It’s a beautiful day in northern Colorado. The sky is blue
>> Speaker A: What you think.
>> Speaker B: What you feel now.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Welcome. Welcome to naturally inspired radio. It’s a beautiful day in northern Colorado. I had a fantastic run today. No clouds, really. The sky is blue. And so, although it’s pretty humid here, it’s unusually humid yesterday and today, because I guess we, you know, we’ve been having a lot of rain in the evenings, which is good. It’s good. It’s sure making the weeds grow, I’ll tell you that. I got weeds everywhere over on the farm, and, we’re working on that. We’re working on that. But anyway, nonetheless, I had a fantastic run today outside underneath the blue sky. It was great to get out. I hope you got outside today. If not, the day’s not over. Still plenty of time to get outside, move your body, connect to nature. I hope you’re taking good care of yourself.
Matthew Perry was using ketamine to help with depression and anxiety
Thursday already. Oh, my goodness. With all the chaos that goes on, I swear it’s speeding up time. It is speeding up time, I tell you, because every day, something crazier and crazier is going on, and it just is making the time feel like it’s passing in a blink. I can’t believe tomorrow is already Friday again. It is so fast. Slow time down, please. We’ve, got a great show for you today. talking about some culture shaping stuff. this is heartbreaking. This story, in the news today is heartbreaking. Of course, you probably remember the show friends back in the nineties. Of course, number one show on tv, I think, for a long time. I wasn’t a huge fan of it. I kind of popped in on it once in a while, but I wasn’t one of the people that watched every single episode. I know so many people have. But, Matthew Perry, of course, of friends fame, passed away, a few months back. And, there’s been, you know, there was some speculation because, of course, he was, a drug. He was drug addicted, right. He was in recovery, and he had struggled with his health, because of that addiction for quite some time. You know, he wasn’t looking his best these days. You know, an addict like, of that magnitude, you might expect, isn’t, you know, has to take time to recover their health. But, Matthew was a apparently doing quite well and everything, and he was in therapy and making gains in his recovery, and then he just kind of showed up dead in his hot tub. And it’s sad to me because, of course, what the big topic is around is his therapy. He was using ketamine as a resource, a tool to help him through his depression and anxiety. I don’t know what other medications he was on. I’m assuming he may have been on some pharmaceuticals or may not, I don’t know. but I’m assuming it’s likely that he could have been on some pharmaceuticals to help his anxiety and his depression.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Cause he was a big pusher of the vaccine, so it’s not like he was anti pharma by any means. He even made t shirts about getting the vaccine. And, so it’s interesting because now there’s a story out today that it was the ketamine that killed him. So his therapeutic doses of ketamine that he was using for treatment for anxiety, they believe is what killed him in a hot tub. And, they’ve even made some arrests in this case. And I just can’t help but think there’s more to this story. Right. First of all, a lot of benefit, you know, coming from the pharmaceutical companies, when they can demonize any other kind of therapy that, you know, doesn’t really fall in line with their marching orders of SSRI’s right off the top of my head. It’s a great opportunity for them to demonize ketamine therapy. It is, a great opportunity to cover up any other kind of reason why he may have died in a hot tub. I’m just saying I don’t trust these people. Right? I mean, they haven’t exactly cultivated trust in the public eye over the last four and a half years. So I find this story peculiar that they’ve now made arrests. And the time. The time that they have put into investigating this death, is interesting, considering, you know, we have parents. We have parents of children that are dead, from these, Covid injections. But they just get brushed by the wayside, right? Oh, yeah, this is causation, you know, isn’t correlation. This is. We don’t know for sure. but they won’t even look into their cases. They’re getting zero attention on their loved one’s death. I can think of three that I follow on Twitter right now. Three parents that are tweeting and trying to get justice for their kids death because of the COVID injections. they can’t seem to make any headway. They can’t get anybody to return their call. But Matthew Perry, a huge vaccine promoter, advocate for, does some ketamine therapy to try to help his depression and anxiety and dies. And it must be the ketamine. Couldn’t possibly be all the shots that he took, they’re not even looking into that as a component to this case. I’m sure they need to get this out there though, so that they can convince everybody to stay away from ketamine therapy and of course to squash anyone who might be thinking, just might have the thought that possibly there could be something wrong with these vaccinations. Quote, end quote. Right. so I did a little research on ketamine. Just did a little research, you know, pulled up some information on ketamine. Turns out it’s not, it’s not one of those drugs that people often overdose on. It’s not really a big overdoser. And if Matthew Perry was in ketamine therapy, treatment for anxiety and depression, I would assume hes not necessarily using it for recreational purposes. Being said, he just got out of rehab and that he wrote a book about coming out of rehab and changing his life and his journey through his recovery. I would assume hes probably not using it for that. And thats the sad thing about all of these famous people that have taken the COVID injections, had heart attacks and died or had serious deaths. There is ah, no discussion about the injections that they took. It is all about their drug abuse and their history of drug abuse and that they were addicts and they must have overdosed on recreational drugs and it’s all them to blame. And it’s just so sad because what if they were sober? What if they weren’t abusing drugs again? How does that impact the family and other addicts? You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Multiple arrests in connection with death of actor Matthew Perry, TMZ reports
let’s get back to Matthew Perry. I’m going to cue up this clip here and play you a little bit m about the news of Matthew Perry. it’s an interesting story and I think it’s one that we should watch. And I’ll go into a little bit of the research I did about ketamine after this. are we ready with that clip? Here we go. Take a listen.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: New York, 732 in California.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: TMZ on breaking news now, reporting.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That multiple arrests in connection with the.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Death of the actor Matthew Perry.
>> Speaker F: Matt Finn is up in LA and.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Has got more on what we are learning early on. Matt, good morning.
Reports say Matthew Perry had ketamine in his system before his death
>> Speaker G: Well, Bill friends superstar Matthew Perry tragically died in his hot tub here in southern California last October. It was revealed Perry had ketamine in his system and TMZ is now reporting its law enforcement sources say the ketamine in the actor’s body was not legally prescribed and there’s been a months long federal and state criminal investigation leading to multiple arrests. According to TMZ, law enforcement agencies executed search warrants, seizing computers, phones and electronic equipment, all to determine who supplied Perry with that lethal ketamine. TMZ reporting Perry had been getting ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression. But the last therapy was a week and a half before his death. So the ketamine in his system was nothing doctor prescribed. We’re waiting to hear from the us attorney’s office here in Los Angeles on this breaking news. We are putting out some phone calls and we will keep you updated throughout the day today.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: so you know, the assumption there in that news report is that it was the ketamine for sure that killed him. and now they’ve made arrests to it. I don’t think they could possibly know that. I don’t think they could possibly know that. ketamine is a short acting anesthesia. Fatal ketamine overdose is uncommon. And this is, you know, this is straight from an addiction source, website. and then drugs.com basically says the same thing as well, several different sources I looked at. it is very uncommon for ketamine to be the cause of an overdose, but it can occur. So it does occur. Here’s how. Taking excessive doses of ketamine or mixing it with other drugs so it can have toxic effects when you do that. and it can cause a fatal, respiratory depression. So if you’re having trouble breathing, I don’t know, do you go get in your hot tub? It seems odd. It seems odd that if he was hallucinogenic, having trouble breathing, it seems odd that you would get into a hot tub in that state. so the lethal dose of ketamine is estimated to be about 4.2 grams or 4200 milligrams for 154 pound human. So it’d be interesting to see if they release the toxicology report to see what his actual levels were. I don’t know. I just. Ah, the thought is that are they, you know, they’re not even considering the COVID injections as being a cause of death in Matthew Perry’s case. And how many more people is this happening with? You can’t even have a discussion that the COVID shots could be causing heart attacks, stroke, blood clotting, neuropathy, all. I mean, a ton of side effects I know of just from people texting in, emailing in, people in my circle who know somebody or I know somebody directly who have had issues with it. you can’t even have. So there’s all this information floating around. We all know. We all know people have had adverse reactions to these Covid injections. We’re not allowed to talk about it on social media. But trust me, we’re having the conversations all the time. We’re having the conversations. And so to just not get to the root, even entertain that Matthew Perry, being a complete pro vax type of person, could have died, from a heart attack, from the shots, from some kind of adverse reaction that happened in his hot tub. Sounds like more of a spontaneous event that occurred, right? I, believe in the beginning they said it was a medical event. I mean, you just don’t go get in your hot tub as you’re fading out from a drug overdose. Did he do the ketamine in the hot tub? Like, it just doesn’t quite add up. It doesn’t quite add up at all. some of the signs, of a ketamine overdose include, difficulty breathing, low blood pressure, slow heart rate, vomiting, seizure. Again, again, this is from mixing other drugs with it. The overdose can occur after taking a very high dose, so you have to take a very high dose of ketamine. And then it’s usually when you’re mixing it with other drugs, and then you go get in your hot tub. I don’t know. I’m not buying it. I’m not buying it. And the reason why I even bring it up is because I think it’s sad that recovering addicts, you know, I’m thinking of Taylor Hawkins in particular. He was the drummer of the Foo fighters who hadn’t been an addict for many years. Hadn’t been an addict for many years and dropped out of a heart attack. And, they never really came out and said what the cause of the heart attack was, but they alluded to the fact that they made sure, they mentioned in every single article about Taylor that he used to be an addict. And, oh, you know, he used to be an addict. And so it all just gets tied up under the heading of addiction and, well, you know, those addicts, they live a rough life, so, you know, it’s bound to have happened. And so I just feel like somebody needs to stand up for the dead who can’t defend themselves, especially people who were in recovery and may not. Maybe he did overdose. I’m not saying that all of it is untrue. Maybe he did overdose, but maybe he didn’t. And maybe it was the COVID shots, maybe it was. But we’re never going to know because we don’t get real, truthful answers from anybody in our captured agencies. And I think everyone should consider that when they read these stories in the news about people, instead of just, you know, chalking it up to another addict, overdosed and killed himself. So sad. It is so sad. And it’s an, ah, interesting component to it, too, is how they want to control the narrative around it. ketamine is going to now be a hot topic, right? And something that could be very beneficial in helping people out of the hole of depression and anxiety will now have a huge black mark on it for probably many years to come. People will remember that Matthew Perry died of ketamine. Oh, I don’t want to try ketamine therapy because Matthew Perry died of ketamine. I mean, that’s what ends up happening. And, of course, any lie always has, a ripple effect on other things. So something to keep in mind as you read these stories coming in more and more. you know, we’re still in the process of seeing the true fallout of the COVID vaccinations or injections. I shouldn’t call them vaccinations because they definitely aren’t any, any, kind of vaccination at all. Yesterday, the who confirmed m mpox is an emergency. Mpox. M I had to giggle at this one, right? Because just not that long ago we were dealing with the bird flu, right, right here, actually, in weld county. We saw some bird flu cases and everybody was getting, you know, all upset about bird flu.
WHO declares monkeypox a global health emergency; doctor Tedros agrees
And quickly, it has now changed that the who has declared an emergency yesterday because of monkeypox. But I happen to notice, you know how I am, I love to study language, right. And I think there’s a lot to be learned by the way someone delivers their message. And I happen to notice that they have changed the name monkeypox to Empox. It’s now known as Empox. I have a clip for you today. This is Tedros, doctor Tedros of the who, explaining why hes declaring an emergency now. Not for monkeypox though. I mean its monkeypox, but theyve rebranded its now mpox. Take a listen.
>> Speaker F: Today, the emergency committee met and advised me that in its view, the situation constitutes a, public health emergency of international concern. I have accepted that advice. The detection and rapid spread of a new clade of epochs in eastern DRC, its detection in neighboring countries that had not previously reported epochs and the potential for further spread within Africa and beyond is very worrying. In addition to other outbreaks of other clades of epochs in other parts of Africa, its clear that a coordinated international response is essential to stop these outbreaks and save lives. A, public health emergency of international concern is the highest level of alarm, under international health law. The emergency Committee’s advice to me and that of the African CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which yesterday declared a public health emergency of regional security, are aligned.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Of course they’re aligned. Of course they’re aligned. So let me just get this straight. Because yesterday the WHO confirms that impacts is now an emergency. it’s a global health emergency. Today, just today, this morning, Sweden, Sweden now announces they have their first case of mpox. So yesterday it gets declared a global health emergency. And it also jumped continents yesterday and landed in Sweden. you can’t make this stuff up. Here’s the thing. I’ve been saying it the entire time. We are at war. We are at war. And they are using a number of different weapons to transform the global structure. they are using things like our health to be able to change the way health works in our country. In terms of health care. there is now a merger of health and technology. There’s a merger between our biology and health. And they want that to expand the whole rollout of the different kind of way, to quote vaccinate with the mRNA technology. relied upon the successful success of COVID narrative, how much fear. And that’s why they came at us, you know, with a very strong push. Every tv had the COVID death numbers on it, the cases, every grocery store you went into. There were visible signs that we were in a pandemic with a mask. All of these things were very purposeful in it in order to be able to roll out the new technology. Stay tuned, we’ll talk more about it after this break.

Okay, let’s go back to this, uh, mpox warning
Okay, let’s go back to this, mpox warning. I don’t know if you know about it, but, I mean, there’s a whole 30 page, national, biodefense strategy and implementation plan that came out in October of 2022. A lot of emphasis on being able to track and trace, you know, and, this is why I’m telling you that we are at war. I’ve been saying we are at war, for. Since the beginning of COVID because slowly but surely, they are trying to push us into a different way of life. Call it the great reset, call it, you know, the fourth turning, whatever you want to call it, I don’t care. but it’s here, and there’s a lot of components to it. Of course, there’s the centralized digital currency. there’s mass surveillance that goes hand in hand with that. We talked earlier in the week about programmable. You need to have those conversations with people. It is not just digital currency. It is not just. We already have. We basically do everything digital anyway. No, this is different. This is programmable. It is controlled so you are only, you know, rationed a certain amount of credits to be able to purchase a certain amount of meat, or maybe no meat at all eventually. This is what this is the programmable currency is all about. It’s about being able to control you and what you consume, where you go.
Tammy Cuthbert: We’re under bio weaponry here
in addition to that, the 15 minutes city is another way, another transformation of. I haven’t even heard people talk about the 15 minutes city for a while now. Because there’s so much chaos. Because there’s so much chaos, order will be restored. Right? This is the create so much chaos that out of chaos, they’ll bring you order, they’ll bring you the solution. And that’s what I see happening here. I see it in the UK with the culture clash. I see it in Canada with the upcoming culture class that hasn’t even fully gotten to full capacity yet. And now another pandemic. We’re into another pandemic, right? With Mpox. With mpox. I mean, it’s just one chaotic narrative on top of another. And out of that, they’re going to offer you a solution, and that solution will drastically change your life and drastically alter the freedoms you once had. A, you don’t have to look very far to see, they’ve done that in the past with the Patriot act. A big event, you know, and creates a, ah, reaction to it. We have to tighten up everything now. We have to completely change the way, the country runs because we’ve had this major event. Well, I feel like they’re doing multiple events at once because this is a biggie. People aren’t going to willingly, hand over all of their privacy and freedom in addition numbers. Ah, and the report states that it’s everybody’s Social Security number may have been compromised. These are the mechanisms that they use to sow chaos so that they can roll out the response, the solution to this chaos. And it continues on. It continues on. I just hope people are waking up and seeing it. If you go through this whole agenda, this national biodefense strategy and implementation plan, we’re under bio weaponry here. We’re in the midst of bio weaponry. Where did all these, these viruses originate from? Are they just naturally occurring? I don’t think so. I don’t think so. And, they certainly have a ton of procedures, in place to rectify them. With this plan, I would highly suggest reading it. You can get it right on the White House website. Again, it’s the national biodefense strategy and implementation plan. A lot of surveillance in there, let me tell you. A lot of surveillance. When you thought maybe, oh, these poor Covid doctors, you know, the doctors that stood up and said, this isn’t right. This isn’t right. When maybe you thought that things were returning for normal to them. No, they’re not. Why would they? We have mpox. We have mpox on the horizon now. I’ll tell you what’s happening to doctor Pierre Corey and doctor Paul Merrick when we come back. Youre listening to naturally inspired radio. Im Tammy Cuthbert Garcia and im so glad youre here.

When you’re on a health journey, you can’t rely on, you know, happenstance, like, oh, I’m going to be motivated from where I’m traveling today or who in my office or whatever. You got to be purposeful with it. You have to plan, plan to feed yourself of a little bit of health information every day so that you’ll stay on track in your health journey. It is, it doesn’t happen by accident these days. You know, the world’s not set up for you to be successful on your health journey. American Board of Internal Medicine revokes medical certifications over COVID controversy
I noticed that children’s health defense had a really good article out today, and, not only are we under law fair, okay. We’ve been talking a lot about that with Elon Musk and censorship and what’s been going on there. He just keeps poking the bear, which is kind of funny on Twitter. but, you know, will these people, will these countries be able to come after american citizens for what they’re saying on social media? It kind of remains to be seen. I mean, we have now an olympic boxer that’s going to try to sue Elon for his comments on, him being a man and competing against women. So that’s interesting. We certainly know that warfare has been launched against medical doctors, particularly those who don’t go along to get along, you know, the ones that do their own critical thinking. those doctors were heavily targeted. Ah. Especially at the beginning of COVID It wasn’t very many of them that came forward in the beginning to say, hey, red flag, something’s going on here. Number one, we don’t tell patients to sit at home until they turn blue before they come into the emergency room. We don’t tell patients that there’s nothing they can do to help themselves, rather to just sit like a sitting duck and wait till they get really sick. In no other time in history is that the advice of a doctor for anything. But with COVID it was. And so that was a huge red flag for doctors Pierre Corey and Doctor Paul Merrick. because they were in the throes of it. They were treating people in real time. And after interviewing hundreds of doctors about this topic, I learned that the most productive thing that they could have been doing at that time was setting up, like, a triage line where doctors could report back on a daily basis about the therapeutics and the things they were using to treat people. But that wasn’t happening. In fact, that was discouraged. With all the technology that we have today, it would have taken nothing to set up a triage line that doctors who were on the front lines could report their findings to. And very quickly, it would have come together a protocol that was working. And that’s probably why they didn’t do it, because they couldn’t have a protocol that was working. Because if they had a protocol that was working, a, viable treatment, they wouldn’t have been able to get an emergency use authorization on the injection people. Yeah, there couldn’t be viable treatment available and get an emergency use authorization on an unknown, a virtually unknown technology. Couldn’t happen. Wouldn’t have happened. So that’s why they went after any kind of therapeutics like rabid dogs, you couldn’t say anything, right? And anytime anybody had any success with therapeutics, it was shut down. Oh, horse paste. Right. It was demonized. You were ridiculed and gaslighted. And I thought maybe some of that stuff was over, but it’s not. It’s still going strong because doctors, Corey and Merrick got their, certifications taken away. So the American Board of Internal Medicine last week, last week revoked the certifications of doctors Pierre Corey and Paul Merrick following a two year investigation into their promotion of ivermectin and HCQ as treatments for Covid-19 and their statements questioning the safety and efficacy of Covid-19 shocking. Two doctors who spoke out about the, about the shots and alternative treatments for Covid received notice that their medical certifications were revoked, while another doctor said her certification was revoked without her knowledge. That doctor was doctor Meryl Nass. Now let me just, these people are highly regarded physicians. They actually do the good work. They were helping people get well. They helped a lot of people. And, what was their reward for that? they get their licenses taken away. I ask you, what do these agencies even mean anymore? That’s my question. So, what does the American Board of internal medicine mean to you now? Because I’ll tell you, it doesn’t mean anything to me. And many, many of these lettered agencies mean absolutely nothing to me now. Absolutely nothing. It means it’s actually, I’m more inclined to trust these doctors that don’t have a certification than I would be to trust one who’s highly regarded by this agency.

People had legitimate concerns about why this was handled in the manner it was
Okay. Yeah. So I have to just go off a little bit on this because I just, you know, these people who have put their entire lives on the line here, in terms of their careers, in order to treat patients, in order to give you the information that you need to stay. Well, they had legitimate concerns, very legitimate concerns about why this was being handled in the manner that it was, still suffering today. So many. So many. I mean, we don’t know the impact of COVID yet. I mean, you think about it, and it impacted education, it impacted healthcare, it impacted families, it impacted friendships, I mean, jobs on and on and on. there’s virtually nothing that wasn’t impacted by Covid. Is anyone going to pay for this ever? You know, through a court of law? I doubt it. I doubt it. But what we can do is share the information so one that this never happens again, but also so we can begin to unite and maybe rebuild some of these relationships that we have lost. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I have a guest coming up. Doctor Lauren Kowlowski will be joining us. We are going to be talking about inflammation. I think it’s our favorite topic. We’re going to talk about why you should be on collagen
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I was in a group the other day of, colleagues of mine, and it just so happened that somebody that was in the group said, hey, I see that, you are recommending and promoting collagen now. And I thought it was funny because, I’ve been on that collagen for five years. She told me. And I was like, oh, really? I had no idea. She said, yeah, she never told me about it. But anyway, she’d been on it for five years and she said that sometimes she wonders what her skin would look like if she hadn’t started it five years prior because, and she showed me, she sent me a picture of her eyes, of her eyes before and after being on this liquid collagen. And, the difference is stark. I mean, it’s pretty amazing. I wish you could see it. I’ll drop it in the show notes on the digital version so you can see it because it’s really amazing. I didn’t think that you could age backwards, but apparently, once you give your body the stuff that it needs to produce optimum health, it does. And that was clear, clear from this picture. So I’ll share that with you. If you’re interested in trying the collagen, go to naturallyinspiredradio.com. dot m click on the collagen tab. Order yours today. Doctor Lauren was one of the first doctors across the nation to attain master clinician status in nutrition response testing. I really think that this is her secret weapon. I do. She can do things that other nutrition, consults, you know, people you consult with, with nutrition, cannot do. By upgrading to quantum nutrition testing, she is now able to serve clients across the country. And of course she is doing that very successfully. Doctor Lorne, welcome. Welcome to naturally inspired radio.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Tammy, happy Thursday.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes. I hope you’re having a great week.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Yes, it’s been, it’s been wild and crazy. How about you?
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, it’s wild and crazy every day in this country right now. I’ll tell you, we never know.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: I was listening to your segment. Yes, your segment before. Whoo. I love that topic. Tammy, thank you for bringing it to life.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes, absolutely.
We’re going to talk about inflammation today because it is the root of disease
We’re going to talk about inflammation today. I think this is probably one of your favorite topics because it is the root of all disease and I don’t think we get enough, explanation around it. So we’re going to talk a little bit about it. First of all, what are all the ways kind of that inflammation occurs? Can you talk a little bit about that?
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Oh, wow. I love to talk about the causes of inflammation and I definitely do feel like, honing in on the causes, the ways that we get systematically poisoned, the problems in the food, air and water. I feel like that is missed by, for sure the majority of the medical profession in general and a lot of, even natural healthcare providers. And, the root of inflammation, Tammy, comes in the form of the things that we get exposed to and poisoned by that starts again inflaming an organ or a system in the body, and then that organ and system stops functioning as it should.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And does that lead to inflammation, in other areas in the body, too? I mean, I think we can compartmentalize health a lot, and I try to get people to think beyond that. So if, like, there’s something. If there’s. If there’s inflammation in one, you know, part of the body does that. How does that affect the whole system.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Rather, for, sure. I love the analogy of, let’s say we all. We work at an office, and everybody has their designated job, and one person with their designated job, you know, is sleeping on the job. And it either slows down the process or creates someone else to not only do their own job, but to go over and do that person sleeping on the job also do their work. Right. And much is the same in the body. If one of the organ systems starts having trouble having inflammation dysfunction, then it affects all the other chains that that organ system was in charge of.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, I love that analogy. I think people can relate to that. I love that analogy.
Let’s talk about chronic inflammation versus acute inflammation
Okay, let’s talk about chronic inflammation versus acute inflammation.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Yeah. So a good acute inflammation example would be spraining your ankle, right? You step wrong off the step, you twist your ankle, it doubles in size, turns black and blue, and there’s acute inflammation that occurred from a quick. And I, Quick injury like that. Right. Well, think about hormones. Hormones can also be injured. I tell people to look at a hormonal injury like a sprained ankle. It’s just. It happens slower over time. Maybe not one event. I mean, we both know some traumatic events in life can, like, be the absolute catalyst for, stress and endocrine dysfunction. But usually it’s, you know, oh, a few years of birth control. Oh, drinking tap water from my apartment in college and getting lots and lots of fluoride exposure or radiation, you know, and so it builds up over time. Tammy.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, that is such a good way of putting it. A hormonal injury. That is so true, because you’re right. It could be, a major life event that kind of puts you in this, you know, shock state. And then it kind of carries on. Because most major life events, they don’t, like, happen in 24 hours, and they’re over. They usually linger. And then the fact that environment can cause injury on your hormones, too, like fluoride in your water, or mold in your house would be another one, I would think, too. Right, right.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Oh, for sure. Mold in your house. Even a parasitic exposure. Let’s say you go to a tropical area. And now you have.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: All things to consider that I think you don’t even get any attention paid to when you go to an allopathic doctor. We’re talking to doctor Lauren Kowlowski from inside health. Visit insidehealth.com dot. We’ll be right back with more on inflammation. Stay tuned. Need pain relief? >> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: If you’re on a health journey and you think it’s probably time that you consult with a practitioner, I would consult with doctor Lauren Kowlowski or the team@insidehealth.com. dot. And so they know how to get results. On top of that, she has this designation of quantum nutrition testing that brings a whole other element into it with what she’s able to track down a little faster. As a detective, I always say chiropractors are the lead medical detectives because that’s what they do. They’re constantly trying to figure out, where this came from and get to the root cause. So visit naturally or, sorry. Visit insidehealth.com today and book your appointment.
Doctor Loren: We need to get back to eating foods as nature intended
Doctor Loren, let’s go on to some, inflammatory diet. Is there such a thing as an anti inflammatory diet?
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Yes, ma’am. What you’re looking to do is avoid the ways that big ag, ah, big pharma, big food has bastard the food supply and get back to eating. If you eat the things that in their original form, the way that they were, nature created without processing, many foods are not a problem for people. The way that dairy has become a sensitivity, eggs have become a sensitivity. The sensitivities to our bodies for some of the foundational, ancient health and healing foods is because of the way those foods are either raised or grown or processed. And so that’s a key factor, which I know you talk about all the time, too, tammy, just, we’ve got to get back to growing and raising and producing and processing our foods, as nature intended, as, you know, civilization did for how many thousands of years before we had. Before we had the processing revolution of our food. With that also comes convenience foods, and I call them wartime foods, where, okay, if during war times, where we’re trying to create foods to have better, you know, longer shelf life or no shelf life, because we just don’t have refrigeration or, any other way to store food. And if they did that during the processing revolution and some of the world wars, the problem was they saw how cheap that was to mass distribute, and they never got away from it. That’s the same food supply we’re eating today.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, that’s a great point. I remember reading an article about wartime and the rations that they gave soldiers at that time. Like, it salted pork. There was like, there was a ton of food. And when you look at pictures of soldiers at that time, they weren’t fat. This is before they brought in the processed food, I understand. And they were the reason why they brought in the processed food, because they were losing so much food, because they couldn’t mobilize it out to the field. But the actual rations they were giving when it was whole food was absolutely, like, it was a lot of food. I remember reading it, thinking, holy man, that was a lot of food. And yet they weren’t fat, but it was real food. It was butter. It was salted pork. Jason’s, clapping because he loves butter.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Yeah, it’s the bomb. Like, can you imagine cooking and eating without butter? I mean, honestly, I’m like, oh, my gosh, that’s what my mother and grandmother did to me in my first, you know, 15 years of life, because that was the thing in the seventies, eighties, and nineties of, you know, low fat, fat free. That was. That was, you know, 1981. And if that would have worked, everybody would have gotten skinnier and healthier, and everybody just got fattered and thicker.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes. And then we add in. I wanted to bring this up briefly about the NFL football players, because I know your hubby played college football. You know, and I wondered if you guys had an opinion on the Kelsey brothers that, you know, have endorsed lucky charms, General Mills cereal mashup as a totally fine, you know, food for kids.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Honestly, that’s just so disgusting. That’s such a. That’s such a business deal right there. Have you ever noticed, Tammy? Of course you have. When they have, you know, a celebrity, a sexy singer, an attractive football player. They got these fit, athletic people, you know, in this commercial, drinking a mountain dew. That dude doesn’t drink mountain dew. That dude doesn’t touch Mountain Dew. That guy is an athletic machine. He wouldn’t touch that. But then he’s paid millions of dollars to endorse it, and then everybody buys it.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, it’s really gross, isn’t it? It’s just really gross. I hope our food culture in this country changes. I really do. people should understand, you know, it’s a free marketplace. These guys can do whatever they want. But you should look at them, for who they really are.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Yeah. Yeah, exactly. That’s just a business deal right there. That has nothing to do with, health and wellness and promoting it to young athletes. What a scam. And, they know better. They’re not touching that type of food because they know their body is a machine, and, they’re just using their sex appeal to sell.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. Why is collagen.
Why is collagen a good strategy for lowering inflammation
Let’s talk about the collagen a little bit. I had something funny happen the other day. of course, I post all these shows online on our rumble channel, on our brighteon channel. And, I can’t remember how long ago it was, but at some point, you and I, or maybe I’m not even sure if I told the story somewhere else, but I was referring to your awesome story, I guess on a video, from months ago, and I got a text from it, and it was the story about, stretch marks. Remember when you told that story? And I thought, oh, my gosh, I forgot about that. So I thought I’d bring it up today because I got a text from somebody that said, hey, I want that collagen that gets rid of stretch marks.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: I love it.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Just to briefly, tell that story is I didn’t start drinking collagen to get rid of my stretch marks. And by the way, I didn’t get stretch marks with having my two kids. I got stretch marks at, like, the age of 15 in puberty. When I hit puberty, I grew, like, four inches in height. Of course, I gained x, you know, like, I don’t know, between ten and 20 pounds of muscle. I was an athlete and I mean, I was thin, but I was muscular. And my, I was not well nourished enough to keep up with the growth of puberty. And, you know, my hips were changing and I had all these stretch marks all over my hips since puberty. So here I am in my forties, started drinking the collagen two, three years ago, and my husband and I were sitting on a lawn chair in Florida and I looked down and I go, where are my stretch marks? I’m in my bikini on the beach. I’m literally looking at my hips going, where are my stretch marks? My 25 year old stretch marks.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s awesome. Well, that made an impact. That story definitely made an impact because I got that text about it the other day and I thought, I’ll have to tell Doctor Lorne about that. So why? Yeah, I love bringing real solutions to people. It’s what it’s all about. Why is collagen a good strategy for lowering inflammation?
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Well, I gave this explanation here today to a virtual client that I look at collagen kind of like a fire. When you’ve got a fire burning in your house, who do you call? You don’t call the carpenters, you call the firefighters. First you got to have someone to put out the flames. Well, in the body, the way that we see, the best way to put out the flames. Yes, it involves, eating an anti inflammatory diet. Don’t keep feeding fuel to the fire of the gross, inflaming foods, and detox, you know, removing toxins, it reduces the flames as well. Well. But then I just look at this collagen as like this beautiful fire hose of putting out the fire, putting out the inflammation, looking at where the red and pussy and poofy inflammation, tissue is and nourishing it.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I love that visual, actually, because that’s exactly it, right? You can imagine inflammation in the gut lining, you can imagine inflammation in tendons. It brings a really good visual to it. And this body is just starving for what it’s lacking in. You know, I truly believe that all dis ease in the body is coming from deficiency. We just don’t have the nutrients that we need to function at optimum levels anymore. We’re just not living in that society anymore. So it’s really a great visual to think about this kind of starving body, when it comes to collagen especially, and then being able to nutrify it, and then it’s like, yeah, of course, the body operates optimally when it has the materials it needs to do. So what makes this collagen better than so many others on the market? Because I’ve had that question quite a bit. There’s a lot of different products at Walmart or target or wherever people go, and they think, oh, well, this one’s really a lot cheaper. I’ll just pick this one up. What’s the difference?
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Oh, I love that question, because those are actually not cheaper. And I know, you know, that in the, in where it comes from cost per serving. So what I mean by that is absorbability breaks down your cost per serving if something. And by something, I mean, powder versus this liquid collagen. Now, not all liquid collagens are created equal. This one’s special, as I know you know, TMDH, because it has multiple international patents having a low molecular weight, that simply means better absorbed. And so a powder formula is absorbed by about 20%. This liquid is absorbed by upwards of 90. So if your cheap powdered formulas are, you know, per bottle, half the price, as, the bottle of this liquid, the low molecular weight liquid bio cell, if it is half the price, but you’re getting a fraction of the absorbability, is it really cheaper?
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, no.
>> Dr Lauren Kolowski: Right. And so again, I would much rather spend double and get 90% absorption than have half the price on a, on a tub of powdered collagen and get more or, yeah, more, more than 50% less absorption of it. And the reason I know that that’s true, like, you know, you talk numbers and you talk studies and yada, yada, yada, that does matter. I appreciate those, and that does matter, but it also matters in a clinical setting. So after 14 years in practice, for about six of those 14 years, Tammy, we used a powder. It was from a great company. It was a reputable source. There wasn’t anything wrong with it. But after six years on it, I think it was about the time I was turning 40. I was, like, looking at myself going, is this really working? Like, hello, I don’t know. I wish I could have a little bit better result, even for myself. And then I’m like, okay, I’ve got all our patients on this, what is going on? So I would never tell our patients to do something I wouldn’t do myself. So, of course, we try to collagen ourselves first. And our results were so quick with it, especially even with Doctor David growing, you know, stopping his hair loss and growing a lot of it back. and in three month period of time, I saw better results than I saw on six years on a specific, powder. And that was all we needed to see to know the difference.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I can echo that very same thing because I was using powdered collagen as well. I was throwing it in, you know, my smoothie in the morning or whatever, and, I couldn’t understand all the hubbub there was. Oh, I saw collagen, collagen. It became a really popular thing and I didn’t really get the whole hubbub of it like you, I was like, is this stuff really working? Because I don’t really, or is this just, you know, is this just the way it is? It’s working and I’m still seeing negative side effects in my skin or whatever. Like, there’s got to be more I can do. And, that’s why when you told me about it, I was like, I’m going to try that. And I have had spectacular results with it. I’m really happy, with so many different things. The mobility in my neck is number one, probably I did not realize the lack of mobility I had in my neck until I started the collagen. And then, wow. Yeah, I just wasn’t aware, you know, you just kind of, it’s like a slow progression where, you know, you just, you just hold tension and neck and shoulders. I think a lot of women do. Everybody does, really. And, after being on the collagen, even for a short amount of time, I, I just regained so much more mobility that made me a huge believer. The United States government wants to scan the faces of migrant kids at border
Okay, I want to get back to some of these news stories. there’s another one here about the who is, you know, of course, all over the mpox. We covered that earlier in the show, but, I wanted to kind of dive in more because there was another story in the news today that I think is very concerning, and it is about, how the United States government wants to scan the faces of migrant kids at the border. So let’s just think about this now, right? Collecting data every. Everywhere we go nowadays. I mean, you just got to assume, that your data is being collected wherever you go, whether it’s the grocery store, the coffee shop, getting in your car. Your car is a data collection device. but this biometric stuff is something, you know, something different. The biometric stuff, you know, that they’ve implemented now in the airports where they can just read your face, of course, they pitch it to you wrapped in a nice tiny box that just screams convenience, right? Oh, it’s just for your convenience. Oh, the line goes faster. Right? This is just. We don’t even have to look at your passport. No, because you’re reading faces and everything comes up because they have a profile on you. How do you think they have a profile on you? It’s all of the data being collected through social media, websites, websites. If you have any kind of presence online, then you have a profile. And, this artificial intelligence is able to read all those little bits of data, information and put it together to be able to identify you. this part of the agenda is going to be the final nail in the coffin, if you will, when it comes to our freedoms. If we give in to this mass surveillance agenda, we’re slaves. We are slaves at that point, because you will not be able to breathe without your carbonous credit being deducted for your breath. At some point, you will be scored on all of your actions. So the environmental, social governance ESG that gets applied to corporations, you know, this is why we see the bud lights launching LGBTQ type campaigns. This is why we see these companies doing that, because they have a score to live up to. If they don’t live up to a good ESG score, it taxes them financially. They don’t have the same ability financially as they would if they comply with the ESG. That’s the only reason why these companies are complying with ESG.
Department of Homeland Security plans to scan migrant children to improve facial recognition
And now it’s brought down to an individual level when you’re looking at this kind of stuff. So the us government wants to scan the faces of migrant kids at the border. The previously unreported program to capture facial images of children crossing the border is designed to improve facial recognition algorithms. The US Department of Homeland Security plans to collect and analyze photos of the faces of migrant children at the border in a bid to improve facial recognition technology. This comes from MIT Technology review. This, includes children down to the infant, according to John Boyd, assistant director of the department’s Office of Biometric Identity Management. Hello. I mean, isn’t it kind of a red flag flag in itself, to realize that we have an office of biometric identity Management? Is this still a conspiracy theory that your government is trying to track and trace every move you make? Is it really? The key part of his role is to research and develop future biometric identity services for the government. I mean, I can’t stress this enough, you know, this is our future here. If we give in to this, this is an unrecognizable world. I mean, we’re dealing with lawfare, we’re dealing with this whole agenda of the great reset when it comes to the climate cult. They want to control everything you do, and they want you buying from certain corporations, certain solutions only. They want to regulate those solutions, mandate them, even. And isn’t this just the icing on the cake here? To know that they’re collecting all your biometric data and then they’re going to use it against you to keep you enslaved. And you will be a nice little digital prisoner, or else. Anybody that doesn’t think this is where this is going, is there really still people on the planet? Do you think there is really still people on the planet that think, oh, government good, they’re just doing it for our, the better, the greater good? Is there still people on the planet that think this? I mean, we have this corporate, government, collusion. It is so deep and so nefarious, I can’t even imagine what a 15 minutes city looks like. I’ve seen the plans for it. I’ve read the list of cities that are ready to comply to it. But what does that mean? What does that mean? In our day to day lives a 15 minutes city. If we are all required to live in a 15 minutes city or our social credit score or ESG score or whatever you want to call it is impacted by it, what does that look like? We’ve got to start thinking about it because that is the way we educate people and spread the word that we must resist this initiative. Stay tuned. I want to get deeper into this, migrant border issue. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back after this short break. So glad you’re here.

The US wants to scan the faces of migrant kids at the border
okay, let’s get back on this topic, because I think it’s super important. do you remember that movie that came out, about the sex trafficking? I think it was by angel studios. I was. When I watched that movie, it was a good movie, you know, exposing the sex trafficking. Trafficking issue. It’s absolutely horrendous. But one of the things that, I didn’t realize at that point in time was that they were doing DNA testing at the border to prove, that these children were with their parents. So I can see how it was being used in a, you know, for good, because, of course, we have coyotes that traffic children across the border, and, this is a good way to, And, you know, remember that. Hilarious. Jason’s laughing, and I know exactly why he’s laughing, because there was some idiot who actually thought that it was, like, actual coyotes dragging kids across the border. Do you guys remember that? Oh, my gosh. This is what we’re dealing with. Hello, crazy town. Yeah, there was a. There was a libber who thought that, coyotes, like, actual. The animal was dragging kids across the border, and, that was. That’s legit, dude. That. That really happened. That was a real person that thought that. Anyway, of course, it’s sex traffickers, right? Coyotes that. That pay money to get people across the border. You know, that I don’t need to explain. Anyway, they were using DNA testing, and I kind of was like, oh, gosh, that’s, you know, that’s coming, right? That’s coming. Because all it will take is a little bit more chaos to be able to lock everybody down and say, you know what? Travel is just way too dangerous. And in order to travel, we’re going to need your full biometric data. We’re going to need your DNA testing, and guess what? It’s all encompassed in this nice little package. You can just download this app on your phone. Or, by the way, you can also just link up your biometrics via technology that may or may not be injected. And, it’s the Internet of bodies at that point, right? The Internet of things. There’s the Internet of things. There’s the Internet of bodies. It’s all the technology they are working on right now in a race to capture that market. In order to merge machines and people so that you don’t need a phone, you don’t need anything, you can just walk around with the technology in your body, and that’s all you need to be able to be identified so they’re sowing the chaos. And, of course, they’re going to roll it out at the border first with migrants. And, so whatever’s happening there, all it’s going to take is one big event here for them to say, oh, we have to do this now because it’s not safe. So there’s some flags in the news right now. There’s flags in the news right now that this could be coming in faster than even I think. And one of them is this story. The US wants to scan the faces of migrant kids at the border, that they have the technology to do that, that they are doing that. Second is the Social Security breach I mentioned earlier in the show. What better way to get you to comply to a digital security system than to make you have to prove your identity? And they just don’t have any other way to prove your identity than your biometrics and this new system, right? the culture war is another one, right? Terrorist attack. There’s too much infighting. we have to lock down the cities. We can’t have people here. I mean, we had three shootings in Denver. I saw a story today right in Union Square, right there. three people were shot there. I mean, crime in Denver alone is just off the charts. So we’re seeing all of this dangerous streets, you know, all of this. All this stuff happening in order to create and sow the chaos, to make you accept this next step in biosecurity, to accept this. This way of living. It’s digital enslavement. It’s digital enslavement. You will be consenting to digital enslavement. And I’m just terrified that too many people are dead asleep. Still dead asleep. Yeah. I get excited about it because it’s scary, and I. Once, it’s in, you’re never getting rid of it. Did we get rid of the Patriot act? Did the. Did the airports go back to normal? No, they’ve only increased in security. And it’s all for your safety. It’s all for your safety. Are we going to just let this lie? I mean, I watch people walk around sometimes, and, you know, the kinds of things that they do, it’s like they’re nothing connecting with what is happening in the world. I get you have to go to work. I get that you have to, you know, keep going in your life. We all do. But you gotta be having these conversations. You cannot cower away from these conversations, because when the time comes for them to implement all of this, which is coming, I think, faster than we think you’re not gonna have anybody standing with you. So start having the conversations now. Start building community now. We need it. Community is what will save us through this. It is what saved us in the past, and it is what will save us in the future. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Up next.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I got a couple texts here, people interested in the CLA. Yes, the CLA contains the collagen and the hyaluronic acid in it as well. That matrix that makes this collagen different from all the rest. I really believe that the m low molecular weight and this particular collagen is just packs a huge punch. And with the ClA involved in it as well, that just gives you that added support for weight loss. So if you’re interested in that, yep, just send me the text and I’ll send you over the links right after the show. It’s 720-30-3868 in addition to that, you get kind of a group setting, a group coaching setting with a, you know, a 30 minutes call, the first Tuesday of every month and we’ll support you on your health journey. I’ll tell you you the difference community makes. I was just talking about it at the end of the last segment there. We underestimate community. we have been purposefully separated, as community. With the, onset of the Internet and all of the sensationalization over. It’s a global economy, you can talk to anybody in the world. And yeah, that’s fantastic. What’s happened is we don’t know our neighbors anymore. We don’t connect in community groups to have discussions and to support one another. There’s a different dynamic that comes with, interacting someone virtually through just typing. When you get to get on a call and hear everybody and see everybody’s faces and show up to different events for community, there’s a different effect. You are part of a community and you’re in something altogether. Really lost that. And that’s to our detriment. Because I’ll tell you, this global elitist group is counting on us not being able to organize. They’re counting on us being separated, and they’re counting on us not having family and not having community. They’re counting on it. And when you feel isolated and separated from everybody, you’re going to feel like you have to complete. But, when you’re part of a group, you’re part of a community, and you are dependent on each other in a healthy way for support and commerce, it’s going to be much harder for them to penetrate a whole group, and you’re going to feel supported and you’re not going to feel like you have to bend a knee immediately. If you’re worried during this time, it’s understandable, it’s a worrisome time. But here’s the thing. The antidote to worry is action, right? Don’t sit around and worry yourself and think about all of the negative things that could happen. Get involved. Get involved and take action. If you’re worried about your health, if you’re worried about the future of this country, whether whatever it is that you’re worried about, the antidote is action. Take the action and practice faith m. You’ve been listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m tammy Cuthbert Garcia. tomorrow’s Friday already, but I’ll be here.
