Another wildfire breaks out in northern Colorado; thoughts and prayers go out

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What you think, what you feel.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Welcome to Monday. This is naturally inspired radio. A hot day here in northern Colorado. just shortly, not more than maybe 2 hours ago. seems like we have a pretty big wildfire up in Loveland and Estes area is, from what I heard, obviously terrible, terrible news. And, my thoughts and prayers, of course, go out to everybody in that area and I hope they’re able to safely evacuate and evacuate all of their animals, those people up there in that area, almost all animal owners, you know, horses, cows and such. So let’s just pray that they can get everything out of there and safely get away from the wildfires. man, it’s just one challenge after another these days. You know, I do not recall there ever being so many wildfires in my day. And, just correlates perfectly with the climate cult agenda, doesn’t it? Every time another one breaks out, I just think, oh, here we go. Right? Here we go. I mean, there’s a lot of variables there that we could investigate into, but somehow they never really get investigated into. It just always gets chalked up to climate, right. The earth’s getting hotter and summers are hotter and, we never really find out. All these fires that we experience, we never really find out exactly how they started. And that is super, annoying and, frustrating because, we’re always to blame. And my concern with all the wildfires that go on in North America is that this will be an excuse used to shut us out of nature. You know, it’s just too dangerous for people to be up on trails, people to be on mountaintops, people to be camping, people to be out in nature connecting to nature that we so desperately need to be doing. I, always fear that these fires are going to eventually be the reasoning used against us so that we’re not able to access nature anymore. And I, know it’s not maybe the time to be talking about that aspect of it, but that’s what comes to mind. I mean, the people, number one, I can’t imagine, you know, the terror that that’s, you know, creating in their lives. And I, hope everyone is safe and, that we can start to get to some solutions around this problem that continues to occur.

Moloch says the opening ceremonies of the Olympics were clearly ritualistic

lots of stuff going on in the news, not just wildfires. Right. Of course, everybody on social media is up in arms about the Olympics and, the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. So it’s kind of, you know, another thing that’s being used to shape culture. everyones talking about it, really twitter is just packed with it. I didnt really see too much else being talked about over the weekend other than the Olympics and what should be done about it and what it meant. And, you know, to me its pretty clear, especially now, I guess they have issued an apology. An apology for, being offensive to christians on the, on the, with the display. What? I don’t even know what to call that. You know, to me, it was very clearly ritualistic. There was so much symbolism, I mean, everywhere. I didn’t watch the whole thing because I just, at this point, like I said before, this is like a toddler throwing a fit. Look at us. Look at us. We’re going to do our thing so boldly right in your face. and there was so much symbology in it that I just thought, oh, this is just ridiculous. Obviously worship of dark forces, right? I mean, it was just obvious to me. The, black and white checked floor they were dancing on at one point, not to mention the blood and the, you know, the headless floating woman and then the transgender. I mean, it was just riddled with, all the clips that I saw were just riddled with darkness. Right. Perversion. Weird stuff. so to me, when they came out a couple days later to, you know, the Olympic committee apologized for causing. It wasn’t really an apology, you know, it was one of those apologies, but not really, you know what I mean? Because they don’t care. And to me, it was just absolute proof. It was just absolute proof that that display of whatever that was, was ritualistic and it was worship. It was worship. They were, they were, you know, dedicating the opening ceremonies to the dark prince, Satan himself. And, this was their offering to perform, in front of, in front of, you know, millions and millions of people. It was. I don’t know what else you would. You think it’s all accidental? Oh, I love it when people say, oh, it’s just art. Chill out. It’s just art. no, it isn’t. No, it isn’t just art. It’s, got a meaning behind it. All art has meaning behind it. All art does. That’s, a, it’s a form of expression. That’s what it is. It’s a form of expression. And they were expressing a ritual to their deity, their God, and, it was Satan. And when they come out and apologize for it after the fact, they don’t care about offending anybody. What they’re doing now is trying not to lose sponsors. So they committed to this ritual thing, ceremony and they executed it and it went off without a hitch in their eyes. Right. They got to do everything they wanted to do. and it’s now that they’re going to try to do a little bit of damage to control so they can save some money because they don’t want everybody pulling away, because then they’re going to lose the sponsors. There’s a lot of repercussions to that. You know, people won’t pay for their sponsoring and, you know, athletes lose deals. you know, it’s a lot. It’s a huge money maker. And so that’s what they’re trying to protect now. But make no mistake about it, the goal has been accomplished. Everybody’s talking about it. It’s getting a ton of exposure. and that’s exactly what they wanted because they were sending a message to the world ritual. This is who we worship. Right? And, if you don’t see it that way, you maybe haven’t done. Put in the time to research deities like Moloch and the transgender, correlation.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Because it all lines up. It’s just there. It’s not conspiracy theory, it’s not anything. It’s fact straight across. Right? You can do the research and understand what that ritual was, or you can sit there and, you know, tell yourself it’s just art doesn’t mean anything. But, I really. I don’t think I’ve ever come across any art that doesn’t mean anything. I mean, if your five year old draws something in kindergarten, picture whatever, it still means something. They’re trying to express something to you, and, that’s what they were doing. End of story. Like, you don’t have to argue about it. Okay, we see you. You know, you guys are. You worship Satan. Okay, well, that’s your. That’s your deal. And, you want, you know, millions of people to see this. Got it. Okay. I’m not watching because I don’t worship Satan. So I really have an interest in that. But, hey, if you do. Still free country. Sorry for you, but, that’s the way we need to look at it.

People are now genetically modified if they have participated in COVID shots

First off, we’re going to be talking, or I’m going to share a clip with you from doctor Mark Trozzi. He’s canadian guy. he was describing the genetic modification that people have put themselves through if they have participated in the COVID shots. And he talks again, he’s just echoing exactly what I’ve been saying for so long in the way that people are now genetically modified. Nobody wants to believe that, nobody wants to believe that, but it’s true. People are genetically modified and that’s what we’re dealing with and we don’t yet know the repercussions of that. But let’s go ahead and queue up the clip. And this is Doctor Mark Trozzi in Canada. Take a listen.

>> Speaker C: So that’s what’s supposed to happen in your body. So what were people given in these injections was pegylated nanoparticles that could get into the cell carrying this highly modified, unnatural version of messenger rna to make your ribosome make the most toxic part of the coronavirus, which is the spike protein. Now, as Doctor David speaker pointed out as well, we’ve learned there’s also DNA in there, a bunch of genetic sequences. We’re still figuring out what some of they are. And included in that is that sv 40 promoter sequence. And the sv 40 promoter sequence helps the other DNA get into the nucleus and get integrated into your chromosome. That’s called genetically modifying people. Nobody signed up for that when they got a safe and effective vaccine.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Nobody signed up for that because you never would have signed up for that. Can you imagine if Doctor Fauci got on the tv and said, hey, folks, we’re gonna go ahead and shoot you up with some genetically modified material and change you into a different form? Humans line up here. Do you think you. A lot of people would have went for that? No, they wouldn’t have. I can guarantee they would have been like, I don’t know about that. I mean, there certainly would be a sect of people, I think, that are so addicted and enamored by technology that they would run out and do it. Absolutely make me a. Make me a transhumanization. but more people would not have done that if they had known that that’s what they were signing up for. And, man, if I fell prey to that, I’d be so angry today. I would be so, so angry today. I’m wondering why people aren’t. And I can only think that they just don’t listen to people like Doctor Mark Taurosi, or they don’t listen to all of the COVID doctors that we’ve covered here with naturally inspired through the years since COVID specifically talking about COVID and genetic modification. I, guess I just don’t hear them. And that would make sense to me. Just, over the weekend, I was actually, at my hairdressers. And, you know, she doesn’t necessarily tap into everything that. That I listen to or read or whatever, but, she happened to bring up her algorithm in front of me, for TikTok and, Instagram. And I could not believe what her algorithm was pushing out to her compared to what I see on my feed. Cause, you know, I see my kids feed sometimes. I see Jason’s feed. And we all kind of have a lot of the same interests, so it makes sense to me. But seeing her feed. Her algorithm feed was jarring to me. I could not believe the propaganda that was being. She was being fed. I could not. Every video she tried, because we were talking about the Olympics stuff, and she’s like, well, what was so controversial? She could not find a negative review of the Olympics on her feed. Not one. It was all praise and how wonderful it was. And, she didn’t watch it, so she had no idea what had happened. And if she just went on her algorithm alone, she would have thought it was a smashing success. And this really outlined to me the two different worlds we’re living in because of how tied we are to social media for information. It’s pretty easy not to know something. It occurred to me through this conversation, like, oh, my gosh. So I had to pull up my phone and show her what was on my feed, which was, you know, the mockery of the last Supper, the weirdness of the little blue Smurf being lowered down on the plate and the checkered floor with the weird transgender dancers. And, like, it was bizarre, right? The lady with her head cut off. I had to show her that. Oh, my gosh. She said, why would they do that? But this is just. This is what we have to understand. Some of these people have an algorithm on their phones that is, is totally different from ours, and so it’s shaping their perception of what goes on in the world. And had I not been there, I’m not sure she would have ever even went back to look at. She would have never even known, possibly. So that’s what we’re up against. Right? I hope that one day, you know, that one day, people do start to, you know, do a little more self, you know, self inspired research, I guess, where they type in, you know, search. Searching certain terms. But we’re getting to a point now where even that is becoming censored. I was looking for. I’m going to cover a story about paraquat here later in the show, and I was looking up for a very specific story that I had read about it. Couldn’t find it. Couldn’t find it anymore. I read this morning on Twitter that they’re actually Google, searches. Google search is actually banning, searches on Trump about the assassination attempt. So if you try to find out information on Google about the assassination attempt, nothing comes up. Ive noticed, personally, on my feed on Twitter, im now seeing positive endorsements from just what look like to be regular accounts on Twitter, supporting Kamala Harris. I was not seeing anything about democratic politics on my Twitter feed, until Kamala announced that she’s going to be running for president. Now all of a sudden, I see accounts that I do not follow saying positive things about Kamala. So just, keep that in mind when you’re scrolling through stuff that this thing is curated for specific outcomes, and I. That’s what’s happening here. And so the division that we feel between each other, I don’t know how much of the division is real because my hairdresser is. Certainly wouldn’t condone something like that. You know, in Paris, what happened at the. At the Olympics, she wouldn’t be like, yes, this is wonderful. That’s not her. That’s not her. And. But just her not even knowing about it and then seeing all the compliments and great comments about it. You know, if someone were to say later down the road, oh, the opening ceremonies were in Paris, she would say, oh, I heard they were fantastic. That’s her perception.

Tammy Garcia: I hope people understand that vaccines are genetically modifying

So, so weird, this virtual reality that we live in. But I do hope that people understand at some point that what they have in general, injected into their bodies is genetically modifying, and we do not know what the outcomes of that will be through generations to come. Many people have suffered side effects already, you know, myocarditis, all the ones we talk about here all the time, turbo cancers, all of these other things. But we still don’t know. We won’t know for decades to come how this altered humanity, and we’ll continue to because they keep making more. And seems, like people haven’t quite got the message yet. You know, they’ve, signed up for millions, of doses of bird flu vaccinations as well. And I hear those are coming quick, so we’ll see what the public response about that is. It’ll be interesting to see if people are ready to roll up their sleeves for a bird flu vaccination. of course, the bird flu is a respiratory, infection, I guess, that, almost nobody has, ah, had. And there’s been a handful of positive test cases. so a handful of cases. A little bit of sniffles is what I’ve been hearing. We had the one death that was, you know, completely overblown by somebody who was, you know, terminally ill already. so let’s see how they tried to amp up this stuff. Because it’s coming, right? We know it’s coming. they’ve got a. They’ve got a vaccine, so, you know, they’re going to be. I’ve seen a little bit of propagandized doctors coming out and saying, oh, you know, get your. Get your flu shot. Get your, bird flu shot coming soon type of thing. This is killing 50% of people. Like, I don’t even know how you can utter those words and not feel completely horrible as a human being, but nonetheless, these people are paid. You know, they’re incentivized to spread propaganda about these pharmaceutical products, and they’re not going to stop because their paychecks directly tied to it. So, that’s what we’re up against. So, you know, hopefully, maybe that’s a good experiment. People, you know, check out. Check out some of your friends phones, you know, if they see things differently than you do, be interesting to just look at each other’s algorithm on social media and compare notes. If you want to change your algorithm, go looking for specific accounts like naturally inspired and others, you know, that talk about stuff like this and add them. Add them to your social media and then, like, a bunch of their posts, because that’s how they’re building your algorithm. And slowly but surely, you’ll start, you know, getting out of the matrix, because that’s what that is. It’s not that, you know, people, you know, try to build their algorithms. Like, you know, my daughter’s algorithm is all dance. Because that’s all she watches, right? She’s a dancer. She loves dance. Most of the posts she sees on Instagram are dance related. It’s all music and dance. you’re curating your own algorithm, but if you don’t purposefully curate it, then they’re feeding you whatever. When I first got kicked off of Instagram and had to start a second account, the minute I signed up, with a new account, I was presented with people like Oprah, Michelle Obama, Biden, you know, all. All these different high profile people on the left, and then, you know, fitness stuff that’s not really about fitness, but more about aesthetics. With women my age, you know, and, selling a lot of products that would be, you know, pertinent to my demographic, I guess you could say. So that’s just what comes in a box in a ready made social media account until you get in there and at least try to curate something of. Some substance of information and education. Beware of that. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. We’ll be right back after this short break. So much more to come. Don’t go anywhere.

NFL players are promoting General Mills cereals that contribute to obesity

okay, so next story I wanted to cover today was, general Miller. So maybe you’ve heard about general Mills in the news lately. but probably by way of. It’s the Kelsey brothers, I believe, from, the NFL. They have, put their name on a mix of cereals from general Mills. Things like lucky charms and Reese’s peanut butter puffs, and, I don’t know, maybe some. Some other one, I don’t know. but anyway, not such good food, right? Not actually food, that contributes to your health, but more or less contributes to disease. And, so there’s kind of this battle going on between a few of the, like, natural health nutrition experts and these NFL guys, and, the NFL guys are trying to defend themselves. It’s just disgusting, really. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with a little bit of this stuff. In moderation. I ate it as a kid. It’s totally fine. I feed it to my kids. It’s totally fine. It’s totally fine. no, actually, no. You know what? If you want to eat something like that, go ahead. Yeah, you’re free to do it. If you want to promote it as part of your brand and have people understand that you promote a product that leads to fatty liver disease in children, leads to obesity, leads to poor, health, then accept that as part of your brand. You need to accept that as part of your brand. You’re an NFL football player and you promote sugary cereals for consumption. Own it, brother. You know, don’t try to justify it, because you’re just embarrassing yourself at this point. You are just embarrassing yourself. Oh, it’s totally fine. And you know what? You know what? We are in an obesity, obesity epidemic in this country. And it’s not even just about obesity. It’s not been, I think, in January or February since Cheerios, a, General Mills product, was called out for having a chemical in it that caused infertility. It’s like, oh, well, that was. Yeah. What was it? What month was it? I want to say, February. Here it is. February 16, 2024. So just a few months ago, USA Today. So not even one of my favorites, right? One of the. One of the, one of the adversaries. here. The USA Today headline study finds chloramaquat in Cheerios and Quaker products. Four out of five Americans likely have a lesser known pesticide in their bodies thanks to the consumption of certain foods, according to a new study published in the Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology on Thursday. The study found that 80% of tested Americans have the chemical chlormaquat in their systems, a plant regulating agent that is currently not approved for use on edible crops in the US. So that was just in February. But don’t look at that, because guess what? Football. Football stars. Yay, football stars. They eat a mixture of general Mills cereals and, they did when they were kids. So everyone should eat it because they’ve put cartoon faces on the box to sell it to you and got, I’m sure, a pretty paycheck for doing it. That’s totally fine. This is America. You can do that. But let’s not confuse people, okay? Let’s not confuse people and have, them think that they’re going to be able to be football players if they eat the cereal or that they are going to, you know, maintain a healthy weight because you maintain a healthy weight or you’re an athlete. Do you see how you’re confusing people with that messaging? So let’s just own it. You know, if I was talking to these brothers, these Kelsey brothers, like, just own it. Yeah, man, we got a great deal. We made some money. We got a short window to make some money. we don’t feel like the product’s too bad, for people. But, we do know that it may have chemicals in it and that it may cause add, like, just own it. Just own it. I would have so much more respect for people if they just owned it. Right? Just own it. Don’t try to justify it and turn it around to something, because there are a few of us out here promoting brands that have integrity, that actually contribute to your health and make a positive impact. There are some of us out here who are dedicating, our time and efforts into food and health literacy so that people can understand how to get better health outcomes. And if you’re going to push a message that tells people, oh, yeah, you know, you can eat this in moderation. What’s moderate, bud? What’s moderate? Moderate is moderate. A quarter cup every morning, is that moderate? Because that won’t end well if you’re eating that every single day. That’s not going to have a great impact on your health. So just be leery, right? I mean, understand who these people are and what their brand is because it certainly at the end of the day, they don’t care what kind of health outcomes you have or your kids have. And that shouldn’t be confused.

So important to stay plugged in. Look at all the different ways we are offering to help you stay plugged in. This is how dedicated and passionate I am about helping people get on a good path to health. you know, we have the group now for the collagen, users. We have an annual summit that we’re doing. we have the substack, we have the newsletter. We have all of this stuff and more stuff coming. We have some very fun stuff planned. because building a lifestyle should be a lifestyle that you love. It shouldn’t be like, oh, I have to give this up. I have to give that up. I hate this. I don’t want to do this. It doesn’t have to be that way with a little bit of education, like, you know, giving up your general mills cereal, maybe at first you feel like, oh, I have to give up my lucky charms. I’ve loved lucky charms since I was a kid, you know, and it immediately can bring on emotion. And this is what I talk to my clients quite a bit about, is your food stories, right? We tie emotions to food, and then we have very emotional reactions to it. Like, I don’t want to give up my lucky charms because I used to eat it when I was a kid, and my mom used to bring it to me. And what is that? That is a very deep neural pathway. But here’s the truth about those types of products, is they bring you closer to disease and death. I mean, they do, right? They’re shooting up your blood glucose, they’re creating inflammation. We don’t even know the toxicity count that’s in them and what that’s doing. And yet we have this emotional response to it. Like, would you have such an emotional response to it if you realized that it was contributing to your early death? So that’s what I mean about building a lifestyle with education and all of these things. It doesn’t have to be something that you feel like you have to give up and is painful. It should be like, oh, phew, man, I remember when we used to eat that when we were kids, and then you laugh at it. That’s what we do now, because we think of things we ate when we were kids in the eighties, and we said, we tell each other, Jason and I, well, maybe it wasn’t as bad back then. That’s our hope, because it’s so bad now, you know? Oh, yeah, we went to McDonald’s when we were kids. Maybe it wasn’t that bad back then. That’s what we tell ourselves, right? Because we’re like, we know what’s in it now. We know everything about what’s in it, where it came from, who funds it, who we’re supporting, when we buy from it. So that’s when it becomes easy. With that education piece, you don’t need willpower because you’re like, oh, my gosh, I’m not giving them my money. You’ll have a visceral, emotional reaction to not supporting these people. You’re like, I’m walking around the block because I ain’t going there. That’s what I like. When I see a Starbucks safe, I’m out, somewhere, and I need a coffee or something. Well, there’s a Starbucks right here. I’m like, okay, where’s the local coffee shop? Well, it’s five blocks down. When we were in Vegas, recently, this is how we were out of here. There’s a Starbucks right there. Care not putting my money there? Let’s walk down the block. There’s a local one three blocks down or whatever. Okay, cool. Let’s go. Win win. You get a little bit of exercise, and you put your money in somebody’s family instead of in a corporation like Starbucks, who promotes all the things you can’t stand. So, that’s. That’s what I’m saying, you know? And that’s what we’re doing with. With all of the things that we recommend and promote with naturally inspired. So head on over to naturallyinspiredradio.com and connect to all of the real solutions we have on there and get plugged into an educational program, if not mind somebody’s, you know? Because the more people that we give education to, opportunity to, the less our adversaries have control over us, and that is what it’s all about at the end of the day. Let’s just take a look at General Mills, list of brands, because this is really. Ugh. Just gets me. you walk into a grocery store, right? And you see all these different brands on their shelves, and you think, oh, you know, like me when I was, you know, had young kids. I want to be a good mom. I want to go organic. You know, I want to do this. well, General Mills is a massive brand. Massive brand. You know, it’s just so fascinating to me that a.

Food companies like General Mills have political action committees

A food company has a pack. A food company like General Mills has a political action committee, right? A pack that donates to politics right there. You know, how do we get here? How did we get here where these corporations are controlling our food supply? By donating to politicians and parties. And if you go on, one of my favorite little places to hang out sometimes is littlesys.org. it’s, a website that it touts itself as the answer to big brother, which I love. you can put in names, and it will map it out for you. Their network, who they are connected to, and where they put their money, and all of that stuff. It’s pretty eye opening. Anyway, so when you type in general Mills, you’ll find out that they have a political action committee. Type it in on littlesis.org. like I said, you’ll find they have a political action committee. You’ll find all the people donating to that and running that are current big Whigs at General mills or former big Whigs at General mills, and now they’re lobbyists. So let’s go back to last week when we were talking about the standard american diet. Right? What was the number one food consumption in this country? Wheat. Right. What was the second most consumed item in our country? Sugar. Mm What does General Mills make? Flour and sugar products. I mean, and so, yeah, of course they have a pack of. And that determines our food pyramid that Kamala Harris would like to further extend into the wheat and sugar pyramid. A whole list of general mills brands here. Some might surprise you. Let’s spend a little bit of time on greenwashing when I come back, because I want to expose some of these brands because I know when my kids were young, I was buying these thinking I was doing something good. It’s important when you walk into the grocery store that you know who’s buying

Okay. I’m sorry, I’m spending quite a bit of time on this, General Mills. But I want you to understand, because it’s really important when you walk into the grocery store that you know who you’re buying from. You know, I know moms that. That read these articles. You know, they read these articles, like, about the Cheerios. I had a few moms send me the article about the Cheerios back a few months, and, you know, a few months ago when it came out, that’s it. I’m never buying that again. Like, oh, I was even. Do you think the organic Cheerios has it in? Well, you know, I don’t know. No. Organics certainly isn’t now what it used to be. It’s been tainted. It’s been bought. The regulations have been shifted. So I don’t know. I just don’t buy from mega brands like this because I don’t trust them. I do not trust them. Their bottom line means Trump’s everything, right? They’re all about Wall street. So, you know, these moms would say, you know, I’m so mad, I’m never buying them again. And then they go into the grocery store, and guess what they buy. Annie’s, right? Annie’s known as an organic, brand. But guess who owns it? General Mills. So he’s like, you know, I’m so mad at Cheerios. I’m buying Annie’s. It’s like, oh, man. And that’s kind of how they got it. Yes, because they’ve monopolized the food chain supply. They’ve monopolized it under the guise of so many different brands. So here’s a few more. So, General Mills, they’re a snack empire, right? It’s all super processed foods in a box, right? In a can. So here’s a few of the things that they make. Annie’s is one of their brands. autumn’s gold Betty Crocker bisquick, blue buffalo bugle. Cascadian farms. Doesn’t that sound sweet? Cascadian farms. I want to buy my food from cascadian farms. You know, except for if it has herbicides in it. Maybe I don’t. You know what I’m saying? It’s just such a facade. Cheeriols, of course. Chex cereal, chex mix, cinnamon toast crunch. I think that’s the one the Kelsey brothers are into. the cocoa puffs, cookie. crisp dunkaroos. Fiber one. Ah. you see, people see fiber, they think that’s got to be healthy, right? Maybe not. Maybe not. Gold medal. good measure. Green giant haagen daws. Just roll kicks. Lara bar. That’s directed right at us, gals, let me tell you. Latina fresh lucky charms, mirror glen, nature Valley. It’s a general mills, brand. Pillsbury. See, I mean, it just goes on and on. Trix, wheaties, total yoplay, yokee. All of these general mills products and more. That’s just a few of them I named off. We don’t have time to go through all of them. But if you want to send a message to these people, don’t buy their products, right? They’re not being held accountable for the chemicals they’re using in the products they make. They’re not being held accountable for the lack of nutrition that they contain. And it’s leading to a disease epidemic in our country. And it’s time we stood up for our children and said, no. No more. With no thanks to the NFL, clearly, or the Kelsey brothers. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned. We’ll be back for the second hour after this short break.

What do you think about General Mills and genetically modified food

Talk about some of the stuff we’ve been talking about, the olympics, you know, this genetically modified people, now that we’re living with this, in this era, what do you think about that? What are your thoughts about it? And of course, General Mills and their connections, you know, just looking on that little sis, too. I forgot to mention, they have connections to the Rothschilds. And I mean, gosh, it just, you know, it’s just, it’s not even shocking anymore. When you go in and you see the roots of these massive corporations, it’s just not even shocking anymore. It’s not even shocking. It’s just like, what are we going to do about it? Stop buying their stuff. That’s what we can do. And it’s the most profound thing, actually, that we can do. so what do you think about General Mills and, all of that stuff and the Kelsey brothers and just, you know, the constant, the constant conditioning that goes on around food is, just keeping people in a deadly cycle, you know, of disease. It really is.

A whole lot of countries have banned paraquat because it causes Parkinson’s

All right, let’s get back to, the next story, which is paraquat. Have you heard of this? I mentioned it, I think maybe last week or the week before that. paraquat is an herbicide that is used in farming. And, it’s made in China. However, it’s banned in China. Why? Well, a whole lot of countries have banned it because it’s been known to cause disease, Parkinson’s. And you probably remember Michael J. Fox. he has a foundation. Of course, I didn’t realize how early Michael J. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. He was 29, you guys. 29. And, so I can imagine, you know, now, so many years later, he knows a thing or two about Parkinson’s. He has his own foundation, and his foundation actually sued a regulatory agency, our regulatory agency, and said, hey, man, why is this still allowed here when we know that it’s been known to cause Parkinson’s? So this is a little clip, from a documentary that was talking about this. Take a listen.

>> Speaker E: We wanted to know why this chemical.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That had been associated with such severe harms was still being approved and used in the United States.

>> Speaker G: Paraquat is so poisonous that it needs a license to be used. The EPA warns that one small sip can kill with no known antidote. During training, youre told to wear proper protective equipment, including respirators, when handling it. Its sprayed widely across the United States and some other parts of the world because of how effective it is at killing weeds. Farmers like Paraquat, in part because it can kill weeds that have developed resistance to other herbicides. One of those farmers was Clayton Taholke.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Nobody ever thought he was saying something hurt anybody. Yeah, you didn’t know spray was gonna affect your health.

>> Speaker G: Clayton lives just outside of Milbank, South Dakota. He comes from a family of farmers, and for a time, lived on his beloved farm with his wife, Denise. But then one day, he and Denise began to notice his tremors.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And there’s a lot more stories than just that one man’s stories. And I would say that, you know, the inquiry into something like this would probably reveal, that there are other things going on with these chemicals as well, other than not just Parkinson’s. I don’t. I’ve never been able to understand how they rationalize that. Okay, so you have to use hazardous protective, gear to spray this herbicide. But, it’s totally okay if you eat the food that. That it’s sprayed on. I’ve never made sense to me. It’s never made sense to me. You know, that. That it’s okay to, you know, you have to protect yourself while you’re spraying it. But then after the plants absorbed it and it’s into our soil, and the plant is clearly getting its fuel from, you know, its nutrition from the soil, that it’s okay to then eat this stuff. Turns out it’s not okay. But here’s the frustration. What are we doing about this? Why is nobody doing anything about this? I’ll tell you why. It’s because of what I just mentioned. It’s because of general, mills having a pac, right? Having their own political action committee that goes to Washington and makes sure. Remember that wheat and sugar are the two main, most consumed products in our country. I’m so tired of it. And you should be too. Look at your grandbabies. Look at your children. Do you want this for them? Here’s how you stop it. You don’t even have to go to Washington, huh? You gotta stop buying it. You gotta stop buying it. You’re listening to naturally inspired a radio. We’re gonna go to break. When we come back, I want to talk more about this paraquat and more need pain relief. Gruska’s topical mist spray on water based carbon 60 suspension quickly absorbs into the skin, penetrating into muscles and joints. To help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, spray it on. So go to naturallyinspiredradio.com today, click on the collagen tab, get your collagen ordered so you can be part of this awesome community even more, paraquat. So let’s get back to it.

Michael J. Fox foundation has inquired about herbicide use in China

So yeah, these guys are making it right in China. They’re sending it out here and our farmers are using it thinking it’s totally fine. it’s not totally fine. And, we just heard from a clip from a farmer who, you know, is suffering now from Parkinson’s. And now there’s correlation. The Michael J. Fox foundation has inquired about it and even filed, legal proceedings over it, and yet our government still allows it. Okay, this is an article even just from December, essential herbicide. And this is ABC News. These are our adversaries here. And they’re even reporting on it. Like how bad does it have to be that the, you know, the compromised media is even reporting on it? Herbicide, but at what cost? So, you know, theyre saying its essential. Is it essential, though? I dont know. When I talked to Joel, from Polyface Farms, you know, he has, so many real solutions for regenerative farming. When I hear from Will Harris, you know, both of these men have been on my podcast and Ive talked to them at length. Ive talked to other local people who are starting their own smaller regenerative operations. Really just so, so essential because, I mean, these guys seem to be coming up with solutions all the time. M I don’t know. I don’t know. But it’s definitely a discussion worth having, right? Because we’re getting real sick from this stuff. We’re getting real sick from this stuff. I’m not, I am not the type, you know, that is like, going to come down on farmers. And I understand there has been legacy, built here in farms, and they have been essentially tricked into using a lot of these ways of farming because of subsidies and because of different things. Programs that have gone on to encourage them to go to a more industrialized, paradigm of farming, way of farming, system of farming. So I’m not here to say stop it all tomorrow and ruin your legacy. I’m not saying that. But man, we have got to start shifting away because people are very ill. These products are harming people and we can’t ignore that. If I ever get, an interview with Bobby, Kennedy Junior, what are we going to do to incentivize farmers to get our food supply back on track, because they were certainly incentivized to use chemicals to go industrialize, to do it the way the government wanted them to do it. And now, you know, the way the government is going now it’s going to go to fake food. Do you think what a farmer’s going to do then? Like they’re going to leave you out in the cold? You think they care about your operation? They don’t. They care about profits and how they can streamline and how they can centralize and how they can dominate and monopolize. That’s what they care about. They don’t care about your little farm or your big farm for that matter. They don’t care. They don’t care if people are getting sick. They care about Wall street. They care about profits. They care about keeping the corporation thriving. And they do it at any cost. But I guarantee you, their kids aren’t eating general meal cereal. That should make you mad and that should make you want to understand how you can switch over to a more sustainable regenerative model, model that your community can support so that you can cut them out and start doing direct to consumer marketing. Where your consumer, you have contact with your consumer, then you have, then you have some real relationship power, right? When you have relationships with your customers, because right now you have a relationship with corporations, you have a relationship with government. You don’t even know your customer. So how can you serve the customer with nuance and serve them in a way where they’re happy with the product, make things up to them when things go wrong, like you’re missing out. You’re missing out and out on a whole different way of doing business, that is really maybe not so profitable in the very beginning, but it is sustainable long term. And when you build a reputation and a brand for yourself long term, and you’re known for customer service and community and giving to your community and providing for your community, that’s a legacy.

Parequa is a restricted use herbicide known for its effectiveness

I don’t know what this other thing is where you work for Syngenta or whatever. I don’t know what that is. That’s who makes paraquat, by the way, syngenta. Here’s a official statement. So this article came out in December 5, 2023. So just this past December, they’re talking about the number of nations where paraquat, the herbicide is allowed to be used, continues to dwell, gee, except for in the US. so, you know, they basically say that there is no problem with it, contrary, to these dozens of countries which have looked at the exact same data and have found that paraquat is too dangerous and too toxic to continue using. The United States Environmental Protection Agency reached the exact opposite conclusion. I should have looked this guy up. You know, the senior attorney with Earth justice, a non profit environmental, law firm, is the guy calling, you know, blowing the whistle on this, paraquat, which is often distributed under the name gramo zone. Grammar zone. I’m probably butchering that. Sorry. Farmers in the US by syngenta. Parequa is a restricted use herbicide known for its effectiveness in killing weeds. Farmers across the country are only allowed to use paraquat if they have been trained and certified. Yep. And they have to wear protective gear, and they can’t, you know, it says not to ingest any, of course, but, there are consequences to using this. As we just heard from a man in the documentary syngenta. This is their statement. Syngenta rejects these concerns. They told ABC News, in short, the hypothesis is that paraquat causes Parkinson’s, is not accepted in the medical community or peer reviewed. Oh, there’s the. There’s the, There’s the peer reviewed science, right? The gold standard. As long as we got peer reviewed, well, hey, we’re okay. So they just say. The medical community denies that. But what if the medical community denied other things? It’s interesting, isn’t it, that the medical community can say, hold up, wait a minute. There’s, you know, I don’t know how many doctors signed the Barrington declaration. thousands. There was. There was a concern in that medical community that the COVID shots weren’t safe and effective, but, I guess you don’t listen to that medical community. It’s this medical community over here, right? This is the medical community. We listen to these guys that we pay to save, that it’s safe and effective. Cool. I suspect that’s probably exactly what’s going on here, because our science in this country is bought. It is funded. Make no mistake about it. You cannot blindly trust these agencies. You cannot. We are so long past that. Let me tell you. This has been going on for decades. Captured agencies. I would like to hear more politicians talking about captured agencies, wouldn’t you? How are we ever going to clean this up if we’re not even having a discussion about it on debate stages? Why? Why are we not having discussions about it on debate stages? That’s what I want to know. Because it isn’t in the best interest of the politician to be having that discussion. Doesn’t want to make anybody mad in the corporate world because you might lose some funding to the party. It’s always about the party. Meanwhile, this poor farmer has got Parkinson’s, right? Many people probably using it have Parkinson’s. Not to mention the bioengineered aspect of this, of our food supplies. Well, you know, creating disruption in the gut and disease at record levels. It’s not going to change until we change it. Hate to be a broken record, but it’s not going to change until we change it. How do we change it? We stop funding them. Stop funding them. Stop funding them. Stop funding them. It is the only language they understand. Money.

Renew remedy talks more about inflammation and then offers some solutions

Speaking of inflammation, let’s switch, to our health topic today. a lot of people dealing with inflammation, because basically, if you’re dealing with disease, you’re dealing with inflammation. How do you get inflammation? Right, it’s injury. you can get inflammation from injury, you can get inflammation from infection, you can get inflammation. Inflammation from stress. Right. Inflammation, even from EMF. EMF, toxicity. So there’s a number of different ways that inflammation occurs. And our job is to figure out why. Why are we, why do we have inflammation? And so we have to look at the entire lifestyle. We have to look at, you know, how you grew up eating, why you grew up eating that way, what your emotional ties, your food stories are, what your stress level is, what kind of injuries you’ve had, infections, and it doesn’t necessarily mean bacterial infections. We could be talking parasites, we could be talking other infections, right? Like yeasthen. So a lot of different things to consider. Unfortunately, the allopathic medical model doesn’t consider a lot of those things as viable reasons for inflammation. They’re not too good at detecting a lot of the reasons why the body has inflammation. They just want to silence the inflammation. And what happens when you silence the inflammation with medication? you just get a different signal coming from your body because your body is so awesome. All it wants to do is let you know you have an issue here. We have an issue. We have an issue. It’s screaming, we have an issue, and it’ll do it anyway, even when you silence it. So you can silence one thing and another thing will pop up. Because the only thing the body knows is how to keep you alive. It knows how to survive. That’s its main mission in life. So don’t ever, ever let anybody tell you that your body fights against you or has turned on you. That is a lie. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Let’s talk more about inflammation and then transition into some solutions. And then, of course, an inspired moment that you won’t want to miss. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

You only take one tablespoon of collagen, one tablespoon in the evening

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Patricia texted in and wanted to know she’s on, the collagen website. So she’s on thenaturallyinspiredradio.com dot. She clicked on the collagen ah tab and now she’s wondering which one I use. And yeah, there are a few different kinds that you can choose from. I personally like the pure one. That is my favorite. other people like the life. Ah, but I prefer. And they rave about the taste of the life, and I actually just like pure stuff. That’s just kind of how I am. So I go with the pure. So, Patricia, if you want to order the pure, send me a screenshot afterwards and I will make sure you get on our list for our collagen call, for our community call. It’s, going to be inspiration, motivation, a little bit of information to keep you on your health journey. You only take one tablespoon in the morning of collagen, one tablespoon in the evening. You want to take it twice a day. That’s recommended by doctors, lauren and David Kowlowski on how to take it for the best, results. That’s what they get best in clinic. so that’s how they recommend taking it. It helps with connective tissue, helps with gut health, it helps with hair, it helps with nails, it helps with skin, mobility. And let me tell you, I, you know, mobility is king. I just see it all the time. You know, I was just talking to a friend whose elderly aunt fell down and immediately she’s had nothing but health problems since then. And I’m like, yeah, that’s kind of the way it goes. Because once they lose mobility, it’s just kind of sadly a downward spiral from there. So protect your mobility and be purposeful with keeping your mobility. Mobility equals independence and longevity. You cannot convince me otherwise. You know, these big, huge athletes that are pumping their muscles, you know, way up and they’re so huge. Yeah, but how’s your mobility, bud? Because that’s all good that you’re strong but if you can’t move, you can’t lift anything anyway. It’s really. We have to focus on mobility when it comes to longevity. So, anyway, I get off on a tangent, but order your collagen. Uh@naturallyinspiredradio.com, just click on the collagen tab. It’ll take you straight to the page. And again, I use the purer. So thank you so much for all of your support. We are really grateful for all of you in the community.

Inflammation is the body’s critical response to an injury or stress

Let’s get back to inflammation, though, because this is the root cause of all disease. Inflammation is the body’s critical response to an injury, infection, or stress. Like I mentioned, stress can be defined in a number of different ways. It can be just like emotional stress can cause inflammation in the body. Right. It’s not just, you know, physical stress. It works by signaling our body’s immune system to respond and repair injured and damaged tissues. an inflammatory messenger causes an injured area to have increased blood flow, bringing to the. To the area additional nutrients and white blood cells to kickstart the healing process. Inflammation is also in charge of blocking foreign invaders by defending the immune system from bacteria and viruses. It’s so important that without it, our wounds would get infected, of course, and our bodies would be super vulnerable. Right. If we didn’t have this protective mechanism of inflammation. That’s why I say we’re taught to view our body’s response as a fearful, as fearful, and to, you know, as a bad thing. And in reality, it’s your body. It means your body’s working, and it’s doing what it should do to save your life. And here we are, mad at our bodies because of the conditioning that has come from the mainstream health system. Oh, you know, we got a signal. You got a symptom. Run to the doctor. Cover it up. Cover it up. Stop it. Stop it. Okay, yeah, we fixed it. No, no. When we have a response like this, we got to ask questions. What’s going on? Okay, what are you trying to. What are you trying to tell me? What are you trying to tell me? What are you trying to signal? There are instances when inflammation becomes an issue. The process of inflammation self perpetuates, and this long term contributes, to this chronic response that can last months, even years, and the body continues to move on. Right. It continues to go forward in this state. So acute inflammation, obviously, that’s when you twist your ankle or have some kind of injury and, stays on for a little bit, and then it goes away. it heals quickly. You put ice on it, that type of inflammation, right? But there’s also this low grade persistent inflammation. And that, one is the one that requires a little bit more, intensive scrutiny, like, where is this coming from? Because that’s like the beginning of things like heart disease, stroke, maybe autoimmune disorders, arthritis, lupus, pain, just chronic pain. and it leads to fatigue, which then leads to a very low quality of life, so it shouldn’t be ignored. so it’s important to watch out for symptoms of chronic inflammation. Here’s a few lists. Here’s a list of a few. High blood glucose levels. Bingo. We talked about this ad nauseam. I feel like, right, control that blood sugar, digestive problems like gas, diarrhea, bloating, constipation. We’re taught heartburn, and all this stuff is just normal. It’s not, it’s not normal. It’s not normal, baby. Now we have baby heartburn. We have baby pharmaceutical products to give babies that have heartburn. What has happened to their natural gut biome that a baby would require heartburn medication. So, injected, ingested, inhaled, and that’s what happened. Wiped out the gut microbiome. Okay, so these are all signals if you’re tired all the time, if you have skin problems, huge signal, right? Inflammation. Inflammation. If you have skin issues, puffy face, puffy bags under your eyes. And then we have the whole mental spectrum, right? Depression, anxiety, brain fog, this is all, you know, you don’t necessarily need a label, right? If you’re feeling crappy, you can guarantee it’s coming from inflammation. So. Oh, what do I do? I have inflammation, so what do I do? Right? That should be kind of our response to these signals from our body that we know it’s inflammation. So we start treating inflammation right away. reduce your intake of inflammatory food. So, you know, all those general meals, cereals, cookies, cracks, crackers. I’m just ripping on general mills, but, man, they got me fired up this week. yeah, cut those out. You know, most of them likely drenched in bad oils, high sugar, lots of wheat flour, like just, you know, this is just fuel for inflammation. So cut that stuff out. fried foods, of course, support your gut health, right? And then you want to switch to anti inflammatory foods, right? You want to eat lots of protein, high protein, good source of protein, beef, like pumpkin Creek ranch beef. Great resource. Get some good beef because source matters. Don’t kid yourself, right? If you’re going to go in and get some terrible source of beef, it’s just as bad you don’t know what’s in it. So you want to get highly sourced food. And here’s the thing. When you have a highly sourced good, food, you don’t eat nearly as much of it. It just packs a punch. You don’t feel the need to overeat on it. You don’t need as much as these, like, box of crackers. You could sit there and eat the whole box, no problem. It’s got excitotoxins in it. It’s a little salty. Your mouth’s just having a party, but your body is crying inside. And that’s the truth. Control your blood sugar levels.

Move your body regularly to help prevent inflammation and manage stress, right

So let’s talk solutions, right? We talked about omega omeggies. Ah. omega six fatty acids and trans fats. when you eat a, western diet, we consume 20 times the number of omega six s in comparison to omega three s. Cheaper foods such as frozen foods, processed cakes, cookies, they contain a lot of omega six and trans fatty acids. I was so, frustrated the other day. I had to run into the grocery store and, I wanted to buy, like, some whole chocolate, like some cacao, because I sweetened my own when I used chocolate. and I was making a nice dinner for my family, and I just wanted a little bit of chocolate to put on, some raspberries that we have at our house right now. And, you know, a good, good chocolate, way more expensive, right? I think it was like $10 for a tiny little thing of good, high antioxidant dark chocolate. but you could get a sweet pie deep fried in, oil, vegetable oil, and, 23 grams of sugar, $0.79. But here’s the thing you have to keep in mind, right? it’s cheap in the short term, but it’s a very costly in the long term, right? Very costly because you’re talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical bills. But not only that, what is, you can’t, you can’t make that cost up to your family, right? There’s people who love and depend on you. And if you think of it from that point of view, you know, you’re causing a lot of heartache for saving a few bucks. And the market will never change until we drive it to change, which means we stop buying the 79 cent fried pies that are leading to death and disease. exercise regularly. Routine workouts are known to help prevent inflammation, that do two things right. Not only are you moving your body, and your lymph system, right, one of those little. I want to get one of those little rebounders. We used to have one years ago. I don’t know what happened to it. but we need to get another one because that’s a great way to just move your lymph, get your lymph moving. And I mean, that alone, you know, can contribute to so much in terms of detoxification and inflammation. Walking, of course, lifting weights. I highly recommend, you know, adhere to some kind of movement. I don’t really even care what it is, you know, but move your body regularly. It’s been shown to help manage, inflammation and, of course, manage stress, right. There are times when you encounter stressful situations. But we should always move back out of, you know, so we don’t get sucked into chronic stress. We should always move back out so you can have the stressful moment. Just like, you know, an animal, when an animal sees a, predator chasing them, they have a heightened fight or flight response. And then after that predator is no longer in the area, they resume back into homeostasis. We need to learn that from animals because we are living in a hyper stress situation all the time. Reactive, you know, move into it, move into stress when needed, but make sure you’re conscious about, okay, I’m, now shifting gears. I gotta get back into homeostasis. What do I do to do that? Maybe it’s move, maybe it’s pray. Maybe it’s, you know, a regular practice of spirituality of some sort. Those are the key pillars to helping you manage that kind of stress, right? You can’t chronically be in stress and expect to be in good health. It just doesn’t work that way. Another great solution is ivanhe therapy, IV therapy. with someone like awaken IV, they have glutathione, you know, different antioxidant and detoxifier solutions, that your body naturally already makes. And it’s been shown that these stress, that stress, toxins and many health conditions are affiliated with depleted glutathione levels. And your body cannot properly absorb glutathione when you consume oral glutathione supplements. But IV therapy can help restore this antioxidants levels. So IV glutathione treatments may help your body fight oxidative stress and has been used in health conditions, including cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes. There is a link between low glutathione levels and, some of these diseases related, to high oxidative stress. So most of all, glutathione IV therapy may help control inflammation. And there’s a 2009 study published in Autoimmunity Review that demonstrated that glutathione helps control inflammation by promoting or inhibiting, your response, the inflammation response, from your immune system. So give Nick a call, explore, ask questions. Right. Nick’s at awakeniv.com dot. this is why, exactly why I wanted to partner with Awaken IV, so I could give this tool to people, because this is a viable tool and something you should explore, especially if you’re dealing with some of these autoimmune diagnoses. and just have this in your toolbox. So awakeniv.com and it’s Nick, if you didn’t listen to the podcast with Nick, was, it two Fridays ago? I think it was now a couple weeks ago. he’s got a fantastic story, highly, educated, tons of experience, knows exactly what he’s doing. And the cool thing about them is they can come to your house and that’s just, you know, it doesn’t get any more convenient than that. And I love having that as a resource, let me tell you, because so many people can relate, you don’t want to go into these hospitals anymore. You just feel pressured and bullied and you feel like, do you even know what you’re talking about? That’s what I feel like. Anyway. Oh gosh. We’re here for you. Bruce Lipton gives a great explanation about conscious mind

Okay. so, inspired moment today. one of my faves, one of my faves I’ve had the privilege of, seeing, doctor Bruce Lipton. He’s got a wonderful book, Biology of belief. Oh, he’s a pioneer in this area of real, true healing. I wanted to share with you today just a little bit of an explanation about conscious mind. so we’re going to cue that clip up. we got doctor, Bruce Lipton here.

>> Speaker C: This mind is a creative mind. The subconscious mind is a programmed mind, a habit mind.

Tammy discusses how our life has been programmed

I’d like to discuss the nature about how our life has been programmed. And how these programs control our, life, our vitality and our behavior in the world. Recognize this. If you buy a new computer and you turn it on, the built in operating system prepares it to work. But if there are no programs in that computer, then the computer can’t really do anything. Well, let’s now relate this to a child. When the brain develops, it’s got an operating system, but there are no programs in it. M so nature creates a the first seven years of our lives to download behaviors by observing our parents, our siblings and our community. And in this way, a child can learn all the behavioral characteristics necessary to be a functional member of a family and a functional member of a community. Well, however, since we are downloading the programs by observing other people, what happens if we download programs from our parents or family or siblings? that are not very, positive programs.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay, so the idea here that I want you to walk away with is two things, right? We have the conscious mind and we have the subconscious mind. And the subconscious mind is programmed. It’s the mind that takes over when you get off work and you drive home and then you get home and you think, I remember driving here. That’s the subconscious mind. The thing about the subconscious mind is that it is constantly programming, being programmed, especially the first seven years of our life. Nobody gives us a, instruction on how to, you know, put something in our mouth or, you know, certain things. We just watch and we model what’s happening around us. With our parents, with our community, with whoever we’re interacting with. We’re learning how to be human based on the people around us. And that is that equates into our conditioning. And then we carry that conditioning through our lives. Our conscious mind is where we are creative. We are thinking, we are critical thinkers. So over the last four and a half years, if you found yourself thinking, what is wrong with these people? Why are they acting and operating like zombies? That’s because their programming is so deep to just follow, follow the institutions, follow the experts. They’re not engaging in their conscious mind to critically think and therefore probably aren’t engaging in their creative minds. It’s interesting to me how many different artists, musicians and people like that seem to know exactly what was going on, comedians and weren’t afraid to call it out. That’s because they use their conscious mind on a regular basis. Activate yours. Make sure you’re activating yours. This has been naturally inspired radio.
