Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Woo it’s a busy day today. Thursday. Thursday. Welcome to naturally inspired radio. It’s a little cloudy out here. Actually, I’m gonna say it really did smell like fall this morning. I say that, with hesitation, but, I mean, I know we’re heading into fall. I know it. It’s gonna be okay. It’s going to be okay. It’s just my life changes so drastically when winter hits in the summertime. It’s like my whole farm is my house, right? And just open the door, you walk out, you’re walking around in bare feet. There’s just so much more room to move around. You’re interacting with the animals, or pretty much right by the house. So you could just get out there more. And then winter hits, you just get closed up into the house. It feels like it’s just, oh, I dreaded coming. But then I can get myself psyched up for Christmas, and then after Christmas, it’s just like, count down the days, when’s spring coming? When’s spring coming? So forgive me. Forgive me if, I’m not your pumpkin spice girl that gets excited about fall. I can be okay with fall, but winter’s coming when fall comes. Anyway. Anyway, we’ll get through it. You know? We will.

I want to talk about the anti human agenda of transhumanism

got a great show for you today. I’m going to be talking a little bit about, I want to talk about transhumanism. I want to talk about the kind of this anti human agenda. That’s what it is. It’s an anti human agenda. You know, this one, this great reset thing, this fourth industrial revolution, the Internet of bodies, the Internet of things, the biotechnology that they want to roll in, it really feels anti human. And, I don’t think I’m alone in my thinking, when I’m thinking like that. What does this world look like, you know, where everything, it’s not enough, you know, that we’re carrying around supercomputers in our pockets anymore. And most people have a hard time staying focused on conversations and, tasks when they have this supercomputer in their pocket. It’s not enough that we have it in our pocket, but they want to. And I say they. I’m saying, you know, this biotech wave that is being pushed upon us by this global elite group of people, they want to implement it right into our, into our beings. And, I heard, I saw that Elon Musk now has the second person with a neural link, and, he projects that, you know, within a few years, there will be millions of millions of people with neuralink, and it’s a complex issue. Right. I like to comment on his tweet about that. If only this could be used for good. Only that’s my thought when I see things like that, because that’s how they’re going to pitch it. That’s how they are pitching it. This technology, this merger of humans and, technology is really about helping people walk again. Helping people see again. Helping people, you know, with their debilitating, issues. And of course, of course, this sounds exciting, you know, this sounds exciting. If, we can fix. Imagine the blind can see, the paralyzed can walk. Of course this is exciting. But also there’s this other edge to it where it’s really super freaky because of artificial intelligence. what kind of control are we giving up when we implant something into our bodies? I mean, we’re just. It just feels like we’re inundated with this technology. Not only are they wanting to inject us with gene altering, technology, which, by the way, I saw a video today with some. I bet it was artificial intelligence. It was some gal who was just praising the success and saying how, you know, the Covid-19 mRNA technology stopped Covid in its tracks. Just about threw up. Stopped Covid in its tracks? What are you talking about? I know people that have Covid right now. It didn’t stop anything. What are you talking about? The insanity, the gaslighting. Like, it’s enough to drive you crazy if you let it. This, you know, bot. What did they say? The NPC? I’m all up on the lingo now. You know, I got, young adult kids. They keep me up on the lingo. I know what an NPC is now. Do you know what an NPC is? A non player, you know, a non player person in a video game, somebody that’s just in the background, aka a government drone. I think that’s what, I like to call them. Mindless zombies that just do whatever the government tells them. Oh, yes, yes. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. you know who I’m talking about. You probably know some of them. but I think a lot of people are going to think this is such a wonderful thing, and, they haven’t looked really into the ramifications of it. So they’re hitting us with these injections that alter our genes, alter our humanity. How does this play out? We have no idea how this plays out. How does this play out in terms of reproduction? How does this play out? Long term, we have no idea yet. They just are full steam ahead right into it. So if that wasn’t enough, you now have these implantable devices like neuralink, that you can, you know, surgically, implant into your brain, to change your physical being. Again, seems like an exciting thing, to be able to help people that can’t see that people can’t, that can’t, walk. This all seems pretty exciting. But on the other hand, this is a totally different universe. These implants, the technology isn’t just a one way street where it is helping you walk. This is a computer in your brain, and it’s receiving and outputting. And, what does that mean? What does that mean? What kind of human is that? Because you’re no longer just human. You’re now like a hybrid. And ethically, it’s a little freaky. It’s a lot freaky. I’m being honest with you. It’s a lot freaky because, with the level of censorship that we have and the length at which they will go to censor information, you know, showing up on people’s doors for posting things online that, doesn’t coincide with the, globalist cabal agenda, you know, you can’t dare say something outside of that narrative. You’ll get a visit to your door. Now, in some countries, like Canada and the UK, what does that mean when it comes to programming you? It’s a real thing. Can you believe I, did not think this stuff was going to happen in my lifetime? Let’s talk more about it when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned. Bill Gates: I think eugenics is making a comeback

Okay, so I wanted to, It’s interesting because eugenics, have you heard this term before? I’m sure you have. if you’re listening to this show, you probably have. but if you’re new here, maybe you haven’t heard the term eugenics. It is a practice. It comes from age old, regimes that are not allowed to be mentioned because you get canceled if you mention them. Anyway, it stems from the belief that you can select desired heritable characteristics to improve future generations of humans. Yeah, gross, right? but anyway, some of the grossest people that ever lived subscribed to the belief of eugenics. And, this whole transhumanism thing, this whole gene editing thing, this whole technology, biotechnology Mergerez. I think it’s rooted in eugenics. And, Whitney Webb is one of my favorites. I always talk about her. I just think she’s so brilliant. An investigative journalist, she’s written several books. If you don’t know who she is, you gotta go look her up. She’s talking about eugenics, on a podcast recently, and this is what she had to say about it. Let’s get that clip up. Listen now.

>> Speaker C: Yeah, I think that’s part of it. But I think this eugenics ideology that you point out is making a comeback has its antecedents in a lot of these groups and elite Britain in the early 20th century, and also late 19th century, and also in the United States. And they sort of came together. but a lot of influential people were members of those. so, for example, you know, the science fiction author HG Wells, was one of these prominent eugenicists of that era. And he wrote, and stated things like, you know, eventually, when this eugenic stuff comes to fruition, the, human species is going to split. And you’re going to have the elite who are intelligent, tall and attractive. And then the lower class is going to be these squat like goblins who are intellectually stunted and cognitively incapable of doing what they can do now. And they eat bugs. What do you know? and it seems like they’ve been sort of leading us on this path. And I don’t think it’s so much that they’re anti human. They’re anti, Well, it is anti human in the sense that they’re not anti human in the sense about when it’s applied to themselves and other elites. But people that aren’t part of their club, they view, as, you know, worse than dirt.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So the big question is, right, what happens if you don’t want to participate in this anti human agenda? What if you just want to stay natural? You know, I’m kind of a natural kind of gal. I don’t really like all that stuff, you know, I don’t like relying on technology and all of that other stuff. Like, I just prefer simple. Ah, simple. And so what if I don’t want to get a neural link? What if I don’t want to do gene editing and inject myself with changes to my genome? what if I don’t want to do that? Well, just look at what happened with COVID I didn’t want to take the mRNA. I wasn’t into taking the injection. So, that was a problem. There was a problem you know, there were coffee shops that couldn’t go into. There were places that didn’t want anything to do with me. I even had friends and family. Tell me, don’t come here. Right? Don’t come here. If you’re not taking the injection, don’t come here. So, it’s almost like that was a trial run, you know? Don’t come here if you don’t have the gene. Edit for XYZ now Mpox, you know, like, it’s gonna go on and on and on. And the fascinating part about this is that we haven’t even had a discussion about this as a nation, you know, where was this? Do we get a vote on this? Is there gonna be anywhere on the planet where we can go where we don’t have to live in this? because I don’t want to live in it. I don’t want to live in it. Call me crazy, but I think we don’t even know enough about our own bodies in the natural form. We don’t even know we’re over here trying to change the human body. And, we haven’t even touched the surface on our capabilities. And, I’m talking about things like frequency, you know, the old stuff that was partially discovered and then suppressed and tucked away because of Rockefeller medicine model, because of people like Bill Gates that are, their whole agenda is to monopolize the marketplace. So they’re not gonna, they’re not gonna invest or put any time into teaching you how your own body works and how you can create health in your body. It’s all about selling you the technology that you need that they patented to fix your dis ease in the body that’s being created by the food companies that they own and are invested in. When do we walk into our, own power? We’re sitting on gold mines here. All of us. We just don’t truly know how to operate this thing yet. We don’t understand that. We connect to frequency. We don’t understand that. We don’t. We’re not living on the planet. We’re meant to live within the planet, interacting with it, not just walking on it like it’s separate from us. Imagine, you know, when we realize that we are truly, all of us on this planet are truly connected with our frequency, and we connect to the earth with our frequency. Imagine when everybody discovers that you have so much more power over your health than you’ve ever been led to believe. That’s when the true power of humanity can come together. We’re building this. We’re building this fake network, thinking we’re real smart, you know? Oh, we’re so smart. With our technology, we’re gonna. We’re gonna be able to read each other’s thoughts, you know, with. With bluetooth, right. We don’t even understand our heart sense. Yeah, there’s a whole connection. Heart connecting, heart math. It’s great information. But this stuff gets suppressed because this is your natural, God given form, and nobody can patent it, nobody can sell it back to you. So what we are actually, I believe, capable of doing in our natural form, we’re synthesizing, and that’s a pattern. It’s the same thing with food, right? Instead of going, back to feeding our soils, creating great soil to grow food from, being poly, cropping, right? So we do it the right way with the system instead of against the system.

Transhuman agenda is essentially a eugenics program

We’re constantly fighting against the natural form of things. So instead of embracing the right way to farm, to grow food, we’re saying, nah, that’s too complicated. We’re gonna, you know, kill the soil and, synthesize food with genetically modified organisms and chemicals, and we’re just gonna make that dirt better, with chemicals. Am I the only one that sees how nuts this is? You have everything you need. You have everything you need. We just need to clean up the environment. And I’m not talking about climate cult stuff. I’m talking about regenerative. We need to clean up things. Get back to working with the land, working with your body. Your body has so many strengths. You don’t even know how many strengths it has because you’ve been led to believe that you’re a weak, frail little thing and you can’t withstand anything. You need pills and procedures and surgeries in order to thrive. That’s what you’ve been told. And that’s a lie. That’s a lie. We’re missing so much, and yet we’re ready to just jump in to this synthetic version of humanity, this transhuman agenda that is essentially a eugenics program. I mean, look at all the signs. Look at Canada maids program in Canada, right? I’ve talked about that at length on here. Medical, assistance and dying. It’s called maid, by the way. We have it here in California, too. A lot of states have it where you can request to be medically, a medical death, to be put to death, you know? but in Canada, that program is expanding. And when you research the origins of eugenics, it’s really, really hard not to align it with maid. What’s going on in Canada. That program is booming. It is booming. Tens of thousands of people are now taking advantage of it, and it’s growing all the time. That is quite literally exactly what happened with the eugenics program. When the eugenics program started, it was for suffering. It was to put people out of their misery, people who, you know, were just on their suffering in pain. that’s how they touted it in the beginning. And then it grew and it grew and it grew. And you know what became included? Jehovah’s Witnesses. Yeah. Yeah. Jehovah’s Witnesses. Families could take them to get made because they were, they were deemed mentally unstable. And when you’re mentally unstable, you can’t make your own decisions, so the state will put you to death to put you out of your misery. This is facts. Go look it up. This is exactly what happened with eugenics program. And we have these today. This is happening today for. It’s a death cult. this agenda is a death cult. Forgive me, m I’m on the side of life. I’m pro human. I hope you are, too. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’ll be right back.

The impact of biotechnology breakthroughs in healthcare has transformed healthcare

I just want to go over a few things that are coming up. The impact of biotechnology breakthroughs in healthcare. This comes from life sciences intelligence, a terrifying website, actually. If you’re like me, you look at it and you just think, oh, my gosh, where are we going here? This stuff is actually terrifying. So, here are some things that they’re working on, right. Biotechnology, stands at the forefront of innovation progress in the rapidly evolving healthcare technology industry. The commercialization of biotechnology products has transformed healthcare, offering novel solutions to age old problems and improving patient outcomes. The biotech revolution, they’re telling you, Mandy, has its roots in the late 20th century, when scientists began, harnessing the power of biological systems to develop new therapies and diagnostics. Unlike traditional pharmaceuticals, biotech products leverage the intricate workings of living organisms to address a wide range of medical conditions. Let me tell you what that means. It’s a biologic. You know what happens when something gets a biologic label on it? It doesn’t have any liability like vaccines. Back in 1986, Reagan did it, did us a dirty. Let me tell you, I don’t know what was going on at that time, but he, he struck a deal where, you know, vaccine makers said, you know, we’re not going to make these vaccines anymore because, people are suing us, and we. It’s too much liability. And so he granted them indemnity. You no longer have liability on any biologics. So think about the biotechnology industry. And this thing is a wide open door with no liability. Now I pray to God that that changes because everything they are doing now is on this mRNA platform. In terms of vaccines, quote unquote, not vaccines, right? They’re not vaccines. Vaccines was something we used to have. These are mRNA technology. This is a technology, this is a genetic modification system.

Monoclonal antibodies have revolutionized cancer treatments

So moving along here, some of the things you need to know is that, ah, monoclonal, antibodies are another remarkable biotech success story. And they are engineered, proteins that have become a cornerstone of modern medicine, offering targeted precision in treating various diseases. They’re developed by Genetech and exemplify the potential of mabs M. Approved by the FDA in September of 1998. They have revolutionized the treatments and selectively target different cancer cells while sparing healthy ones. Its success not only has extends into patients lives, but also paved the way for a new era of personalized medicine. So they’re pitching it to you. We’ve seen a huge dramatic decrease in breast cancer and cancer since this development. I don’t know where have I been because I didn’t see the decrease, I’ve only seen the acceleration. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. I’m so glad you’re here.

It’s informative stuff, and it makes a lot of sense when you see, who’s controlling our food supply and how that translates to your grocery shelf and what you need to know about supporting community, commerce, right. And local, in your area, and, how that takes away, you know, how it takes away and changes the marketplace from these corporate, entities that are dominating our food supply while providing a subpar product. And that’s being nice. That’s being nice. Saying it’s a subpar product. Let me tell you. Anyway, head over there. Naturallyinspiredradio.com. get subscribed to the substack.

A couple other things you want to know about in biotechnology that’s coming

A couple other things you want to know about in biotechnology that’s coming. Genome sequencing. So this is advancements, in biotechnology, with genome sequencing, making it more accessible than ever, they say the human genome project, if you haven’t looked that little baby up, you should, because that’s pretty freaky. The human genome project, where they want to map everybody’s genome so they can know exactly, you know, every little thing about life. It’s, again, it reminds me of the pattern of artificial intelligence with the open language model, right? So for years and decades now, we’ve been building artificial intelligence. Yeah, you and me, every time we do one of those little CAPTCHA things, you know, where we’re teaching our computer what a bike is, what a fire hydrant is. By checking the box, we’re programming artificial intelligence. Every time we type stuff into the computer, we interact with the computer. We are programming artificial intelligence, and we’ve been doing it for decades to the tunes of millions and millions of people. So, that’s why they say, you know, artificial intelligence will be smarter than any human possibly could be. That’s what they say. But there’s that pesky human component, you know, there’s that pesky human component, that nuance of being human, that spirit, that soul, that empathy, that creativity that can’t be captured. And they can pattern us in an open language model of artificial intelligence. Sure, pattern us. Yeah, you can do that, but you’ll never capture the human soul, although they’d like to. And, anyway, that’s the human genome project. Look it up. If you haven’t read about that. That’ll freak you out a little bit. this is what they’re using, all this data collection, right? When I say data is king, I’m not joking. Data is the new gold or platinum? Like it’s even above gold. It’s so worth so much to them because these are the types of things that they’re producing with it. They want to control humanity. They want to control humanity from conception to the grave. And if they get their way, they’ll eliminate the grade the grave, because all these people are obsessed with living forever. gene editing is the crispr stuff, right? So this is transformative biotech breakthrough. and it’s been developed of CRISPR, that’s cas nine gene editing technology, short for clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats. There’s a mouthful for you. This has revolutionized genetic engineering by introducing the ability to alter an organism’s DNA to precision medicine. We do not know the long term effects of this. You know, it’s just fascinating that, you think you could mess with Mother Nature, with God’s design and think nothing’s going to go wrong here. And then of course, vaccines, these are all things in biotechnology that you need to be aware of because you know when you walk into a doctor’s office, they’re going to tell you, these are the new medicines. These are the new medicines, people. It’s just a medicine. You know, I’m certain half the people that took the mRNA COVID injection have absolutely no clue how that worked in their body. I have no clue the impact that had on their body. And I’m certain that a lot of people who took monoclonal antibodies have no idea either that it was biotechnology. No clue. You’re not being given informed consent. You’re changing, you’re changing your genetics, you’re changing your genome, you’re injecting yourself with a different kind of technology. And I’m certain most people had no idea. Because when I tell them, did you know this or did you know that in passing conversations, people look at me like I’m nuts. Oh, you’re just crazy. You don’t know what you’re talking about. I understand the mRNA technology. That was one of my favorite. I understand mRNA. Oh do ya? Oh, do ya? I don’t think you do, because we don’t even know what’s in it. We don’t even know for sure what is in it. And we’ve seen that proven time and time again that there’s actually different batches. So, you know, it’s one big massive lie. And you’ve been lied to for sure. Semaglutide, you know, the ozempic and the, wigovi and all the stomach paralysis medications. Listen to me, m here. Listen to me here, okay? I know this sounds like it’s a good thing to do, that this could help you. I know you want to be healthy. I know you want to. But unfortunately, there is no free lunch. And this semaglutide stuff is now being shown that it increases suicidal ideation. Stay tuned. We’ll touch on that before we have a guest. Join us, doctor David Kowlowski, coming up at the top of the hour from inside health. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back.

When, you go to naturallyinspiredradio.com, just click on the immune boosting mushrooms that’ll take you to the website. You can peruse the pet products on there, and you can peruse the human products on there. I just am, enthralled in the information about mushrooms. This is a fascinating topic to me, and, I think I’m only scratching the surface of it. It’s a long time practice medicinal mushrooms. Of course, you know, we knew nothing about it, for so many years. but, you know, I think it’s making some headway. We had Christy thiel talk about it. Just one of my faves, Christy shout out to her. she did a wonderful talk at naturally inspired health summit m this summer, and, she talked about medicinal power of mushrooms, and, she’s just a great resource for that and a good friend of naturally inspired. So anyway, we do have mushrooms. Mushrooms, available for purchase. You can get the green bottle of mushrooms on the website is for your immune system. I had a question about this. So the yellow bottle is for blood pressure, red is for liver support, and the blue bottle is for stress and anxiety. So go and check them out. Of course, there’s way more information on the website. I don’t want to take too long here, but they’re easy to take, and you can get them today, at, naturallyinspiredradio.com. and get them for your pet, too. Okay? So semaglutide increases suicidal ideation. So if you did not, if you did not hear the episode with doctor Brian Artis when we talked about ozempic, go back into the archives and listen to it. It is so, so important you do that. Do that before you commit to anything. And then take those questions to your doctor. If he still wants you to take it, you take it to your doctor and you ask him about it, your questions from that podcast. Because, I feel that people are not getting informed consent when it comes to this product and what it does to you. And, you need to have informed consent before you commit to something like that. There is no easy way out. But the good news is your body does know what to do. You just got to feed it in the right way, move it in the right way, manage the stress in the right way, and you can get the results that you want. You don’t have to inject yourself with poison to get health. In fact, I would recommend you don’t do that. It’s going to cause more issues down the road. so 95% of our serotonin is produced in the gut. And what does this product do? it paralyzes your stomach. It paralyzes your stomach. So it makes sense to me now that they’re seeing people, with mental health issues on it as well. So on top of the chronic vomiting, on top of the risk of thyroid cancer, and this is all on the drug manufacturer’s website. So go look at it. You know, you can go look at this, at the risks of this thing, and you should. Another drug, that you should be aware of is statins, right? These things are affecting your brain, and a lot of those side effects don’t get discussed. You know, they’ll tell you, oh, you may have some diarrhea, vomiting, blah, blah, blah, but what about your mental well being? Statin drugs increase your risk of dementia. All you have to do is go and look that information up. There’s all kinds of papers about that correlation. None of this stuff ever gets told to you. When we come back, doctor David Kowlowski is joining us from inside. Stay tuned.

Inside health in Colorado has been voted one of the best nutritional healing clinics

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’Re back into the second hour already of naturally inspired radio. I tell you, this time flies by. There’s so much information that we need to get out to you, that everybody needs to understand about our health so that we can get better results. Doctor David Kowlowski is going to be joining us here in just a second. I just want to tell you that, inside health has been voted one of the best nutritional healing clinics in northern Colorado and they now serve the rest of the country through their convenient virtual appointments. That’s so awesome. I’m not surprised at all because this team at inside health, I always say they’re changing the face of healthcare one patient at a time because they’re doing the education, they’re taking the time. And so many times what ends up happening in their practice is they’re getting the, you know, they’re getting the allopathic model’s patients after the allopathic model, the standardized health care model in this country has failed them. And so this is a tall order to rectify the damage that has been done and to work with people and they are so successful at it. And the more they do it, the more people are going to understand how it’s done. They’re going to tell their friends and that’s going to connect so many more people to the real solutions for health. So it’s just, it’s always my honor to be talking to the Kowlowskis and to be partnered with them. So. Doctor David Kowalski, welcome to the show today. How are you, my friend?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Hi, Tammy. Doing great, thank you.

Noco 24 is one of the best nutritional healing clinics in northern Colorado

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I want to dive into our discussion today. so much to talk about. First of all, congratulations on, being, one of the best nutritional healing clinics in northern Colorado. Congratulations on that. I know you guys and your team are working hard at doing that.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Yes, thank you. As part of the whole best of no co and the voting is going until September 1. So if anybody’s listening, you can still go to the best of Noco 24 and, vote for us there.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Awesome. Yes. Make sure you do that everyone.

You have 14 years of clinical experience in allopathic medicine

Okay, so first question, just bringing up allopathic and the standardized medical care I want to ask you today is, what do you see in your practice? Have you ever worked with someone who was told they needed medication or surgery, surgery that then actually didn’t have to do those things after working with inside health?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Yes. by and large, the most common patient that we interacted with was somebody who had been through the medical system, didn’t find any relief, or was even left in a worse case. Like, it was very rare for somebody to come in, be like, hey, I want chiropractic, and I want you to tune up my diet. Usually they were already. Already well into the system and had already been failed. You know, they are people that we refer to as medical wreckage, where they have been drugged or cut upon or had all these interventions done to them above and beyond what they ever needed, and now they’re in even more of a crisis because of that. So that was very common to see.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So when you speak to that, and how much of that is, like, side, I know you probably don’t have the exact statistics, but just give us a feel for that. In your 14 years of clinical experience, how much of that do you think is coming from pharmaceutical side effects that people really didn’t attribute to their body’s symptoms?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Oh, that’s a huge thing. Simply because the drug model about symptom suppression or, just trying to mask the issue, to the point where the patient’s, like, oblivious of their issue anymore, instead of actually providing true healing because there’s no drug out there that you can look at and say, oh, this is the essential nutrient, right. There’s nothing out there in the pharmacopeia that is truly essential or vital for our health. You don’t get a headache because you’re deficient in, some kind of pain reliever. I don’t want to name brand names on here if I get in trouble, but you get that idea. Like, we’re not. We don’t get cancer because we have a deficiency of chemo. Radiation like, that just does not make sense. We have all these issues because we are toxic or deficient in some other way. We have an internal imbalance in some way. And really, that’s how we approach it. We look for how to get your body to function in a higher level, in a more natural way. That can be what your body is truly designed to do. We’re not designed to be sick.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. I think the best way to fix this issue that we have in our country with this broken medical system is to get people like you and inside health to talk about what could be real solutions for this. And one of the things that I think people need to understand and maybe will help more people that are currently working in the healthcare, that standardized healthcare model, help them, you know, unite with people like yourselves and people like me, spreading this message and not feel so attacked. Is it, you know, is it really. Is it really all their so called fault? You know, that they’re working in this model like, it’s kind of. It’s a broken model. They’re only getting taught, you know, how to prescribe pharmaceuticals. They’re only getting taught how to do surgeries. Right. but I’m sure they got to be sick of working in this broken model because they don’t get results, really, for the most part. They don’t get results with chronic disease.

>> Dr David Kolowski: They don’t. But it’s also part of how they’re conditioned, you know, and you can even go out a little further and say, that’s how they’ve been brainwashed. The medical model begins in medical school by telling them. They often hear this during the white coat ceremony where they graduate from being just a student to now being, like, a practicing doctor in the student clinic. And they tell them, half of what we’re going to teach you isn’t true. The trouble is, we don’t know which half. And you can look that quote up. It’s out there in many different, reports and research articles. But they will tell them that simply to. In their words, they say it to encourage them to stay vigilant, to realize that what they’re learning here may not be so, and they need to constantly educate themselves, constantly question what’s going on. But the reality is the program that they’re in is so intense, they are drinking from a fire hose of information, and all they can do to keep up with the workload is regurgitate what they know as fast as possible and pass their tests. And that doesn’t lead to somebody being a very, introspective person. It doesn’t lead to a lot of questioning, of the system. It just is a matter of getting through and getting your degree and getting that shingle and getting to work, and then you’re kind of stuck with the whole, standard of care model, and then you just basically dismiss everything else because that’s not how you were trained. That’s not what you’re trained to look for.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right. That makes a lot of sense. And there must have been something in your practice coming out of chiropractic school that just, you know, made you want to take a different route. What do you think that was?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Well, I think, for one thing, the chiropractic field is a bit more independent. We have a little more freedom in how we can approach things. And the standard of care is rigorous, so that gives us a little more flexibility.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That makes sense. Let’s talk more about that when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’re talking to doctor David Kowlowski from Inside health. And right now, there’s a vote going on, and I would love it. I would love it if you would go and support them and vote, for the best nutritional clinic, in northern Colorado. Ah, doctor David, where do we do that again?

>> Dr David Kolowski: I don’t know the exact website, but it’s the noco. Sorry. Best of noco. Noco. and the search, best of noco 2024. And it should pop right up.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Cool. Best of noco 2024. And I’ll have Jason put it in the notes, too, so that when people are listening later, they can just click on the link. We want to get that for you. You guys deserve it. You guys are working so hard all the time. You come on here every week and you just so, so willing to share information. And I know people are impacted by it in a really positive way. So thank you again for being willing always to come on every Thursday.

I wanted to explain about the multi pronged approach of health

let’s move on to the next question here. I wanted to ask you. let’s see here. Where were we? Oh, yes. I wanted to explain about the multi pronged approach of health. This is what I want people to understand. I never want to lead people to think that there’s a silver bullet, right? Because that’s the pharma model. The pharma model is just shoot yourself with ozempic and all your problems go away. And I never want people to think that we kind of have to do a little bit of shifting the way we think about healing in the body. So, what is a multi pronged approach? Like, what should people the staples that people should be. Obviously, nutrition is number one in my book. but what’s your opinion on that?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Well, you’re exactly right. We have to think in a well rounded way. We’re not going to be healthy or maintain our health by just focusing on one little aspect. now, I would think it starts with, the primary belief that you have to have about yourself is that you are designed to be healthy. You’re meant to be healthy. Like, health is your default, and anything below that is a sign that your body is not able to function correctly or has not been allowed to function correctly because of some toxicity deficiency, internal, dysregulation. And so if we start with the idea that you are healthy, then you build off of that and we say, like, get the big idea and everything else follows. And that’s probably the biggest idea that you can start with. You are healthy. You’re a part of nature. You’re designed to be an expression of health. And if we, can just match that with our reality, then that’s exactly what we want to see.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I love that because we just talked about that yesterday. I think in the inspired moment is just having that vision for what you want instead of focusing on what you don’t want.

Why do vitamins and supplements like, from Walmart

Why do vitamins and supplements like, from Walmart? I get this question all the time. Sometimes people say, well, I found this one at Walmart. Will this work? Why are those supplements not quite the right ones?

>> Dr David Kolowski: So there’s a chart that I could find for you, and I know it’s a couple of years old, but it shows these 14 megacorporations that are responsible for, the vast majority of supplements that you’re going to find out there on the store shelves, on, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, or, GNC, or anywhere else. So these few little corporations, big corporations that are producing the vast majority, sometimes they’re making multiple different versions of supplements or powders or pills, and putting them under different labels and sending them to different stores, but they all come from the same source, which is this highly refined reductionist approach where they’re taking these isolated chemicals that are created in a laboratory. They’re not derived from nature, they’re not derived from anything that has life to it. And so your body is getting all these random parts, and it’s not in a way that your body can digest properly or assimilate in a productive way. You’re getting a lot of these random parts that your body has to figure out what to do with these, and it creates a lot more stress in the end, and you can create a lot of oxidative stress, and a lot of other nutritional disorders. And even some deficiencies can come about from taking too much of these synthetic nutrients.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, that’s fascinating. I love that you’re equating it with nutrition. It’s so important that you’re feeding the body the actual nutrition, just getting it what exactly it needs instead of all of the extras that may be in there.

How long does it take for the collagen to start seeing results

so how long does it take? I want to talk about the collagen because I’ve gotten a few questions about this and I think you’re probably the best person to answer it, even though I do my best to try to answer these questions. But, everybody’s kind of different. And how long does this, does it take for the collagen to start seeing results? I always recommend people stay on the collagen minimum. You know, you’re going to want to stay on it because your body’s not producing it. But 90 days is really the marker. It.

>> Dr David Kolowski: That’s true. we always tell people 90 to, well, three to six months. So if you give it that amount of time, depending on where you started, like how deep your issues are, most everybody’s going to see some improvement, if any, within, that 30 to, sorry, 90 to 180 days. so that’s what we recommend. You’re right.

Can you talk about the five different formulas of collagen that we offer

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And can you talk about the five different formulas of collagen that we offer? Because I think people want your point of view from it. Which one do I take? I get that question a lot and it kind of depends on where you are in your life.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Exactly. And they all have a different flavor profile, so you can kind of pick it that way if you like more of a rounded kind of berry flavor or a lighter fruity punch flavor. so you can look at it that way. But, the pure version is just as it sounds. It’s pure collagen with very little extra. It’s great for a keto diet because it doesn’t have any extra fruit juice or extra carbohydrates. the life version is their premier. Like, that’s their foundational version that they first came out with and that’s more of a. They call it an anti aging blend. It has resveratrol and a lot of other antioxidants. then they have the sport version which has an added bunch of branch chain amino acids for protein, assimilation and muscular development. Then you have the immune, which has another fruity blend with a lot of, other antioxidants and powerful vitamins as well as, things like elderberry syrup for immune boosting support. And then, the last one, did I go through four of them so far? But there’s the, skin, hair, nails, and that’s actually going to be, renamed to be the beauty blend because, it’s got, chondroitin, and biotin in it that is wonderful for replenishing the, skin and plumping up the, skin to help to reduce wrinkles. Also filling, in the gaps so the nutritional gaps that are there to make hair stronger, create stronger bonds. And the collagen there, and so they all have their own mix, but they all are also going to be extremely important for what the main purpose is to replenish the cartilage, and the type one, type two and type three collagen. That makes, up 30% of your proteins in your body.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Can you talk about the low molecular weight, why is that important? And then the matrix of it, right, the hyaluronic acid. Acid and the collagen.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Right. So the low molecular weight is very crucial simply because collagen by itself as a full molecule is huge and it does not cross the mucosal barrier or the digestive barrier very easily without being radically broken down by pepsin, which is one of the, enzymes in your stomach. So if you’re not breaking it down, you’re not going to digest it, you’re not going to use it, it’s just going to end up in the toilet. And that’s sadly what most of the versions of collagen are doing out there. So the powdered collagen, which we have used in the past, we’re not going to say differently, but we realized it was only providing a slim amount of benefit to the people who were actively taking it. So you compare that to the low molecular weight, which absorbs very easily, very readily. you actually use much higher percentage of what you’re, swallowing. And so you get much more bang for your buck compared to the powdered collagen, which may, on the shelf look so much cheaper, but in the end, you’re not using as much. So it really, you have to look at all these factors, how your body actually digests it.

Tell us about your stretch marks and your hair growth with collagen injections

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I made, doctor Lauren tell us about her stretch marks last time she was off. I’m going to make you tell us about your hair. You have stretch marks too.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Oh, well, when I was playing football and I ballooned up to 310 pounds. That happened very quickly over the course of a year or so. And so when you put on that much mass and that muscle. Yeah, I have stretch marks on my hips, my waistline, my arms. and I’ll admit, they did show some improvements, taking the collagen as well. So that’s been a wonderful thing to see.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. And tell us about your hair, too, because I just had a testimonial. Someone texted me, a couple of days ago and told me about his hair growth, that he’s got these little tiny baby hairs, right at the front of your forehead. Is that what happened to you when you start. Tell us about your story.

>> Dr David Kolowski: You know, I’ve been on it for two, years now or so, and that was one of the things that kind of prompted me to try it out, is like this promise of, you know, helping with hair growth. And so within the first three months or so, I was noticing that, yeah, it felt thicker. I didn’t have to try to comb over as much as I had in the past. and then over time, just as the next 3612 months went on, yes, I was seeing like I needed, to spend more time in the morning combing my hair because it was just becoming a little more unruly. you know, doctor Lauren would say, hey, when you bend over, I don’t see that glaring, shine off the top of your head anymore. It’s like it’s actually covering up. So it’s been cool.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.

Inside health offers chiropractic services and helps patients improve their health

What kind of testimonies can you share with us, from your clients at inside health? What kind of results are your clients getting?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Oh, across the board from joint health, which as a chiropractor, working with patients hands on, and, trying to restore mobility to joints, especially in the spine. That was a key thing, because that helps people to last longer between adjustments and, you know, and that meant they had better quality of life in the meantime. And they spent less money on their healthcare as well. Like, that’s all great benefits. but we also saw improvements in skin. A lot of skin disorders, people come in with all kinds of different rashes or, eczema, psoriasis, those kinds of things. And it helps to heal that up, but also the internal skin. So your digestive tract is basically your second skin on the inside of your body. And when you heal, the gut lining up, that also has a huge impact on so many other factors with your immune health and, your ability to digest your food properly, which is key. then beyond that, there was some, nice improvements with mental health functions, with this organ function, hormone function, it’s a foundational nutrient. So when you’re supporting your foundational processes in your body, it really, it’s hard to see where that stops.

David: Collagen is not like a medicine. It’s what your body needs

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We only have about a minute left or so. But I would love for you to kind of just tie this conversation up with the fact that collagen is not like a medicine. Right? You’re not taking a medicine? Oh, no. Can you kind of just define the difference between taking a nutrient and taking a medicine?

>> Dr David Kolowski: Right. So just like we talked about, about the supplements that are made in all those laboratories that are on all the shelves, your body can only use real live food. That’s the only thing your body can digest, the only thing it can use without causing more stress. And so this type of collagen, again, it’s been hydrolyzed, it’s been reduced in its molecular size. So you digest it very well. your body uses it very quickly and effectively and efficiently. and it’s just what your body is designed to use. I don’t know what other way to put it. Like, your body needs stuff that actually can provide healing, and this is it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s perfect and such a great explanation. It’s what your body needs. Visit insidehealth.com. everyone insidehealth.com. also vote for best of Noco 2024 inside Health. You can call them at 970-685-8060 thanks, doctor David, for joining us today.

>> Dr David Kolowski: Thank you, tammy. Have a great one.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: You too.

Gabe from good breed is going to be joining us here in just a minute. I have been doing some research on inulin, because, you know, it’s a primary, ingredient in goodbrew.com. that’s goodbrew. B r U.com. so many of you enjoying that product now. It’s exciting. It’s exciting. I have clients, you know, in Pennsylvania and all over that are using the good brew now and, getting fantastic results from it. So anyway, I was doing some research and Inuland is really, it’s unique. And I found this little clip I wanted to show with you today. Just succinctly describes how it works for us. Take a listen.

Let’s talk about inulin. What is it and why should you care

>> Speaker I: Let’s talk about inulin. What is it? Have you ever heard of it? If you’ve been reading up on your microbiome and gut health, then you’ve probably heard of it. Otherwise, likely not. So what exactly is inulin and why on earth should you care? Inulin is a type of soluble fiber. It’s found in many plants, it’s been linked to several health benefits, and it’s even added to many foods. It can also be purchased in a supplement in health food stores and online. But here’s the deal. What’s really cool about inulin is that it’s a prebiotic, meaning it’s a food source for the good bacteria that live in your colon or large intestine. That means when you eat food containing inulin, it travels through your stomach through your small intestine unchained. So then when it reaches your large intestine, it’s digested by your healthy gut bacteria and turned into short chain fatty acids. These are the molecules that nourish colon cells and ultimately provide health benefits.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I just thought that was a really good little succinct bit, of information to share. Of course, we have good brew as one of our partners right here on naturally inspired radio. I use it, my family uses it. We love it. Gabe, thank you so much for joining us today. Welcome to naturally inspired radio.

>> Gabe Dough: Thanks, Tammy. Yeah, that was really cool to find that clip and play it. Yeah, inulin is a fantastic thing. I mean, you know, and you, know, none of the big guys want to use that because it’s not the cheapest thing to use and it’s not, you know, but, you know, that’s, that’s what we’ve got, you know, and, that’s great that you found that. Thank you.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.

Good brew is a foundational gut health product that provides both prebiotic and probiotic

So I wanted to introduce everybody. I’ve got a lot of new listeners we’re doing, we’re getting really excited about the video platform and people sharing the videos, and we’ve got a lot of new listeners. So I want to start from the beginning. Today, I want you to introduce what is good brew and how does it work?

>> Gabe Dough: Okay, well, the best way to think of good brew right off the bat is think of it as a foundational gut health product that, is organic and, provides both a prebiotic and a probiotic. So that means it’s providing an organic prebiotic, unlike most of the big brands out there, it’s, a soluble fiber and, that feeds the probiotic, which has been well studied. And it’s a spore forming probiotic that survives through the, stomach. It can survive, in our case, it can survive in a hot beverage, because it’s a spore. And then it blossoms or blooms in the lower digestive tract. So it makes it to the lower digestive tract, and then it adds, it helps with the processing of nutrients, you know, in the food that you’re eating. Yeah. And so you get a whole plethora of benefits, from that, you know.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And tell us, is it a powder, liquid? How do you use it? I, obviously I use it, but I want our listeners to know what it is.

>> Gabe Dough: Sure, sure. Good brew is a powder that you can stir into a hot beverage, and in particular, you can put it into coffee. Some people ask, well, can you really do that with probiotics? Yes. Bacillus, coagulans, is a spore forming probiotic that does survive the heat of coffee. It’s been studied to do that. And, so it’s very easy to use one or two scoops a day, to get the benefits of the product. And, you can adjust it to your liking as you’ve used the product. Yes, it’s very easy, convenient to use foundational gut health product, that’s been shown to benefit protein, utilization, immune health, digestive health, and then a lot of very specific things that you could point to with specific people in specific cases, but also generally, helping to also rebalance your gut microbiome. So as a foundational gut health product, you will get the benefits of the product, of what the product does itself and the fiber does itself, but you also overall assist anything else that you’re doing to try and, help heal your gut, but also heal other things in your body. So much starts with the gut.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, yes. I mean, I feel like we talk about the gut on this show three times a week, minimum. I think we do big segments on gut health because it’s just so important. and I think the more science that comes out around it, I think the more people will understand that.

Good Brew is the most effective and affordable gut health product you can take

I want to talk a little bit about why you brought this product to the marketplace. What did you see in our country in terms of our health? Like, why a health product? Why did I. You decide that?

>> Gabe Dough: Yes. So this goes back a long ways, and I had you know, being an athlete, ah, earlier in life, you know, I played college sports and that sort of thing. And being just generally interested in health and science and food nutrition. I had been doing some reading on the gut, the gut health. And this goes back to quite a way. And it was still at that time sort of being debated, you know, as whether or not all of these health issues that like autoimmune disease and things like that, how were really linked to the gut, by, you know, by this time, like in the 2010 or something like that, when I was kind of reading and learning about these things, a lot of people had started to accept that, but a lot of people hadn’t. And the mainstream storyline was not to really give that a lot of credence. In fact, around that time, Europe was sort of like, I think they actually like banned like the use of the word probiotic on a lot of things because that’s how and now a few years had gone by and they hadn’t done that. They certainly probably would not have been that strict at that time on what they had done. that was still the debate that was going on, you know, so.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow, that’s ah, fascinating. I did not know that. Let’s dive more into that story when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’re talking to Gabe with Goodbrew. That’s goodbru.com. i’ll tell you how to get it when we come back. Stay tuned.

>> Speaker A: Will it make it easier on you now?

>> Gabe Dough: House.

>> Dr David Kolowski: She’s nice. And micad.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Just letting it all hang out. I can’t remember if it was yesterday or Tuesday, but I was telling you, simple steps to get on a gut heal and seal protocol. and this included the good brew of course. First step was to do the elimination diet right. Get all of the ultra processed foods out of your diet. Keep it simple, simple, simple, simple. And then the second step was to add in the good brew to kind of, of repopulate, your gut. it’s the most effective and affordable, which is, you know, important to me to be able to offer our audience an affordable product because these things can get pretty expensive. And good brew is really affordable. It is the most effective and affordable gut health, ah, product you can take. I take two scoops to just dump them right into my coffee. I try to back off on the coffee and this this allows me to make sure that I, have an excuse to take my coffee. I’m not gonna lie, I’m always telling myself, you gotta back off the coffee, but I’m putting good brew in it. So it’s helping these little games, these little psychological games we play with ourselves. Gabe, do you do that too?

>> Gabe Dough: Yeah, I do. In fact, I do. You know, the health and the research on coffee is so interesting because a little bit of coffee shown to be actually have, and this is important, drip coffee, you know, in a lot of parts of the world, they put drip coffee down and they like the, you know, like the turkish coffee and that sort of thing. But apparently the theory is that the oil, when you prepare coffee, in that manner, you get a lot of the oils, and apparently the oils might counteract the health benefits. So it’s the drip coffee that we drink here in the United States that seems to be, obviously you don’t want to put a lot of sugars and things in it that seems to be correlated with some help, long term cognitive health benefits. And there’s quite a few papers on that. But it’s like you said, it’s with moderation, you know, it’s keeping it below, you know, a couple of, you know, like, I don’t know, 16oz a day or something. You’d have to look it up to see what the research really points to. But, you know, keeping it, Yeah, and so it doesn’t interfere with your health, with your, with your sleep as well. So, yeah, I, yeah, yeah, yeah. You can put it in tea, you can put good brew in other things. You can put it in yogurt, you can put it in food. you can also one of these, because it does dissolve well, you could even put it in cold water. But one of the things to do if you’re going to do it in water is just get a little warm tap water, you know, and then stir it in there and then fill your cup up the rest of the way with cool water if that’s what you want. you know, and that’ll, it’ll dissolve really fast in a little bit of warm tap water or whatever, you know, too. So there’s multiple ways to use it, but it’s really nice that you can use it in coffee, because that makes it quite unique, you know, and part of your routine as well. Exactly. Which was thought. Yeah, and we thought about that, too. I mean, it wasn’t just when we was doing the original brainstorming on the product concept years ago, that was part of it. I was like, you got to get these things into a routine. And a lot of people have trouble taking capsules, but in addition to taking capsules being a, ah, struggle for a lot of people, physically, is that with the capsules, you might buy a probiotic capsule, and it may say it has some prebiotic in it, but they really can’t get that much prebiotic. I mean, they can just put enough in there to say that there’s some in it. But good bruise, actually, meets the criteria of a good source of fiber. So it’s three and a half, 4 grams of fiber in a normal serving of good brew with them, with the probiotic. So that, prebiotic feeding the probiotic, and also the other good bacteria in your stomach and that inulin is also being an organic inulin. As you played that clip, other products that are being sold as fiber might actually be irritating people’s guts. I mean, they’re made from wheat, Dexter, and those sorts of things. So you got all these people wanting to try to fix something that’s good for their gut, and they may be taking something actually irritating their gut. You know, the main m thing with inulin is it’s just, very potent. So, you know, you might want to start kind of slow with it or whatever.

A lot of times when you try to change your digestive tract, it dies off

And you were talking about something a minute ago, and I just wanted to add to that there’s something which I’ll let you talk about it, because you know, these things. But, you didn’t mention, like, the die off phase. A lot of times when you try to change your digestive tract in multiple different ways, you have a die off. So when the unhealthy bacteria that, and your gut, starts to lose the battle against the good bacteria, there’s a phase where your body’s got to clean that out. And I’m sure you know a lot about that. I don’t know if you want to mention that.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, yeah, it can come with some symptoms. You know, you can even get flu like symptoms and stuff. So, yeah, you want to start slow on these things, but also, you know, another good, ah, thing to do is c 60. We have, you know, with Bob he does, a lot of binding. That’s why it’s a good marriage that I always recommend and promote the good brew. and then also the c 60, because it’s kind of a binder. It is a binder. It is a binder. So it can take things right out of your body and do away with them. But yeah, you want to start a little slow, with those types of things when you’re repopulating. But, the idea is to stick with it with consistency because you have to stay consistent. And I think we have a little bit of work to do in our education as patients. We want a different medical system, but we also have to have a different idea or point of view as patients as well, because it takes time. It’s consistency in time. This isn’t a medication. Right. With the pharmaceuticals, we think of medication and we think we take it and it works immediately. It fixes everything immediately. And that’s not the case. Right. This is a long term commitment. You want to commit to using this stuff to keep yourself living in prevention. And that’s what I love about good brew, because it doesn’t even interfere with your lifestyle, because you can’t taste it in your coffee, but you know, youre, you’re getting something and doing something good for your gut biome.

>> Gabe Dough: Exactly. It just goes so well with coffee, and the fact that it doesn’t change the flavor. And if you were to taste good brew, it would be mildly sweet. Very mildly sweet. and it has almost no calories. So that’s great. And with that, you also have to kind of keep in mind that fiber goes through your system, so you want to be taking it so that it’s assisting with the food. So, you know, when you have your coffee in the morning or whatever, it’s also good to kind of have it somewhere around the time that you’re going to have food in your stomach because that’s giving you the best benefit of the fiber, you know.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Great point. When we have one more segment with Gabe left, visit goodbrew.com. goodbrew.com. We’re going to talk about next, how to get it and what’s going on with good brew take. We’ll be right back.

My son has only had one cold since he started on good brew

>> Speaker A: M.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’Re back here listening to naturally inspired radio. We’re talking to Gabe with Goodbrew. That’s goodbrew.com. right off the bat, I just want to say, I have to thank you, Gabe, because my son is completely, completely like super compliant with good brew, which a lot of things he’s not compliant with. Okay. I usually have to work. Yeah, he’s, he loves it. He, he’s always like, hey, where’s, where’s the good brew at? And, which I think is funny, but, he, you know, he’s had a couple of cold, one cold, not two, one cold. And, he even said to me that, he, I think I must be growing out of these colds because, you know, he used to get sick, it would last forever. And, since he’s been on the good brew, he’s only had one cold, one little sniffle cold. It lasted two days. And I said to him, do you think that’s from the good brew? And he goes, it’s got to be. There’s nothing else that I’ve added. So I just wanted to let you know that that’s huge for, for him.

>> Gabe Dough: Thank you.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, thank you.

Good brew needs to get another production run done before the fall shopping season

what’s going on with good brew now? Tell me you’ve got a special offer or something.

>> Gabe Dough: Yeah, I’m trying to update the website to actually have it. I have a little bit of problems with the website. I want to fix that. But if you use Crowded fund 2024, if you’re interested in helping us do a crowd fund for another production run. So we’ve sold through almost all of our large units, and we need to get another production run done, and we want to get it done before the shopping season, you know, is coming, in the fall. And so, what we’re going to do is if you want to help us with this, you can order using Crowdfund 2020 as the promo code when you check out and we’ll send you a small one right now for free. And then you will get a large unit when we do our production run, later in the year. And you can, of course, always order another product from us. You know, just if you, if you’re out and you want to just have one, just order normally using the naturally inspired discount, to get a 15, percent discount on the, the regular products. You get a 15% discount if you use it naturally inspired. But if you want to help us with this right now, use Crowdfund 2024 and you’ll get a large one later in the year. And you’ll get a small one right now, for free. Now I’m going to try to get the website set up so that, that’s actually a product selection to help out with that. But for right now, if you use Crowdfund 20, 24, get, you’ll get this small one now and a large one later and that will really help help us out a lot. Yeah.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, that would be great. Yeah. I’m so excited to hear you’ve sold out of that, though. that’s amazing, everyone. So you need to go, let’s get this clear. You need to go to goodbrew.com. that’s goodbru.com. and when you use promo code crowdfund 24, what’s going to happen is what size is the little one, Gabe, how many? How many, what’s the volume?

>> Gabe Dough: That’s a 15 serving. That’s a 15 serving. That’s usually, I think, $24. So it’s a 15 serving to get the small one. And also that small one makes a good size. So if you save the, save, the container with the scoop and the little, moisture control pack in there, you can always refill that. And it makes a great, great, travel size as well.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s what I love about local businesses. They can offer these wonderful deals. Everyone visit goodbrew.com dot.
