We cannot rely on voting someone in, you know, a politician. Certainly it isn’t going to be the corporations that change what they’re doing because they’re making money hand over fist and they have a fiduciary responsibility to make money over fist for their stakeholders. It isn’t going to be them that changes the medical model. It’s going to be us. We’re going to have to demand that care. And how we do that is we send a message to the marketplace. We tap out of their standardized care model, one size fits all for everybody, and we start exploring our other options. And one of those other options is awakened IV. They are a partner of naturally inspired and they are offering real solutions for health IV service right in your home. It’s incredible. So revitalize your body with iv infusion and hydration therapy throughout Colorado. so they’re focused on wellness, they’re focused on compassion, they’re focused on relationships, and they’re focused on education. They do awakened drips, they do classic drips. They do boosters, they do nad, they do ozone therapy. If you don’t know about ozone therapy, go back and listen. Go back and listen to Nick Wingo and mine’s conversation on naturally inspired radio. We’ve, talked about ozone therapy a lot. It’s absolutely fascinating, especially, especially as they roll out all the emerging viruses, as they continue with their, bio warfare. you need to know about these things and this new medical model that you and I are creating. We’re going to have power over what we want and how we want to treat ourselves. And I’m just grateful that we have resources like Awaken IV, that these people are brave enough to tap out of the system, the establishment, because they know they got into the establishment of medical, you know, of healthcare, because they wanted to help people. And I can’t tell you how many interviews I have done, done with medical doctors, with practitioners, with EMS people, with therapy, people, like all the different, everybody I’ve interviewed. The reason why they got out of the healthcare model, most of them coming out of the healthcare model is because they didn’t think that model actually helped people. And I would agree, I would agree very rarely. I’m not talking about emergency medicine, life saving medicine. I’m talking about chronic disease, disease, healthcare. They never got results from it. And so they wanted to help people. They had to get outside the model to do that. They had to get trained in acupuncture, they had to get trained in nutrition, they had to learn genetics, they had to learn a different way to be a medical doctor that focused on the things that were actually going to make the difference. And that’s what happened to Nick Wingo and that’s why he started Awaken IV. Go to awakeniv.com. they’re doing some really innovative stuff there. They can’t even begin to cover everything that they’re doing at awaken IV. Use coupon code, naturallyinspired for a discount on your first session with, awaken IV. Again, it’s awakeniv.com. awesome, awesome solution. Another tool for your toolbox.
Study finds diet is main risk factor for colon cancer in younger adults
so here’s the thing with the standardized care. So I got one, study here in my hand that talks about diet, right? Talks about diet is the main risk factor for colon cancer in younger adults, a new study finds, okay, and so it goes on to, you know, correlate how they did the study and that they’ve, ah, been able to identify that, hey, bingo. Actually, diet does matter. No, really, but nonetheless, so, you know, it’s great that they’re acknowledging that, but then get a, this part, it refers to you to go to your doctor, see your doctor to get advice on your diet. Well, the standardized medical care model, the regular old allopathic doctor doesn’t get nutritional training. Very little nutritional training do they get. And in fact, they rarely acknowledge that as a serious modality to back yourself out of disease your body. Rarely. Only the really good doctors who are kind of trying to fly under the radar in the system, which, God bless those ones, you know, they’re trying to operate within a system that’s completely broken and still do the right thing super hard. I don’t know how they’re doing it. so what would they recommend? Well, they’re going to recommend the food pyramid, they’re going to recommend the food pyramid, and they’re going to demonize red meat and they’re going to demonize whole foods that actually bring you the most nutrition and help you build up your gut microbiome, which is the big factor in colon cancer. So they’re going to tell you to eat the very foods that are causing disease in your body. That is the standardized medical model. And that is why it’s so important that we take personal responsibility for our health and don’t just hand over our agency to these experts that are really just taking orders from the top down. There’s a slew of studies on your gut microbiome and the impact that eating whole foods, like meat, especially beef, has on it. And, of course, you’ve heard from Doctor Kowlowskis on here, both of them, about what success they get with their clients just switching over to a whole food diet. And myself, in my own practice, seeing, nutritional clients, same thing. Get that stuff out of your diet and your gut biome will rebound. But this is what we’re facing in this paradigm of standardized care. You’re not going to get. They’re going to monopolize the whole thing, the information, it’s being censored every single day. And you see this pushback now at the top of the show. I played you a clip with this crazy lunatic calling for the jailing of Doctor Sean Baker because he eats meat. He eats meat. And that, apparently requires, you know, or makes you, you know, being guilty and should go to jail. In these people’s minds, this is what we’re up against. And you have politicians that back it. Kamala Harris said it. She said it multiple occasions, that she would work. She enjoys the cheeseburger from time to time, but certainly she would work. Work to decrease the accessibility to beef and how much beef Americans are eating. It’s nuts. This is craziness. How do we stop it? We stop contributing to their model. That’s how you stop it. You stop contributing to their model. When the money shuts off, they’re going to get the message loud and clear. And so that’s what we have to aim to do to make that impact.
Vandana Shiva talks about Bill Gates’s real business model and impact
next up, Vandana Shiva is on the scene again. Glad to see her, of course. She’s a huge advocate for regenerative farming and rehabilitating farming, particularly in India. she might be, you know, Bill Gates’s number one adversary. And, boy, is she good at it. This is Vandana Shiva. Take a listen. Talking about Bill Gates’s real business model and the impact it’s had on India.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: The basic program was made by some mathematics professors in a college. The office operating system was by a software engineer, and he bought it for 50,000 he’s built the empire by creating patents on software. And the first WTO meeting in Singapore gave him tax concessions, which is why all the it industry moved to India. The fact that Silicon, Silicon Valley became Indias Silicon Valley is because they could save $40 billion annually. It was an outsourcing of software, all for Bill Gates. With his accumulation of money and making any communication system illegal, like the communication system through real currency and forcing digital payments. Hes the one who gains because all the software for all the digital economy, he collects rents and royalties on that. And then he started to put some of his money into philanthropy, and everyone thinks, wow, hes such a generous man. He gives so much. But ive done an analysis in the book. Every place he gives to is his former future.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: M it all fell flat, and he destroyed the farmer in India. And so, thats all in Vandana Shivas books. The 1% fantastic, read. I highly recommend it. Did you know that India is on a completely digital payment system? So, you know, that’s his testing ground. That’s Bill Gates’s testing ground. And so be sure that it will be tried to be implemented here. And again, we’ve covered it at length. It’s not just about digital banking. That’s not what it’s about. It’s about programmable currency, tokenizing what you can spend your money on. Couple that with Kamala Harris’s declaration to restore the amount of beef you eat. And that’s a pretty great little system for the agenda, isn’t it? For the climate cult, for Bill Gates, for all these global elitists that are ushering in this new world order that they so desperately want us to be enslaved in. So, is there anyone really on the planet that still thinks that Bill Gates is a philanthropist? Does anybody really think that? I mean, I don’t know where you’re living if you still think that Bill Gates is a good guy. You know, he’s an opportunist, and he’s got his marching orders. He knows he’s the face of the global elite. He knows exactly what they want to accomplish. And, he’s going to try to get it done. Hes going to try to get it done. So this all filters into the fact that, we cannot continue to buy these products, these huge corporations. Bill Gates has invested in fake food. Hes invested in water, which is maybe the scariest one, because when you see Bill Gates investing in our, resources that we need to live, you should be scared, because he is going to make sure he monopolizes that market and forces you to use his solution. That is his business model. You just heard Van Dan Shiva describe it. That is exactly how he. I don’t think he knows how to operate outside of that. Whether he was, you know, dealing in tech or if he’s dealing in vaccines, it’s all about forcing you to comply with his solution. Now, hopefully, he’s shown himself enough. I think there’s, enough distrust of Bill Gates these days that people won’t fall for this hook, line and sinker. But I told you last week, 52 million. 52 million he just donated to the who he is by dollars, he’s not the first. He’s the second largest contributor to the dollar, who he owns them, because by dollars, Germany is number one. Just by a few dollars, that’s the kind of power bill gates has. We’re going to take a break.

Stop looking at weight as an emotional tie that determines your worth
Okay, so today’s health topic, I’m talking about this because I tell you, when I’m dealing with clients and stuff, I just, you know, it’s sad to me how much people beat themselves up about weight. I mean, I call it food stories, you know. but the emotions tied to weight is a psyop, people. It’s a psyop. Hear me now. Your weight does not equate to your value. It has no bearing on who you are. Okay, I know we’re gonna have to go over this many, many times because this has been drilled into women’s heads, but now man’s heads, too. I think this is, it’s just so sad, you know. so we’re gonna rip the blanket off it a yddeh little bit today. We’re going to pull the covers back because stop, looking at your weight as an emotional, tie that determines your worth. It’s got to stop. It’s just so unnecessary. It is so unnecessary.
Today we’re going to be talking about weight fluctuations
So here’s the psychological effects. Let’s start there. Today we’re going to be talking about weight fluctuations because often I work with people and they have some progress and things are going good. You know, they lost four or five pounds of, and then boom, the scale goes back up on the day that they weigh and, oh, the crushing defeat, right? And I go, hold on. Like, you didn’t gain four pounds overnight. It’s impossible to gain four pounds of fat overnight. You’re not gaining fat overnight. Okay. Weight loss is not a linear process where you just start losing weight. 123-45-6789 it doesn’t work like that. Your body goes up, it goes down, it goes up, it goes down. What we have to work on is stop getting, stop letting it attack us and feeling so emotional about it. We have to break that emotional task that we have to our weight and how that equals our worth. Now, that doesn’t mean that everyone, that weight doesn’t matter. Weight is a marker to health. It absolutely is. You have to maintain it. You have to be aware of it. You have to work towards and maintain a healthy weight to have and enjoy optimum health. This is not a free pass. This is not a free pass. Discussion here today that it’s okay to be overweight. I’m not giving you a free pass, but what I am saying is you don’t need to hate yourself over it. You don’t need to. To develop behaviors that are toxic because of your weight. And let me tell you, y’all are doing some crazy stuff when it comes to your weight. Some crazy stuff. you know, I’ve had people tell me they don’t weigh themselves fully. They hang onto the counter when they weigh themselves. I know people who wear the exact same outfit every time they weigh themselves because this is their special weigh in outfit. Because they feel like that weigh in outfit weighs less. I know I’ve heard stories of people only putting 1ft on the scale to weigh themselves. These are the strategies people have developed to deal with the number on the scale. Again, the number on the scale has no bearing on your worth as a human being. So let’s. That has been a complete psyop waged upon you. So what we have to do is start using get away from the right side of our brain when we think about our weight. Maybe you’ve heard, you know, the right side of your brain is your emotions. This is the emotional, more creative side of the brain. This is where these ideas are generated. you know, it’s very. That the right side is more emotional and the left side is more data driven. Right? It is. It is more facts, statistics, concrete reality, hard, cold type of thinking. And, that’s where we need to shift the issue of weight. We need to shift the issue of weight from the right side of the brain to the left side of the brain. Weight fluctuations are 100% normal and can be influenced by many factors
Let’s talk about, ah, this a little bit more, when it comes to your weight. So it’s normal for your weight to fluctuate. And it can nor. It’s in a. In a day, up to five pounds. You can go up and down in a day. Okay, so what are some of the reasons for that? Well, there’s a lot of different reasons for it, and it certainly doesn’t mean that you are, you know, losing the, battle, on your weight journey, because you go, you. You’re up one day. There’s a number of different things that contribute, to weight fluctuation. As much as five pounds. And, you shouldn’t be beating yourself up about it because you can’t. It’s that you got no control over it. You can’t. There’s nothing that you can do about it, because some of these things are things like water retention. Right. So. And that can be influenced by climate. Right. Can you control the weather? No, you can’t. maybe hormonal changes can contribute to a fluctuation m in weight, especially like your menstrual cycle. If you’re a woman, if you’ve eaten salt, that can contribute to it. You know, if you’ve eaten more salt than normal, it doesn’t mean it’s going to stick around forever. Okay, but see, what happens is when someone sees the scale go up like that, they throw up their hands. Oh, this doesn’t work. And that’s so sad, because you’ve put in all this work, and the minute the scale goes up a little bit, you’re thrown in the towel and you’re. You feel defeated and you beat yourself up, and there’s this whole emotional response. It doesn’t need to be this way. Activity levels can. Can cause you to, you know, hold fluid in your body. So, an intense workout, you might see a decrease in weight due to sweat loss, whereas a long term physical activity can increase muscle mass, possibly leading to weight gain on the scales due to fluid retention in the muscle tissue. Of course, we’ve talked about hormones, thyroid function, sleep deprivation. When you lack sleep, your body experiences hormonal imbalances, which may increase your hunger, appetite, specifically for calorie dense, high carbohydrate foods. Right? So you may eat more carbohydrates that day when you are sleepy, when you are tired. Right. It’s an imbalance of that leptin hormone, sensitivity that can also, you know, could, lead to weight gain and cortisol, levels as well, is another thing. Some of these variables are outside of your control. You just have to stay on the course. And that’s what. That’s what the message is here today, that weight fluctuations are 100% normal. You’re only hyper focused on it because you’re on a weight loss journey, and then your emotions are causing you to get derailed off that. Off that health journey because you’re not getting the results fast enough. When in reality, your body is totally normal, your metabolism is not broken. It just. You need to look at it from a longer perspective. You should be able to step on a scale without unraveling emotionally. And if you cannot, then it’s time to talk about that. Because you have tied your emotions to your weight to your own detriment. It does not have to be that way. You should be able to step on a scale and not feel like less of a human being. And if you cannot do that, it’s time to talk about why. It’s time to talk about your food stories. It’s time to talk about your habits when you do weigh yourself. Like I was saying, some people prefer to weigh themselves with one hand on the counter. Right? I mean, I can laugh about this stuff, but seriously, this is. These are, the tactics we use to soften the blow because our emotions are so tied to our weight. This is so, this is a very american, western way of thinking, and, we can let it go because it’s not helping us. Weigh yourself daily for a while. Get used to it. Get used to practicing mindfulness and not allowing your thoughts to bring you down and sabotage your health journey. Weigh yourself at the same, same time every day. in the morning when you get up, go to the bathroom, weigh yourself. Do it every day. If you can’t bear to look at it the first couple days, then don’t. But get in the habit of it and then sneak a peek. You know, it’s a little immersion therapy. You should be able to be okay where you’re at, especially when you’re on a health journey, because you’re working through it. You are working through it. Do not let the scale control your day. It shouldn’t. Again, your weight has nothing to do with your value as a human being. This. This country, this, our world we live in is not set up for your success. It is set up in quite the opposite for your failure when it comes to your health. So once you. Once you recognize that, okay, get to work. Get to work and start looking at your health, your weight, in particular, as a science project, and not a number of your worth. When we come back, our inspired moment. Stay tuned. You’re not gonna want to miss it. It’s a good one.

Tammy Kather Garcia shares three strategies for rebuilding your confidence
the inspired moment today I want to talk about is three strategies for rebuilding your confidence. You know, over the last few years, we have. I mean, it’s been an ongoing thing, really a beat down, I feel like, where, you know, we’ve had to apologize for our very acceptable in this world, some of us. and I’m done with it, and I hope you’re done with it, too. I, think we have been almost abused in some ways. And I think that we’ll have to work at our confidence, at pushing back on people, when they accuse us, you know, with the hijacked language that we talked about at the start of the show, we’re going to have to work to build back our confidence. We have a right to be who we want to be. We have a right to our culture in this country. We have a right to be american. We have a right to it. And so don’t be afraid when discussing with people, to speak plainly, there’s three strategies for building confidence in your conversations. Speak plainly. Don’t try to adhere to a nice way of saying things, or don’t try to adhere to using their language meanings. all this does is confuse them and signal to other people that you’re going to back down, that you don’t have the right to your belief system, that you don’t have the right to express yourself, speak, plainly. So that they can understand. you have an absolute right to your belief system and you should protect it at all costs. You have a right to your own culture and the culture your ancestors have fought and died of. Build. You can express that with your words. Know that because it will give you the confidence. Knowing that your ancestors worked so hard to get this. Never backpedal or apologize for what you know is right. This is. This is an assault on your own self respect and will lead. It will lead to less confidence. Stay true to what you, you know. You can empathize with someone, but you don’t have to apologize for who you are. You’ve been listening to naturally inspired radio.
