Something hit me Saturday afternoon and took me out for most of the weekend

>> Dr Roger McFillin: What you think.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What you feel now hello. Hello. Welcome to Monday. Oh, it is a, it’s a hot day here in northern Colorado coming off the weekend. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I did not have a fantastic weekend this weekend. Something hit me on Saturday afternoon and took me out for most of the weekend. I felt something coming on last week. I thought pretty much it was probably the, smoke from all the fires. I felt, you know, my eyes were real watery. And I still think it was probably, you know, I can contribute it to the, smoke and all of the stuff that was in the air. But by Saturday afternoon, I fed the cows and I was doing some stuff around the farm, spraying down the deck and everything. And I thought, mm mm m. Nope, I’m calling it quits. And I went inside and that was the end of me. For the weekend, pretty much. I was out, you know, devastating, body aches. I could say that it was like, wow, I don’t remember ever getting sick like this. I don’t know if it’s, ah, that we’re getting older or if this is just the new way now that the bioweapon is free in the world. another bioweapon that is free in the world. Is this the way we’re going to experience, you know, a sickness now? I’m not sure because I never, I’ve never experienced it this way prior to Covid. And now it seems like, that’s the way. All these weird body aches and headache and it’s just odd, an odd different cycle. I’m not used to. Don’t, get sick very often at all. But this one took me out for a good 24 hours. I was down, so. But I’m feeling better now. still got a little bit of congestion, but I’m working my way through it, doing all the things, of course, you know, all the things. Taking the vitamin C, taking the d, taking the zinc, taking the quercetin, taking the wormwood, all the stuff. Right. So just work through it. but, yeah, it was not the best of weekends for us around the farm, but still got some stuff done. And I hope you had a wonderful weekend and that yours wasn’t like mine.

In the second hour, Doctor Roger McFillen is joining us

got a great show for you today. I’m really excited. In the second hour, you’re gonna want to stay. You’re gonna wanna stay tuned today because in the second hour, Doctor Roger McFillen is joining us. And I’m so excited. I haven’t talked to him since 2022. I was looking back on our original podcast, and it’s been since, November of 2022, since I last spoke with him. Of course, I reference him all the time on this show because I love his work and I know that he’s dedicated to pretty much the same message that I’m dedicated to, which is, you know, taking down. Taking down big Pharma, taking down the lies that surround our health. And he does a fantastic job, of that on twitter. And of course, with his own podcast and all of the other guest appearances he does. So you’re not going to want to miss it. If you don’t know who Doctor McFillen is, you need to call your friends and say, tune in today. Because, she’s having Doctor McFillen on. he is outspoken, he doesn’t hold back. And especially if you have someone that struggles with their mental health, maybe you have a child that, you’ve been told that’s been labeled additive ADHD or some other kind of label. tune in today. Tune in today and hear him out, okay? Hear him out. Before you allow your child to be diagnosed with any kind of label, I would say in the mental health, realm especially, listen to doctor McFillen for a while. Just. Just listen. You know, keep an open mind and just listen. I feel like his work is, just dedicated to bringing, real solutions for health, to mental health. And so I’m really excited that he’s going to be on the show. That’s in the second hour today. And, first of all, man, oh, man. Right.

I played a clip from researcher Ibrahim about Muslims and culture clash

So I want to talk a little bit about what’s going on in the UK. Oh, yikes. Right. Funny, right? Last week we covered, you know, we were covering that scholar that I played the clip from, researcher Ibrahim, right. We played that clip about his explanation of Muslims and how we’re at a weird point, in our society where we’re actually inviting this culture clash into our country. And never before in history have we ever done this where there’s been a known culture clash and we simply just ignore it and we just label it as a misunderstanding. It’s okay. Everybody loves each other. we are living that out right now. We are living that out. And the UK, it couldn’t be more apparent. So I want to talk about that the top of the hour. But then I also have some great information for you, from doctor Jay Bhattachary and Liz Gunn. Fascinating, stuff out of New Zealand. Liz Gunn, of course, is a reporter. and she has some fascinating data out of New Zealand. And it just, again, reiterates, that there’s a lot of stuff we don’t know about the COVID injections. And as data reveals itself, it becomes more and more apparent, what was going on. And that a lot of these different lots, of the injection were different. And why wouldn’t they be? I think it was Doctor Judy, Mikovitz who said, yeah, of course. Like, that’s the way they trial things. They don’t, you know, put the exact same components to every single lot because they’re, they’re taking data. And this was one big experiment. So this is just a great clip I have to share with you today.

Doctor Peter McCullough tweeted an endorsement for Wagovi weight loss products

Second up, I wanted to talk about Doctor Peter McCullough. he tweeted out some, you know, pretty much an endorsement for Wagovi. And that’s, you know, the other brand of Ozempic, the weight loss thing. And I want to talk about that because, a lot of people, you know, they freak out. And, I, I just want to talk the reality of that. Like, don’t forget who you’re listening to. Right. This is a medical doctor, an allopathic medical doctor. So that’s what he brings to the market, is allopathic solutions. Do I think they’re good? Absolutely not. Would I choose them? Nope. Nope. But that’s what you’re getting. So, you know, we have to learn how to be patients in this country. That’s what we have to do. We have to learn how to be different patients because we’ve been conditioned to be patients in a certain way. So I want to talk about that.

Agriculture officials raise concerns over big bank ESG and climate agendas

and then third news story today is about agriculture. a great story actually came out of doctor Meryl Nass substac. She pointed it out. agriculture officials raise concerns over big bank ESG and climate agendas. No, you don’t say. Could there be a problem with ESG and agriculture and the climate cult? No. Shocker. So I want to cover this article because it reveals the truth. Again, I see a pattern here, everyone. I see a pattern. Do you see the pattern? It’s common sense. It’s, missing. It is missing, like, so, obviously, and yet everyone’s just walking around like, it’s not. Like we could have never predicted that shutting down farming by restricting fertilizer and restricting all of these different things would have an impact on agriculture and food. Like, we didn’t realize allowing massive amounts of immigrants to come in the country would cause a culture clash. More today on naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned. We’re back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. If you’d like to get the video version of this broadcast, you can just head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com and sign, up for the newsletter. Then this video, broadcast goes straight to your inbox each and every day that it goes out. And, when you view it on the video, the different platforms either rumble or brighteon or the ones who are allowed on, you know, if you’re viewing it there, we’d be so grateful if you shared it, shared it on your social media, account or, you know, share it with a friend through email, any which way you care to share it. That helps us get the message out because we’re trying to connect more people to real solutions for health. That is the mission of naturally inspired. We feel like, okay, we need to collect. We need to touch as many people as possible and get, people connected to real solutions for health. That’s how we change the marketplace. Ultimately, that’s what’s going to do it. We can rely on politicians, which we haven’t had a lot of success with, in changing our healthcare model. we can wait for pharmaceutical companies to change it. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Or we can take action ourselves and plug into real solutions for health with community, commerce, and getting away from the government corporation collusion model is what I call it. so it’s a win win across, across the board. When you do that, you plug into a better solution for your own health. You support community, commerce, small business, and practitioners that are providing real solutions for health. And you send a message to the corporations and to our government that you are no longer putting up with their healthcare solutions. That is actually a disease care model. So sign up, on the newsletter@naturallyinspiredradio.com today. And when you share it, you help us spread this most valuable message. So thank you so much for doing that. Let’s get into our top story.

Globalists want chaos to continue so that we start begging for solutions

So I’d be, I’d be, you know, I’m not a fan of people who, you know, don’t address the elephant in the room. And that’s why I’ve added kind of this front segment to our show, is because there’s always something going on each and every day that is just absolute chaos. Right. That’s kind of the plan of the globalists right now, is to keep. Keep perpetuating this chaotic environment so that we start begging for solutions. Right. It’s going to get so chaotic that just, please, just bring us the right solution. Right?

There is a culture clash between Muslims and the west right now

So let me tell you what I think is going on right now. I saw this coming for quite some time, not just last week, I just. I covered it last week because I think it’s so important that people start paying attention to this issue, and that is the culture clash between Muslims, and the west. Right. there’s a culture clash here, and we’ve been seeing it unfold in the UK for years now. But it’s been escalating, and we can debate on why it’s been escalating. I’m sure there’s a number of factors to it. but nonetheless, it is escalating. And right now it’s unfolding right in front of our eyes. There are riots in the UK. It’s absolutely stunning what is happening. And the cognitive dissonance around it is even more stunning. Even more stunning. it is just absolutely fascinating.

Casey: I apologize for the language used in this clip

So what I want to. I want to queue up this clip here. this is from Sky News. And, it’s a reporter who is actually doing, ah, a live broadcast. Okay. This is a live broadcast. and they have to cut away. And I’ll explain more after it. Take a.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Community leaders have been speaking to the.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Police as well, because.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I think. Apologies for the language you’re hearing, but.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: A sense I think you can hear. Yeah. Casey, I think we. Becky, I apologize. We, need to, leave you there. And, Becky, we’ll have security there. And, I. We will leave that. And I apologize once again, for the language there. Okay, so just for context. Okay, so this is a news reporter on the scene in Birmingham, and, she’s reporting back to the newsroom with another newscaster. And as she’s speaking, there is a muslim man that’s charging up to her and yelling, free Palestine. And he’s, got a few other men that come in around her all wearing masks, and their faces are covered. And, you know, one of them is air gunning, right? He’s got his trigger finger out and he’s pretending to, you know, make the motion of a gun into the camera. And this, guy at her news office cuts away, cuts away from the scene immediately because, I think he knows common sense would say he’s not sure what’s going to happen on live television at that moment. And then he makes a reassuring statement that says, oh, we’ve got security there. We’ve got, we’ll send security. What’s security going to do in the moment? Right? This actually, this lady’s life looks like it’s in danger. When you watch the video, it looks like her life is in danger in the chaos. And the lack of response to the kind of danger she is in is mind blowing. It’s mind blowing that we are in a state of such cognitive dissonance because we’re so afraid of being, called a racist or an islamophobe or a homophobe or whatever the term is for any of these woke ideologies that she can’t even bring herself to protect her own life in the moment. So I’m not being overdramatic. here this same man follows the news van. Follows the news van and takes out a knife and stabs the tires of the news van as they’re trying to get out of there. I mean, I don’t even have words for this at this point. Like, stupid doesn’t cover it. I don’t know what to say. I don’t know what to say. Like, when people show you who they are, you gotta believe them. You gotta believe them. And we have some real differences here, we have some real culture differences here. And there’s a lot of, a lot of gas on the fire right now, I would say. And we don’t know who’s poor. I mean, this is wonderful for the globalists, I’ll tell you that. Because guess what happens when stuff breaks out in the street, like it’s breaking out in the UK. Well, it’s a great excuse to lock everybody down. It’s a great excuse to start implementing 15 minutes cities where you can’t leave the 15 minutes city because it’s just too dangerous. It’s a perfect reason to implement digital id, where you cannot go into certain spots unless you have a digital id, because it’s just not safe. And that’s what I think the end goal is here with all of this, created, created us versus them paradigm here. Clearly there’s a culture clash between cultures, but somebody, some idiot, right? Some idiot thinks this would be a good idea. Yeah, why would it be a good idea? Because this would be a great way to close everything down and roll out a digital id is to bring all these cultures who don’t agree into one space. And then, of course, we’re seeing the escalation at the same time of Israel and Iraq. It is, It’s crazy. It’s crazy. but if you look at it from the long view, you can see how this facilitates the globalist agenda pretty clearly. I don’t know, by the end of today where we’re going to be with the stock market, crash, and, of course, all of the war mongering corporations, they’re doing well today in the stock market, right? All of those companies that produce weapons and whatnot, they’re doing well. And the rest of everything else is just biggest crash. So I don’t know how much more evidence you need to realize what’s being orchestrated here. It’s pretty obvious. And yet we still have these people, living in complete cognitive dissonance, just refusing to understand that this is all manufactured for a purpose, for a specific outcome. We have not had a beat, not even a beat of, rest since COVID rolled out. There has been one thing after another. Yeah, there’s been a few lulls, right? There’s been a few lulls here and there, but nothing has returned to normal, as promised. As promised. Remember way back when Klaus Schwab said, this is the new normal? This is the new normal, right? There is no going back. That’s what we are dealing with still today. This is the new normal. Constant chaos. And, ah, it’s heartbreaking to see because the fires are definitely being stoked over there. it’s just astonishing. And I’m praying that people don’t take the bait. And full on war, doesn’t break out there. Civil war doesn’t break out there. But as of today, it’s not looking. It’s not looking too good. And certainly, I, don’t know, I just hope that, it doesn’t go that way. That’s all I can say. But something we definitely need to be keeping our eyes on as everything escalates more and more each day.

Tammy Garcia: 51 people all jabbed on same day and all now dead

the top news story today I want to talk about is, Jay Bhattachary and Liz Gunn. This is a really interesting clip, that I’m going to play for you here in a few. But I want you to remember, I think it’s probably been a couple of years since anyone has really talked about, the different lot numbers when it comes to Covid shots. But let’s take a listen to Liz Gunn explain it here with Jay Bhattachary.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: It was a really interesting thing to see. Across our country, there were different doses. Clearly, given much, more benign doses, I would say in the North island, the South Islands seem to get the worst of the worst doses. And I’ll give you one example. 51 people on one day in a little town called Invercargill in the deep south of the South Island. 51 people were jabbed within minutes of one another. It’s shocking to see the times. It was sometimes two in the same minute, but there was no time to do any due diligence. It was often two minutes apart or three minutes apart. You were lucky if it was five minutes apart. 51 people, same center, same day, often the same dose. And, all of those were dead within six months. Now, when we contacted Andrew, and Andrew got us in touch with some really good people around the world. Andrew, you were seminal in helping us with that, as you’ve been. You’ve been so helpful to so many. we did manage through a number of other people to get hold of, rfks, two leading epidemiologists, one of whom said, there is a one in 100 billion chance of this. 51 people all jabbed on the same day and all now dead. It’s a busload. It’s just shocking what has gone on. And it was clear that there were different levels of doses, just of the Pfizer one around New Zealand, let alone different kinds. Millions of doses from moderna to Pfizer to Novavax. So we have no real science here, Jade, do we?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: No real science. When we come back, we’re going to talk more about that and what that means. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back.

Liz Gunn: mRNA platform was an absolute mess. An absolute mess

okay, let’s get back to the clip that we just played with Liz Gunn. And she was actually talking to doctor Jay bhattachary. and it’s just fascinating as this data rolls in. I think, there was a website a couple of years ago that was like, how bad is my lot? I believe it was. And you could actually look up your lot number to see how many other people, what kind of side effects they were having, and that by way of which determined like how bad it was. Well, in this particular, interview, they discuss how, you know, they can now track patterns of different areas that were hit harder. doctor J. Says, you know, it’s not possible to regulate the mRNA platform when you don’t know the dose given, distribution in the body, nor targeted antigen. That’s exactly what the dart, the now ARpA representative, right, the renee from Arpa H. That’s what she, we talked about her last week. That’s exactly what she stated in the video. that’s just on YouTube. She states that was the problem with the mRNA, platform in the first place, that it wouldn’t have, the body wouldn’t know how to stop making the spike protein, it didn’t know how to shut it off. That was always the problem with the mRNA. And that’s what we’re, you know, some people got bigger doses, got different concoctions than others. It’s a mess. It is an absolute mess. And my gut tells me it was planned to be an absolute mess so that it never really could be tracked down, definitively as to what happened. And never really, you know, no real liability could ever really come to any one company, multiple companies rolling out multiple different batches, multiple different, recipes, if you will. It’s a mess. But what remains absolutely clear is that people were injured, injured by these injections. And you know, one of the things that never really made sense to me is if this was all transparent and on the up and up, why was there never like a triage line set up one for therapeutics in real time? With all the technology that we have today, with all of the technology we have today, if we had a real time triage line signed up for therapeutics and how those were working in the field, that would be one source, you know, that physicians could have worked from on the daily. It would have, the patterns would have emerged very quickly what was working and what wasn’t in terms of therapeutics, but also a triage of sorts for tracking the injections. Right. We had v safe and we had, Vaers, both of which they diminished and said were inaccurate. So what would have been accurate? Like its very convenient to just dismiss the tracking systems that they had in place to say, oh, they werent adequate and anybody could report on them, which was a lie. It was very difficult to file. A Vaers report required a lot of information and you had to stick with it. You needed a lot of information, the data. You had to become prepared. It’s not like anybody would sit there and fill out a VAers report for funsies. It was a taxing process, to do. And yet that was their claim. Oh, people just filled it out. Anyone can fill it out. It doesn’t matter. Well, what in the v safe stuff, right. That people could voluntarily opt into to report their experience with the injections? Completely disregarded. Where’s that data? How come no one’s talking? Never talked about that? It’s clear that there was no transparency and that they were never going to let any negativity around this technology out into the public space and further complicate that. We, I mean, it’s just, it’s just an absolute mess. An absolute mess. They didn’t want the data tracked, which is typically a strategy of the medical mafia when it comes to drugs, injections, what have you. Who’s, whose fault is it? He did it. They did it. Point the finger. It’s a strategy. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned. We’ll be back.

Doctor Peter McCullough is using pharmaceutical products to help people lose weight

dot okay, let’s talk Peter McCullough. So, doctor Peter McCullough, I’ve had him on the podcast a couple times. M. we hosted him at, ah, naturally inspired health summit. I think he brought a lot of great information to the movement. I think he’s educated, some people that otherwise would not have listened. But, here’s the thing. He’s an allopathic doctor. He’s an allopathic doctor. He’s a medical allopathic doctor. When I interviewed Peter, the first time, I was asking him about herbs, I was asking him about natural stuff. He didn’t know anything. He didn’t know what Wormwood was. he didn’t have any solutions that were natural at that time. He was relying on pharmaceutical remedies. So I’m tired of emotions when it comes to some of these people that we, you know, we’re counting on them to save us. Nobody’s gonna save us. Stop thinking people are gonna save you. You can save yourself. He contributed to the. To a movement, I think, and did some good things. He, like I said, a lot of people felt comfortable following his advice, because he was an allopathic doctor, because he was a highly published cardiologist and all of the things in the allopathic model. But he’s an allopathic doctor, right? So I wasn’t surprised when I saw on his Twitter, over the weekend that, you know, he will use Wigovi and ozempic type products to help people lose weight when they have comorbidities. He said, when people have comorbidities, you know, it’s a good solution. yeah. So that doesn’t shock me that he would, he would prescribe that. And also the wellness company, I believe, touts Tamiflu. I’m not, I’m not, I wouldn’t promote either one of those products ever, but that’s not what I do. I’m m not a medical allopathic doctor. But when you’re trained that way and you’re conditioned that way, that’s all you know, that’s why I connect people to real solutions for health. I believe the practitioners that I refer to have real solutions for health. I don’t think those are real solutions for health. I don’t think wigovi is a real solution for health. In fact, I think it’s terrifying. I think paralyzing, your stomach sounds terrifying. I think not. Dealing with your trauma that, is expressed through weight gain and obesity, possibly is not a good way to deal with your trauma. So I got a lot of opinions on that. I got a lot of opinions on that. and I don’t think it’s good that he’s endorsing that. But I want us to understand we have to be ready for real solutions for health, because that’s a problem. We’re not necessarily ready for the truth about our health. And so that is why a lot of these doctors continue to prescribe things that aren’t solutions, because they know you want it. They know you want something painless, they know you want something easy, they know you want it, and so they’re going to give it to you. That’s what they’ve learned in school. They went to school to learn how to prescribe things. That’s why they went. It’s part of their training. How much nutrition training do they get? Almost nothing. So, yeah, if you’re going to go to an allopathic doctor, you’re going to get allopathic solutions. So we have to learn that fostering health in the body doesn’t come from that model. Now, it’s great for emergency medicine. Great. Of course, you get hit by a car, you injure yourself. Yes. You want that style, you want that doctor to be the best at that. And thank goodness we have that. But when it comes to chronic disease, they don’t have a lot of answers. They have a lot of products, and products don’t help you facilitate health in your body. Long term pharmaceutical products cover the signals that your body is trying to communicate to you, and that’s their function. That’s not healing. Only the body heals. Only the body heals. And so you have to finesse it. You have to neutrify it. You have to give it what it needs to perform optimally. You don’t just shut it up. And that’s what wagovi and ozempic and all those injectable medications do, is they just slap a band aid on it and create other problems. Go inward. If you’re dealing with obesity, if you’re dealing with weight issues, turn inward and start asking yourself why this is an issue for you. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. If you want allopathic solutions, then go see an allopathic doctor

okay. I want to, ah, talk briefly just a little bit about, Peter, McCullough as well. And just to tie it up, to say that if you want to have allopathic solutions, you’re free to do that. This is still a free country, right? If that’s what, the kind of solution that you want, then go see an allopathic doctor. That’s what you’ll get. But if you want real solutions for health, then you’re going to have to tap out of that model. You’re wanting something from a model that doesn’t provide what you want. And it’s because I think you feel like there’s safety in it. There’s safety in the system. You feel like, oh, well, it’s regulated. This is, you know, the medical model. My insurance covers it. You got to, you got a ton of excuses for it. Most people do. I’m just telling you the truth here. But in reality, you want the other solution and you’re trying to get it from someone who doesn’t provide it. Until we tap out of that model and tap into the real solutions for our chronic care, we’re not going to get more of it. We’re not going to get more of these wonderful providers. We’re not going to have access through our insurance for these solutions that we so desperately want, but that our insurance doesn’t pay for. At some point, somebody’s got to, bite the bullet and take the hit in order to change the paradigm. And that’s us. that’s where we’re at in this country, right? We are the ones that are going to have to bite the bullet and get out of this paradigm that does not provide the solutions we want. And it’s not going to be painless us, because it’s a goliath of a system, now. And one thing feeds the next, right? The nonprofits feed the science, quote, unquote. The institutions are fed by the pharmaceutical companies. The regulators are fed by the pharmaceutical. Like it’s a mass. It’s a huge thing, but we can do something about it. And it’s actually pretty easy when you do it every day, you say, I’m not taking that as a solution. I’m tapping out, and I’m going to try this. I’m going to take personal responsibility for my diet. I’m going to stop eating the things that are making me sick. I’m going to do my research about these companies before I buy their products. He is a clinical psychologist, founder of the conscious, clinician Collective, which I can’t wait to talk about, because the last time I talked to Doctor McFillen, he didn’t even have the collective, going yet. So I’m really excited to be able to talk to him about this. He is the host of Radically Genuine podcast. He’s known for his critical analysis of conventional psychiatric practices and advocacy for evidence based approaches. Doctor McFillen, thank you so much for joining us today. I’m so excited to talk to you again.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Tammy, it’s great to talk to you again. Thanks for having me.

Let’s talk about the differences between psychology and psychiatry

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I want to get started and, let’s just start from the top here. Let’s talk about the differences between psychology and psychiatry and the origins of them.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Sure. Well, I’m a clinical psychologist, and psychologists, tend to be in two camps. some choose a career only in research, clinical research, and those are usually PhDs. And then there are those who are treating clinicians, psychologists who, like myself, who’s a clinical psychologist, I tend to work with people who are really suffering from various, conditions, from very severe depression, or an eating disorder, or post trauma reactions. And those are through like, psychotherapy or psychotherapeutic interventions. There’s, also a range of psychologists, from social psychologists, to developmental psychologists, who are involved in research and training and consultation and teaching around areas around human behavior and motivation and things of that nature, even consciousness. And the difference between psychology and psychiatry is psychiatry is a medical profession. So psychiatrists, go to the four years of medical school and then do a residency in psychiatry. The position has completely evolved in the past 30 to 40 years. psychiatrists used to be, the medical professional who tended to work with the most severe of mental illness. Maybe what you would understand to be maybe like psychotic conditions and, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, managing these conditions in hospitals, as we don’t really have effective treatments for them. but it’s really evolved to a place where they’ve aligned with the pharmaceutical companies, where it’s really hard to find a psychiatrist who’s doing anything other than just dispensing pharmaceutical drugs. And what’s shifted in our culture in the past 30 years is now there’s a pill for every ill. So, psychiatrists are more mainstream, than at any other point in our collective history. There is a large percentage of the american population that’s taking psychiatric drugs, and there’s a really, if you look back at their history, there is an alignment with the, pharmaceutical companies to kind of legitimize themselves as a medical professional now fully ingrained in united, states healthcare system. The allopathic healthcare system, mostly dispensing drugs and quick diagnoses.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: It’s a fascinating thing, that has happened, I think, with COVID and everyone kind of starting to question the medical paradigm. I, think more people have come to understand the history of psychiatry and where that evolved from. And maybe, people, I think, think that they’re getting the help that they need when they go.

Doctor RogerFillen: We’ve been conditioned to believe that the answers are pills

I talked about this just a few minutes ago on the show, actually, that people are looking for pills. We’ve been conditioned to believe that the answers are in these pills now. And can you talk a little bit about the history of psychiatry and how that evolved into kind of the pill dispensing?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Sure. I mean, when we talk about modern psychiatry, which is, you know, kind of like post 1960. Post 1970, you know, it’s really trying to identify biological origins to suffering and what we call mental illness. I think you can go back even back to the, early 20th century, where psychiatry has kind of been an armed of the state in a lot of ways, where, there’s use of drugs to either, like increase productivity or to treat those in society who were not really, you know, deemed capable of kind of contributing to a society. But where we are now is that it’s kind of seeking to identify biological origins of human suffering. And most of us are probably aware of these chemical imbalance marketing lies that were really promoted throughout the 1990s on american television, where some of the normal and expected experiences of just being a human being or being a teenager, being an adult, you know, the experience of anxiety and shifts in mood, social anxiety, our fears, our uncertainties, our worries, became medicalized, where they would say that, you know, if you’re experiencing these things, they may be related to an underlying chemical imbalance of key neurochemicals. Maybe that would be like serotonin or norepinephrine, or dopamine. And there was this large scale movement throughout the 1990s into the two thousands which really mainstreamed these drugs. And if you look back at its history, I mean, it’s very clear that these were never supported by science, but these were developed by marketing teams. So you create a drug that targets these specific neurochemicals, you have to have an underlying theory about why they may work. and even today, I mean, when we do surveys, there’s still like 80% or more of people still believe that if you’re kind of feeling unwell emotionally, that it’s related to some underlying chemical imbalance that can be treated with a pharmaceutical. And there’s good reasons why people still believe that, because you can google this and go to any of these kind of mainstream, pharma sponsored medical websites like WebMD. And if you just Google why does someone have depression or why does someone feel anxiety? And it will still speak to these theories even though they’ve been debunked scientifically. But you can see it’s really a, it really drives the sell of pharmaceuticals and it’s probably been the most effective marketing campaign in human history. I mean, you’re talking about, you’re, talking about less than 1% when you look at historically of someone who might identify with a severe mental health condition and then be really burdened by that. And it’s kind of exploded where a quarter of the american population on one or more psychiatric drugs. And you can range that from adhd to grief, to changes in mood, to identifying as depressed or just being generally worried or anxious. We kind of been sold aside the idea that there’s some quick fix and psychiatry has been right along with that to try to legitimize their profession. And we’ve just medicalized every aspect of what it is to be a human being. It’s just feeling emotions right now.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Sorry. Reinforced by tv commercials as well. I mean, if there are people still watching tv, I know the audience is a lot smaller than it used to be, given streaming services and what now they’ve inserted new, commercials even into streaming services. So if you hear something on a commercial, you can then google it and find your mainstream medical website to support that notion that you have a chemical imbalance. Isn’t that true?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah, absolutely true.

Control is not without consequence. So I want to get into social media.

Doctor McFillen discusses the impact that social media is having on mental health

Doctor McFillen, on this next segment, we have a little bit of a longer segment. I want to talk about, the impact that social media is having on mental health. So I now see, and I know you do too, entire TikTok accounts, entire Instagram accounts, dedicated to these, people’s mental illness diagnoses. I feel that additive ADHD is largely self, diagnosed. I think there’s a lot of self diagnosis going on in the mental health world, and I think that there’s incentivization now with these social media accounts to gather large followings based on your diagnosis. And are you seeing that in the clinical field and tell me your thoughts about it?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah, absolutely. I mean, you know, things have really transformed over the last decade or so. I mean, it was very rare for me ever to see a person coming into my center wanting to achieve a psychiatric diagnosis. I mean, that would be rare if it ever happened, because I think our culture didn’t necessarily support it. I mean, the last thing you’d want to identify in your life is mentally ill. I mean, that’s communicating to other community members or people around you that you’re not, you’re not stable, you’re unwell. I mean, that certainly would affect how you present yourself. Trust and safety that’s developed in relationships or so forth. But we’ve seen this wide scale movement of pushing people to self identify with these diagnoses. And I think there’s a number of cultural factors that are influencing it. I think one is we’re in this period of time where people want to identify with, just having some disability based status. There’s almost like this judgment of, doing really well, because I think what you see in school systems and so forth is people always trying to, talk about success or doing well as if it’s related to your skin color. Are there identity characteristics? I really think there’s a division that’s occurring to try to create an oppressor and a victim. And so there’s something to fact of younger people wanting to identify with a psychiatric diagnosis to put them in that minority or disability status. it also, I think, is a justification for the challenges that exist. I mean, you know, think about what life is. Life is a series of challenges. You’re going to struggle, you’re going to fall down, you got to get up again, you got to learn, you’re going to make mistakes. And there’s a lot of shame that can be, developed when someone’s struggling and when there’s an easy way to say, well, I’m not doing well because I depressed or I have ADHD or I’m anxious, it’s a way to kind of justify your struggles. And it’s certainly pushed in public school systems. I mean, we’re seeing that, and have been seeing it for the last ten to 20 years. But I’m also concerned from the industrial and political side of things, is that the more people that identify as mentally unwell are not doing well. Well, then the more you’re going to be dependent upon either the government or these industries. In this case, it’s the pharmaceutical companies. there’s kind of like this paradoxical effect to mental health. Like, the more you think about your own internal experience, the more you obsess on it, the worse you’re going to feel. So I think it’s really kind of purposeful that you can create more customers and you can create more vulnerability in a culture if in some ways they’re trying to divide that culture. And so, yeah, I mean, to see young people coming in and wanting to have a diagnosis of PTSD, wanting to be diagnosed as anxious and depressed, and when you do the evaluation and you kind of normalize what they’re going through as nothing that’s necessarily clinical. and to see their strong reactions, even to want to be on psychiatric drugs because their friends are happening, I mean, we should all have a real concern about where we’re going culturally.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That is wild. Absolutely.

Couple things I wanted to bring up in this department include ADHD and autism diagnosis inflation

Couple things I wanted to bring up in this department. the over diagnosis of additive ADHD. we’re kind of getting used to that. I feel like a lot of people will drop that in a conversation like, oh, it’s my add. Sorry about that. It’s my add. but the one that I’m really concerned about that’s edging into that same type of way of expression is autism. I’m really concerned about this because, I mean, I know families that were affected with vaccine injury who have autistic children. they’re arm flapping, diaper wearing right. And then we have this explained away by being on a spectrum. That’s a spectrum. It’s a spectrum. Somebody who interrupts in a meeting can then say, and this has happened. This is why I use this example. A, chronic interrupter says, well, I’m autistic. I’m on the spectrum. And now this socially unacceptable behavior is accepted by everyone. I mean, this is real life experience here. I’m saying, It’s wild. It’s wild.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: It’s really unbelievable because I remember, and, I mean, I was in my doctoral program from 2004 to 2008, and I had to learn a lot about these psychiatric diagnoses. There’s something called the DSM, which is kind of the psychiatric bible that has all the criteria for all these diagnoses. They weren’t well known to popular culture, but now the psychiatric lingo has really infiltrated all aspects of our culture. And there is now this diagnostic inflation where everyone kind of identifies with some aspect and then labels themselves for it. And again, kind of, like I was saying before, it’s just some justification for some behavior or something that is kind of deemed socially unacceptable. And so, yeah, we’re seeing this. This, diagnostic inflation of autism on a spectrum where people are now representing themselves to be autistic. If they have, any characteristic that kind of demonstrates some deficits in communication or picking up on interpersonal skills, it’s completely misrepresented. And ADHD is absolutely out of control. I’ve written about this on my substack that everyone is diagnosed ADHD right now, because now we live in this high tech world. Everyone has smartphones, supercomputers in their pockets. And, you know, the average time that people are spending on their phones is like at least 8 hours. Like, one of the things I’m doing on my, during my evaluations right now is I’m asking people to just pull out their phone and tell me what their average screen time is. And so when your face is in that screen, and you’re scrolling on TikTok and Instagram and you’re really connected to social media, you know, your brain is adapting to that, right? Our brains are going to adapt to the most relevant stimuli. And so it gets much harder than when you are phone addicted and your technology addicted and you’re in this high paced society to be able to focus on, like, a book to read or maybe a teacher in front of the class. So there is some legitimate aspects to our brains are changing and they are adapting to what society is bringing to us. But that’s you know, that’s not ADHD. ADHD is this label now that’s kind of thrown at everything, and it kind of stops any, investigation of any other real legitimate problems that exist. And I know you speak a lot about, you know, our nutrition, our diethyde, our lifestyle, all these things that can affect our mood, our focus, our concentration, even anxiety and things of that nature. You know, we’re as unhealthy of a country as it exists in the western world and, you know, 60% obesity rates and so forth. So there’s a lot of people that are medically ill and are just not living well. They’re phone addict and other things, and there’s consequences to that. And now we’re putting these labels on it like a psychiatric condition like ADHD, like autism. And people don’t really know, you know, how severely burdened some of these conditions may be for a small portion of people. And so it can be really offensive to those who do have an autistic child, for example, and is really impaired just to throw that label out there like that.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: yeah. So do you think it’s because we just can’t accept our shortcomings in a way? Like, why can’t we just own? Why is it so difficult for us to own? We say things like, well, nobody’s perfect, right? We say that all the time, but, yet we don’t allow for grace for that necessarily, you know? And so I think people are inclined to, well, blame it on my add or blame it on my ADHD. What can we do to express that we’re okay with people not being perfect?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah. I mean, there’s, you know, part of this is also just being able to assume a personal responsibility that, you know, we’re infallible. We’re human beings. We make mistakes. That’s okay. You know, I love looking into the growth mindset literature that exists in my field of psychology. Growth mindset, seeing that every struggle or mistakes is just an opportunity to learn. If that stuff’s not really invested in our culture, like, if we’re not talking about resilience, if we’re not talking about growth mindset, if our public school systems, are, like, pushing this propaganda about identity politics and they’re pushing this mental illness propaganda, then kids are growing up and they’re learning that, boy, if something’s wrong, if I make these mistakes, no matter how normal they are, even if they’re just the typical developmental challenges, if I’m being taught that this means that there could be something wrong with me, I could have this mental illness diagnosis or something else. They’re kind of being brainwashed in that way. And there are other things that are going on in our culture is that there’s been a shift in parenting. The expert culture that exists that we’ve been faced with, paraded on american television and media for the past 30 years really does fragile. And, you know, these. Some parents feel like they’ve been, you know, scared to death about the problems that they can create for their kids. And so we’re seeing, you know, it being m more challenging for parents to kind of institute their authority in the home. You know, kids are running the home with technology and so forth. I think it’s complicated. There’s economic issues that go with this as well. We see more, two parenthood, income home. So both parents are working and kids are in daycare. There’s so many interacting like, variables to this, but you’re certainly seeing, like, it’s much more challenging for people to accept personal responsibility and to view these shortcomings as just something that’s natural. And then we’re disconnected socially. So, like, we’re not out there engaging with each other in the same way that we did 2030 years ago. And that’s the advent of technology. Like, kids now, you know, are interacting through organized, organized sports and activities that are very still very adult and parent focused or, you know, through their phones. And so there’s something lost there in interpersonal communication and everything you learn in relationships. And I think that’s part of it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I’ve noticed the loss of sarcasm. So if you grew up in Gen X, you’re. That’s in your blood. Like, you don’t know how to not be sarcastic, I feel like. But I’ve noticed this beat as a loss when I. When I’m, you know, interacting with baristas or younger people and Gen Z, like, it’s completely lost on them. They have lost sarcasm. The other caveat to that is the fact that we have this kind of fake vulnerability. So it’s okay to be vulnerable if it’s scripted and planned out on social media. So you’re right. It’s so complex. But I see so many different things contributing to this way that things are going.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah, I mean, you bring up some really good points. And one of the ways we learn to interact and sarcasm is part of this is through, constant, development of relationships and interaction, from picking up on social cues, from realizing who’s the person you can make fun of in a group, who can’t you know, saying things that hurt somebody and then realizing it hurt them and then learning from that, being able to read all the different nonverbal cues that exist, it’s our interactions are complex. So what happens to when you start pulling away from that and you start interacting through screens?

Doctor Roger McFillen says social media teaches kids how to behave

Of course you’re going to start, you’re going to see these deficits and then things are going to get, much more scripted. You’re learning through social media posts, through reels, like how to behave and how to act, and you’re internalizing that. And so, yeah, when popular culture is throwing you all these things through your social media feeds, this is how you’re learning on who to be in this world. And that’s the dangerous part of all this, is because there can be so many bad actors and forces that, are the ones who are, pushing them.

Do you think the school system is contributing to the mental health epidemic

Doctor Roger, I want to talk about the school system. You kind of touched on it little bit there for a minute, but I do want people to understand the impact that school’s having on their kids. I pulled my kids out years before they graduated and homeschooled and elected for a hybrid model of doing like, you know, enrichment type programs alongside some academics online. I mean, we literally created our own, our own curriculum because we felt like the school system did not represent our values or our belief systems. I saw things radically changing. there was definitely a friendship type of paradigm, coming together between staff and kids. And I was very uncomfortable with it. It just didn’t feel like, the right environment for my kids. And so how do you feel like the school system is contributing to the mental health epidemic?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah, I mean, I think there’s social engineering through our public health, public schools where, you know, we’re moving way beyond what its original intention was. I mean, you send your kids to school, you want them to learn, you know, history, math, science and so forth. But now you’re going into schools and, you know, there’s a lot of, you know, social emotional learning that’s being pushed in the schools from, you know, from teachers and professionals who don’t really have a strong background. And so you’re asking, where are they getting a lot of these curriculums from? And it’s, and it’s some of kind of that woke culture that, you know, that we’re seeing across, the United States. I think it’s really being implemented in there. And kids are so vulnerable during these ages of elementary, middle school and into high school. So, you know, you got to really trust who you’re getting this information from. when it comes to mental health, I mean, the Biden administration is, pouring billions into school based mental health clinics. And so, you know, there’s things that I think families across the United States have to really be aware of is you can go in to public schools and you can speak with a therapist or a school counselor, and if they have these school based mental health programs in there, if they’re over the age of 14, which is the age of consent for a lot of, teenagers tendered in mental health system, they can be prescribed like a psychiatric drug, a mood and mind altering psychiatric drug, without your consent. And so there’s a lot of things we have to be really critically aware of. From what I call government schools, they’re government based schools. Their curriculums are being pushed by the us government. And I think a lot of people are probably listening to this now, and who are listening to your show, do not trust the us government, nor should you. And so you’re handing over your education and the shaping of minds to these ideologues. And for me, and I think a lot of other people, pulling your kids out of that system is really important because you’re concerned about the shaping of their minds and how they view themselves. I also don’t think the curriculum itself, it prepares young people for what they’re going to have to face, in an ever changing world. And one of the things I think that is, most concerning for me, and I even talk to various college professors now, is parents are calling in to try to change grades. there’s a lot of helicopter parents and a number of things. I don’t think that kids really have developed the personal responsibility and the skills. in a competitive world, I think you’ve seen a lot of this through the social engineering, where even there’s great inflation. So, like, everyone’s getting an a, everyone’s getting a b, and it’s really lost its purpose and meaning so many ways. I mean, we could probably do a whole hour show about the problem with public schools right now.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I totally agree. I can remember one of the last, years my kid was in school. He, you know, the award system was absolute joke. It was, every kid that had a behavior problem, you know, in the classroom was getting an award. It was just absolutely bizarre. You know, he pointed it out like, these kids are the bad kids. How come they’re all getting awards? I was like, yeah, yeah, it’s time to leave. It’s time to leave.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah. I mean, it’s been, it’s. It’s been a strange paradigm shift because I worked in public schools for a period of time before I became a psychologist, and I saw what was happening.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So did I.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: For example, let’s imagine. Let’s imagine that you’re, you have, like, you have like a, ah, speaking phobia or something, which is very normal, and you want kids to learn how to face their fears. And that’s really important in anxiety management, and regulation. Like, we want to be able to face our fears, to be able to overcome them. And we are seeing all types of, accommodations being provided by teachers, diagnoses being pushed on kids, drugs being pushed on kids for dealing something that is very developmentally normal. I mean, the worst things we can do is develop an adversarial relationship with anxiety. And that’s exactly what’s being built in our communities, is that someone feels anxious. You’re talking about it like it’s a symptom, some serious medical condition, instead of, like, a normal part of growth and learning. And so, as a clinical psychologist who’s speaking out on a lot of those things, I mean, I have a real problem with what’s happening in the public school system.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I want to encourage parents, too. There was a stigma, I think, against, homeschooling, and I want to just encourage people. It’s not that way anymore. Like, we’re up to, like, 19 or 20% homeschooling here in the state of Colorado. People are doing it now. And unless if we don’t create something different, we’re gonna keep getting the same. And I’m concerned for parents, because you talked about this in school, mental, health clinics sometimes, if you don’t adhere to what they are advising you, you do with your child, medication or what forth, then they bring in child protective services. We’ve seen this happen in Canada with a lot of the gender stuff where one parent is like, I’m not on board with this gender transition. They basically cut out that entire parent from, the child’s life and it becomes a court ordered, situation where they can’t even contact. Like, if we have to tap out of this system, otherwise we can see where we’re headed because it’s going that places and it’s going that way in other countries.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: now, Tammy, this is happening here in the United States. I mean, I’m dealing with this right now. I run this program called Dialectical Behavior therapy for adolescents, and it’s a skill based program to help learn how to regulate emotions and tolerate distress. and I work with the parents and, ah, a colleague of mine works with teens, and these are teens who are experienced multiple problems with emotion dysregulation. They, might be engaging in self injury, they might be talking about suicide. I routinely, deal with situations where a kid might say something in school, like, I’m thinking about killing myself, or I have thoughts of killing myself, even if there’s no intent to do so, and a full evaluation would be done. Want to die? They’re just kind of saying this as some teenagers do, or engaging in what’s called non suicidal self injury. And these kids are getting pushed into the hospitals, through the schools, and if parents do not comply, they are absolutely being threatened to call child protective services.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’re going to talk more about this because you need to know, what the consequences are to just giving your child over to a state run school these days. We’ll be right back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I want you to go to Twitter and followoctormcfillin. I want you to go to Apple, podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast, and follow radically genuine podcast. And then I want you to go to substack and plug into the radically genuine substack as well. This is crucial information. Listen, this new medical model isn’t going to create itself. We have to create it, and, we’re going to create it with the choices that we make. So I’m not trying to send fear out to anybody today when I talk about these issues of what’s going on in schools, what’s going on on social media, it’s not about spreading fear. It’s about understanding what you’re giving your child over to. When you understand what you’re giving your child over to, you can make better choices. It’s that simple. I mean, for me, I’m not willing, I wasn’t willing to put my kids future at risk by just handing them over to this ideology that was clearly in my kids school. It’s not going to change itself. We have to change it with the choices that we make every day.

We saw a surge in psychiatric hospitalizations during COVID mostly for adolescents and females

I’m talking to doctor Roger McFillen today. I would love for you to expand on this program that you’re doing, and the situations that you’ve experienced, because this is real. This isn’t about spreading fear. This is what could happen to you and your family.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah. Unfortunately, it’s the reality that we’re currently in, in this healthcare system, when it comes to young people. We saw a surge in psychiatric hospitalizations during COVID mostly for adolescents and females. And what that means is you’re entered in and you’re going to be placed on one or multiple psychiatric drugs which have not been tested long term for any safety or efficacy, with widespread, wide known adverse effects. When it comes to, for example, just an antidepressant for a teenager, it’s at least a double risk of suicide from taking the drug. There’s a black government black box warning in most of the research that I’ve seen. I think it’s a quad, quadruple increase in suicidality. So what are you doing with, kids who are in crisis? You’re putting them on drugs that are more likely going to lead to a serious adverse event. And there’s so many aspects that are kept from the mainstream when you go on these psychiatric drugs. I mean, they, you know, they’re indicated in violence, developing mania, what. There’s something called post SSRI sexual dysfunction which can be permanent and parents are not provided informed consent around these drugs hold of the risks. They said this is the treatment. If you come into this hospital, this is what you need to take. And so I’ve developed this program here where it’s a lot of education. It’s 16 weeks. I’m working with parents on what it really means to become mentally healthy, to face your fears, to overcome challenges, to develop the skills, to regulate emotions and so forth, and kind of pull them out of the system where, you know, everything is about a drug and a diagnosis, and so this education and how to respond to crisis events from a parent in a more effective way, how to gain control over your home. This is the work that I’m doing. But we still see these incidents where a kid will say something at school, and then they’re pushed to have to go into the hospital. And once they get to the hospital, a social worker saying that you need to voluntarily sign yourself, in. And if you don’t, then we’re going to do what’s called a 302, it’s a court order, and that becomes on your permanent record. So they’re kind of coerced to do that, even if there’s no imminent risk or danger. And parents are just really told that you should, should do this. And they go into the hospital and they’re not aware of, like, what consent forms to sign. If the teenager’s over 14, they can sign it themselves and they’re left with all these drugs. And if the parents have any concern about this and don’t want to accept that type of treatment, we do see that there’s threats to contact child protective services. I just dealt with one this past week. And so parents need to know their rights. they’re going to say a lot of scary, threatening things to you. Follow through. It’s very difficult to have, child protective services take away your rights as a parent. That’s a process. And by turning down psychiatric drugs, that’s not going to lead you to lose your rights. But the threats are there, and that’s part of this medical system that we’re in. These medical professionals and aspects of the state are more brazen at any point in history, because there’s been so much conditioning that basically the kids are part of the collective. Your kids, you make the decision. No doctor gets to make a decision for you. no school professional should influence you. You make the decisions based on your own values and find trusted professionals, which is why one of the reasons, probably the most primary reasons, why I started, the conscious clinician collective, which is a nonprofit, to try to, get people together who a, ah, community of, medical professionals and mental health professionals who value informed consent, medical freedom, and personal autonomy. Because right now, what is happening out there, and I don’t. There’s not a day that goes by Tammy that I don’t get an email from somebody asking, can you give me a referral to somebody who we can trust?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Same.

>> Dr Roger McFillin: And I don’t know, you know, who I can trust in Arizona or Colorado or stuff. I’m in Pennsylvania. I know my community and that’s about it. And just the way that mental health clinicians are being trained and the way that medical professionals now are trained, and they’re following these guidelines and they’re working for these large scale hospital networks, they’re just following the guidelines that are pushed, that are industry funded and accepted by the government. So, a lot of the most ethical and conscious clinicians are kind of pulling themselves out of the greater system, right? And so we have to kind of band, band together. And so my goal is to develop an online community, where there could be a searchable database that anyone can search in their, community, in their locality and somebody attested to. We have a declaration, if you go to thecc collective.org, comma, we have the conscious clinician compact, which is a declaration of all the things we stand for. we stand for the misrepresentation of pharmaceutical drugs to the public, the deep concern of the pervasive distortion of what is mental health. You know, we vehemently oppose the, you know, pathologizing natural human emotions and reactions to adverse events as psychiatric illness. And we reject oversimplifying emotional states as these biomedical constructs. And so if you go there, does ccccollective.org comma you can learn a lot about. We’re trying to do. We need your support both financially and for healthcare professionals and clinicians to join.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And we’ll put it on naturallyinspiredradio.com as well, will have all of Doctor McFillen’s, information there. We have one short segment left coming up with Doctor Roger McFillen. You’re not going to want to miss it. Stay tuned.

Naturally inspired radio throws a naturally inspired health summit once a year

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Naturally inspired radio definitely wants to support the ccc.org that is consciouscliniciancollective.org dot. It’s a nonprofit that Doctor Roger McFillen has started to, basically drain the swamp. It sounds like when it comes to the medical, mafia here, when it comes to mental health, particularly, doctor mcfillen, we have a naturally inspired health summit that we throw once a year where all of our practitioners come together. they have vendor booths, and, of course, we feature speakers. We would love for you to join us next year here in northern Colorado. I hope you’ll be able to make it. I will reach out and see if we can get you on our docket to speak. What is your hope and vision for mental health in the future

I want to know, what is your hope and vision for mental health in the future? I’m trying so hard to get people, we’re in a monopolized system, so it’s hard to get people to make the shift over to real solutions for health, because it’s this. Oh, my insurance doesn’t cover it, but if we don’t bite the bullet and make the change, then we’re just kicking it down the road to our kids. Like, we have to make the change in order for, the whole thing to change. And so what’s your vision for the future?

>> Dr Roger McFillin: Yeah, my vision is to have most people out of the mental health system. And I think you do that by changing the way that we communicate about the human experience and suffering, our collective language for suffering and struggle. I think resilience can be taught and it can be modeled in our homes and in our communities. people are just inherently strong. And just to get to this point in human history, everything that our ancestors had to go through. So I think our default is resilience. We just have to change the way that we communicate this experience. So just imagine the difference between, if we talked about a depressed state or oppressed mood as a transformational experience instead of an illness. I think our emotions are, indicators to us. They’re valuable gifts to communicate us that there’s things we have to change in our life and there’s things we have to face. And I think if you develop a collective and cultural fear of your own emotional states, it’s just going to exacerbate them. You’re going to feel worse. And that’s what we’re having right now. So if we can keep more and more people out of the system, there should be less psychiatrists, less psychologists, and we should, just kind of support the cultural resilience. I think we changed that. And then we have people who are really good at helping, people who are really stuck or who are really suffering and really struggling. And we have way too many, in our system. it’s part of this mass indoctrination of woke culture that exists, and everyone’s just going to a therapist for any kind of concern. And I think that therapy is just effective for everybody. And there’s so many times where therapy in itself can be harmful. So, you know, I’m trying to keep people out of the system and change our conversation around this.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, that’s something you don’t hear every day, someone who is trying to create less clients.
