Show Transcription
Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, welcome. It’s Monday. Monday. And welcome to naturally inspired radio. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I got lots of work done around the house. You know, I try to use my weekends to reset, the household and get more things done around the farm and whatnot, and it just flies by. But, you know, fortunately, I love being outside and I love getting stuff done like that. So it’s all good. Fall, is definitely, definitely just around the corner. I’m smelling it in the mornings. Are you? I know it’s coming, and it’s okay. It’s okay. I’m gonna enjoy what’s left of these, of the summer right now. And, I’m praying that we’re gonna have, like, a mild fall. It’s good to ease into fall. My run today was, actually quite nice because it was a little bit cooler out. And so, you know, spring in the summertime in northern Colorado is awesome running. And fall, the beginning of fall, is also awesome running. So I’m looking forward to that, staying positive with that, even though I know winter’s coming. got rid of two of the kittens at 1890 Homestead, this weekend, placed them, rehomed them, because, I can’t really be that crazy cat lady that I was headed down that road, and I had to put a stop to that. So special thanks to Nate, our friend, who came and, took two of the little kittens away. That’s gonna be a fantastic home for them. They’re gonna get great care. So that was exciting. And, other than that, we just really stayed around the farm this weekend. So I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Health is becoming part of the political discussion, which is encouraging
what’s going on in the world, right? What do they want us looking at right now? Well, I’m kind of jazzed, actually. I’m kind of excited. I know the world’s burning down still. I’m not delusional. I know it’s burning down. I know there’s major issues, but there’s this little white forming. And you know what it is? It’s make America healthy again. Did you hear this? Make America healthy again. I’m stoked, man. I’m stoked. Fox News. Fox News had Bobby Kennedy on, Robert Kennedy Junior on, and, some of the things he was saying. Oh, my goodness. You might, you know, flash back to five years ago, and, that would have been conspiracies theory talk. That would have never been allowed to be said on Fox News. but it is. It is. So I’ll tell you, it’s coming. It is coming. I don’t know how long it’s going to take, but this issue is too dug in now into the american people’s minds. People are too far into understanding they made a huge mistake with COVID Right? I mean, we know the obvious mistakes, but you know what I mean? I think they underestimated the american people and, their distrust, their healthy distrust for the government as it was back then. But now, given all of the crap they tried to pull on us during COVID I would say that, they’re not going to be able to get away with this. They’re not going to be ushering us into this straight line, into, mandated, standardized health care that requires you to get vaccinated every four weeks or whatever the plan they had going there was. It’s not going to be that easy now. Are they going to give up? No, I’m not delusional. They’re not going to give up. We’re going to have to stay steadfast and continue to build our own knowledge around real solutions for health. And, nothing given inch but the light that I see burning is just the fact that this is becoming part of the political discussion. Health, finally, health is on the political stage, and as it should be. We are in crisis in this country when it comes to our health. So I’m holding onto that. And I know there’s a lot of people that are like, well, that’s being, you know, that’s smoking the hopium. You’re smoking the hopium. It’s already, you know, this is all planned out and this is all done, and everything is, you know, it’s going to get a lot worse. And I get that. I understand that. But, I’m going to just sit here for a moment, because this has been a lot of hard work over the last five years with naturally inspired podcast and all of the different things that we have done, this radio show, summits, all of this to try to inform people that there is a better way to do health, that we have a real issue in this country with our health, and that it’s time to readjust and get serious about our health. And now it’s made it to the major political stage. Right. Trump has adopted this as part of his legacy, stated by Robert Kennedy Junior. And, this is really possible to be able to make this shift. When they talk about being able to improve America’s health in two to four years, I know exactly what they need to do to do that, and I know that Robert Kennedy Junior knows what to do. So it’s just, a matter of being able to get it done. What’s going to get in our way? I don’t know. And I dread to think about what will get in our way given, this agenda, this globalist agenda. The fact that people are talking about it and that this is on the big stage and this is a real issue is very encouraging to me. It’s very encouraging to me, and it should be encouraging to you. And I hope that you give yourself that time to at least say, hey, we’re here, right? We’ve got health on the docket now, because it wasn’t even on the docket a year ago. It wasn’t seriously on the docket. When it came to a political candidate, nobody was taking it serious. And now we have representation there who is committed to taking it seriously. So this is huge, and I think that this is a unifying topic as well. Who doesn’t want to be healthier? I didn’t say, you know, I didn’t, I didn’t say who. Who is willing to do what it takes to get healthier? Because that’s another question. That’s a whole other question. But I. Everybody wants to be healthier, right? Everybody wants to feel good. So this could be a real unifying time in our country, and I think we should let it be. I don’t think we should, immediately dismiss it. Oh, this is already, this isn’t going anywhere. It’s not going to work. You know what? We don’t have to rely on people to do the work for us when we’re doing the work together. Us, we are superpower is our numbers. So if we have enough people hearing the message and start to investigate the message and understand the message and then act on the message, it is us that will create the transformation of our medical system and our health in this country. It is up to us, and it has never been up to anybody else. Quite honestly, it’s never going to have been one person that saves the day. Yeah, it’s great to have leadership, it’s great to have presentation, and I’m excited about that. But ultimately, it’s me and you that are going to make the change out there, buying stuff, saying no to stuff, and making sure it’s our priority.

Robert Kennedy Jr. talks about making America healthy again on Fox News
Okay, first of all, let’s go back, because I wanted to share a clip, and I got carried away there at the beginning. I wanted to share a clip, of Bobby Kennedy. This is Robert Kennedy junior on Fox News talking about making America healthy again. Take a listen.
>> Speaker B: Campaigning actively. I think President Trump is going to make a, series of announcements about other Democrats who are joining, his campaign. And, you know, I want to make America healthy again, and so does President Trump. So, those are objectives. the Wall Street Journal may be worried about shareholder value for pharmaceutical companies. And, I think, you know, I talk specifically President Trump about that issue. And he said that he wanted to leave as his legacy, healthy children, and that, he was unconcerned about the other implications.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So, a couple things about this clip. First of all, I say it all the time. America is in a bit of an identity crisis, right? We have the standardized, thinking of what America is. We’re the home of the brave, land of the free, innovative, these types of things. This is what we grew up thinking that we were in America. And then we have what’s actually been happening for the last few decades, which is selling out. Selling out at the highest level. Right? Selling out to China when it comes to manufacturing, selling out to the highest bidder. When it comes to real estate and land, selling out, which means profit is our number one priority. I mean, the Chinese know it. They can come in and buy up farmland. Saudi Arabia comes in, buys up farmland. They know all they have to do is get past the highest bidder, and they’re in. There’s no other contemplating around it. For us, it’s all about money now. Great. Yeah. Okay. We’re over the wealthiest country, all of this. Okay, fantastic. not really, though, because question for you. Can you spend money when you’re dead? Because I don’t think I can. This is the major problem I had during COVID Okay? All these people. I got to take the shot. I got to do this. Oh, I don’t really want to, but, you know, I just want to live, and I just want to travel, and I got to get my job. And what am I going to do? if you stopped and and actually went to the product manufacturer website, you would see there were 1195 different side effects that could come from injecting this poison. And you don’t have a job if you’re debilitated or dead. You can’t work it. And so if we had just been able to dial down the fear just a couple of notches, we could have had a discussion, right? Imagine that. A real national discussion about, like, what is my risk? What actually is my risk? Because my risk was, like, almost nothing, right? In my age group, in my activity level, all of the. I had no comorbidities. Like, my risk was virtually nothing when it came to Covid, and my children’s risk was even less. But because we were all hyped up up here. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. My job, you know, the whole brain shut down, and nobody was able to have or conduct or moderate that act, that discussion that should have taken place. You know why? Because the top priority is money. It’s money. As soon as somebody feels that they might not be able to make any money, oh, my God, my livelihoods are threatened. Yeah. I’m not saying it’s nothing to be worried about, but I am saying, in terms of priority, it shouldn’t, it can’t be your number one. It just, it simply can’t be your number one because you can’t have money, spend money when you’re dead. Right. Life has to be number one. Life has to be number one. And I don’t know how they’ve conned us into this, where we put money above our own lives, but they have. And so this make America healthy again campaign is going to take some work to get people to understand that. Right. Because we’re now having to kind of shift our identity. Yes, we want to be prosperous. Yes, we want to be successful. How? How do we want to be prosperous and successful? Do we want to be prosperous and successful at the cost of our integrity, at the cost of our values, at the cost of our lives? That’s another question. And we should be having that discussion because other countries are certainly having it. China’s goal is to become the superpower of the world. Steadfast. Right. They’re not letting people buy up their land in China. Odd, huh? They also don’t sell their genetic, material, their country’s genome to other countries like we do. There’s a lot of things that China doesn’t do to protect its citizens, and, there’s a lot of things that we don’t care about our citizens. We care about money. And so we need to decide if that’s okay with everybody, maybe we could have a vote on it. You know, what is our national identity here? What are our values? What are our beliefs? Because we got to get on the same page with that, because if we’re not on the same page, we’re vulnerable. We’re vulnerable to enemies. We’re vulnerable to death. We’re very vulnerable. And I don’t know about you, but I, don’t know too many Americans that like being described as vulnerable. That’s not really how, what we pride ourselves on.
We must empower men. We know society collapses without them
So that’s the clash we’re facing here. We gotta get back to the basics. It must be our health, number one. We must have good, strong men. Have to have them. We know society collapses without them. we must empower men. We can’t, we can’t keep disempowering our men, telling them, oh, toxic masculinity, you’re not good don’t do that. Stop that. Hen peck. Enough. Enough. You know, it’s kind of like the free marketplace when it comes to that. You know, the marketplace is going to correct bad behavior. If you let it, if you try to control it, it’s only going to get worse. That concept seems to be new to a lot of people. It’s a very old one. Right. Sometimes, you know, when you’ve raised kids, you know, doesn’t matter how many times you tell the kid, don’t do that. Don’t do that. It takes them falling. It takes them experiencing a little bit of pain in order for them to go, oh, I’m not doing that again. And that’s unfortunate, but it’s necessary. I think we’re at that point in this country where people actually are starting to feel enough pain at the prospect that they actually may lose their freedom, that they may actually lose their health even more if they have to be mandated into certain, medical procedures, or that their children may lose freedoms, or that their children may not be able to achieve health. That’s all now on the table, and people are thinking, whoa, I might have to do something different. So it’s a time that we could actually make a huge, huge dent in this thing. And that’s an. That’s exciting to me. And I know there’s those people out there that are. That are, you know, kind of come at it. I call them the doom and gloomers. Right? They don’t like to. They like to stay in the state of, like, oh, this is coming next. It’s. It’s gonna be awful. It’s gonna be awful. And I’m not saying things aren’t gonna get worse. They most certainly could. All I’m doing is recognizing that we have a little light here and that we could do something with it. We could really start having the most important conversations about health. And helping people connect to real solutions for health right now is the best thing we can do, because once you start getting results, there’s no going back. There’s no going back to the toxic, processed foods. When you start, when you’ve made a change in your diet, and all of a sudden you feel rested, when you wake up in the morning, you’ve got more energy throughout the day, you notice you’re happier, your mood’s better, you notice all of these things are happening because you’ve made a switch. That’s what it takes. Once you start getting those results, you’re not going back. You do fall off the wagon, and you start, you know, you eat something bad, you feel terrible, and it’s easy to get back on because you’re like, oh, my gosh, that was not worth it. And the good news is, the more you practice the healthy habits, the less you fall off track. And when you do fall off track, you feel even worse. So it becomes less and less enticing to do it. It’s funny, it works by default. That’s why I always say you don’t need, willpower. After you get going on a program and you start seeing, results in the shifts in your habits, you don’t need willpower. You just need to get going. You need to start, you need to take action, and that will carry you through. You don’t need willpower. When you’re tuning into naturally inspired every day and you’re getting a little bit of information and you’re going, okay, yeah, that’s why I’m doing that. I want those better results. You know, when you make time to purposefully, tune in to things that keep you on your optimum health journey, you don’t need willpower. You start getting a little bit of results, you don’t need willpower. And then before you know it, many, many people have switched and started, living with, better results. And then we’ve really made a difference in the bigger space of health, which is, of course, the goal, right? This is how we do it. It is our numbers. I can’t say that enough, but it’s our numbers that will transform the healthcare system.
Tammy Kupfer Garcia: Over 40 million Americans suffer from anxiety
We are going to go to break here just for a couple of minutes. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Kupfer Garcia and I’m so glad you’re here. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’Re back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com. dot. When you’re there, click on our collagen tab. This is a foundational, product that I absolutely love recommending and promoting because it’s so exciting to hear your testimonials afterwards. I am inundated. I’m inundated. With your testimonials and I love it. It is good news, sunshine. On my day, every day when I get another text from somebody telling me they’re getting great results from the collagen. The recent one over the weekend was from Kelly. Kelly asked me if she thought the collagen could be helping her eyes. She’s noticed that she doesn’t have to use her readers as often when she’s reading. And, I don’t know. The answer is I don’t know. But here’s what I do know from, because I haven’t had a chance to look it up yet, but I’m sure if you go into the NIH website and you type in collagen and eyes, that there’s probably a paper or two there. But what I will refer to is back to when doctor David Kowlowski was on, recently. He was telling me that anytime your tissue is kind of damaged, right? So if you’re nutrient deficient in something, your tissue suffers some damage. You just don’t have the nutrients that you need for your body to operate on optimum levels. He said, you give your body the nutrition and then all of a sudden, bingo, it starts operating at a better level. So I would refer back to that show and think, yeah, I would say if that’s what you’re noticing, then it could be attributed to that. And I will look it up for sure and see if we can find some papers, on that as well. But anyway, I’m glad, Kelly, thank you for texting in and I’m excited that, and I hope that happens to me. I hope it happens to me as I go along my college and journey, because I sure would like to not have to wear my readers. This is the thing, everyone, we’re all individuals, right? We’re all individuals. That’s why standardized medical practice isn’t right for everybody, because we’re all individuals. And, the way our body chooses to, respond to different things is individual. So, you know, somebody gets this, these types of results and it happens for them. Doesn’t mean it’s going to happen for somebody else, but maybe something else happens to you. That’s what I’ve noticed with the collagen is it’s one of these cascading, compounding, supplements that just kind of, you know, surprises you. Like, I started taking it for this reason and then all of a sudden, you know, more hair started growing and my skin got better and my knees are better and my hips have got more mobility. And for me, my neck has got more mobility. Like, it’s just one of those things because that’s actually, actually the way the body works. We’re symbiotic in nature. This compartmentalization of our bodies has gotten us into this mess where we think, you know, we just have to focus on this one thing. no, that’s not how we work. That’s not how we work. We’re symbiotic beings. So, anyway, congratulations, Kelly. I can’t wait to hear back from you further down the road. And see if you get to get rid of your readers completely. Go to naturallyinspiredradio.com, comma, click on the collagen tab and order yours today. when you order, of course, you get to be a part of our monthly call. So we have a group coaching call, the first Tuesday of every month at 07:00 on Zoom. You can hop on, you don’t have to, but we’d love it if you join us. It’s about building community and having that support for one another on our optimum health journey. So you get that when you become a college and customer. So make sure you sign up straight from the link@naturallyinspiredradio.com. and, if you want to send me a screenshot of your purchase, I’ll make sure that we send you the naturally inspired health summit presentations from this past summer. We’re giving those away to our collagen customers right now. So it’s a dollar 20 value. But today, if you order the collagen, you get it for free. So go to naturallyinspiredradio.com and order your collagen today.
Jason: American food system is blocking process of transforming energy, right
Another doctor coming forward. This duo is a brother and sister team. one was a lobbyist for pharmaceuticals, I believe. And at, ah, one point, even big food, I believe. And then the other one, a medical doctor who got into the practice of medicine and realized this, isn’t helping anybody, so she got out. The reason why I’m playing you this clip is because right here, this is Doctor Casey means, she is saying almost verbatim what I’m telling you all the time about metabolic health. Take a listen.
>> Speaker D: We are miracles. Like, every human is a miracle. This life is a miracle. Like, this is weird. I mean, spiritual beings having this insane experience on planethood earth. And fundamentally, the thing that we’re doing with metabolic health is we’re making energy in the body, right? The way we’re doing that is we’re taking food that got its energy from the sun, right? Like the sun, literally, photosynthesis happens it creates starches and plants, and then we eat them, or animals eat them. And what metabolism is, is taking the starches that are stored energy from the sun through photosynthesis, liberating in our bodies to create energy to fuel our minds and to fuel our bodies so we can think and reach our highest purpose. And right now, in the vast majority of America, our toxic food system is blocking that process, which means it’s blocking the miraculous process of essentially taking this beautiful. This is not woo woo. This is just fact of science, taking this universal sun light energy and liberating it to fuel our lives. That is broken. This is dark. This is very dark. Americans are not only sick, but the core process of being able to create, you know, and transform energy is broken. And we need to fix this because we, we need all hands on deck right now in America to solve these big issues. And we need to be thinking properly, feeling good, and we can rapidly, with some of these simple changes.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I don’t think I can add to that. And as I said an hour ago, I do think you’re going to change the world. I mean that. Ah. I mean that. And this is the book. I never, I never do this because it feels so grubby and commercial. But so that was doctor Casey means, and I just had to play you that clip because I just resonated with me so much because I know exactly what she meant when she said, this is not woo woo. I say that all the time because, you know, I think traditionally, especially conservative people have thought that this type of real, solutions for health, these types of real solutions for health are wacky. They’re hippy, they’re woo woo. They’re out there. There’s those kooky people that are, dancing around the forest barefoot in weird dresses. And that’s kind of like the vision, I think, that a lot of conservatives have about this type of healthy lifestyle. And I just want to say, no, no, you got it wrong. It was hijacked from you. It was hijacked from you, and it was labeled new age, and it was labeled your enemy. And that couldn’t be further from the truth. This disconnect from our planet, from nature, is a, disconnect from goddess, and it’s keeping you from your health. I love that she brought up purpose, too. I want to talk about that when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m going to take a quick break. Stay tuned. I’m so glad you’re here.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Just a reminder, you know, you can find us, on all podcast platforms, on all video platforms. a lot of our content is, you know, the older stuff is not available, of course, on YouTube. But Jason has been able to sneak in some inspired moments on YouTube, from what I understand. Is that right, Jason? Yes, he’s giving me a thumbs up. So I think we have a few videos on there. The reconnection to our food could be part of making America healthy again
Okay, so, what else did I want to say about Casey means? Oh, yeah. Purpose. That’s what I was talking about. So, the disconnect from our planet and nature, I’ve talked about this over and over again, about how kids have such a disconnect from our food, where it comes from, you know, how it’s made a huge disconnect. And, the reconnection could be part of this, you know, making America healthy again. The reconnection to our food, I think, is part of that. Now, she describes a little bit differently than I do, I always say. I always go back to, like, the chinese medicine, model, right? Where, you know, acupuncture, it’s about getting the flow back through your body, or the qi moving back through your body, if you will. it’s about, you know, getting things that are congested, uncongested. Now, that doesn’t just mean mucus. When I say congestion, I’m talking at the cellular level, right? You deal with things that cause blockages in your I at the cellular level. And it could be different things or all of these things. It could be stress. It can be toxins. It can be deep, low vibration, like sadness. Did you know that there are studies out there that prove that, the correlation between a mother losing their child. That there is a correlation between a mother losing their child and breast cancer. Grief. Grief puts you at a higher risk for breast cancer than someone who hasn’t had a traumatic experience like that. Now, that’s just ignored. In the allopathic medical model, all of that stuff is just ignored. And we can’t get better results if we don’t acknowledge what’s causing the issues. So if you think about it, all of the different things, you know, lack of nutrients causes problems at the cellular level, right? So you’re getting the wrong nutrition because you’re eating super processed foods. You’re deficient in things that can cause problems at the cellular level, at the metabolic health. Metabolic health is what we have to be focusing on. And so what types of things help our metabolism? Well, clearing out the toxins, right. Learning a new skill set on how to deal with stress, bringing bigger understanding to life that it’s not this tiny little microcosm that we can get sucked into in our own life where we’re so hyper focused on the things that we think are wrong in our own life that can become a real stressor and lead to dis ease in the body.
People make decisions based on money rather than making a decision based on purpose
So the other thing that I always talk about is purpose, right? A lot of people are feeling very unfulfilled. Again, we can go back to the american identity crisis. People make decisions based on money rather than making a decision based on, is this fulfilling work? Is this part of my purpose? Can I be, can I feel purposeful, on a daily basis if I do this? No. People are making decisions based on money. That’s an identity crisis. We’re in a cult. We have a cultural identity crisis in this country. And if we can shift and figure those things out, we can find better solutions. And I know that, you know, I’m not meaning that in a utopian way, like everybody’s going to find their purpose and, you know, there’s different, there’s different, you know, solutions for every individual situation. I’m not saying that everybody will be able to, you know, you know, make crochet doilies and make a living doing it. I’m not saying that. I’m not saying that, but I’m saying that we have to be mindful that our work is purposeful and that it’s fulfilling to us. We’re getting further and further away from that instead of closer to that right now because we’re telling, we’re telling, younger people don’t have kids, right? these young people don’t even want to have kids. They don’t want to get married. They’re waiting till their forties to get married because they have to have their career, they have to have a house, they have to have a car. This is what we’ve taught them. And that isn’t conducive with health and fulfillment and purpose and meaning in your life. It’s the wrong goal. We have the wrong priority number one. And until we switch it, we can’t get different results.

IMF deputy managing director says CBDC can help improve financial inclusion
So the, IMF deputy managing director, this is an old clip, but I wanted to bring it back because as we get closer to the, selection process, aka the election, I think there’s going to be some things that go down, right. I mean, I’m excited about making America healthy again and I think we have some hope here. And I think we should jump on that hope, and I think we should start acting on it, to help the momentum, as I stated before. But I think we’re going to see some stuff before the, before November. And, so I wanted to bring this clip back. This is the IMF deputy managing director. His name’s Bo Lee. He’s talking about digital currency. So this is straight from the horse’s mouth here. Take a listen.
>> Speaker G: We think CBDC can improve financial inclusion is through what we call programmability. That is, CBDC can allow government agencies and private sector players to program to create smart contracts to allow target policy functions, for example, welfare payment, for example, consumption coupon, for example, food stamp. By programming CBDC, those money can be precisely targeted for what kind of people can own and what kind of use. This money can be utilized, for example, for food. So this potential programmability can help government agencies to precisely target their support to those people who need support. So that way can also improve financial inclusion. Of course, I want to end with a caveat because CBDC is not a penalty Asia, CBDC cannot solve every challenge in financial inclusion. There are, some aspects of financial inclusion is not related to technology. For example, financial literacy, digital literacy. So CBCC has to work with other policies together to try to improve financial inclusion. I stop here.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’ll be right back to discuss this. Stay tuned.

Next, I want to talk. AI education. This is really going to be an interesting
Next, I want to talk. This is really going to be an interesting, so first of all, let’s finish up with the deputy managing director, Bo Lee there on the clip. did you hear him? Consumption coupons. Consumption coupons. Would you like your consumption coupon that you paid for with your money? Do you want the government regulating your welfare and your food stamps? how about your smart contract? Is that okay if the government controls your smart contract? Oh, what happens if you default on your smart contract? What happens if you say you don’t want to take the latest injection? what happens? Do you think maybe they might shut down your smart contract? You think maybe they might shut down your gasoline credits? This cannot happen. This is not free dumb. This is enslavement the next times. Promise me this, please promise me this. The next time you hear somebody say, oh, it’s just digital money, I mean, we pretty much do everything digitally already anyway. You’re going to say something. Promise me you’re going to say something. Have you heard of programmable currency? That’s all you got to say? They’ll look at you like, Say, yeah, it’s a little more in depth than just digital banking. It’s a lot more in depth. Did you know this will control every single purchase. Purchase on the planet? They’ll have a digital record of every single purchase on the planet and in a matter of no time, they’ll be, you know, they’ll get everybody in the door with the promise of, oh, so much easier. This is so much easier, right? Quick, fast, convenience and, with no regard to the possible long term outcome of a system like this, people are going to jump on it and then before you know it, you’re not going to be able to pay, pay for anything with, without going through this programmable currency app. So please promise me the next time somebody says to you, oh, you know, we already have digital banking. It’s just like, digital banking. Who needs it? I mean, I, think it’s going to be great. If I had all my stuff in one place. It’s going to be great. Is it? Is it going to be great? Is it going to be great when maybe the last injection your kid got, they screamed bloody murder and you’ve noticed that maybe they aren’t themselves anymore and you’re due for another injection, and if you don’t get it, then you don’t have access to your programmable currency. Is that going to be convenient? Think, think. So anyway, that is certainly on the horizon and something we need to be really diligent about. Of course, in Australia, they’ve already passed it. It’s not been implemented yet, but it is already passed. So to sit here and say, oh, that’s a conspiracy theory or any of that other stuff, just stop. Like, just stop. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Stop. So please have the conversation. AI education. Have you heard of this? Well, I don’t even know how I feel about this, but I’ll preface it with this so myself personally, you know, I don’t like state run schools. I left a state run school, pulled my kids out of state run school a long time ago. I saw the writing on the wall. Way before COVID I saw the writing on the wall. The culture in a state run school was taking a die quickly, right? It suddenly became about social justice in school, in state run schools, and less about merit, actual merit, right? kids that were doing well, that behaved well, they didn’t actually get rewarded on merit. It was all about social justice. So you got, you know, praised for your, your sexual, preference, you got praised for acting out. I mean, it was just bizarre. So I saw the writing on the wall and I pulled my kids out long time ago. But, the other shift that I saw that was very evident was that it was no longer about teachers and parents working together for the success of a child. It shifted to teachers against parents, see something, say something type of culture. So that made teachers coming out of higher education, they were suspect of parents and they walked around with a bit of a chip on their shoulder, like, hm, what are you doing? And I know better for your child. I’m here to protect your child. And I get that the teacher can be a helpful person in a child’s life if they’re being abused. But the problem was they were treating everything, everybody, like everybody’s kid was being abused. And that really changed the culture between parents and teachers. Add in Covid and, the relationship between parents and teachers is pretty intense these days. Well, what’s coming? Artificial intelligence education. Stay tuned. We’ll talk about it when we come back.

Text me 720-30-3868 okay, let’s get back into this artificial intelligence education story.
Social media fueled tensions between teachers and parents during COVID
So let me just say. Okay, so we have problems. We have problems with. Let me, let me remind you, we had teachers, the teachers union, that was, mafia. Like is mafia, like, freaking out during COVID because they didn’t want to go back to school. They didn’t want to go back, man. Some of them were posting videos, these younger teachers posting videos of themselves on the beach places, you know, doing their work. They did not want to go back to work. A lot of them did not. And they were, they were citing being fearful they could die. We saw people, you know, expressing themselves through the teachers union that, you know, were all masked up and saying, you know, I’m not dying for your kid. I mean, you saw all the stuff that was going viral on social media that added more tension between teachers and parents. Well, I’ll tell you what, chickens come home to roost, man. I tell you, this is going to happen to the doctors, too. You guys turned against the public. And I’m generalizing here. I know there are some wonderful teachers and wonderful doctors that stood with people during COVID So forgive me, I’m not including you in that. I want to recognize those people that did the right thing. But there was a big group of people who didn’t do the right thing. Right thing. They didn’t want to go back to class. They were thinking of themselves constantly. Right? We had doctors who, you know, just following orders. I’m just following orders. Well, guess what’s happening. Let’s take a listen to this clip. Jason, can we get that clued up? This is from Austin, Texas, and a new business that has started artificial intelligence learning. Guess what? No teachers. Take a listen.
>> Speaker I: I’m Daranesha Heron for Kview News. A school with no teachers. It sounds like a nightmare, but Mackenzie Price, the co founder of Alpha private School, says it’s actually the wave of the future. So how do they learn? The students work one on one with artificial intelligence for 2 hours at the start of the day.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What we do have is a lot.
>> Kristy Hall: Of adults who are in the room.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Engaging with these kids, working as coaches. They learn more than twice as much as standard school does in 6 hours.
>> Speaker I: The other 6 hours of the day are set aside for learning life skills, like this third grader putting together an Ikea drawer in an hour, or eleven year olds writing and submitting college admission essays. This style of learning goes from 12th grade down to kindergarten.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Did you meet your two hour learning goal today? Yes.
>> Speaker I: All things that some schools may feel hesitant to embrace.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I hate to say it, but, you know, the fact that you didn’t support parents and that teachers, you know, parents in school board meetings were being shut down, arrested, drug out, you don’t got anybody on your side. You don’t have many people on your side anymore. And I’ll tell you, when I first started homeschooling, I could not believe the amount of work that we could get done between eight in the morning and eleven. And that left the rest of the day for us to do field trips, to go do practical stuff, to raise animals, to garden, to do practical things. And so this model, it’s a coming. It’s coming. So I don’t know what we’re going to do with all our teachers. I don’t know what we’re going to do at the teachers union, but I’ll tell you, you wielded your massive power and you didn’t make very many friends doing it. So I think teachers are probably a thing of the past. And that whole, that old saying is, you know, they came for the, they came for this person and I didn’t say anything. They came for this group of people and I didn’t say anything. And then they came for me. Doctors are next. Doctors are next. Hear me now. The things that holds us together is community, our relationships. And you cannot take those for granted. You have to work them. Relationships take work. Your actions are powerful. You can’t just talk and say and say and say and say and don’t act. And I’ll tell you, a lot of parents feel disjointed when it comes to their children’s education. They don’t like it. They don’t like the social justice. They don’t like the feeling like you’re the enemy. that culture that you created, it’s going to be the end. Because when parents get a hold of this model, what my kid can actually do, work for 2 hours a day and then learn how to build stuff, maybe learn an art. You know, I’ve had a vision for the school, the future of schools. And that’s what it seemed like it should be to me. You know, let’s take the kids who want to work with their hands and learn a trade teach them the basics and then learn. Teach them how to do that through high school. Right. Let’s take the kids that are, you know, want to learn more about art, like painting or dancing or whatever, and let them do a little bit of the school in the morning and then get out in the world to do the rest of it. This would open up the private sector as well for people who want to provide the service of teaching your kid how to dance. They want to provide the service of teaching your kid how to plumb. They want to provide the service of how to teach your kid how to weld, how to be a fisherman, how to do all these different things. So, yeah, I’m not a big person for artificial intelligence, of course, but, you know, we can’t, throw the baby out with the bath water. This can be a positive tool if used correctly. And, you know, disgust with. With how this can be beneficial for our children, not harming them with too much screen time or, you know, not enough social interaction or not enough life skills. This could be a useful tool. So I’m kind of excited about it. And also, you know, you reap what you sow. That’s what I have to say about that.
Enforced gummies contain mushrooms that promote healthy immune system
Enforced gummies is what I wanted to talk to you today in our, health segment here before Christy hall joins us at the bottom of the hour. I’m really excited to bring this to you. I know so many of you want to try things that we talk about here on the show with your kids. And so I was so excited to find this product. It is part of our mushroom line, and, it promotes a healthy immune system. It supports wellness. Of course. It’s non gmo. it’s 100% natural. It’s gluten free. it’s all the things that’s made in the USA. And it is immune boosting. And it’s a gummy. So it’s the mushrooms in a gummy. So the Coriolis versicolor is what it is. And of course, that is the, turkey tail. If you look up turkey tail, you’ll find a ton of very interesting studies on it. And it’s the power of it. It, of course, promotes, the healthy immune system and so much more, though. I, can send you those papers. I can send you those papers. Of course, I would never, and I don’t make health claims, but I do connect people to sourced information. And I’ll tell you, there’s a lot of source information on this topic. And it’s, exciting to me. That we could get it, for our kids. It can be a huge, game changer for your kids. if you want more information about the mushrooms, just head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com and click on the immune boosting mushrooms. We have, several different ones. And, you can choose. There’s actually a graph on there that tells you what is what. So there’s the corialis versicolor. There’s the, reishi, there’s the, taki. And then there’s the lion’s mane, also. Lion’s mane. Do me a favor. If you want the studies on the mushrooms, text me 720-30-3868 and I’ll send you the mushrooms. Otherwise, if you just, you know, enjoy perusing nerdy, science websites, then go to type in, you know, scientific papers on lion’s mane, scientific papers on, reishi mushrooms or the turkey tail. And also you can even put that into YouTube and find even more lectures, on these topics. It’s going to blow your mind. It’s going to blow your mind when you learn about this. It’s fascinating information, again, which I think we don’t get. you know, we don’t get told about this stuff because, of course, it can’t be patented for, pharmaceutical patents and distributed that way for. For profits. So we have to kind of stumble upon this stuff ourselves and then do our due diligence to find a good provider and all of that stuff. So we’ve done that at, naturally inspired. And I’m really excited that we have these gummies available. Cause the whole family can take the gummies. They’re not just specifically for kids, but they’re recommended for the whole family and they’re safe for kids. And, they don’t have any of the. The high fructose corn syrup in it, none of the artificial dyes, no gmo’s. So it’s something that your kids will look forward to taking and that you can look forward to taking as a family. for immune protection and a lot of other things that you should look into. Again, you can text me at 720-30-3868 for more information on that.
Maitake mushrooms promote a healthy immune system and they support overall wellness
what else did I wanted to tell you about the maitake mushrooms as well? these also promote a healthy immune system, and they support overall wellness, but they’re specific to your liver. So when we were talking about metabolic health, we’re talking about your health at the cellular level. A lot of people are dealing with, congested liver. So to speak. If you go back to traditional chinese medicine, you’ll learn, rather, that the liver that’s associated with anger, resentment. so a lot of emotion is stored in the liver. Not only that, but your body’s already dealing with the toxic soup that we live in. So, you know, all the different things that are in the air, things that are in our food, things that are. That, you know, even radiation exposure, emfs, these types of things that our bodies, you know, dealing with all the time. It’s good to be on some kind of liver support, you know, just to help your body through the process and making sure it’s functioning great. And it also supports the pancreas, and supports the body’s blood pressure. So it’s a proprietary blend. And, the best thing about these products, too, is they’re really affordable. They’re really affordable, and that’s why we love to be able to bring them to you. According to a 1996 study by two researchers in Cobe pharmaceutical University in Japan, a polysaccharide found in matake mushroom, called the x fraction, has the ability to help support the body’s insulin response as well. So, again, we’re symbiotic in nature, right? And controlling your blood sugar. Understanding your blood sugar is. Is so crucial to your metabolic health. I can’t stress that enough. just because you’re not diabetic doesn’t mean you don’t have blood sugar issues. We are ingesting ridiculous amounts of sugar in this country because of the standard american diet, because of the food pyramid, which, you know, reflects where our priorities are. Wheat and sugar. we are just consuming way too much. So being on a liver support is a great strategy for optimum health. Again, visit naturallyinspiredradio.com, click on the immune boosting mushrooms, and make your purchase today. When we come back, Christy hall will be joining us. Sounds like she’s already on the line, so stay tuned. You’re not gonna want to miss it.

Katie has a grab bag of questions about menopause for you
>> Kristy Hall: Hey, Katie, how are you doing?
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Good. I have a grab bag for you today. I hope that’s okay, because what I’ve done, taken kind of the most common questions I’ve been getting, the most topics that I’ve been getting lately that I’ve kind of saved them up for you, because I know that you’re so good at dealing with a lot of these things. So I wanted to kind of start out, with menopause. I have been getting so many. Listen, girl, this is social media in full effect. I tell you, there’s a campaign out there to scare the crap out of women with perimenopause symptoms and menopause. So do we need to be scared?
>> Kristy Hall: Well, you know, estrogen is this really amazing, powerful anti inflammatory. And so when it drops, and it drops really low, when you’re postmenopausal, you’re down into just fairy dust amounts. And so you are going to be much more, reactive and much more inflamed by things. And that can affect a lot of different things. You know, your joints could start hurting. It can, when estrogen drops really low, your cholesterol is going to go up and kind of stay up. And so there’s a. There are a lot of things, and we have estrogen receptors all over our body, even in our eyes and our voice box. So you think about when you talk to somebody that’s very elderly, say in their eighties, sometimes their voice is just so weak. And that is because those estrogen receptors just aren’t getting what they need. And so estrogen is this really important, amazing thing. Now, does everyone struggle in menopause? Absolutely not. Not everyone. I mean, I was talking to a lady just recently who just breezed through, not a single hot flash. And I’m like, that is fantastic. There, can be a time, though, that when you go through menopause that your thyroid can just kind of start to give out. And I heard a practitioner recently say that it’s almost like when those sex hormones drop so far, they drag down those thyroid hormones and that’s going to drag down your metabolism and you’re going to have just chronic crushing fatigue all the time. So it doesn’t, we can’t blame it all on estrogen, but we boy need to keep an eye on all of those hormones, right? We need to know what’s happening with estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and those thyroid hormones, too. and of course, there are things that you can do to prepare for this season of life, right? And so, like, detoxification is super important. Make sure you don’t have some kind of subclinical, maybe heavy metal, toxicity that’s making it harder for your body to go through, this natural process. Process. that being said, I will tell you, I have done a 180 on bioidentical hormones. Not synthetic hormones, but bioidentical hormones. the latest research shows that, hey, these things are good. They help prevent chronic disease, and, will help you feel like yourself. It helps you maintain muscle tone, helps prevent heart disease. And if you were to get cancer, you’re going to have, first of all, it’s going to reduce your likelihood of getting breast cancer. And if you do get it, it’s going to increase your survival rate. So when it comes to menopause, it’s a boy. That’s a big, complicated, soup pot right there. But I am a big fan of bioidentical hormones.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow. Yeah. Because I had heard the opposite. That’s interesting. And I’m so glad that, you follow the science, right. That’s so important that we follow the science, because things do change and evolve, and you do learn new things, and when you learn new things, you have to adapt. So, yeah, tell us more about that.
A study many years ago said taking hormone therapy increased risk of breast cancer
>> Kristy Hall: So there was a study done many, many years ago that said if women did hormone therapy, that it was actually going to increase their likelihood of getting breast cancer. And I remember that because I was working at the American Cancer society, and, I was working in the state of Texas, and my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she had been on bioidentical hormones. And when her doctor put her on that, I challenged her and I said, this is going to increase your risk for breast cancer. And she went back to her doctor, and her doctor was not very nice. He said, yeah, what med school did she go to? And so mom was on those the day she got diagnosed with cancer, she called him, and the first thing he said was, stop taking the hormone. And then there was a study that came out. It was the nurses health study, a very, very large study that showed if you were taking hormones, that it increased your risk of breast cancer. Well, those researchers, the original researchers, came back several years ago and said, hey, we messed up on our calculations. We didn’t include a piece of information that should have been included. And they went back and recalculated that original data using the right numbers, including the right things, excluding the correct things. And what they discovered was that the hormone, if you use bioidentical, not synthetic, but bioidentical hormone therapy, it actually is protective. Sadly, that word really hasn’t gotten out. Now, there are a few researchers and a few writers who’ve gotten that word out in the last three or four years, maybe five years, but it is very slow to get out because everybody remembers that big nurses, ah, health study, the original, time when it came out in the eighties. So what I find interesting is even though m we have the new data, in the US, it’s very slow to catch on, but it, Europe, all women are put on bioidentical hormones to prevent chronic disease.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow. Oh, wow. I want to know what the difference is between bio identical, what people should know when we come back, and so much more. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’re talking with Christy Paul M. Did.

Mermet: I want to finish up with this bioidentical hormone stuff
a couple things I want to go over. I want to just finish up with this bioidentical hormone stuff, but I also want to talk addiction. And then, of course, I want to talk back to school, because back to school new year, things sometimes arise, especially with our kiddos. So I just want to make sure people have the solutions, with them, that they’re armed. You know, if something comes up and it’s like, oh, I think your kid’s a little bit, you know, a little bit of a problem in the classroom. I want to make sure people have solutions they can go to before they go to their regular doctor and, get offered some prescriptions. So, real quick, let’s finish up on the bio identical hormones. How do you know they’re bioidentical? What are we asking for? What do we need to know?
>> Kristy Hall: Right. So bioidentical hormones are going to come from, from natural plant sources, while the synthetic hormones are going to come from some artificial sources. Like for a long time, they were using horse urine. And what we like about the bioidentical, beyond the fact that it’s plant based, it is identical to, like, if you get a bioidentical, estriol, it’s going to be identical to the human form. Right. But most importantly, this is where precision medicine comes in. Bioidentical hormones are tailored to what you need. You’re not given a standard dose like you would get with synthetic hormones. It’s dialed in so that they give you just the right amount of estrogen, just the right amount of testosterone. And there’s different ways that you can get this. You can get creams, you can get, like, a lozenge that dissolves in your mouth. You can get pellets. But you want to ask for the bioidentical hormone because, you want it to be identical to what your body is used to. You want it to be plant based, and you want them to deliver that with a precision dose. Right? M so that’s what you’re asking for. I will tell you, most western doctors are only doing the synthetic, but there are a handful that are doing the bioidentical. And so you call and you say, are you offering bio identical? Mermet.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Got it.
>> Kristy Hall: But of course, our insurance doesn’t cover it, so it’s out of pocket.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, then it must be good, right?
>> Kristy Hall: We don’t want to rely on the insurance industry for anything.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: No, no, no. okay.
People with addiction issues often have a genetic component, right
I wanted to make sure I talked to you about addiction, because I know that you deal with this specifically, and, you know, there’s a lot of people out there that are a little hesitant to try things. You know, they’ve heard maybe some stuff about ayahuasca or maybe, you know, ketamine has been in the news recently, but, they don’t want to do those things. what can they do?
>> Kristy Hall: So, you know, people that are having addiction issues, a lot of times there is a genetic component. So, of course, I like to do that genetic study on people and see where that genetic weakness is so that I can get laser focused in supporting what they’re doing genes need, right. So that helps to reduce that dependency. Then, of course, we can use neural entrainment equipment to help with that addiction. Right. So we use things that we actually are working on the brain and the way the brain is functioning, developing, supporting people in developing new neural pathways. So we’re going to do this by addressing genes genetic weaknesses with supplementation, very targeted supplementation, and then supporting with neural entrainment, which is very quick, non, invasive support. Now, I will tell you, this is for people who realize, okay, I’m on a slippery slope. I know that this alcohol or this marijuana or whatever it is, is getting a hold of me, and it’s starting to take the driver’s seat. That’s when I can do the most amount of good in a person’s life. if you are still functioning, you can still work. That’s when we want to tackle this, right. And we can get very laser focused and provide a lot of support.
We all have weaknesses, and those weaknesses are inherited
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Can you tell me a little bit about the genes that, make, you know, what snp’s are there that kind of make you predisposed to have this issue?
>> Kristy Hall: So I’m going to be really looking through the entire methylation pathway, and that’s a very large, large pathway. Right. So, but I zero in on that. I’m going to be looking, specifically at the, what we call the biocterin site cycle, and moving down from the bathroom cycle down. So we’re going to look at, I mean, there are, we’re talking dozens of genes that we look at. So when we’re thinking about a genetic weakness, it’s very rare that you’re going to find a single gene and go, oh, ah, that gene is responsible for all of this stuff. It’s usually more, consistent with a pathway and multiple weaknesses within genes in that pathway. So we’re going to be looking at, and we’ll start with, literally, are you able, first of all, do you have the right nutrients in your diet? And then are you able to convert those nutrients into the active form, and then are you able to process through that bioterine cycle? And, there’s a lot that can go wrong with that biopterin cycle that can lead to, literally neural inflammation. Right. And so you’re not going to be able to create the neurotransmitters that your body needs. So, that you can relax so that you can process so that you can make it through a day with, normal emotions and normal reactions. so we can identify lots of different places throughout that very long biochemical pathway, find where those weaknesses are and give you just the right thing to support. What is needing support. Right. And there’s no one. I’ve yet to see a person with perfect genese happen. We all have weaknesses, and those weaknesses are inherited. And sometimes those weaknesses are caused by our, toxic exposure through, you know, agricultural chemicals or personal care products or household cleaners. But, we can look at what you have, look at what is happening and provide the right support. So there’s four different ways that we can do that. We identify weaknesses. We make sure you have that your genes have the fuel that they need. We can upregulate those genes and then sometimes we can go completely around those genes and give the body what it needs in a supplement form.

Christy Hall: You need to homeschool your kids. It’s not as hard as you think
Christy, let’s talk back to school because, I know what’s coming new year, and, some new problems might arise. So what should people do if they get faced with something like that? Like someone says, I think your kid may need, you know.
>> Kristy Hall: could I say, like, please don’t send your kids to school.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: that would help. You need to homeschool.
>> Kristy Hall: your kids, little, boys especially, are not designed to sit in a desk 8 hours a day. They’re just not, And so if there’s any way possible, I would encourage you to homeschool. I did it for eight years. It’s not as hard as you think it is. And your kids will learn so much. They will learn so much. They will learn how to learn. They will love learning. and then when you put them, you know, in public school, then you will watch that get killed in about a year. So first of all, if you can homeschool, homeschool, and that will save you, and you can let your kid, when your kid gets rowdy, just tell them to go run ten laps around the house.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s right.
>> Kristy Hall: Ready to focus. Ready to think and focus on their schoolwork. So there’s that. secondly, it is so people that have add, a lot of times their beta wavelengths are depressed. They just don’t have enough beta. Sometimes their alpha is too high. So we can actually go in and adjust that. We can, what we call distrain those alpha waves to lower them and train them into a beta wave so that they can think and they can focus. And, we can do a series of, ah, therapies here in the office where it makes that permanent, lasting change. And then, of course, we’re going to address what’s going on nutritionally, what is happening in the diet. we know that things, like food diets are not going to help kid think. We know that having an imbalance of fatty acids makes it impossible for a kid to think the right way to think well. So there are lots of things that we can do nutritionally and lots of things that we can do with neural entrainment. and you would want to do that before you put your kid on a pharmaceutical. every kid that I’ve talked to that’s come in here, that is on, the various pharmaceuticals they put them on so they just feel like a zombie. and they check out, and that’s, nobody wants to live that way. so give your kid a chance. Give, your kid a chance by giving them the right nutritional foundation. And I can help walk you through that. And then support their brain by, in training those beta brain waves either here in the office or by our take home unit.
