Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, hello. It’s Wednesday middle of the week. I hope you’re making it through the week okay. My week’s going o K’s so far. Lots of things going on at eighteen ninety Homestead, of course, as always.
I have a funny story for you. So this isn’t how you know that the world is just not so. I mean, right, right now, there’s a lot of indicators to point to that. But here’s just another one. So my son Matteo goes to a to a gas station the other night.
And he’s kind of an outdoorsy boy, you know? He’s grown up on a farm and he likes to fish. He likes to do all the outdoor things. He needs to buy a lighter. For something he’s doing and working on his truck, getting all this other stuff.
He needs a lighter. And he’s been carrying around a lighter. For a long time. Probably since he is about twelve, you know, a boy, pocketknife, lighter, the essentials, you know. He’s been trained.
Not to mention, he’s done some survival training and, you know, built fire from too strict from two sticks in the woods on a three day camp, all that kind of stuff. He’s a boy. So he goes into gas station. He’s twenty years old. Twenty.
K? He tries to buy a lighter and he gets carted for a lighter. And this is a first to him. He’s never been carted before for fire. And he goes, are you serious?
And the guy goes, yeah. Yeah. You know, I can’t I can’t say I can’t tell you this because it’s state law. How old do you think you have to be to buy a lighter? And Matayo was, well, I don’t know.
I’m mine. I’m so so scared. Well, I think. And I’ve never smoked a cigarette in my life, so you know, what’s the big deal? And the guy’s like, well, we got cameras around here.
I can’t tell you later. So I get it. You know, it’s the law. But hear me now and hear me clear. You wanna take my boy to war at eighteen, and that’s totally fine?
You’re not gonna sell him a lighter that he needs out of utility. So you can’t trust him with fire but you’d trust him to fight in your corporatized war? I don’t think so. That’s when you know the world is nuts. Twenty years old, can’t buy some fire.
That he needs to to accomplish some work. But, you know, you can go to war. Not my kid. Sorry, not happening. Anyway, that’s my story for the week, and I’ve got a great show for you today.
I am talking about David Martin. Do you remember him? I think he kinda came on the scene really loud and strong with the release of Mickey Willis’ pandemic, found an interesting article where he does a talk, and he actually lays out this timeline because David Martin is a patent expert. His whole work revolves around tracking patents. And understanding the evolution of patents and what products that’s going to push and how the marketplace is gonna change.
And he noticed some interesting patterns and patterns way, way before COVID. So I’m gonna kind of tell you about that timeline. And point out some very interesting things in that timeline. Next up, we’re gonna talk breast cancer screenings. Interesting developments going on with artificial intelligence and the direction that breast cancer is going to go I’m myself not a fan of mammography.
I learned many, many years ago about thermography and the differences between that. So we’re gonna explore that. And just to bring some awareness around diagnosis and early diagnosis and whatnot. Can AI, that’s artificial intelligence, can it save breast cancer patients from unnecessary chemo treatments? That’s an interesting question, because there’s some kind of startling statistics around diagnosis.
Do you know someone I do. I know several people now that I’m in my forties especially who have gone through that week or two of sheer panic because something came back on a test, on a mammography screening. That showed concern, but they’re not really sure. What is it? I mean, I know so many women who have been tortured for weeks because of an unclear result from a mammography exam.
So we’re gonna talk about that. I wanna go back to yesterday because I really think I did a poor job yesterday as I was listening to the show. I always try to relisten because I’m I’m really trying to get better for you. I want to deliver this information in a way, you know, that’s just that hits home and that you can take away and then spread it to other people. So I was listening to the show and I’m like, yeah, I didn’t do a very good job on rheumatoid arthritis.
And that connection, that gut health connection. So we’re gonna dive back into that a little bit and just kind of flush that out a bit more because I want you to know There’s a lot there and a lot coming up with gut health. Not new probably to me and you and people who listen to this show. But going to be new to a lot of people that maybe are new to the show or new to the idea of an alternative an alternative thinking than the mainstream. I wouldn’t call it alternative medicine because it is certainly not alternative medicine.
You know, the allopathic model is actually alternative. Homeopathy and all of these more natural approaches to our health. We’re here first. They were here first. And then, of course, I’m gonna leave you something inspired.
I want to visit with you about my sub stack new post that came out today actually got a great deal of feedback. I was really excited about it. I never used to get, you know, much feedback on Facebook when I was allowed to be on Facebook. And now I’m kind of learning, oh, it wasn’t really that people didn’t wanna interact with me on my post. It was more that they weren’t seeing my post probably.
I’ve kinda naive when it came to Facebook in the beginning. I thought everyone wants this information. They’re gonna love it and and I just wanna help and and then I realized that, oh, yeah. Well, I guess not. Maybe not.
Facebook doesn’t like me helping people. They are in Kahoots with pharma. I’m sure maybe some other corporations. I don’t know. I’m just speculating, but it was clear to me that Facebook wasn’t behind me on my message.
That for sure. So anyways, we’re gonna dive into that because sometimes the obvious is you know, it it becomes so obvious that we overlook it. And I know that sounds strange and may be counterintuitive, but I see it more and more as I’m working with clients with nutrition, and I’m, you know, visiting with people about their health and their goals for their health. The obvious can be overlooked, especially if it’s a chronic condition. A chronic condition that you feel like I’ve tried everything, you know, and for example, like weight loss.
Usually people who have had chronic issues with weight they’ve tried everything in their mind. And maybe they have, maybe they have tried all of the latest and greatest fads, but maybe it’s time to come back to a more common sense approach and look at this issue with fresh eyes. And that was what my latest sub stack was about this morning. And I got such a great response from it. I think I’ll just take it a little bit further today.
When we get to the inspired moment phase. I love doing the inspired moment. I hope it helps. I’m looking to bring in, you know, different ways of looking at things to bring fresh eyes upon it and just, you know, be able to be encouraged because that’s what we need. We need encouragement.
We’re so awesome. You guys. The human body is absolutely amazing and it fascinates me. We just don’t realize how capable we are. So we’ll talk about that. And more when we come back, this is naturally inspired radio.

You don’t want to miss this information. You know, it’s just something part of my transformation system that I teach when I’m working with clients is making sure that you take time to immerse yourself in the knowledge you need to stay on your journey. And you do have to be purposeful with this. We can be inundated, you know, with the pharma ads and So and so is getting this done and some of the guys getting that done. And so if we don’t take time to immerse ourselves in the proper right knowledge and the inspiration to keep going, then we tend to fall off track.
It’s real easy to fall off track. So I have several steps in this transformation system that I teach. But one of them is making sure you take that time to immerse yourself in the content that you need to keep yourself going. And that’s what my hope is with the substocks. So, you know, you get that every morning when you subscribe on naturally inspired radio dot com.

But of course, you can always purchase online right there from naturally inspired radio dot com shop support Okay. Let’s get to the story about David e Martin. So you bear with me here because this is like a book, this article that I read this morning.
I was like, my goodness. But his presentation, I believe, is over ninety minutes long, and this just kinda gives us an idea. So it’s from LifeSight, actually, they published just kind of like a review of or some information from David e Martin’s presentation. And He is, you know, he he really has a great a different approach to laying it out. And he’s saying that, you know, COVID has been in the work for a long time, for decades.
And so some of the key timeline points that he uses to determine this fact is that okay. So here’s he gave this lecture in October of twenty twenty three, and he detailed how we can know that SARS CoV-two is a man made bio weapon that has been in the works for, he says, fifty eight years. So the virus called coronavirus, virus was first described in nineteen sixty five. Two years later, the US and the UK launched and Exchange program where healthy British military personnel were infected with coronavirus pathogens from the US as part of the US biological weapons program. In nineteen ninety two, Ralph Barrack at University of North Carolina have a few words to say about North Carolina after this as well.
Interesting volume of biotech industry coming out of North Carolina. Anyway, they took a pathogen that used to infect the gut and lungs and altered it with a chimera to make it infect the heart. Causing cardiomyopathy. And this research was part of the efforts to produce an HIV vaccine interesting that HIV continues to be a topic of interest when it comes to COVID, when it comes to these injections. There’s it that’s very interesting.
Right? Because it’s a component of it. In in November of two thousand, Pfizer patented first spike protein vaccine between two thousand and two thousand nineteen. Vaccine trials using this technology proved it was lethal. Yet, in the summer of twenty twenty twenty, the clinical trials for the SARS CoV-two shots went straight into human trials.
The mRNA spike protein was publicly described as a bio weapon eighteen years ago, in two thousand five at a conference hosted by DARPA, The MIDR Corporation, the mRNA spike protein, was hailed as a, quote, biological warfare enabling technology I. E. Biological warfare agent. So some fascinating does a fascinating timeline from David E. Martin we’re gonna find out more about this as time unfolds.
Right? And they’re they’re pressing back. I I think this is, you know, exactly why we see Fauci just recoiling at any kind of accusation that this was coming from a lab. We have Rand Paul, obviously, that’s confronted him, and that has gone really obviously. To me, the body language on Fauci when Rand Paul was was asking him questions, spoke volumes.
I mean, rattled. He was rattled. People, I think, need to understand that this was a bio weapon. This is a different kind of war than we’ve ever been used to. Right?
We’re programmed through movies, through books, through history, that we’re taught, that war means kinetic war. Battlefield. It has to be voted on in congress. Right? We have to vote on it to to actually enter into war.
This is a whole different kind of battle. This is a whole different kind of battle, which is leading to this whole different way of life. This biotech merchants are merging our health with our lifestyle and our being our actual being. Right? This is this is the merger of machine and man that they’re pressing for.
So I, you know, A lot of people still don’t realize, you know, that we are at war, but we have been at war since the beginning of this virus. And it is it is leading to a specific outcome. And all of the all of these little pieces were strategically put in place over time. And part of this article points out something interesting about North Carolina. This is again from David D.
Martin. So over the past two years, a lot of information has come out exposing how Dasek funnel millions of research dollars to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China for gain of function research, of course FauciBull. Continue to deny that. However, that’s really just the tip of the iceberg according to Martin at least a hundred and forty one million went to the US Bio weapons program led by the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. David says that the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill is for a very good reason.
And the reason is because in nineteen eighty four, the state of North Carolina not just the university. He says, they sold itself the state practically to Glaxo smith Klein and the welcome companies that’s welcome with two ls. Look that up when you get a chance. The reason why you’ve heard the term research Triangle Institute or Research Triangle Park, which is University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Duke University and North Carolina State University, is because the state of North Carolina sold its universities to Lasco Smith Klein, and welcome and they did it. Because of AZT, David says, and the development of an aids vaccine, which Jeez, do you remember a few months back when I think it was Prince Charles or maybe Prince Harry was doing ads to go get your aids vaccine.
I mean, all the pieces are there. It’s taken a long time to, you know, for some of us, maybe we we saw things, you know, sooner, but slowly, you know, more pieces are coming together. This is about a universal vaccine. It is about technology. It is about CBD C’s.
It is about control. It is about synthesizing what your birthright is, you know, as a resident of the planet. And co whopping it for profit. They wanna take all of your birthright by just being a citizen of Earth a human, with a soul, your right to food, water, you know, freedom, spirituality, all of that. They want to coop that, synthesize it, and then charge you for it.
For mass control. They have a very different idea of what utopia is than probably you or I. And we have to keep pushing back against it and realize that this is the case. This is the case and this is what they’re after. Alright.
Let’s switch gears here and talk about breast cancer. This is something I you know, I’ve I’ve known about for a long time. I remember years ago going into my naturopathic doctor’s office for something and seeing his display there about thermography. And I said, what what’s thermography? And then he gave me some literature, you know, pointed me towards some information.
And I started to check out this correlation between mammography and false positive tests for breast cancer. And so it led me to understand that maybe mammography wasn’t right for me. Now, of course, everyone needs to do their own investigating into it, but here’s a clip from Dr. Mercola and his perspective on mammography. Preventive screening interventions has been mammography. Now, I’m not a big fan of mammography for a number of reasons one in the primary one is that it actually can increase your risk of cancer because most mammograms will have about one thousand times the amount of ionizing X-ray radiation to the breast as a chest X-ray. So, although it can serve as a screen, it is not the best one. And in fact, there’s some question as to whether or not democracy has actually ever been shown to be effective and reducing the risk of and the incidence of breast cancer. So I’ve become much more partial to recommending thermography.
And thermography is a really great tool. It’s non invasive. It’s painless. And there’s absolutely no radiation at all.

But guess what? What? You might guess that thermographies not covered by insurance. And again, I point this out because it is the marketplace that will dictate and be able to shift the changes we need in our medical model. And so guess what?
If you start opting out of these types of screenings and saying no, that’s actually not what I want. I want to do this. And maybe, you know, adjusting your and looking for different resolutions to your insurance, then they’ll get the message loud and clear. But until we start questioning this, and this comes with personal responsibility, that’s the thing. You have to take personal responsibility for your health.
Right? Because it’s easy to go well. I don’t know. And I wanna trust the ex experts, but the thing is is the experts only know that way. They’re being trained in that model.
And that’s all they know. And, you know, people who are working on the front lines Of course, they want to, you know, help you. They they but they only know what they know. And so as consumers of healthcare, we have to start advocating for ourselves and stop paying for the stuff we don’t want. That’s how we will get insurance to cover the types of care that we want.
And that comes with education. You we have to take the time. We have to take the time to learn about these things. So here is an article from u c davis dot e d u. The headline is half of all women experience false positives for mammograms after ten years of annual screening.
So a study led by UC Davis Health has found that half half of all women will experience at least one one false positive mammogram over a decade of annual breast cancer screening. The risk of false positive results after ten years of screenings is considerably lower and women screened every other year. But there’s a lot of women who carry around the fear. And the worry about breast cancer because they believe that they have a gene that that this is their destiny, that had happened to their grandma, that had happened to their mother, that had happened. And truthfully, That isn’t what the science says.
It isn’t what the science says. And you can you can tailor your lifestyle to lower your risk And these are the things that are not talked about. They’re not talked about that the more you go and expose yourself to a mammogram, the more you’re exposing yourself to cancer. I interviewed a cancer survivor many years ago who chose a different route than the traditional chemotherapy radiation route. And one of the things she told me was so profound.
She said, I just knew that my I wasn’t sick because my body was missing chemotherapy. She knew that chemotherapy wasn’t the reason that she was sick. I’ll talk more about that when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Today’s show is brought to you by naturally inspired minerals dot com.
If I could pick only one supplement to take with me on a deserted island, It would probably be my plant derived minerals. I’ve been taking these minerals for years now, and I can’t say enough about them. Our bodies need efficient amounts of minerals. Many in trace amounts to function at optimum levels. Keep your mineral levels high and your body feeling good with not truly inspired minerals dot com while supporting our show.

Head to natural inspired radio dot com, send us a message, and we want to know how we can help you expand your reach and bring real solutions for health to our audience. Okay, back to the topic of breast cancer, which I think is interesting. The health ranger over on natural news had an article about artificial intelligence when it comes to, you know, health and diagnosis.
And I I have been I have to admit, I was just saying today the other probably a week ago or so that it’s time to, you know, not be fearful of artificial intelligence because it’s it’s not going away, but to and and to not you know, run from it or or not understand it, that will help us stay in a fear state. Now am I a big fan of it? No. No. I mean, I grew up in the eighties.
I just wish we were back in the eighties. I wish I wish all this stuff would go away. Quite honestly, I could do without the technology piece in my life, but that’s just me. But I realized that I have to I have to begin to accept that this is coming. It’s not going away.
If we’re not moving forward, a lot of people argue, then we’re sliding backwards. And so we have to frame these types of technological advancements in a way where we can have more power with them. And that means shifting our mindset to think, like, this could be used for good. Right? In the right hands, artificial intelligence can be used for good.
Now, our enemy you know, these biotech wackadoos that wanna tap into your genome and change you and change your eye color and go God only knows probably you know, such up with a pair of wings if you wanted them, which, you know, like, claim as possible when you’re messing with the genome. We have to start thinking about if it’s in the right hands and if we understand it and we learn how it can be an asset, this can be a powerful tool. If we play the role like we’re afraid of it and we resist it, and we don’t wanna use it, we don’t engage with it. It’s gonna be a whole lot easier for them to pull the wool over our eyes so to speak with it. Because we you don’t know what you don’t know.
And so this article from natural news I thought was helpful, because according to new research out of Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, this new AI tool could help cancer doctors to better protect patients against harmful side effects by reducing the need for chemotherapy or radiation. Published in the Journal of Nature Medicine, the paper highlights how pathologists currently only evaluate cancerous cells in a patient tissue in order to select a course of treatment. And our study demonstrates the importance of non cancer components in determining a patient’s outcome. The importance of these elements was known from biological studies, but this knowledge has not been effectively translated to clinical use. So this is more about prevention, right, which is what we talk about here on nationally inspired all the time.
It’s a lifestyle. We don’t wait to get sick and then do something about being sick. That’s that’s not the right mindset. The mindset is to live in prevention every day. Right?
Oh, I’m doing it with purpose. I eat this because this helps enhance my epigenetics. Right? This helps this helps bolster my health. I I move in this way because this is the best way for my body.
To respond to exercise and and have create the best health outcomes. I manage my stress in this way. I meditate or I pray or I have this spiritual connection because this contributes to my soul’s health, to my body, and then and it translates into my body’s health. Right? These are the things that we need to be purposeful with in prevention.
And AI may be able to help us figure out why we’re not doing those things or how much we need to do those things or it can analyze language in a way that humans don’t. Right? Because we have emotions that come into play. We have historical experiences that come into play when we interpret language. So I’m not saying AI is the answer and that it’s it’s superior to humanity.
It absolutely is not. Nothing is superior to humanity. But I think it could be a tool that when worked with alongside of humans could benefit us and help us under understand ourselves better. And so that’s the way I’m moving forward and thinking about AI. Because, hey, if we can if we can minimize the need or minimize the fear towards cancer or having or minimize the pharmaceutical products like chemotherapy and radiation and all of those types of things that we know destroy the body.
I’m for that. On for that. I am pro human. Team human. Right?
As everyone’s saying these days, team human. I am team human. So anything that we can work alongside of that improves our quality of life that advances us. I don’t I think we you know, there’s always talk about, you know, exploring space and we we need to go to another planet and we need, you know, okay, that’s all great and everything. You guys do that.
I’m gonna stay here on Earth. And I’m gonna start investigating deeper into our capabilities because we haven’t even begun to understand who we are I think our capabilities, we don’t even know. We don’t even know. I mean, it’s a cliche to say, you know, when you’re a kid, I think, We’ll use ten percent of our brains or whatever, but I I truly believe we’ve barely tapped into our consciousness and the capabilities that our consciousness and consciousness possesses. And so let’s look into that.
This is exciting stuff. Right? How can we harness our abilities and our capabilities to be, you know, to get out from underneath all the baggage that we carry around. The traumas that are inflicted upon us on a daily basis are, you know, maybe we weren’t parented in the right way. All of that stuff translates not only into emotional issues that negatively impact our life, but we now know that the mind body connection is so powerful that it impacts our physical being.
And we’ve only barely started to discover that information for most of us. This is old information, but suppressed information because the allopathic medical model has been given all the limelight. This is your answer. They would have us believe that our minds and bodies are totally separate. That we aren’t this symbiotic being, that our thoughts mean nothing, that what we put in our body means nothing.
I mean, just just think about that. How ridiculous that concept is, that you doing something every day drinking toxic chemical, eating food that’s full of plastic, being depleted of nutrients through your food supply. Would have no impact on you, but it’s just idiopathic. Yeah. Yeah.
It’s your jeans. It’s your jeans pull, man. You can’t do anything about it. So irritating. We’ll be right back after this short break.

Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: One of my biggest concerns during COVID was that I didn’t have a big enough network to help myself. You know, I started getting kicked out of coffee shops. People started yelling at me. What are you doing? No mask?
And I was like, whoa. Do you guys read? Like, these masks aren’t doing anything. But anyway, I was the freak on the street back then. And since then, I have built a network of amazing people I feel so, you know, I feel so grateful first of all, but also so much more confident that I’ll be able to get through whatever I need to get through because I’ve built the naturally inspired health network.
Now I have all these I have access to all these providers and all these amazingly brilliant people who have been practicing their services or their product development for decades and they have all this knowledge. And and because of, you know, we’re we’re like minded and because we appreciate each other, and we respect each other. We have each other as a resource now, and we can count on each other. So that’s the naturally inspired health network some of my faves, doctor Lauren Kalowski, doing some incredible work with inflammation, especially with women, parasite healing, Debbie. She does wonderful work with acupuncture.
She actually saw Mateo this week. Totally helped him with his back. And I could go on and on. We have Carol with Pakamana CBD. Carol provided me with some CBD this week for my doggy.
And I really don’t know if we would have been able to get through what we’ve been through the last week or so with our dog. If I didn’t have Carol as a resource, that’s Pakemana. And she’s gonna be on tomorrow. I am so excited to talk to her tomorrow and also to Anita. We’ll have two guests tomorrow, so that’s gonna be a lot of fun you wanna tune in and listen to that.
So join our network. We want you. You know, we want you with us. So Let’s get to some health business here because first of all, I want to just say, you know, all this talk about breast cancer and mammography and I know it’s an emotional subject. Everybody’s family has been affected by cancer, mine included.
So I’m not I’m not not empathetic to the loss. In fact, I’m hyper empathetic to the loss, having lost my own mother. To cancer. But I’m not here to fight, you know, to change your accessibility to medicine. I’m I’m here to fight for your accessibility.
For more options, more options, we should not be held down by corporations. It is our body. How is it that corporations get to dictate how we are treated? Because we’re being treated like dum dums. Like, we can’t think for ourselves.
And I wanna make that real clear because the marketplace will dictate the best the best products and services and courses of action when it comes to our own health. And that is what is not been permitted to happen. So I’m calling for a free marketplace in healthcare. That is what I wanna see. You go ahead and keep producing all your pharmaceuticals and your chemotherapies and all of that stuff, you go right ahead and do that.
But we need to be allowed to have access to the treatments we want. So not taking anybody’s freedom away. Number one thing is I want the freedom to treat and and take care of my body the way I want to and I want that for you to no matter what that is. You do not have to agree with me. So I want to be clear about that.
But some exciting news, let’s move on because if I keep talking, I’m gonna miss out on my gut health thing again, and this is so important because I did it not I didn’t cover it very well yesterday. So gut health and rheumatoid arthritis Man, this is such a fascinating topic, really, because who would think that a leaky gut could lead to arthritis? Right? We we don’t think of these things connecting what we we think of injury. We think of overuse.
You know, I knew a ballerina that struggled with arthritis. And it was just, you know, it was just It was her common knowledge. She’d been told so often for so long that it was overuse that has caused her arthritis. But she’s having all of these signals of leaky gut. Right?
So really interesting clip I have coming up for you here. This is so there’s a lot of studies now. And, you know, like the Dr. Michael Gaitas of the world and all of these docs doctors that have been in, you know, doctor Henry Eli and all of my faves out there. Eli, they’ve been saying this for years.
This is not new to them. But the allopathic model is even now starting to acknowledge. You know why? Because their solutions suck. So now they gotta start looking at other things.
Take a listen to this clip of a medical doctor talking about gut health when it comes to arthritis.

Clip 1: He’s working with scientists at the Savartis Lab at Callum Beach. They’re diving deep into the gut microbiome, home to trillions of microbes some helpful, some harmful.

The microbiome is really the next evolution in medicine.

They’re examining whether introducing live beneficial back a bacteria can treat or even prevent the autoimmune disease.

Bacteria that normally live in you anyway or are you made in in food?

Animal trials delivered promising results.

We’ve seen very little side effects in any of the trials we’ve we’ve done.

The human trial has begun with seven participants so far.

Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And that is not the limit. This this gut biome is not limited to arthritis. Right? So they say in that clip, right there, it may even prevent the autoimmune disease. Well, we’ve seen an explosion, right, in autoimmune diagnoses over the last, you know, twenty years he hardly knew anybody when I was a kid that had an autoimmune disease.
He didn’t know anybody, and I’m probably in there and heard of it. And now, you’re hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t have some kind of autoimmune issue. It’s prevalent everywhere. Now correlate that with the uptake of toxic food and the decline of our soil health, the decline of our food in general when it comes to nutrition. And nutrient density.
It’s an interesting correlation. Right? It’s an interesting correlation to say the least. So what can you do? What can you do about it?
Right? That’s the thing. What are the solutions? What can we do to take control back? Well, here are twelve foods that you can eat to improve your gut health.
Even simple changes to your diet can quickly impact your gut health. Now a lot of people think, well, I don’t have a gut problem. You know, because they don’t have the typical gut problem issues. Right? People think gut problem, you think, you know, her burn maybe stomach upset, nausea, uploading gas, all that stuff.
Right? It doesn’t present like that in everybody. Maybe you have skin issues. Right? So rosacea or psoriasis.
These things now, there are many studies again NIH website is your friend. Head over there. Type in gut health. Look at what it linked too. I’ll come back with these twelve foods.
Also, don’t forget about depression and the link to got Oh, my gosh. There’s so much here. I’m gonna whip through it when we get back. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

One more thing. Oh, yeah. Let’s get back to this list real fast because I want you to have it. Greek yogurt. Okay?
Of course, organic. You wanna go organic. Right? You wanna make sure it’s a low sugar yogurt. Some of these yogurts now.
I mean, the the impression is that all yogurts healthy not so much. Make sure you’re reading labels there. Right? Kim Chi is another one for good health gut health properties. You don’t have to eat it right out of the jar.
You know, it’s a bit potent. I can’t get my kids to eat it quite yet. That you put it on top as a side with your steak or, you know, with chicken, you can as an accompaniment, you don’t need to eat a whole jar of it. Kiefer is also want also you wanna go organic there. Kombucha, that’s a nice treat.
Sour crout, tempeh, and and you wanna think about prebiotics as well. Chicory coffee. Chicory coffee is actually really delicious. And if you put a dollop of whipped coconut cream on there. It is delicious.
So some things to consider adding into your diet. I’ll tell you, Once you start eating whole foods, these dense nutrient rich foods, you won’t go back to that plastic food that you thought was food, which is actually just a food like substance. It it doesn’t even compare, you know. And and you’ll find yourself craving these nutrient rich foods that you may have thought prior to were gross or like, I’m not eating that. You know, I look forward to my green smoothie every morning, and it’s because of the freshness of it.
Right? And and a lot of people see green drink and they think, oh, gross. Now your body will respond accordingly and you will make the transition into a healthier life style and benefit benefit from it greatly and you’ll enjoy it. That’s the thing about building a lifestyle. It should be a lifestyle that you love.
If you hate doing these things, you’re not doing it right. You’re not doing it right. So okay. I wanted to just touch on this this substack article that came out today because I had such a great response. Basically, the premise of this substack was just to point out that sometimes, you know, we can get so in our heads that we’ve forgotten about the obvious.
So two fish are swimming along together. A bigger fish swims by and asks how’s the water. And the two fish nod and they keep swimming. A minute later after the bigger fish has completely passed, one of the fish looks at the other fish and asks, What the heck is water? Right?
Sometimes the most important of our reality can be the hardest to talk about. How do you explain water to a fish? Right? It just is. And sometimes our health conditions are just like that.
It’s a lot like trying to explain health to someone whose health belief system is based on disease management. The concept of lifestyle for health is foreign to them because disease management aims to treat symptoms by way of medication with no intent to heal the cause of the symptom. It offers little preventative care and holds a philosophy of weight until sickness comes, then treat. So once you can help someone shift this paradigm into not to wait, but to act every day, it completely changes their outlook on health. And sometimes medication is necessary you know, but we should never underestimate the actions that we take to heal or give our bodies the best chance to stay healthy.
More than ninety percent of chronic disease is a lifestyle driven. It is your habits. It is your exposure. It is your environment. It is the thoughts you’re thinking.
And we can do a whole lot about those things. So stay inspired. We keep doing the work. You’ll be so glad you did. Thanks so much for joining us today.
