Welcome to naturally inspired radio coming to you from Weld County, Colorado. A right to farm. Community and the heartland of America, providing real solutions for healthy living. Get back to basics, defend your right to health. Big Pharma, big insurance, big food needs a big overhaul, naturally inspired radio, helping people feel good so they can do. What they love for longer.

Well, welcome to naturally inspired radio. It’s Tuesday. I hope you’re having a great day. I hope Monday is behind you and you are well into your. Week and everything’s going great. I tell you, I feel so joyful today, so excited and grateful that I am living in the USA. That I am living in America, where even though our free speech is being challenged at every turn, we still have it and we still have the foundation that supports it. Because it’s not so in Canada just, you know, shortly before coming in here today to the station to talk to you, I’m seeing reports that meta, which of course is Facebook, Instagram. Mark Zuckerberg, that whole deal, they are now in the midst of censoring social media posts. Facebook posts all of it. So that Canadians cannot see what they deem misinformation. So basically anything that goes against the government messaging. Will be censored and Canadians will not be. Able to view it. So I cannot confirm this report exactly, but I’ve seen this on Twitter that Gad Saad, who is a Canadian, lives in Quebec, just wrote a book. He was on the Joe Rogan podcast last week. And that episode is not available to Canadians. So is mine going to think as a Canadian? And a lawful permanent resident of the United States of America. That my audience in Canada won’t be able to hear my podcasts anymore. Because the Canadian government deems what I say misinformation. Who would have thought? That this would be the world we we’re living. In today. Absolutely mind blowing that this is taking place. Of course, we don’t have to go back very far to know. That these institutions deemed misinformation. During COVID that was absolutely 100% true. Absolutely, 100% true and now have admitted, Oh yeah, we got it wrong. And now they’re going to pursue this. This plight of being able to censor what they. Feel is misinformation. This is something we really have to stay on top of here in the US because of course we have a Constitution that protects our free speech. But we must make sure that they don’t forget it. And that means we have to push back on it. And that means we have to protect all free speech. Even the stuff we don’t like. You know, it’s one thing to claim to be for free speech, but applaud when your enemies don’t get to speak. That’s not how it works. It goes both ways here. The answer to free speech is more is more support of everyone’s speech. So I’m absolutely shocked to hear what’s going on in Canada today and I just had to bring that up at the top of the hour. We’ve got a great show for you today. I’m going to be talking about Merrill Mass. She’s one. Of my favorites. She’s a medical doctor and she has testified in the European Parliament. On The Who treaty bringing some facts and laying down some really great information there, we’re going to cover what is called one health. Do you know what one health is you need to? You absolutely need to. You need to know. What this is? And if we’re going to go visit. The Clinton Health initiative. Yeah, you know, unity and the Clinton Health Initiative, we’re going to talk a little bit about that and just how intermingled these agencies. We are also going to have a wonderful guest joining us. We’re going to have Richard Wands joining us. He has got a fascinating story how his life has been impacted by the COVID mandates. So you’re not. Going to want to miss that when he comes in at. The bottom of the hour. So let’s get started before we. Waste any more time. Let’s talk about this mural mass. OK, so if you don’t, if you’re not familiar with mural mass, she is awesome. She’s a medical doctor. She lives on the East Coast. She has been kind of in this game of monitoring government collusion in terms of pharmaceutical. Rules, vaccines and stuff, but other other stuff as well. She was like a primary resource in understanding anthrax and whatnot, she testified in Congress. I mean this this lady’s resume is so long and glorious. Quite honestly, I could not believe she came on my little podcast when she did, because she came on my podcast. Back in July of 2021. And she was more than willing to sit with me for, you know, a long period of time and explain to me how this all has been going down for actually a long time, that COVID is not the first time they’ve tried this kind of thing. And so she’s just awesome. She went over to Europe to testify again, and I want to play that. But for you now so you can understand a little bit more about what this who treaty means. Take a listen.

Nations, but enforceable edicts, provide a liability shield. Get rid of intellectual property rights, move supplies from one country to another, enforce digital passports and the Director General of who can demand that a pandemic. For a potential pandemic exists, he can just declare. It with no standard. And then countries around the. World will have to obey. Also, The Who will tell you what drugs you can and can’t use in your nation? Once a pandemic is declared, obviously the budget will increase. One health is another part of this one health is a concept that was created. To enable the go with these documents to take over jurisdiction of everything in the world. By saying that climate change, animals, plants. Water systems ecosystems are all central to health. Also embedded in this concept is. A peculiar notion that humans are no longer of greater value than animals.

That’s Merrill NASS and what she’s talking about. There is something I’ve been trying to point out for the last 3 1/2 years here. These agencies, they’re multi layered, they’re inter tangled, they’re they’re a network rather you know operating under different alphabet names. And different people, you know, heading them, but they’re all after the same agenda here. They’re all working together here to funnel us into this one world government. So The Who is the United Nations? It’s the health arm of the United Nations, right. This one health is just another arm of that. All making it seem like there’s all these agencies, you know, that are working because this working together to achieve the same goals, because they’re just so necessary and important and this everybody agrees there’s a consensus, right. This is what we do. We have to work towards this so important creating urgency. And then you think, well, it must be right, because why would all these agencies be in on this, how how does this happen, right? It’s all the same cast of characters, folks. It’s all the same cast of characters, So what Merrill lines out here is something everybody needs to be aware of, because the United Nations will serve as this, you know, foundational world government and in, in, in my thinking they will, they will make it so that. You know, this is a. This is a bipartisan agency that is going to serve everybody to the best of its capability.

We got.

Let’s talk about this one world government. When we come back, you’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. Stay tuned.

We’re back here listening to naturally inspired radio head on over to naturallyinspiredradio.com. There’s a big orange button right there. You can click on it and that’ll get you to my sub stack. You can see all of my latest. Posts I talk about the same kind of stuff that we talk about here on the radio, but I get more in depth on that website. You can find links to all the clips. I use the articles you know. Don’t take my word for it. But please don’t. That is not what we’re all about here on natural inspired radio. We’re we’re not here to tell you what to think or how to think. We just want to empower you to. Do your own. Thinking so, you get better life results. So we’re talking about this one health. And kind of understanding this whole concept of the United Nations. The World Health. All of these little these little minion companies, I like to call them little minions. You know, like the Clintons and and the gates of the world that are all. And all the biotech companies that are all funneling everyone into this. Which ultimately is denationalization. Have you heard that term? Yeah, that’s the term that means you can give up your country for the greater good. We’re all going to become one giant country under the United Nations because they’re bipartisan and they won’t favor anybody. And they’re the only ones equipped to handle racism and social justice and climate change because it’s the for the greater good of the planet. This is I you know, I. Don’t know I have to laugh because if I. Don’t I’ll cry. Clearly that is a utopian take on the world and. Sometimes you know, big fences make great neighbors. Have you ever heard that term? Because we can’t come to a consensus of a utopia where everyone agrees on everything. But we can have respect for each other. We can have respect and with a little space and respect. We can experience a pretty great place to live. But no, that’s not what they’d have you believe they’d have you believe if you don’t subscribe to every belief that they have, then you must be xenophobic. You must be, you know, dumb, not a science. You don’t follow the science. You don’t know what you’re talking about, right? Because you don’t believe as they do. You’re not inclusive. Well, some of these little groups out there right now are about as unincluded live as you could possibly be. In my opinion. Because you must conform to their belief system. So this one health strives to, you know, dictate to you exactly how you’re going to live your life. Here’s their agenda right off their website. One health is an integrated, unifying approach to balance and optimize the health of people, animals and the environment. It is particularly important to prevent predict, detect and respond. To global health threats such as COVID-19 pandemic. The approach mobilizes multiple sectors, disciplines and communities at varying levels of society to work together. This way new and better ideas are developed that address root causes and create long-term sustainable solutions. There’s that word again, language is very important right now. These terms are used in propaganda. They’re you’ll you’ll notice that they are used in repetition at nauseam. To the point where you’ve got your favorite words from the COVID pandemic that you never want to hear again. I have a few safe, effective narrative. All of these, all of these words have been repeated at nauseam. We’re so sick of them. There’s a reason for that. It’s actually a component of mind control. If you haven’t read my article on Mind Control on Sub Stack read it. It makes a whole lot of sense sense. I’ve done a lot of study into this area and been able to interview quite a few people. Who have come out of cults and mind control type situations is not a magical thing. It’s a very strategic application to control the outcome of something. And that is what we. See here being delivered to the masses with this repetition of language. It’s important that we take our language back. We don’t allow people to redefine words. That includes these agencies. So when you start looking into The Who and now this one health. It just leads you into all the corporations that are supporting this agenda and how intertwined they are with this agenda. So of course they are going to promote and recommend it at every chance. They’re going to profit off it. It’s a new world order where they’re at the very top. So that can be more apparent when you start looking into who is associated with health. It’s odd, it’s just odd. You know, why would Google? Become a health company. They’re a tech company. Why are they now? You know, they’re they’re virtually A vaccine company now. Google is. And their former CEO. Schmidt, Eric Schmidt. Is now, you know, in a different company of of Biotech for health. Right, this is this is the gold mine of of the of the present and the future health data biometrics gene therapy. Gene altering injections. Everyone’s in this race. All of these companies are in this race, and all of these, all of these agencies, that kind of hide under this philanthropy, like the Clinton initiative. They’re all involved and they’re going to dictate how this goes. If you were following a a doctor by the name of Jeff Lowery, she was heavily advocating for the use of Viber mekton during COVID and failed to get it to market even though she was seeing in her clinical practice how wonderful was working, there was a man by the name of Andy. Bill, who wrote a paper? That trash cyber mechin just trashed. Take a listen to this phone call she had with him begging him. To retract his paper and to tell the truth about ivermectin, take a listen.

Who’s not listed as an.

Author who’s actually contributed.

Well, I mean, I don’t really want to get into. I mean it the unity.

I think it needs to.

Be it needs to be clear, I would like. To know who. Who are these other voices that. Are in your paper. That are not acknowledged. Because you need to have.

Well, OK.

A say do they influence? What you write?

Unitate has a say in the.

Conclusions of the paper.

OK so.

So who is? It and unitate then who is sharing the the The Who is giving your opinion on your evidence?

Well, it’s just the people there.

I don’t start moving there.

Is just a charity, is it? Is it not a? Charity, actually. So they have. A say in in your conclusions.

Tell me how a charity like Unitaid. Who is responsible for, you know? Promoting health across the globe has a say in a clinical paper. On ivermectin. Which is being. Looked at at the time for a viable treatment for COVID-19. Why would that be? Why would a charity? Who promotes health? Have a say. In what therapeutics are available to the public? During a pandemic. Well, if you look at unitaid. You’ll find that. The number one donator to this charity is actually the Clinton Health Initiative. Yeah, like Bill and Hillary. Also, the Gates Foundation fee funnels money into unitaid. So if you’re a charity and you operate off the monies of the likes of Bill and Hillary Clinton, who own the Clinton Health Initiative and the Clinton Foundation? And your other donor, also huge promoter of vaccines, the Gates Foundation. What do you think you’re likely to do? About a therapeutic that may be coming to market. That could possibly stop the rollout. Of this new technology that is going to open Pandora’s box. In terms of health with mRNA technology? And gene therapy genetic manipulation. All of that stuff. Well, you’re going. To put up. A roadblock because if you don’t, your money is going to be stopped. This stuff isn’t hard to find. You don’t have to look hard to find who’s associated with unitate. So this Andy Hall. Or Hill, rather Andy Hill. Was charged with the responsibility to look at ivermectin. If it was a viable treatment to help people get through, you know, the bio weapon virus. And in his findings. At first. He worked well with Doctor Lowry and said, you know, I’m seeing it. Yeah, this is could this could be viable. And then all of a sudden. He was gotten to. And he changed his tune. And all of a sudden, his paper reflected that this wasn’t a viable treatment, and that in fact. It was dangerous. It was dangerous. So she calls him, and she begs him. Because she is seeing people dying. And she’s and she knows that this treatment is effective. And wow when when this stuff all comes out. Andy Hill might be known as the biggest coward on the planet. I really feel that way. He allowed himself to be. Extorted into saying what Unitaid wanted him to say, and Unitaid was merely a tool of people like Bill Gates and Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. It’s the same cast of characters here. They’re going to push their agenda and get what they want. They don’t care who, what the, who who. Who falls by the wayside because of it? And what’s so just appalling. Is the people who support it. The people who support this level of evil. I saw something on Twitter this morning. Was a well meaning man talking about, you know, the fact that if you still believe that these COVID naots aren’t causing people myocarditis and heart attack and blood clots and death, if you still are one of those believers. That you we should have empathy for you because you have mental illness at this point. And I would say. I’m going to go ahead and push back on that. Is falling into propaganda cult like? Is is falling into that really a mental illness? We have to be very careful about that. I’m not saying we shouldn’t have empathy for people who took the shots or that. Are promoting. Have promoted in the past. This this agenda? I’m not saying that. But I’m saying we have to be very careful about labeling people who are refusing to recognize what’s happening, who’s dying, who’s being injured, what’s going on here. These people who refuse to acknowledge it. I’m not ready to give them a mental illness diagnosis. OK, that would be 70% of Americans took the shots, so 70% of people in this country fell. For the propaganda. 30% did not. Are we going to label 70% of the country with a mental illness or are we going to acknowledge that this has been a mass propaganda? Psychological operation to get people to comply to a specific. We don’t need to label everything, a mental illness. This floors me that we are so quick to give people. A diagnosis in order to excuse their behavior. When something’s wrong, it’s wrong. When you admit it’s wrong, it’s still wrong. Right. We we don’t say if someone hits you, they’re drunk driving and they hit you and they kill. Someone in the car. We don’t say, well, he didn’t mean to. He didn’t mean to hit them in the car and kill them. So therefore it’s OK. No, I’m certain they probably didn’t mean to. Kill anybody. But they did. And so we have to hold people responsible for that. We must, because if we do not guess what it happens again and again and again, you’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Kapur. Garcia, we’re going to be back with our guest, Richard Wands. Stay tuned. Today’s show is brought to you by prepare with tammy.com, one of the best ways to build independence and confidence is being prepared here at my home. 1890 Homestead we focus on self-sufficiency like gardening, water filtration, and storable food. If you have an interest in those articles I was talking about and some of the clips that we play here go over to naturallyinspiredradio.com and sign up so we can get you in the loop for all of this. Great information. So my guest today I had the chance to hear him speak last week and it’s so awesome to hear our community members just regular Americans stepping up to the plate and saying, hey, something’s wrong here. And I’m not going to stay silent about it anymore. That was the case with Richard Wang. Got a? He’s got a background in infectious disease scientist. He worked in a lab for a while, and then he decided, hey, I don’t really like. Working in a lab. I want to be out with people, but I still like this field. I love, you know, learning about medicine. I love, you know, helping people with the technology of of medical equipment and whatnot. So he decided I’m going to go into sales. And he loved it. He was working with a company called Thermo Fisher and he was doing great, providing for his family and making, you know, making a difference in the world, providing a service and and equipment for people he knew needed.

Read it.

And then some. Things changed like they did for many people. But I think for some now COVID is. Over right now it’s over. Let’s get on with things. But there are many people that can’t get on with things. And they can’t get on with things because their lives have been torn apart. And Richard is one of those people. He was dismissed, fired from his company. And we’re going to talk about why that happened. Richard, welcome to the naturally inspired radio show. How are you today?

Speaker 8

Thanks for having me on, Tammy. I appreciate it and thanks. Paul, you do really appreciated your help summit the other month.

Speaker 1

We’re so glad you came. Glad that you’re part of this community. So let’s talk. A little bit about Thermo Fisher. What is Thermo Fisher? What do they do?

Speaker 8

So Thermo Fisher is a global scientific supplier. They are a global scientific supplier to biotech, pharma, academia, government. They supply folks like Pfizer, folks like Moderna, the CDC, and pretty much your your local universities. You go into a science lab at any university, you go into any pharma company and they will know for certain who Thermo Fisher is. They are probably one of the biggest companies. In that area. I, I I’d say they probably are the biggest company. In the United States for. For those kind of services and supplies. They make a lot of things themselves. They make you know the PCR machines you heard about with with COVID, they make the -. 80 freezers that you heard about with COVID for what you. Store the vaccines in. They make all the chemicals, the biological reagents, the centrifuges, all the different equipment, so they make a ton of stuff. And what they don’t make, they distribute, so they distribute the PPE and and all the other products that you would need for a scientific lab, so. Basically, if you. Have a lab. They pretty. Much have everything you need.

For that lab.

Speaker 1

That’s interesting because it kind of supports the idea I was talking about at the top of the show, which is how you know these. These corporations are kind of multi layered. One supports the next, and they’re kind of all sit on each others boards and they all kind of intermingle. So that’s really interesting because Thermo it you know, that’s not a name I’m I was familiar with Thermo Fisher. And most people wouldn’t, but we. Sure. Know who, Pfizer. Is we sure know. Who those big things are, yeah.

Ohh yeah.

So what did you do?

Speaker 8

Yeah. And and. Since I was a sales Rep there. So I basically. I started my career as you mentioned, you know, thank you for the introduction as an infectious disease chemist, advisor. So a guy was recruiting out of college, worked there, but. I was a little bit too extroverted to. Be stuck at. A lab. So I wanted to get into the business side. I wanted to. Get into the sales side and I worked at. A small company where they wore a lot of hats. And I got to. See every step of the drug. Process. Since I was in R&D and I got to see the drug process from clinical regulatory, I got to see packaging, labeling, production inserts, distribution. And then I wanted to get into sales, but my my late my resume screened lab rap. But you know I was able to get into sales and I got into sales selling to R&D folks. So I wasn’t like selling to doctors. Wasn’t selling going in and. Trying to, you know, push a. I was basically selling to academics, biotech, pharma and selling them the products they needed to do their research, their development and their production. So I was a sales Rep there for 9 years was a a good producer. As a matter of fact, in 2019 I received the President’s Council award, which they gave to about a dozen people. Out of about 800. So I was the President’s Council award winner for basically Colorado West. And so it was a pretty big deal. I mean, and I had a really, really. Great year and. That was even before COVID, so you know, I called on all.

Speaker 1

And you enjoyed your work with them.

Speaker 8

These accounts and.

Speaker 1

You enjoyed it.

Speaker 8

I did. You know? I really. I I did, I mean I. I enjoyed solving problems for people, people needed people, needed products. Probably my favorite account was actually a big Pharma account where they were making a drug for spinal muscular atrophy. And this is a drug that if the if the kid didn’t get it. They were going to die. And you know, so. So it felt like I was really kind of making a difference. It was really. But I did enjoy it. I had I I like my customers, like my job. It was it was very. It was fun. So.

Speaker 1

What happened during COVID things, things changed there, didn’t they when that happen?

Speaker 8

Yeah, they did indeed. So the fall of 2021 is when we started seeing some. Of this stuff kind of come down. The pipe and you. Know we saw. Stuff like oh. Well, we’re going to, we’re going to wait and see what the federal mandates are going to require us. To do because. Thermo Fisher called on companies like the CDC. So they had. They, you know, they wanted to abide by. Those federal mandates, not laws, mandates. And but they also said, oh, eventually, they said that we’re going to mandate the VAX first. What started out as voluntary disclosure became mandatory disclosure. Mandatory disclosure became mandatory. Getting the shot. And they said that their customers were requiring it. So they’re customers like Pfizer, J&J, Maderna, CDC, Gilead, Merck, all those companies required them to get the shot. That they made that Thermo Fisher made, or even directly profited from. So Thermo Fisher actually had a contract manufacturing division that made the shot for Moderna. And for Pfizer in Europe, so it seemed like a huge conflict of interest, but. We didn’t know all that. Then all I just did know was they started saying that they were going to mandate this stuff. They wanted you to sign away your rights. Different COVID-19 policies. And then when you ask questions. They just referred you to the FAQs and they didn’t really answer the questions when you asked for an accommodation request. They, you know, they gave it to you, but then they gave you other kind of conditions. Well, you got to do this and this and this. And if you had questions? About that, they kind of blew you off. So it was really kind of strung around for, you know, about 10 months. Just fighting with HR, HR ignoring me, you know, ignoring my questions, not answering me, going to, you know, FAQ sending me the FAQ’s, but also retaliated against me threatening me, intimidating, coercing it was.

It it it really?

Speaker 8

It was. It was pretty difficult. I mean, there were times where they were just leave me alone because I don’t think they knew how to answer some of my questions. They couldn’t. And then I think they were surprised that anybody would actually speak up because most of. The people did drink the kool-aid.

That they would leave me alone and.

Speaker 8

Be great I. Could just do. My job, but yeah, they also.

Speaker 1

Well, let’s let’s. Let’s pick up and just after this break, we’re going to talk about, you know, whether you felt like you were equipped, you had the tools to even challenge HR and the process. Of what went down? Stay tuned. We’re talking to Richard Wands on naturally inspired radio. Hi, I’m Tammy. Kasper Garcia from naturally inspired nutrition. We can help you build a lifestyle, not a diet. Together we will discover unlocking your food stories, building a food philosophy, eating food for medicine will use a simple swap system.

Naturally inspiring nutrition, helping people feel good so they can do what they love for longer, get more information or book today at naturallyinspirednutrition.com. I just want to paint a picture here. I’m talking to Richard Bonds. He was a a former. He was an employee of Thermo Fisher, which is a giant corporation. Maybe you’ve heard of it. Maybe you haven’t. But know this. This giant corporation with Mega ties. To mega powerful corporations lobbies, 75% of advertising is done on these 24 hour news cycles is paid for by the pharma industry. They’re in the mix of this Thermo Fisher, right. They’re huge. And here’s Richard. You know, just one man who is like, wait a second. I have some questions about these shots. He’s a high performing employee. He’s loving his job. He’s going in every day producing for this company. His has a couple questions and HR says loan and FAQ’s. Read this. Read this. Read this. And nobody really wants to talk to. Him about his questions. So, Richard, how did you, how did you kind of know that you needed to stand on this and you didn’t, you know, need to cave? How, where did you muster this this courage from?

Speaker 8

I’d say faith. I’m a person of faith, you know, believer in Jesus Christ. And it permeates every aspect of my life, including, you know, the including the science, including my scientific knowledge and having a background in, you know, drug development and the drug process, you know, when the when the shock. That came out. I knew that there was something very odd about it, very something even nefarious about it, but. Is you can’t warp speed clinical trials, you can’t test long term safety and efficacy of a drug in less than a year. You just can’t. It’s logistically impossible. So one we started seeing the evidence of this stuff coming out and I saw the, you know, we saw the where’s the science, where’s the data? And there wasn’t any. And you know, so I had questions. About it, so it’s. It it it’s, it was probably the holy. Spirit telling me but also my experience which like I said is intertwined with that. So it’s it’s it’s pretty much what it was. I knew something was wrong and I had. To question it and I. You know, it was a. Little bit I was I was kind of on my own. There wasn’t a lot of people standing up to it, but I had to. Do what was right. I had to do what was right and and my religious objection was kind of twofold. I mean, I I, one of the objections was when I started hearing about the COVID or the the vaccine passports and putting a chip in your hand, I’m like, OK, that sounds a little bit like. Mark of the Beast kind of stuff and I don’t know if that’s Mark. Of the beast. Or precursor, but I’m not having any part of that. And then my other objection was you’re, you know, if you’re a person or if you’re a Christian, your body is a temple of the holy. Spirit and I said that I cannot knowingly or willingly put something potentially dangerous in my body. So that was the basis of my of my objection and they just wouldn’t discuss it. And title seven of the Civil Rights Act says that if somebody has a religious accommodation that they need to have a the discussion with that person or one-on-one discussion. And you know, if they can make an accommodation for that person’s religious beliefs, then they have to do so, so long as it does not an undue burden. On the company so. It’s they never really. Did that? They never, never did it all. So that’s pretty much what happened. And I knew something was wrong. I hired an attorney, you know, fairly early because I saw where this was going and I wanted to make sure that I was covered. I wanted to make sure that I was asking the right questions. I wanted to make sure that I was, you know, keeping the right information. I needed to keep, so it was. You know it’s. A long process and. I’ve got a binder that’s like 3-3 inches thick. Full of emails and stuff. So I’ve I’ve got all. The I’ve got. What I need?

Speaker 1

Right. So what specifically can you break down what action steps you have taken from the beginning? So at first you were just, you know employee making a question, you know that was going towards HR, how was it kind of unfolded to it ending in your ultimate termination?

Speaker 8

So I asked questions with HR and there was also another group within HR called Colleague Services and they were almost like an automated e-mail but they never answered my question so I just kept asking questions with the attorney. Eventually what happened was I ended up filing a complaint with the EEOC. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission the EEOC is supposed to investigate. Claims like this and Title 7 claims against with discrimination. Religious discrimination in this case and. The EEOC, I thought, would, you know, basically like Thermo Fisher. Like, listen, this guy serious. And for for a period, they actually kind of left me alone after I filed the complaint with the EEOC. They I didn’t hear from them for like 6 weeks. I mean I was doing my job, but I didn’t hear from HR regarding this this issue and. After six weeks, they finally came back and said, hey, you’re out of compliance and you need to sign this COVID-19 policy and you know, do it go through the process again. And I’m like, no, I’m not gonna do that. We’ve already gone through this, and I can’t sign that policy because you wouldn’t answer my questions about it. And I can’t go through this because you won’t. Answer my question, so let’s just let the EEOC. Process play out and they ended up putting me on unpaid leave for a month and then they terminated me in June of 2022. Which is interesting because in June of 2022, customers were starting to open back up. They weren’t even requiring masks or, you know, they weren’t asking you questions when. You went in. It was like pre COVID. So it it was, it was. Really weird. It’s almost like they did it out of spite. Like this guy has stood up to us. So long things are starting opening back up, but we’re not going to let. It go, we’re going to, we’re going to punish him.

Speaker 1

What was the reason given for your termination ultimately?

Speaker 8

Because I wouldn’t get the shot. And I wouldn’t. So they. I wouldn’t get the shot, but also I wouldn’t agree to the they were going to give me an accommodation for my religious reasons and they said you have to test weekly and you have to wear a mask. And I said, OK, I’m fine with wearing. A mask and I said my accommodation request. However, is that. The test is still an invasive procedure. It’s an invasive medical procedure. It’s not informed consent, I said. I am willing to do a. A spit test. As needed when customers are you know. Require me to do so to get. Site and you know, so it may not have even been. All the time. It may have only been a couple times. I saw 4 customers in person during the period of COVID. Normally you see customers four days a week. I saw 4 customers in person and not all of them even required it. I mean most none of them did. Actually I didn’t have the. Shot, but I I asked that was my request. They wouldn’t even discuss it. And what’s crazy is as far as Title 7 is concerned and the undue hardship Thermo Fisher actually makes a spit test and they wouldn’t even discuss it. So it’s like they they. They wouldn’t. It’s like. How could that be an undue hardship if? You actually make the shot. And at one point they said this. Is our policy. And we’re not deviating from it. So basically they had a blanket policy. For anybody with a religious exemption, didn’t matter if you were a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, didn’t matter. You had the same policy. Didn’t matter what your beliefs were. You had to test weekly or test weekly from home.

Speaker

Was in a home.

Speaker 8

And so the the requests were were just ridiculous, but they ended up, you know, they ended up terminating me and and that that was the end of it. But it it was 10 months of coercion, intimidation, intimidation, retaliation threats and it just what I ended up doing was. After I got fired. In November of 2022, I finally received my right to sue letter from the EEOC, and then we filed federal charges in Colorado District Court in February of 2023.

Speaker 1

  1. We’re going to pick up with that lawsuit when we come back after this break. And I also want to know what impact this had on you and your family. Speaker

But wait a minute something.

Speaker 1

We’re back on naturally inspired radio. You’re listening to Richard wands. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia, and we are talking about Richard’s experience with his employer after being terminated for not taking the COVID spots. Richard, what? What did this do to you? This ten months? Because you know, this is a Goliath of a of a company. And you know you’re you’ve got a little bit of legal support maybe, but you’re still going to work every day by. Yourself and hanging. In there, what was that like for you and your family?

You know it’s it’s.

Speaker 8

It’s been a challenge, I think, fortunately, because I had done well, you know, we did have, we were financially OK, you know, for for that. You know that very beginning. Eventually, it’s probably going to be a problem, and it is is something that stresses me out from time to time, but I think that, you know, my faith has kind of made me my faith has made me stronger as far as that is concerned. Sometimes I feel. Like I’m not. As stressed as I probably should. Be or as I as I as I. Normally would be. I guess because. I feel that we’re God guides. He provides, so it has been stressful. You know, it has been difficult. I’ve I’ve tried to get other jobs in the industry and I think what has happened. Is I’ll. I’ll be. I’ll be going through an interview process and it seems to be going well and then all of a sudden I just get radio. Balance and I came to the conclusion this is probably back in the spring. I came to the conclusion that OK, I just did a search for myself on Google and you could do a search on Google and Boom, there’s my case.

You do a.

Speaker 8

Search on Google and oh, there’s my there’s my gift send go campaign. You know, trying to raise money for it. And I see that. And I know. That when some when an HR person is doing an interview with me, they’re probably going to do some kind of at least basic background check or basic check like that. And as soon as they see that that’s that’s it, because nobody like a lot of people don’t necessarily know who Thermo Fisher is, unless you’re a big investor or you’re in the biotech and pharma field. But nobody in the biotech and pharma field is going to want to hire somebody who’s. Suing one of the big boys.

Speaker 1

That’s right.

Speaker 8

So that when they see that case, you know when they see that information. I think it just. Scares people away. So I’ve I’ve come to the conclusion that, you know, I’m going to have to do a career change and I’m, you know, 5051 actually. So I was 49 when I was when I was fired, but I’m going to have to do a career change and I’m going have to reinvent myself. At, you know at 50. So it’s that’s a. Little bit of a challenge so.

Speaker 1

What does that feel like?

Speaker 8

You know, I’ve been. I’ve been working on.

Speaker 1

What does that feel like knowing that the reason why is because you’re standing in your in, in your religious faith. Because it’s essentially, they didn’t give you a reason for termination either. You won’t take these shots while they didn’t believe you that this was a a violation of your religious beliefs.

Speaker

Right.

Speaker 8

Oh yeah, they they didn’t believe that they didn’t. Believe they were doing anything wrong. They were. Guess you know they’re. They’re pretty bold and you know in, in, in one of the in one of the court documents we have, they even mentioned something like, you know, Richard’s alleged, you know, religious objection or alleged. Faith or they can’t. What the exact term was that they said? Alleged, you know like. Go ahead and challenge my. Face, let’s let’s let’s talk about that in court. If you really if if. They want to because I’m. Sure that what I will. Say will be more than. Adequate but yeah. It’s been it’s been difficult, you know, I’ve got two kids in high school, so you know they’re, you know, it’s it’s, it’s rough for, I think not having the means to do a lot of stuff. But you know it is. What it is, and I, but I got to do what’s right, I have to stand up for what’s right.

Speaker 1

You do and I’m. I’m so grateful that you are, and I’m grateful that you’re a member of our community and our community wants to support you. In your in this endeavor, because this is, this will set a precedence, right? This will. This will push back on a big level. This won’t be just an isolated thing, it will affect future lawsuits and it will affect the way corporations operate in the future. So what is your gives and go so that people can connect with you, Richard?

Speaker 8

It’s actually get send go.com/wans WNS and you could also look it up if you forgot my name. If you look it up and it’s help David, Sue biotech Goliath. So it’s funny, you mentioned the. The Goliath before but. They really are. I mean, there are 200 and something billion. Their company, and you know they’re they’re well connected. You know that operation warp speed that Trump did when he when this all first started. I remember watching the panel and it was the CEO of FedEx, the CEO of UPS, because they’re talking about the distribution of the of the jabs of the shops and it was also the CEO of Thermo Fisher and Mark.

Speaker 1

Wow, you’ve been listening to naturally inspired radio. I’ve been talking to Richard, warns that Gibson go Richard Wons.
