Welcome to naturally inspired radio. I am so glad you’re joining me today

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What you think.

>> Speaker B: What you feel now, what you know.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Welcome, welcome m to Thursday. You’re almost there. Tomorrow’s Friday, and you’ve almost made it to the weekend. Welcome to naturally inspired radio. I am so glad you’re joining me today.

Another overcast day here in northern Colorado; it’s hot

Another overcast day here in northern Colorado. Mm Mm I’ve been hearing, I’ve been hearing the helicopters, Jason, have you been hearing the helicopters around our house? Mm I’ve been hearing it. I’ve been seeing the streams in the sky, and then I’ve been experiencing, have been experiencing the cloud, cover shortly after. Go ahead and call me whatever you want. I, know what’s up. I can see it, man. I can see it. Gosh, I thought we were going to be left alone for a while. so I don’t know, maybe it’s between the crop spraying and, the chem trails that are way higher up that’s creating the cloud cover this week. But it’s hot, so that’s nice. It’s hot, which makes it nice for early morning walking, running and getting outside. And I hope you’re doing that. I hope you are staying on track with your movement, with your commitments to yourself, because you are worth it.

There was a stall on the hate on Trump after the attempted assassination

Well, let me tell you, I, I mean, I just, I just think we’re living in the, did you, have you guys seen that movie idiocracy? I am convinced we’re living in it, man. something’s happened. And, you know, I was like, my curiosity was peaked a couple of days ago, after the Trump attempted assassination. but just, the response, the fallout, everything, you know, and my curiosity was piqued because something felt different, something changed, right. We had a little stall. The way I would describe it was a stall on the hate on Trump in the mainstream media, right? It wasn’t a reversal immediately, but there was a stall. Instead of saying, you know, it was an attempted assassination, they went into this kind of neutral zone of spinning it and saying, there was loud popping, there was this, there was that Trump fell, and then there was just like kind of a stall there. And then they knew, okay, theres no way out of this. He definitely got shot. We, have to acknowledge this. So they started acknowledging it and then, you know, I feel like things have shifted in the media. The hate isnt quite as potent as it normally is towards Trump. And, there’s a lot more celebrities and a lot more people wearing, you know, make America great, hats and viral videos that are going, you know, going viral with a lot of, african american people that are like, I’ve watched the RNC for the first time and it made me cry and they’re talking about how they’re, they’re going to switch sides. And, you know, I’m not one that believes that this whole thing is orchestrated out, like already planned out. In fact, I find it incredibly annoying when people say, enjoy the show, get your popcorn. I’m not a fan of that term at all, saying that, because my view is that our country’s a business, you know, and we don’t really view it that way. but it is. And because our culture is, priority number one is money. And it is just look around. Priority number one is money in this country. 70% of people in this country took a experimental injection, mostly because they didn’t want to lose their job. They went along to, you know, they went along to go along because they did not want to lose their job. We have porn stars, we have, you know, borderline, porn stars, whatever you want to call them, influencers that do just absolutely vile things for money. And we just overlook it because, I mean, you gotta give it up for the girl. She’s a millionaire. Get in her bag. Everything’s fine as long as you’re rich, really rich, and then if you have a bigger influence, then we’ll leverage your influence. We don’t really care what you do. Like, our morals are in the tank, to say the least. They are in the crapper people. They are really bad. and it’s trickling down into our youth where, our youth don’t value the things that they should value. so it’s prevalent that our measure of success in this country is money. Our priority is money. foreign nations know it. They know we will sell our precious resources to them for money. That’s why a lot of these, chinese firms, these sovereign wealth funds in China and saudi arabia are able to come over here and buy up our farmland and our water rights and grow all their stuff and ship it back to their homeland. They’re able to buy up residential properties, by the hordes because all they got to do is outbid you. They know America will allow it as long as it makes money. So I think it’s pretty clear in our actions that our number one priority is money in this country, period. Our actions have shown it now for decades upon decades. We care about money, number one. I know we’d like to believe that we’re the land of the free and the home of the brave and all those things that we used to be based on at some point, but I think that’s gone. I think money is our priority. I wish it wasn’t true, but when I look around and take the temperature of this country, I see everybody acting mostly because of money. So when you look at our country as a business and you look at someone like Trump as a businessman, which he is, he was a businessman first, right before he was any kind of influencer, or even politician, he was a businessman. He’s good at running businesses. He’s excellent at running businesses. So let me just tell you that I think, and this is my opinion, I think the assassination attempt was a breaking point. It was a shift, it created a shift. And now I think deals are being made. They are being made all over the place. Deals are being made because it is clear after the debates, they’re not going to be able to rig anything big enough to overcome that challenge of Biden’s cognitive decline. Now we have an assassination attempt, like I think they know. So perhaps the democratic party itself won’t be throwing in the towel completely, but all its cronies, you know, the corporations, they are cutting deals. So the people that used to hate Trump are coming out of the woodwork and started saying, you know, he’s not that bad. He’s not, because they’re trying to secure their place in the next administration, in the business world of this country. And how? Why do I think that? Let me tell you why. I think that. I have a clip, but I think we will get to it when we come back after the break. But I feel like this is a message to everyone, to the shift that has happened. So stay tuned. A Democrat gave a speech this morning with propagandized Trump agenda 2025

all right, back to what I was talking about. so I think this, I think there’s deals being made. I think that, we’re seeing a shift. And one of the things, when I saw this, this, morning, I was like, oh, wow. Oh, wow. Okay. This is a signal, I believe, from the democratic party and from its, lobbyists. I think, you know, that actually control politics. Take, a listen.

>> Dr David Kolowski: So, yes, this November, we’re going to.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Make America great again. So, okay, did you hear that? You know who that was? That was Joyce Beatty, a Democrat from Ohio. A Democrat gave a speech this morning with a Biden and Harris backdrop and standing at a podium with the propagandized Trump agenda 2025.com on it. This is the project 2025, this propaganda campaign that they’ve rolled out over the last month or so to try to demonize, those, you know, the values that Trump, the policies that Trump is rolling forward in his campaign. she stands at this podium and she says, we’re going to make America great again. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure that that’s Trump’s slogan. I think this is a signal. And, you know, I’m telling you, this whole thing is a business, and there’s wheeling and dealing going on and we see it all the time. We see these people go back and forth, revolving door, from pharmaceutical companies into government. they work for, you know, these corporations, and then all of a sudden they’re heads of agencies or nonprofits, like it’s all a cut throat business running this country.

Donald Trump said he would consider JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon for cabinet

On top of that, maybe you saw that Trump said he would consider Jamie Dimon as part of his cabinet. Do you know who Jamie Dimon is? Well, first and foremost, maybe you remember he was the chase, Morgan CEO that we bailed out to the tune of $12 billion. Maybe you remember him from that, right? Took the bailout for $12 million. But even more so, I want you to listen to this clip of this is Whitney Webb, a favorite of mine, an investigative journalist. If you don’t know who she is, you should, talking about Jamie Dimon. Take a listen.

>> Speaker D: Don’t know. Jamie Dimon is the CEO, and he has been since the early two thousands of JPMorgan Chase, one of the biggest banks on Wall street. And he’s considered one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, wall, street banker today. And he’s currently in the news in relation to the Epstein case, because there is a lawsuit, being brought from the US Virgin Islands, which argues that, Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking activity was directly enabled by Jeffrey Epstein, particularly by two, JP Morgan executives. the main one, the main focus of the case being Jeff, Stolley, who left, the bank in around 2013. But, they’ve alleged that, lawyers for the USBI have alleged that Jamie Dimon himself was, aware of the situation and directly enabled Epstein. And the JPMorgan chase has denied this and is trying to make Staley, essentially the scapegoat for the whole case and trying to keep diamond away from it. But he’s going to be, for diamond is going to be forced to offer a statement or, potentially be interviewed under oath. So it remains to be seen what’s going on there and how deep those questions will go. obviously, the US Virgin Islands is making very praiseworthy, effort to hold this particular bank to account.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Now, of course, he also has dealings, Jamie Dimon, with Les Wexner, the owner of limited, Victoria’s Secret, right, also implicated in the Epstein stuff. so here’s the thing. Like, almost anything goes here, as long as it makes money. We can just kind of turn, turn our heads and look away, right? I mean, it is so incredibly corrupt all across the map. And we don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, these deals that get made. But I can tell you that corporate America is a filthy place. A filthy place. And people do the unspeakable to be able to keep their positions, keep their wealth, keep their power. And I think we’re going to see a lot of these same types of people pop up no matter who wins the presidency. And hopefully, you know, to me, it seems like we’re in a race for power. You have, like, team Elon, team Trump, they seem to be on the same side now, and all. And there seems to be more people running to the side because they don’t want to lose their position in corporate America now. But this is why it’s so important that we don’t personally get invested in it, let our emotions run wild with it, lash out on each other with it, because it’s all about their game. We’re not even in the game. We’re not even in the game, right? I think George Carlin says it. It’s all a big club and we ain’t in it. It’s true. They’re fighting for power. They’re fighting for, you know, being able to control things. if you think technology’s going away under the Trump administration, it’s not. They’re not even talking about health. Oh, but there was this interesting story, because Jamie Dimon, along with Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett back in 2018, made a promise to fix healthcare. I don’t think I want Jeff Bezos in charge of my healthcare. But you know why? You know why these people get involved in healthcare? Because it’s money. It’s Wall street. And people are getting sicker and sicker every day. If they can bring you solutions and products and procedures, they can build Wall street better, they can bring bigger dividends to their people, to their investors, to Wall street. And we naively sit back and think that all science for our benefit, they’re just trying to solve the world’s problems. They’re just trying to make things better for you and for me and make us healthier. And, why would they do that? Why would they hold back information on science that someone m has discovered? Why would they do that? I’ll tell you why they would do that. Wall street. It’s a race to the patent. It’s a race to get that market cornered and bring your product to the marketplace so you can corner the market. If they have dumped millions, billions into development of a medication, and then something else comes up that works better, do you think they’re going to allow that thing to come up? No. No, they don’t. In fact, they kill people over that kind of thing. It’s disgusting. It’s messy. Stay out of it. Stay out of it. Stay out of it. Connect yourself to real solutions for health. Take care of yourself. Make your health your priority. Make your health your priority. That means you have to take control of it. There is so much evidence of this kind of stuff. As I was building my show for today, I stumbled across a drug called, rapamycin. And, I have just begun to scratch the surface on this drug. It got brought to my attention because, oh, there’s a new one that’s been approved, a new reason to use rapamycin, because it slows aging. Yes. NPR reports that there is a new life extension drug available, and, so we’re going to cover that. I’m going to tell you what I uncovered with that, which is scandal, of course, because when anything of this magnitude, becomes available to a pharmaceutical, I mean, who doesn’t want to have a patent and a product for a life extension drug, right? Sounds pretty enticing, especially since everybody’s biting so hard on the ozempic and the wagovi. Right? And the instant weight loss train. I mean, they’re playing on your vanity. They’re playing on your vanity, and they’re selling it to you. Oh, it’s so great. It’s safe, it’s effective. Oh, just, you know, it’s wonderful. Some people just can’t lose weight. no, no, no, that’s not it. There are consequences to these drugs, but they’re weaponizing your vanity against you, and they’re putting it on full display on social media. So now vanity is even more important to people because they got to get that good shot for social media. It’s funny how it all kind of ties together, doesn’t it? Isn’t it? seems biblical to me. It seems biblical.

Renew remedy discusses rapamycin and xenotransplantation

So we’re going to talk about rapamycin, and then, I have a great story, for you about xenotransplantation. Have you ever heard of this? Alex Jones was talking about it many, many years ago, but also recently on the Candace Owens podcast, Alex was on there. and, you know, everyone called Alex crazy. Of course, he was just a nut job. But turns out, no, you know, that technology has been around for a long time, and, they’re using it, and they are using it, and it’s coming forth even more so as we dive into this whole area of gene therapy, gene manipulation, transhumanism, human 2.0 is knocking at your door. And, so I have an article about, xenotransitive transplantation. What they are, how they’re done. We’re going to talk about it and we’ll hear also from Alex Jones. Then we’re going to dive into some mushroom information. Mushrooms, and its impact on neuroplasticity. This is really interesting stuff. I am afraid, though, I am afraid that they’re going to get a hold of this. And by them, I mean pharmaceutical companies, because there’s a whole lot of articles about pending drugs. You know, the synthez, synthesized mushrooms, synthesized psychedelic, drugs. and what they’re doing to people and how they’re a little bit dangerous. And you should probably get them from pharmaceuticals. You know, anything they can get their claws into, they’re going to, they’re going to. So let’s, we’ll visit on that anyway because NPR had a story about it as well. NPR, by the way, their whole health division now is called shots. It’s just called shots. It’s not health, it’s just shots. Because we are in the age of injections, let me tell you. I told you it was the Pandora’s box. And here we are injecting health shots. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back. Did you know that over 40 million adults in the United States suffer from anxiety? Michael’s been taking the mushrooms for his digestive issues and they have improved

we’re back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I have a testimonial. michael’s been taking the mushrooms for his digestive issues, and they have improved dramatically. Oh, that’s wonderful, Michael. he’s taking the turkey tail and it’s been a game changer for my IB’s. This is the text that I received. Michael, that’s awesome. Yeah. You know what? I don’t know if I even knew that. I’ll have to look up. I can’t remember if one of the studies on there is about digestive issues or not, but I’m certain the adaptogenic, properties in there, they just help with inflammation. So it does make sense. I’m delighted to hear that. If you’re interested in the immune boosting mushrooms, head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com. click on the immune boosting mushrooms tab, and just order them straight for from there. We are so grateful for your support, and we are happy to be connecting everyone to real solutions for health. That’s the point, right? Every time we make a purchase and find a real solution for health, we’re taking money away from these rats. I tell you, this really got me fired up today. It just kind of dawned on me, you know, what I was talking about at the beginning of the show, how, like, this is all business. Like, jamie Dimon, this guy’s a dog. You know, he’s just, listen to Whitney Webb’s podcast, get her books. You’ll see who these people are. I mean, literally just dogs for money, begging. I mean, dog’s too good a word. I love dogs. Dog’s too good a word. Rat. They’re rats. It’s awful. It’s awful. Nobody wants these guys in government. You know, it’s like, really, gosh, it’s just so annoying. It’s so annoying. But the best, you know, the best solution to it is it’s just like, you got to understand what’s going on so you can make educated choices in your own life, for sure, but you can’t let it. You can’t let it creep in. You just got to go, okay, and then shake it off, man. And be like, yeah, you know, it’s evil. It’s absolute, pure evil, what goes on. And, I just pray that we get a shift. We get a real, legitimate, authentic shift and not more business deals that are sacrificing our children. Quite literally. Anyway, one conspiracy after another. I tell you, I don’t even know how to say it.

Rapamycin has immune properties that is a prominent focus of anti aging research

So I saw this article on NPR about rapamycin. So let me tell you. rapamycin, has immune properties that is a prominent focus of anti aging. So researchers in the aging field have now shown that rapamycin can improve the aging process in mice by inhibiting a pathway called mtor, which regulates nutrient sensing and cell growth. Okay, so this was very interesting to me. The reason why this caught my attention is because you know what I think about dis ease, right? I really think, it’s a matter of your metabolic health. Your cells are gunked up, right? They get gunked up, and it’s congestion, right? Just like chinese medicine teaches us about congestion in the body. It could be in the form of inflammation, it could be in the form of mucus. But there’s congestion in the body and that’s the body signaling to you there’s a problem there. And it’s about working through the congestion back to homeostasis. So this premise, you know, really stands out for me because you look at some of these drugs like this, this rapamycin, and what is it doing? It’s allowing, it’s allowing the body to sense, what it needs in terms of, you know, taking in the nutrients that it needs. So it’s clearing it out. It’s clearing it out so that the body can actually absorb the nutrients it needs. So that’s why the drug caught my attention in the first place. But boy, I had no idea what I was, what I was going to run into here. So yeah, now they’re marketing this rapamycin, as a life extension product, right? I happen to stumble across this little mainstream, podcast which was horrific to have to listen to. There was a commercial for every corporation on the, on, on my, on my, on my crap list insurance, sugar. Like, it was just, I was awful having to listen. I can’t believe how many commercials they put in it. but anyway, I suffered through it because it told the story of the discovery, the original discovery of this, of this rapamycin. And it goes back to, Easter island. So it actually came from a bacteria which was isolated from the soil in a region of easter island. And it was first isolated and identified as an antifungal agent with potent anti candida activity. So that caught my attention, of course, because having listened to people like Doctor Lee Merritt and Doctor Kerry made and all of the, you know, all this, all the veterinarians that have sent me emails, God bless you, about the correlation between cancer and fungus, right? So I go digging down the rabbit hole a little bit more and I’m only going to be able to give you the surface of this because I didn’t, I don’t have the. This is a month’s research project right here. but what I did find out, okay, is that this, this, this bacteria was found in easter island. And there was a researcher who discovered it, took samples of it, brought it back to his lab that he was working at, at the time, and they were performing experiments with it, trials, you know, working with it to see what it would do. And he discovered what it was doing was improving, improving your cellular capability to be able to upregulate nutrients, right? So he started wanting to test it on things like cancer and other things, okay. And immediately there was conflict in the laboratory, and the study got shut down, and he was ordered to throw away all the samples. Well, they need a sample to be able to synthesize the properties of the naturally occurring compounds, right? So he was ordered to throw them all away. And so he said that he did, but he didn’t. He kept one of the samples from Easter island in an ice cream tub in his freezer because his superiors ordered him that his findings weren’t good, that it wasn’t what he thought it was. And, he should just throw it away because it actually hurts all the cells. And it doesn’t just clear the bad, the bad stuff. It also interferes, with the good stuff. Is their reasoning behind it. Something in him must not have believed them because he snuck a sample out and kept it in his freezer in an ice cream tub. And five years later, this man packed up everything and moved to Canada. And guess what? He took the sample with him. He was able to work with another researcher and develop it, for the purpose of anti rejection medication when it came to organ transplants. And that’s how I think they allowed it into the market. But other people started researching this, at the same time, and wouldn’t you know it, their research also got shut down. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Continue on with this conspiracy story when we come back. You’re Lispy. We’ll be right back after this short break. Stay tuned. I’m glad you’re here.

David Sabatini discovers drug that could stop organ rejection

okay, so the plot thickens. The plot thickens with this. Rapamycin. or rapamycin. Yeah, rapamycin. That’s what it’s called. There’s, a, there’s a couple of different names, you know, the generic name and all that. So, you know, there’s, different ways to identify different drug profiles. Okay. this was interesting. So, David M. Sabatini. David M M. Sabatini. So where were we in the story? I’m telling you, this guy flees America, right? Takes this thing over the border and immigrates to Canada, finds another researcher to work with to put this out for organization, to be able to stop the rejection of organ transplants. And he’s also dabbling in cancer research with it as well. But meanwhile, there’s other researchers discovering this stuff because I’m sure it’s getting published and whatnot. this guy, David Sabatini, is known for his contributions in the areas of cell signaling and cancer metabolism, most notably the co discovery of mtor. Same thing. Right. Okay. what gets interesting is, he was working and, making headway at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. but then in 2021, he suddenly gets accused of sexual harassment. Yep. What is going on here? What is going on here? These guys are just like scientists, right? I mean, yeah. So he’s heavily invested in this discovery and its impact on, you know, diseases like cancer. And suddenly, he’s, he’s, he’s, accused of sexual misconduct, and he loses his position. And then the entire Internet is full of smears. You know, they’re full of smears for him. Pretty much end of his career, I would say, except for in 2023.

All of the disease that we face, this comes from toxicity, right

Bill Ackman. Bill Ackman and an unnamed partner. Do you know who Bill Ackman is? He’s been pretty outspoken recently, coming out and, you know, talking about the mandates in, at Harvard and whatnot. He’s another big CEO, another big player CEO. And Pershing Square and co trustee of Pershing Square foundation. Another foundation, right. They all have foundations attached to their corporations. And you know why, right? so this guy comes out and tries to give him money so that they can fund his research, in of organic chemistry and biochemistry, so he can continue on his work. Well, just so happens, you know, if you go on Bill Ackman’s twitter, he is praising Jamie Dimon. He’d be an incredible choice for treasury secretary, right? I mean, and here’s the thing. They want to corner the market. They want to corner the market and be the gatekeepers to the resources that you need, right? While simultaneously creating the problems that make you sick. I’m getting more and more convinced that all of the disease that we face, this comes from toxicity. Whether it’s a bioweapon that was created in a lab, like Covid or HIV, or wasting disease or Lyme disease. Oh, ah, I’ll, ah, add them all in there at this point. I add them all in there. It’s poisoning that’s making us sick. We’re being poisoned. Whether it’s by injection, inhaling it, ingesting it, we’re being poisoned. And then these people are getting rich off of trying to develop solutions for the products that they’re funding and profiting off of that are making us sick in the first place. You were born whole. You were born capable. Very, very few diseases are genetically coming from your genes. Very few. This chronic illness epidemic that we face as a country is because we are being poisoned. And the sooner people wake up to that, the sooner we’ll be able to do something about it. Because every purchase you make feeding their coffers continues this on. It continues it on. Every time you accept their solution, it continues it on. Their solution may keep you alive, but it’s not going to allow you to thrive. You need real healing, and that only comes from your body, it comes from you. You can lessen the burden of the toxicity. You can repair your body, but you have to get dedicated to that because you’re living in a toxic soup and you’re paying for it. You’re buying it and you’re giving it to your children. It’s dark. It’s very dark. And, the whole medical mafia model is about business. And that’s precisely why we have seen this transition from health to biotech. Right? It’s now every Silicon Valley Kingpin is in the biotech field, and it’s a giant race to bring you the solutions to your problems. I wish I had better news, but I tell you, we have asked the doctor coming up, and so we’re going to be answering some questions and talking about some real solutions. Stay tuned when we come back, Doctor Kowlowski will be joining us shortly.

Inside health blends cutting edge science with traditional wisdom to help you be healthy

I can’t believe this is a two hour show. Now the time flies by. Here we are already in the second hour at Inside health. They blend cutting edge science with traditional wisdom to help you be healthy and live simply. After 14 years of clinical practice, inside health is now 100% virtual with a team, and they are able to help anyone anywhere by now, if you’re a regular listener, you know doctor David Kowlowski and his story, how they, you know, the Kowlowskis were let down by the medical system. And so as chiropractors, this fueled them to dig deeply into natural healthcare and that they quickly discovered that it was much better than the medical sick care model. And now they’re dedicated their lives to changing the face of healthcare. Doctor David, thanks so much for joining us today.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Hello, Sammy. Good to hear you.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: How’s it going? How’s your guys summer going?

>> Dr David Kolowski: It’s flying by so fast.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: It always does, doesn’t it? And we’ve had a couple cloudy days lately and that’s kind of annoying to me. I want to get all of the sun that I possibly can in, so hopefully it turns around very quickly here.

>> Dr David Kolowski: That’s true.

As we get older, we start to lose our collagen production

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I want to talk about collagen today. I’ve had a lot of different questions and just things that I think, I want to make sure that we’ve covered over your different appearances here. can you talk about the types of collagen?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Sure. So there’s many different types of collagen. In fact, there’s like 29 or so different types of collagen, collagen that are present in the body. And that’s really just not important to know. But really, the fact that really matters is, type one, two and three collagen are what makes up about 90% of all the collagen in your body. So the rest of them don’t really matter too much. and when you break them down. So type one and type three are mostly skin, blood vessels in your organs and bones, while type two is your cartilage. In fact, about 50% of the proteins in your cartilage, are simply collagen.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay. Okay. and the type, the type three, what about the arteries and intestines as well? Is that the type three?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Yes. So type one and type three would fall into that category of tissues, bones, blood vessels, skin, that sort of thing. Yep.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I didn’t really think about like, you know, your arteries as being, collagen related for some reason. I don’t know what I thought.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Right. Well, it gives them, it gives them that flexibility, that ability to take the pressure of the blood flow and be able to bounce back, you know, kind of like a rubber band.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right, right. That makes a lot of sense. so when we’re depleted, what happens when we’re depleted in collagen?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Well, things do just simply get tighter and they lose their functionality to a point. as we get older, simply getting past 20 years of age, we start to lose our collagen production. we lose about 1% per year of our total collagen production. And so as that happens, we see that the skin begins to get a little, stiffer, saggier, more brittle. it’s not as like young, vibrant, pliable and full. That also is part of the hyaluronic acid depletion that’s part of this as well. And that’s a beautiful thing about the mixture that you’re promoting, is that it not only contains the hydrolyzed collagen, but it also has hyaluronic acid. It comes in a combo. And so you’re getting your ability to kind of plump up all of those interstitial cells and fluids, and be able to basically rebuild everything from scratch.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, I’m like, I’m just thinking about the arteries for some reason that really painted a visual for me because if you’re low on collagen and things are getting tighter, you know, more is calcified. The right reason, you know, the right, the right, the right description. You know, when things kind of get like creaky and you know, just kind of tight. And that worries me for people about arteries.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Right. So as the tissues age, they do simply get stiffer and harder on their own. the calcification of the arteries, the plaquing, that can happen and that’s more of a, you know, people will blame it on the cholesterol and those kinds of things, but it’s really an inflammatory process that’s going on in the body. And cholesterol, honestly, is a, is a kind of a band aid for damage within the artery walls. So it goes around and tries to cover that up and allow it to heal. but as it, you know, as it’s facing on continuous onslaught of that inflammation, it just keeps on being layered with more and more band aids. Well, eventually those peel off or flake off and it becomes a clot that causes some damage elsewhere and that can be like a stroke, or if it gets in the heart, it can cause a heart attack.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, my gosh. It makes a lot of sense to me now that how nutrient depletion, or deficiency, can just lead to all kinds of different health issues, right?

>> Dr David Kolowski: So if we keep that tissue healthy and keep it young, vibrant and pliable and full of, the nutrition that it needs, full of the hydration that it needs to resist the physical stresses and burdens that we are faced with, then we’re going to simply last longer with less issues.

Could some osteoporosis diagnosis be a sign of a nutrient deficiency

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Could a diagnosis like osteoporosis be a sign of a nutrient deficiency rather than, you know, I’m really trying to, to help the audience, our audience understand that we don’t have to, attach our identities to our labels. And, a lot of times we get these labels, we get these diagnoses, and we think, okay, that’s it for me. Like, you know, nail in the coffin. This is, I got to manage this disease for the rest of my life. could some of these diagnosis be just nutrient deficiency?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Most, of them are. And that’s saying that with clinical experience to back it up. So osteoporosis in particular is interesting because we find that it is a nutritional deficiency for the most part, but it’s not because their diet is lacking. It’s because they aren’t, digesting and absorbing the nutrition correctly. So you think about an adult eating a typical adult meal. Hopefully it’s a little better than what five year old is eating, their regular day. So they should be getting a little more nutrients, a little more calcium, vitamins, minerals than what a five year old is getting. Right. Why aren’t they absorbing it? Why aren’t they utilizing it? So we find that it’s more a digestive issue from the stomach on down. And if they aren’t absorbing and digesting their nutrients properly, then, yes, it’s going to create internal deficiencies and that can show up in things like, osteoporosis and osteopenia.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: It’s fascinating because I heard a term the other day, I was listening to a nutritionist talk on a podcast and he referenced what he calls the twelve year old boy diet. I laughed because, of course, what he’s talking about is the fact that grownups are. Because they’re being raised on things like chicken nuggets and cheetos and macaroni and cheese. Right? this is a 1212 year old boy diet is what he called it. And can you just speak to that a little bit because I know that you’ve been doing a lot of stuff with your own diet because you walk your talk. When we come back, can you talk about that and how that can compound over time?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Definitely.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’re going to take a break. We’re talking to doctor Kowlowski. Stay tuned. Need pain relief? The phone number is 970-685-8060 doctor Lauren Kowlowski and her team are happy to help you with all of your health needs. 14 years of experience they have now and they’ve seen a lot of stuff and they’ve been able, I call them health detectives because that’s really what you need to be. Especially when you’re a chiropractor and you’ve seen all, what happens with chiropractors is they end up seeing people. Unfortunately they end up seeing people after all of the allopathic stuff has failed and then what they’ve had to do. And this is great because it’s developed their toolkit, but they become detectives and they have to kind of start to separate what the allopathic side effects have been and then find what the root cause is. So nobody is more proficient in doing that than chiropractors in my experience, because they’ve been around the longest, right. And they were the first to kind of be demonized in my eyes. in terms of like, oh, you’re not a real doctor. yeah, thank goodness. Thank goodness you’re not a real doctor. Like an allopathic doctor, if that’s what you want to call a real doctor. because they don’t get to the root cause of issues, but certainly they do at inside health and I am so proud to be partnered with them and work with them and I feel so confident sending people to them because I know that they’re gonna get to the root of your issue. Doctor Kowlowski: If you eat an unnatural diet, your health deteriorates

I wanna talk about this twelve year old boy diet. Doctor Kowlowski, what do you have to say about this? Do you see it? And what message can you kinda send out there to men who are eating in this way and what can they expect if they continue to eat in this way?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Well, it’s men and women, sadly. there’s a lot of people who go through the day and they start with a diet Coke and a snickers bar and they progress to Cheetos and a, slice of pizza for lunch. And it just keeps on snowballing like this where all they eat throughout the day is processed junk, processed sugar, too much, too many. Just, additives, colors, flavorings, like it’s all that’s in there. There’s no real food in their diet. And I don’t care who you are, the longer you go without giving your body box to make healing repairs and, keeps natural functions going the way they should, you’re going to start falling apart. You know, it’s no wonder why people get into their thirties and forties and beyond and they look like a train wreck and they’re like, whoa, I guess I’m just supposed to feel this way now that I’m in my thirties. Like, that is not how it’s supposed to be. But if we eat this way, that’s just the natural, progression. If you eat an unnatural diet, you.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Know, and it makes me, it makes me sad because it’s like, you know, you see this diamond they have, you know, they’re a diamond diamond. The body is so awesome and it’s so capable and if you just feed it what it needs to function, it operates at maximum performance, you know, so it makes me sad that people believe that they’ve been dealt a crappy hand and, oh, these are my genetics and I can’t do anything about it. And, you know, yet this is what they say. And to be brutally honest, they stand in front of you 50, 60 pounds overweight or more and they just look tired and you can tell their adrenals are depleted and they just don’t seem to have the. Do you think it’s lack of knowing they don’t have the education to know that there is something they can do. Do you think they’re just complacent? what do you think the barrier is between, you know, ah, being in that state and reaching out for health, right.

>> Dr David Kolowski: There’s some level of disconnect there where they don’t really understand how powerful their bodies are and how good their bodies should feel on a regular basis. And they are kind of blindly led through life by all the marketing and advertising that’s out there telling them, oh, go buy this, you know, fancy thing, go eat these fancy foods and go, you know, go get this latest treat. And there’s never, you know, it never adds up that, oh, I’ve been eating this way or living this way for so long, and I’m not seeing it pay off in a good way. I’m actually seeing my health degrade and fall apart. But they look around at all their friends and colleagues and they see the same happening to them and they just think, oh, it’s just normal. Right. That’s the true harm in all this, is that we have lost touch with the knowledge that our bodies are truly powerful and truly smart and intelligent. I mean, that’s one of the things that sets chiropractors apart from the medical field, is that we truly have a philosophy based on the idea that our bodies are designed to heal and we understand what allows that to heal in the first place. That’s what we work with.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. And that is exactly what it is. It’s a difference in philosophy. I think that the allopathic model comes at it from m a point of view, like, we have to intervene, otherwise, you know, it’s not going to work. And then there’s this caveat to that too, for being a good patient, because, as you know, the doctors think that we want solutions in the form of pills or procedures or quick, because, and that’s what they’re offering, because that’s what we’re expecting. And when you go somewhere with that, as a predicted outcome, like, I’m going to go to the doctor and get a pill. Well, of course that’s what you’re going to get. So I think changing the paradigm of health is so important. That’s why I’m so grateful that you guys come on here and we can have these conversations, because it’s really important that we do.

Do you feel like medications impact collagen levels as well?

Do you feel like medications impact collagen levels as well? I’ve really been diving into birth control, recently, and just because there’s so many, hidden consequences to birth control that people don’t know about, and one of them is osteoporosis, hypothyroidism is another one. these can all be associated with long term use of birth control. Do you know of, or do you think that medications of any sort could impact your collagen level? Levels?

>> Dr David Kolowski: I definitely think there are. I can’t name any off the top of my head exactly. But the idea with medication, obviously, is that you’re forcing the body into some sort of action, you know, instead of like a natural supplement that supports the natural function of a body, and medication forces the body. And so anytime you try to force the body into doing something, you’re always going to create some resistance in equal, opposite ways. And that often shows up in some form of inflammation or some kind of toxicity. and the body then has to deal with all of that as well. So I’m not saying there’s never a time and place for medications or drugs of any type. what I’m saying is we don’t need to default to that choice. but we also need to be cognizant of the, unanticipated reactions, the side effects that can come about from taking any kind of medication and be able to, course correct as needed. And that may mean taking extra supplements, extra collagen to make up for the deficit and the issues that come about while you’re on those things.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yep. Yep. That makes sense.

We have to relearn how to be a good patient, too

I wanna talk about being a good patient. You know, we always kind of talk about what’s wrong with. Well, I do. I always talk about what’s wrong with the current healthcare model. but I’ve noticed over the years that we actually have to relearn how to be a good patient, too. So could you describe to me what is a good patient?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Well, a good patient, you know, asks good questions. We love that. they are trying to be engaged in their health. They want to grow, they want to learn, they want to take ownership of their health. And that’s really where the magic takes off, because we don’t want somebody who is just looking for a quick fix, looking for a quick protocol m they just want to plug and play and they don’t really understand the why behind it. We try to teach a little bit of the why, so they understand not only why their problems came about, but also why what we are doing is helping them in the first place as well. So, because we want them to be able to leave our office and leave our care with the knowledge that will help prevent that from happening the next time around. So we want somebody who’s active, who’s engaged, who asks good questions, that wants, to change, that wants to heal, that knows that their body is smart and powerful. That’s the kind of person we love working with.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right. Understanding that, this model, too, because natural healing, real healing, I hate even saying it’s natural healing, because there is only one kind of healing. Your body heals. Nothing else heals. It’s your body does the healing. And, so, but with this, this way of getting, helping someone through a healing journey, it doesn’t look the same as, you know, taking a prescription medication, it doesn’t look the same as cutting out inflammation, it doesn’t look the same. A prescription medication makes an immediate impact, most times immediately, right? If you’re taking a pain pill, you take the pain pill, you wait a little bit and the pain is gone. But when you’re healing, when you’re truly healing, your expectation has to be a little bit different, doesn’t it?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Right? Again, you’re not forcing the body into some reaction or forcing, the body to basically put duct tape over the check engine light, so to speak. That’s all a prescription medication does in some cases. So you’re not getting that connection to your body. You’re not getting the warning signals anymore. And you think, oh, well, my symptoms gone, it must mean I’m healthy. But meanwhile, you know, or another way to say it is you took the batteries, out of the smoke alarm, you know, the fire is still going, but you’re just oblivious to it because you don’t hear the siren. So, you’re right. Healing is a process. Healing takes time. And we have to honor that. Our body is capable of healing. And if we do the right things, give it the right opportunity, give, it the right time, it’s the natural response of doing the right things. Just like eating a horrible diet and living a horrible lifestyle is then body to fall apart and for you to feel like you’re 20 years older than you should be.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right? I heard something the other day I want to share with you because it made me cringe and I don’t think I ever noticed it before, but, somebody was talking about intervention, medical interventions, and, they were, they used, they described it as this. Oh, we just trick the body. We trick the body into thinking it’s, you know, pregnant, or we trick the body into thinking it’s, it’s, it’s got an invader or what you do. You think that we can trick the body?

>> Dr David Kolowski: You can’t trick the body for too long before you start getting really bad reactions.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I just thought that was.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Nature has the last flesh.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Exactly. I just thought that was so, I probably have heard that I don’t know how many times through my life, you know, we just tricked the body and I thought, wow, that’s, that’s really something to think that, you know, us just regular humans can, can trick this miraculous, you know, body that we have that has such intricacy, you know, one thing leads to we’re so symbiotic in nature. To think that we could trick the body without consequence seemed a little bit funny to me. It seemed a little funny to me.

>> Dr David Kolowski: You’re creating an imbalance.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes.

>> Dr David Kolowski: And nature doesn’t like to be out of balance.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes.

Alex Jones talks about xenotransplantation on his radio show

Okay, let’s get to this other, top story I wanted to bring up today, which is xenotransplantation. Have you heard of this? This is, organ transplants. a little different, though. Not the normal, organ transplants plant. Let’s queue up this clip from Alex Jones where he’s talking about it on candace owens.

>> Speaker B: That’s what’s so crazy. And like most of deep state is not just mind control and assassin teams and stuff. The deep state is 30 years ago. They have these facilities all over the country that he classified it ten years ago with cows that can grow up humanoid clones in them that they actually harvest organs from. Now you can type in human, animal hybrids are just on, at ranches across the US. That was in MIT quarterly and wired magazine about eight, nine years ago. People said, alex Jones is right. It was, it was in the medical literature about the humanoid clones. They just. It’s something they don’t parade around. So when you talk about the deep state, folks, that’s. The people think of the deep state as guys coming to kill you. That is seen. And their top scientists said this back in the sixties, sixties, Julian Huxley was actually the head of the UN program running this. His brother was Aldous Huxley. And Huxley wrote Brave New World Revisited and said, the future is not 1984. Guns and black boots and, you know, boot on the face. It’s turning humans into cyborgs. It’s genetically engineering you. It’s, it’s, it’s, it’s drugging your food and water until everyone is mind controlled. And he said, so, brave new world that he wrote in 32, which now is a come true today, he said, is really a execution manual.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And that is where we find ourselves today on the precipice of transhumanism. this research has been going on for far longer than, you know, we all have known. And, this requires a national conversation at the very least. And we’re not going to get it until we push for it, but we are. It feels like a science fiction movie sometimes. But once you, you dive in and you start learning about this stuff, you can see that, it’s been a buildup, a gradual buildup, but this technology is here, and we need to start having a conversation about whether or not this is okay and what this means for the future of humanity. this article, you know, this is back from 2020. You can find all kinds of stuff, especially when you start putting in keywords like biotech, because this is what they’re hoping to do, you know, it’s organ transplanting, through animals, and they’re growing cells, they’re doing cell transplants. they replace damaged human cells, it says, with healthy animal cells. And they’re hoping to find, ah, you know, solution to diseases like diabetes and Parkinson’s, you know, the diabetes, type one diabetes that you’re born with. I get that. the type two diabetes, I don’t get. You mean to tell me that you are going to go through animal cell transplanting before changing your diet, changing your lifestyle? I mean, that’s what they do. They don’t even ask about your diet and your lifestyle. They just start you on medication when it comes to diabetes. And, you’re not going to get away with that. You know, we’ve been diving down the road of metabolic health and the impact that it has, when it comes to disease in your brain, not just your body, but your brain. you can take drugs, but you’re only covering up the signal when you do that. And so you’re gonna, you’re gonna. Inevitably, you’re headed towards polypharmacy, multiple medications, right? 5678 medications, because you’re not getting to the root cause of the problem. And, eventually, you’re gonna start medicating your side effects from your medications. I mean, we see commercials on tv for that already. Medication for your medication, right? Are you on SSri’s? Are they not working for you? Add in, abilify, or whatever you call it, right? A, medication for your medication. This doesn’t, in a world of common sense, just stop and think about it. It. For 1 minute, I’m medicating the side effects of my medication, hoping to just tweak it just right, just to get it dialed in. But yet, we’ve done nothing towards diet. We’ve done nothing towards lifestyle. We haven’t even taken toxins out of our household. We haven’t looked at all of the things that have led us down this path. And this is just going to get crazier and crazier as we get into the gene injections and the DNA manipulation. You’re creating more problems instead of getting to the root cause of the original problem. That probably requires lifestyle modification. It’s nuts. And that’s why I say I feel like we are living in idiocracy. We’re willing to go so far as to develop and grow organs in animals, because our organs have failed us because of the, choices we have made, made, long term choices that we have made. Assaults that are in our environment, poisons. We’re being poisoned. I cannot stress that enough. We are being poisoned. And, you know, it’s funny to me that people still think some of this stuff is a conspiracy theory. Like, go look at it. Go to source material and go look at it. It’s right there. And yet people still like, oh, that’s just a conspiracy. No, I wish it was. I wish it was. It’s much scarier when you realize, that, it’s purposeful. A lot of it’s purposeful and that a lot of it is out of control and that there’s this game, this power kingpin game going on for control, and we’re just the pawns in it. It gets pretty terrifying if you let it. You have to remind yourself that our creator is in control and that something bigger is at play here. and work on that. A scientist took a psychedelic drug and watched his own brain fall apart.

Mainstream media use headlines to demonize psychedelic drugs

I found this headline, particularly interesting coming from a mainstream outlet. Of course, m at a glance, you would think that the psychedelic drug he took, was having, a negative impact on him. And this is how they use headlines to demonize, certain things, especially, things that they don’t hold patents on, that they can’t, control and sell to you. They tend to demonize it. But, nonetheless, it’s good. If you actually read the article, we’ll get into it when we come back after the break. More evidence that everything we need comes right from this earth. you’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m tammy Cuthbert Garcia. Stay tuned because we’ll be right back. Will it make it easier on you?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’Re back. If you want more information on medicinal mushrooms, I’m happy to forward you those studies. I have them. I have them right here. So if you want more information, text 720-303-8868 this research is really intriguing. It is really intriguing. If you want to try the mushrooms, you can go to naturallyinspiredradio.com and click on the immune boosting mushrooms, tab and get started with them today. This research, is so, so interesting. And I, and I get, I get worried about it a little bit because I don’t want the bad guys to get a hold of it and you know, synthesize it and then, you know, put it on a, put it on a drug schedule and all the rest of it. Right. I mean, we’re seeing some of that stuff, m you know, become a little bit more accessible. But at what point will they shut that down? I, mean, they, they hold so much power when it comes to us being able to connect to real solutions for health. And its not freedom. We dont have medical freedom. between the insurance companies and the laws, the criminality around some plants and medicinal plants, its endless. Then if you throw in, the economic barrier, because, you know, you always hear about these big celebrities that have gone through health transformations, and they’ve gone through these programs that, you know, bring them all the things they get, the testing that they need to get, and then they are able to do all the different therapies and they have access to that. And, you know, here the average person is just stuck kind of paying their $1,500 worth of premiums for their family for sub par care, we don’t have access to that same care because all that stuff is privatized, and it is, which is the way it should be, but it’s not feasible when you’re paying $1,500 a month for your family’s health care already. And this is how it’s become a monopolization. We’re funneled into these solutions that aren’t solutions. They aren’t solutions. They’re band aids. And so when I see articles like this, I get excited, but I also, get worried that, oh, my gosh, are they going to tighten up on this and, close the gate to its accessibility? Because this researcher, actually ended up bringing in individuals, which I found really interesting. He brought in some individuals, so he was able to monitor them very closely. And, he was scanning their brains. And the scan showed that the psilocybin in mushrooms caused swift and dramatic changes to certain brain networks. Usually, the neurons in a given network become active at the same time, often in tandem with other networks, too. And what’s going on during, psilocybin is that population of neurons that are normally in synchrony are out of synchrony. And that’s why I think it’s so effective when you’re talking about things like depression and, mood disorders, because the neural pathways get so, it’s the best way to describe it. I always describe it to my clients, like, when we’re trying to change a habit, we have to understand that we’ve built neuro pathways in our brain to expect certain outcomes from certain habits. And it becomes easy for the brain to fire in that train of thought, because we’ve thought that way so many times. It’s like the analogy I use is a wide open meadow. Imagine a, wide open meadow with tall grass, and there’s one dirt path going across the meadow to the other side, of the field. And you can see that one path. And so you take that path every day, every day, every day, back and forth, back and forth, only path, you know? But if you just stepped off the path and. And started to create a new path in that tall, green meadow, you now have another neural pathway that you’re working to build that will be a new habit for you. And it takes time to break down the grass, right? It takes time to break down the grass to start building that visible path that becomes habita for you. But the more you walk on that, the more you break it down, the more it becomes easily accessible. And when we get stuck in things like depression and mood disorders, we are stuck on that path. And sometimes it’s very difficult. There’s no, you know, willpower is not enough when you’re down that dark hole. So we can use tools like this to disrupt. I disrupt the synchrony and get it out of sync so that you can begin to see, oh, my gosh, I’m in a huge meadow here. I could actually just step over here and create a new pathway, because you can only see this one path when you’re stuck in that way of thinking. And that’s what this allows. And I think there are other, other psychedelics that, do the same thing, and we should have access to these things instead of just feeling hopeless. And these pharmaceuticals that just numb us. They don’t allow us to build new pathways. We know the whole brain chemistry thing is a fraud. That’s not true. We have to bring some of these other modalities forward. I’m excited for people to be able to connect to them. M and I hope that we can foster it. You know, I hope we can foster this area of health and keep it, keep it. Keep it on the right path. Right. And not let them get their. And when I say them, I’m talking about the medical mafia, right? The pharmaceutical companies, the corporations, wall street, not let them get their claws into this because they, no doubt will synthesize it and make it, corrupt it, and then we won’t get the same impact that we’re getting from it. And I also hope that people can open their minds to this type of therapy, these types of plant medicine and these types of therapies, because we’ve been conditioned to believe that these are street drugs and that these are harmful, harmful. Stay away them. Stay away from them. You know, don’t do drugs, kids. All that stuff is part of the psychological programming that works in favor of the pharmaceutical model and not in favor of your true healing journey. You know, there are demographics of people that still feel that this is bad. You know, they’re still very against cannabis. They’re still very against, psychedelics. They’re just, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. And they’re missing out. Not only are they missing out for themselves, if they know someone or if they themselves could benefit from them, but they’re continuing on the narrative in our culture that demonizes these things that are medicinal tools to us that could be bringing a great deal of pain relief to a lot of people.

People change when they’ve learned enough to want to change, right?

okay, inspired moment today. I wanted to just, visit with you about my substac, actually, because I think this is really important to understand. I was talking a little bit with Doctor Kolowski about being a good patient. and this is becoming more obvious to me that we’re going to have to do some education to the public, to get people to understand that, this isn’t the allopathic model of care. Your expectation has to kind of shift from what you expect from the allopathic model to this real healthcare model, which means you don’t get results overnight. Right. There are, you know, we have wonderful things that can help with pain, like Greska’s c 60 helps with pain. You can use these things to help you through your journey that don’t cause side effects, but ultimately, your body is the one that does the healing, and it’s going to take time to get through that healing process. And this is why I think people have a big barrier between taking action is they start something and they don’t see immediate results. And so they feel like, oh, this isn’t working, and they quit too soon. People change when they’ve learned enough to want to change, right? You have to have that education behind you, like, ah, I got to do something about this. You wouldn’t. If you, if you suddenly learned that there was cyanide in your, in your, you know, french fries, you would stop eating them, right? Because you don’t want to die. It’s that simple. But if you don’t know what you don’t know, then you continue doing those things. They also change when they hurt so much that they have to, right? When the pain becomes so much, it is now like running your life. It’s impacting your relationships, your job, everything. They also change when they’ve lost everything that stopped them from changing sooner. So if you have enablers in your life that kind of help, you not change, if you will, when those things finally get sick and tired of it and go away, then you’re forced to change. No matter what is driving us, towards change, it’s probably going to involve some pain. That’s just the reality of going through a transformation process. It’ll either be the pain of learning something new, the pain of the consequences, or the pain of regret. So we can choose to see the need for change as a. As, ah, a negative negative that victimizes us. Or we can see it as an opportunity to become who we are really meant to be. Our biggest challenges are often a part of what creates our purpose in life and growing past. A challenge is a transformation process, building new habits each day that transforms us into who we need to be to have the results that we want. There’s definitely a gap in us all, all of us. There’s. It’s a process when you start taking in, new information. So there’s a gap between what you know and what you do, right? And you work every day to kind of narrow that gap every day just to little bit. And don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to how you were able to narrow the gap from yesterday to today and keep working each and every day to narrow the gap. You’ve been listening to naturally inspired radio.
