Show Transcription

Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Welcome. Welcome. It’s Tuesday. Tuesday here in northern Colorado. It’s pretty hot. I’d say it’s really hot. the kind of hot that you feel like you’re walking into a sauna when you go outside. So, I don’t know. We’re getting, like, a blast of heat. An end of summer blast of heat, I suppose. Got, my chores done on the. On the farm today, and I just have to tell you about my pigs, because they are. They’re hysterical. They’re so funny. They’re so funny. So, I stuck the hose in the pig pen while I was doing the rest of my chores today. So, of course, the water’s getting all over, and their mud bath is filling up. And, so I kind of, you know, went and did everything, and then I forgot a little bit about it, so I came back around to shut it off. And these pigs are so. We’re. So. They were like. I could not see 1 pink on these pigs. They were like. They were completely caked in mud. But, happy, but very happy piggies, I’ll tell you, but completely caked in mud. And it just reminded me of, like, some kind of fancy spa where ladies go to pay tons of money to get mud baths. I tell you, they’ve got it figured out because, they were covered in mud from head to toe and loving every second of it. Oh, my gosh. It’s a gong show on a farm. As a farmer, and you’re listening, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These animals, they’ll crack you up on a daily basis. It’s always something going wrong or some kind of fiasco. I had a cow outside the fence this morning, decided she was just going to herd her baby over there with her, too. So that was a bit of a thing we had to fix this morning. And, oh, gosh, there’s always something. But you know what it always makes me? LauGhter and I certainly wouldn’t live any other way. If I get my choice, I won’t live any other way. I love being on that little farm. It cracks me up every single day. Then I did my kettlebell workout, and I felt kind of reinspired doing, my weight workout this morning. As I continue to see studies come out about weight training when it comes to longevity and our health, there’s just. There’s no arguing it. You know, you can run, run, run, run, which, trust me, I run. And I love my running. but I sure wish I had understood the power of weight training way earlier. I’m a victim of the eighties mentality that if you train, you know, weights as a woman, you’re going to get huge and look like a man. And, that’s, of course, not the truth. It’s not what happens. you know, it’s not at all what happens, but, nonetheless, that was kind of the narrative that was going around. It was all about cardio in the eighties and nineties, right? You got a cardio aerobics. Aerobics. And, thankfully, you know, I think I did enough, weight bearing exercise with figure skating and whatnot that I managed to put on a healthy amount of muscle anyway and keep it. But I sure wish I had started weight training earlier. So if you’re starting your health journey today, or if you’ve just started your health journey, I would say, number one, incorporate some kind of weight training because the studies are just, there’s so many, many studies now that link longevity to, lifting weights and, doing weight bearing type of exercise. There’s just no doubt about it that that’s what it is. So I was doing some studying, some researching on that and reading the latest stuff. And so it kind of reinspired me, when I was doing my kettlebell workout today because I went up a bit of weight and I just felt like, okay, you know, I’m really doing this on purpose, which just proves to me that what I tell you every day when I say take time out, you know, 1015 minutes a day, that’s all you need to do. Dedicate yourself to reading something about your health. You get signed up for my substack, plug into those articles and all the different posts I have on there. but also get on the NIH website, start looking at sourced material for yourself. Spend ten or 15 minutes, be like, I want to know what it says about, weight training, and go on there and just explore. That’s what I do. And then I find there’s tons of studies on it and it just re inspires me. Like, yep, this is why I’m doing that. Absolutely. This is why I’m doing it. And so it’s just important to make sure that you’re staying plugged into all of the different things, because it’ll keep you on your health journey. Once you have that knowledge base, that foundation of knowledge, and you continue to grow, you plug into things to continue to grow that knowledge. There’s no such thing as willpower. You don’t need it. You do not need willpower. When you have this understanding, of why you’re practicing your lifestyle the way you are. You just don’t need it. It just comes naturally. I hate to see people out there, struggling, thinking and beating themselves up because they don’t think they have the willpower to do something when, in fact, that isn’t it at all. It really just requires a little bit of study. And I’m not talking about going to medical school or going to some lengthy, extent to get the knowledge. I’m talking about bite sized pieces of information that you can take in 1015 minutes a day. That’s it.

RFK Junior might join Donald Trump’s presidential campaign

But anyway, off my soapbox, I want to talk about what’s going on in the world today. some interesting news out of the RFK junior camp. you know, I’m a fan. I’m a fan of RFK junior and what he talks about. Listen, to many of his interviews, I’ve been following him way before he decided to go into politics. And I just know who he is. You know, his actions have been very consistent. Okay, here’s my thing, is, I just thought, I don’t think he can win. I don’t think he can win, you know? Although I love him, I love his message. hes the only candidate talking seriously about health. Hes the only candidate talking about pharma corruption and capture in our industries. You know, Trump lovers. I love ya, I love ya. But your guy is not talking about these things. In fact, hes serving up mcdonalds at the White House. Nobodys perfect, I get it. But this is a serious issue in our country. And so the news today sounds like the RFK junior camp might be testing the waters on him joining Trump’s campaign. Yeah. Yeah. So his, VP, Shanahan, she, was on a podcast, and, she floated this idea. And so my thinking is, they. They’ve been thinking about this for a while. We know he’s had multiple talks with Trump. I have never heard Trump really say anything disparaging about RFK Junior. I think Trump, and this is just my opinion, I think Trump has, like many of us, has a little admiration, for the Kennedy family. Maybe I’m wrong. I don’t know. I’ve just felt like that he’s never really cut down the Kennedy family. And so this excites me, you guys, that they could be joining forces. I don’t want to get too invested in it until we know what will happen. But certainly people are talking about it. Of course. I want to talk to you about the medical mafia. Matt Lauer talks about the power of the medical mafia

Okay, so I wanted to talk today a little bit about the power of the medical mafia. You know, I say it here all the time. I call them the medical mafia. I call them the disease care model. and I don’t want that term to be taken. Kind of like tongue in cheek. Right? Like she’s just being hyperbolic. Medical mafia. No, no. Like, these people operate like a mafia. They really do. And I found a couple examples that I want to play for you. I don’t know if you remember this one. I do. I remember exactly where I was. 2005. you know, my kids were real small. My daughter, I think, was just a few months old. And, I was at the funplex running. right. I was running, and they had the tvs on at the funplex. So this is like a recreation center in my area. they, had the tvs on, and it was the Today show, and they were interviewing Tom Cruise. And I remember just thinking, I can’t believe he said that on tv. So let’s cue up that clip. I wonder if you remember the moment I’m talking about. Here it is. Tom Cruise on the Today show with Matt Lauer.

>> Speaker B: What I’m saying, that’s an alteration of what what I’m saying. I’m saying that drugs aren’t the answer, that these, these drugs are very dangerous. They’re mind altering antipsychotic drugs, and there are ways of doing it without that so that we don’t end up in a brave new world. The thing that I’m saying about Brooke is that there’s misinformation, okay? And she doesn’t understand the history of psychiatry. She, she doesn’t understand in the same way that you don’t understand it, Matt, but a little bit. What you’re saying, tom, is you say you want people to do well, but you want them to do well by taking the road that you approve of, as opposed to a road that may work for them. No. No, I’m not. Well, if antidepressants work for Brooke Shields, why isn’t that okay? I disagree with it. And I think that there’s a higher and better quality of life, and I think that promoting for me personally. See, you’re saying what I can’t discuss what I want to discuss. No, you absolutely can. But, Matt, you’re going in and saying that I can’t discuss that. I’m only asking, isn’t there a possibility, do you examine the possibility that these things do work for some people? That, yes, there are abuses and, yes, maybe they’ve gone too far in certain areas. Maybe there are too many kids on Ritalin, maybe electric shock kids on Ritalin. Matt, I’m just saying. But, but aren’t there examples where it works? Matt, Matt, you don’t even, you’re glib. You don’t even know what Ritalin is. If you start talking about chemical imbalance, you have to evaluate and read the research papers on how they came up with these theories, Matt. Okay, that’s what I’ve done. And you go and you say, where’s the medical test? Where’s the blood test that says, how much Ritalin are you supposed to get?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So many things to unpack here. Now, don’t forget, that was 2005. That was 2005.

Matt Lauer continues to advocate for pharma throughout the entire interview

So, first of all, we all know what happened to Matt Lauer, right? I mean, Matt Lauer kind of. Whoa, yikes. Right? He got himself in some trouble there. So Matt Lauer is, like, extinct, practically. We don’t even know where he is now. because of his abhorrent behavior, I guess. but did you hear what he said there? So he’s saying, you know, isn’t it okay if somebody, goes on these medications and they work for him? He continues to advocate for pharma throughout the entire interview. And then it’s revealed near the end that his family member is on these products because he says, matt Lauer says, I live with these people. I’ve seen it help them. And here’s the thing. who would choose psychiatric medication if they had informed consent? Okay? Who would choose that if they knew that there was no scientific study that was true, that it was fixing a chemical imbalance? Because we know that that study was fraudulent. It was fraudulent. There is no such thing as a chemical imbalance. In addition to that, what about if they learned that some of these medications would actually cause them to lose their libido completely or even numbed their sexual genitalia? Their genitalia. Because these are some of the side effects of these medications, not to mention, the suicidal component to these medications. So I guarantee you these people were never given informed consent. And then, okay, that’s one thing. But let’s add to that. Let’s add to that. Hey, there might be a better way. In fact, there is a better way. There is a better way. We haven’t even begun to look at what you are ingesting on a daily basis. Do you have any type of heavy metal, toxicity? Are you dealing with parasite like? We have so many avenues to explore before we would even consider taking on a medication that came with that amount of side effects. And Matt Lauer is completely ignorant to any of what Tom Cruise knows. So I mean, I’m not a Scientologist, trust me. I’m not into scientology or anything like that. But there is this one component of Scientology that I, think we can unite on, and it is the fact of the power of the human being. Because, say what you will about scientologists, like I said, I’m not a scientologist, and I’m not planning on being one. I’m not going down that road. But I will say that their belief in the human capability and understanding and the willingness to learn about the power of the human spirit and the power that humans possess in their own biology, their God given biology, that’s something that we can unite on. That’s something we can say. I agree. Right. Instead of looking for ways to judge people that don’t, agree with our spiritual beliefs, we can look at things that we can connect with him on and become a bigger group to unite against this paradigm of the medical mafia. So what happened to Tom Cruise after that? Oh, my gosh. He was demonized. Right? He’s, of course, talking about Brooke Shields there, who went on. She was suffering from postpartum depression. which I could go on and on about that one, too. you know, there’s a lot of things going on in the body after you give birth, and, to just, you know, dole out prescription medication to fix that is, ah, it’s not a fix. It’s a band aid. Right? It’s a numbing agent. It’s a band aid. What is the nutritional needs of a new mother? Think about that. Which I’m sure Brooke Shields didn’t get any education on that or offered any kind of, you know, nutritional therapy. I’m sure that wasn’t the case. I’m sure it wasn’t. You know why? Because nobody gets offered that. Almost nobody gets offered that. You have to go looking for that. So what happened? They crucified Tom Cruise in the media. you know, basically the same old type of thing. He’s losing his mind, right? He’s gone off the deep end. He’s crazy. He’s a crazy scientologist, right? Like, that’s what they do. They will ruin you if you go against their model. This has been going on for so long. we have to start talking about how we’re actually. We’ve been in this fight, you know, for a long time to push back against this medical mafia model. But we’re starting to hit a different point of view. Critical, mass. So you got 2005. We had people way before Tom Cruise talking about psychiatry and whatnot, too. But these people were considered on the fringes. They were considered conspiracy theorists. They’re just the fringe, right? He did a huge justice to us by saying that on the Today show in the mainstream. Because I know, it hit me, like, wow, I can’t believe he is saying that. that’s amazing, because I was already on the train understanding the medical mafia way back then. I was already beginning to understand it, just the very early stages of it. And probably that’s why I remembered it, because I was just learning myself back then about things like psychiatry and pharma and how they dominate, the marketplace and pay to play all of that stuff. I was just beginning to learn that stuff.

If we don’t continue fighting against monopolization of healthcare, artificial intelligence will take over

So super interesting. But on top of that, forward, did you hear his reference to a brave new world? How eerie is that? How eerie is that that he referenced so we don’t end up in a brave new world? He said, well, of course, that’s exactly where we’re at right now, where everyone’s trying to redefine our language, right? They’re trying to censor everything we say. And, you know, basically, pre crime is coming into the equation as well with algorithms and artificial intelligence that we’ll get to a point here, if we don’t continue this fight against the monopolization of our healthcare, we’re going to get to a point where that standardized care model will be headed up by artificial intelligence. You won’t even be dealing with people at that point. You’ll be dealing with machines that know best about your health. I mean, it sounds like, oh, that’s got to be years away, but it isn’t, let me tell you. The artificial intelligence, and, biotech is advancing every single day. Every single day, they are making advances, and there is a race to get whatever it is that they’re working on to the marketplace first. When it comes to this merger between biology and technology, these tech companies are at each other’s throats, man, trying to just get it there first so that they can capture the marketplace on it. And, I just found it fascinating that he mentioned a brave new world. And given what we’re dealing with now and how they’re mandating things and restricting our access to all kinds of things, I’m, telling you, it’s a very serious situation, and we need to unitevere on this issue, and that way force these political leaders that are trying to get elected, force them to start, doing something about it, working on it, but also simultaneously, we’re sending that message in the marketplace by not buying what these guys are selling. When we come back, I’ll share another clip with you from present day that, I think you’re really gonna like. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

If you’re interested in collagen, head on over to naturallyinspiredradio. com

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: this one’s kind of funny. I got this on my, direct health line the other night and I wanted to share it. This is from Tim, a listener. Tim said that his wife bought him. His wife bought him the hair, skin and nails for hair. Ah, loss, because she heard doctor David Kowlowski talk about it on the show and she thought, why not? I’ll give it a shot? And she bought it for him, which I thought was kind of funny because here, dear, you’re going bald. Take this. But I love it. I love it, I love it. That’s what we do. We take care of our guys. Anyway, he, has been on it now for 30 days and his plantar fasciitis is gone, so he wasn’t even taking it for that. His wife bought it for his hair and, he’s seen a huge improvement in his plantar fasciitis. So that’s really exciting. Tim, thank you for texting that in. If you have questions, comments, stories, testimonials, please send them to me. If you want, you know, studies that I’ve pulled from NIH or articles that I’m talking about. So that’s why I love it and that’s why I call it a foundational product. And that is why the doctors Kowlowski also call it their foundational product because it just helps with gut health. It helps with, you know, just the hydration of the body, the fascia, ah, all kinds of things. So go over to naturallyinspiredradio.com today. Order your collagen. okay.

Lisa Garcia: Tom Cruise questioned whether depression is real on Today show

I want to get back to what we were talking about. So we were talking about Tom Cruise, you know, that whole thing back in 2005 on the Today show where he’s basically, you know, he says, point blank, psychiatry is a scam. you don’t know the history behind psychiatry. You don’t. And of course, we’ve talked about that here on length, at length, when we’ve interviewed doctor Roger McFillen. My favorite, one of my favorite docs who’s out there just grinding it out every single day, telling people, you don’t need pills, you don’t need pills, don’t medicate your emotions. that’s exactly what, Tom Cruise was saying. And the reason why I’m saying we have an opportunity here to kind of meet critical mass, because this has been going on now years, decades, people saying, hey, look at this. Look at this. We got an issue with our healthcare system. Listen, we got an issue with big pharma. Listen, we got an issue with politicians being funded by big pharma. Listen, we got an issue with Wall street when it comes to our health. He’s not the first one to say it. And here we are, the new generation. Love em or hate em, Andrew Tate. Let’s take a listen to what happened to him when he questioned depression, is.

>> Andrew Tate: When I said depression wasn’t real. And the backlash was incredible, because drugs.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: They tugged, these kids out of their minds.

>> Andrew Tate: That’s right. They were so desperate to try and convince me or demonize me for saying depression wasn’t real. And I was like, look, feeling depressed is real, but I believe you have control over your own mind, and it’s down to you to fix it. You don’t need drugs, and you haven’t caught a disease. You just need to change your. Change your scenario, change your settings. Now, PTSD is real. I can tell you. I had after jail. I know that mental health issues are real. Of course. What I’m trying to say is that depression as an idea in the west is so massively overprescribed that it no longer has any value.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Sadness.

>> Andrew Tate: It’s just sadness.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: You’re just sad. That’s normal human emotion. You know, go outside, go for a run, hang out with your friends.

>> Andrew Tate: That’s right.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s gonna keep coming like waves of sadness. We’re all sad. We get sad sometimes completely.

>> Andrew Tate: I see all the time. I see men. To me, oh, I’m depressed. I look at them and say, I’d be depressed, too, if I was you. You’re a loser, of course you’re depressed. Your life because you’re a loser, because you’ve achieved nothing. So it’s not a disease. You got work to do. That’s the bottom line of it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I know he’s a bit harsh. He’s a bit harsh, but I feel like he’s not wrong. We’re overmedicating our normal emotions immediately. If we’re dealing with grief. the idea of medication is going to take away our grief is acceptable in our culture, and it’s not going to take away your grief. It’s going to kick the can down the road. And at some point you’re going to have a major fallout because you haven’t dealt with your grief. Nobody get. We don’t get to choose when we have to deal with life changing events and life changing emotions. Unfortunately, we don’t get to choose it. But we do have, we can choose to deal with it when it arises instead of stuffing it down, medicating it, kicking it down the road, and then maybe even having it compound into other health issues because the body keeps score. You are not going to trick it. You can medicate it. You’re not going to trick it. You’re not going to get away with it. It will come back. And the reason why people like that was Candace Owens and Andrew Tate and Tom Cruise and all of these, Lisa Bonet yesterday. The reason why people feel the need to share this message is because we truly care about people and we hate to see people suffering unnecessarily. It doesn’t have to be this way. But life is painful at times. It’s not a free ride, you know, full of rainbows and unicorns all the time. That’s just not life. We have to be able to get the tools to deal with the pain when it arrives. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Kupra Garcia. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back. So much to come.

Andrew Tate says people start getting depressed when they’ve lost their purpose

so this Andrew Tate thing, I just want to say, wrap it up because I have a lot to get to still. And we have two guests today coming up, quickly too. We’ve got, of course, doctor John coming on, for our pet segment, but we also have the fabulous Bob Greska from Greska c 60 coming on too. We’re going to talk about detoxing and some other great stuff. So I want to make sure I get this in, though. There’s always so much to talk about. This two hour show goes by in a blink of an eye for me because there’s just so much we could talk about. but what I wanted to focus on is Andrew Tate. Yeah. You know, not everybody’s cup of tea, right. But, he’s hitting the nail on the head there. People are depressed. And I have for years said, you know, people I watch people start to get depressed when they’ve lost their purpose. Purpose or when they don’t know what their purpose is. You know, when young people, you know, coming out of school or, you know, they’re the pressure to go to college, but they really don’t know what they want to do. And this can create a lot of, you know, different feelings and feelings of loss, feeling lost and not knowing what my purpose is. What is my purpose? What is my purpose? There’s, a lot of talk about the purpose of, but yet there’s not a lot of connection to purpose. And here’s why. Because we used to have a set of. I always say America’s in the middle of an identity crisis, right? We used to have values that were God, country, family, equals american dream, right? You own a little piece of property, you have a beautiful family, you’d be able to provide for your family. And that was the american dream. In a peaceful land. In a beautiful, peaceful land. Well, over the decades, that has shifted. That’s not enough anymore. Now the american dream is be a billionaire. You got to be a billionaire, right? You got to be a baller. You got to have, Mercedes Benz. You got to have all the jewelry. Who cares if you have, you know, five different, baby mamas? It doesn’t seem to matter. It’s all about money, right? M am m I a baller? That’s now become part of the culture in the american dream. And, I think that’s really detached from purpose. I don’t care how much money you have, if nothing means anything to you, how are you going to find your purpose? You really have to dig deep to find if you’re being fulfilled by what you’re doing. And, that doesn’t always mean or can be measured by money. And that’s where we have gotten way off track. And that, I believe, is why we have such record rates of depression. People do things, they take jobs for money. They don’t take jobs for purpose. You don’t. They start businesses for money. They don’t start businesses for purpose. What is the purpose? It’s in our human DNA to feel like we’re making a difference in the world. This is what we’re here for, to enrich each other’s lives, to have babies, to prosper, to grow them up to be good human beings. This is the reason for life. And if we are so far removed from that and all we see is a stash of green cash, and that that is not going to fulfill your purpose, you’ll have some fun for a while, but it’s going to run out of steam pretty fast. And I think that that is exactly what Andrew Tate is trying to articulate there. You’ve got to have purpose. I’m not saying that he is the role model for that or whatever. It’s got nothing to do with that. But he is on to something there. Lack of purpose equals depression. It equals low vibration. Where am I? I’m lost. Who am I? That all leads to a down low vibration. Is it as simple as that? No. There’s other factors involved too. You have emotional factors, but you also have physical factors. If you are feeling lost and without, purpose and you’re feeding your body with super processed foods all the time, it, just compounds the issues. And so the way out of this, the way out of this epidemic is connecting people to purpose. That’s why I do the inspired moment. That’s why inspired is part of the name here. You have to be inspired to find your purpose. And that’s the key to changing this epidemic of mental health crisis. Get involved in your purpose. Find a way to do it. It who’s judging you by your bank account, doesn’t matter. Those people are not worth it. You’re imagining the society has these rules for you and that you must live in them. That’s error. That’s an idea. Follow your purpose. And if you don’t know what your purpose is, start trying everything you can. When we come back, I want to talk briefly about this interview on Tucker Carlson, with doctor Kali means and her brother, really bringing up some great information. Stay tuned. Tucker Carlson explores why Americans are getting sicker every single year

okay, I want to get to this next clip with, Tucker Carlson, you know, since he’s on his own now. It’s just so fascinating, you know, I guess you kind of learn just how locked down and caged people are when they work for networks or when they have a boss. because Tucker’s just exploring all kinds of topics now, and I just love it. Let’s take a listen to, doctor Kali means on Tucker Carlson health issue.

>> Speaker C: This was less than 1% 50 years ago. Why is our health getting destroyed the more that we spend?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So why did they say, when you walk into your colleagues at Stanford and say, I’m giving it up at 30.

>> Speaker C: You know, it wasn’t really a conversation. You know, I knew that I couldn’t cut into one more person until I understood why Americans are getting sicker every single year. I think that the unfortunate thing is that doctors don’t really understand because every level of our education is systematically focused on blinding us from thinking about root causes.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We are.

>> Speaker C: We have over 100 medical and surgical subspecialties right now. And you know how make money in the american healthcare system is. You take a patient with ten different issues, and you send them to ten different specialists, put them on ten different meds, maybe eventually have ten different surgeries. You never actually are taught how to put the pieces together. Look at the whole body as a system, which of course, it is. And part of this is because, you know, who are the people underwriting our medical education? It’s the pharmaceutical companies.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s your healthcare model, America. Stay tuned. We’ll be back. Bob Greska is joining us.

The next segment, uh, Bob Greska, is from Colorado

The next segment, Bob Greska, if you don’t know who he is by now, if you’re a regular listener, you probably know who he is. But if you don’t, if you’re new, because I know our audience is really growing, especially on the video platform. So welcome. we’re so glad you’re here. And I’m here to introduce you to Bob Gresca. He’s an aerospace material engineer that changed career direction from building spacecraft to health and human performance. He is the CEO and founder of Gresca C 60, which is an incredible supplement based on carbon, the very essence of life. Welcome, Bob. How’s it going?

>> Bob Greska: Hey, Tammy. it’s going very well. It’s good to be here. How’s everything going up in northern Colorado?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: It’s good. It’s been hot. Has it been hot where you guys are at?

>> Bob Greska: Yeah, not too bad. We’ve been getting a little afternoon rain that cools it down down here in Littleton, so it’s been pretty nice.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.

Today we want to talk about toxins. About everything toxic

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: today we’re going, today we want to talk about toxins. How’s that sound?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I love it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: About everything toxic.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, I love it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. Well, this is good.

>> Bob Greska: Yeah.

Carbon 60 gives an electron to toxins, neutralizes them

Let’s start briefly, though, with, because I’ve mentioned we have this bigger, video platform audience that’s been tuning in. So I want to make sure our new listeners know, exactly what c six, what, it is and how it helps. And then I want to dive into the toxicity, because I got some interesting questions for you.

>> Bob Greska: Okay, sounds good. Well, carbon 60 is a carbon molecule made out of 60 carbon atoms, hence the name carbon 60. And like a carbon water filter detoxifies your water coming into your house. same thing with. It picks up the toxins. Same thing, like the carbon 60 would do in your body. You would eliminate toxins, and it does it by giving up an electron. But that’s going into some chemistry and some science, but toxins basically come into your body. They’re electron stealers. So carbon 60 gives an electron to the toxin, neutralizes it, so that toxin is no longer a toxin. And because what makes it a toxin is that it steals an electron. So if you give it an electron and neutralize it, it’s no longer a toxin. It can’t do any damage. Can’t do any harm. It has no more charge or affinity and just passes out body. So that’s how carbon 60 works, in a nutshell, for toxins. But it’s a great supplement. People take it orally, and it detoxifies your body. That’s one of the things it does, and that’s what we’re going to talk about today. But it also helps with free radicals in your body, which are the root cause of many health issues. So carbon 60 is a very, very, very small molecule of carbon. And it’s very tiny. It’s very bioavailable, gets into your bloodstream, goes around actually seeing, seeks out statically, like the plus and minus charge of a molecule missing. Electron being positive, and a molecule with an electron being negative. They kind of seek, out each other magnetically, and it neutralizes that toxin or that free radical, which free radicals are the common denominator for most every health issue. So most health issues kind of vanish after taking this product, or they diminish considerably in short order.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Perfect.

So I had a question about charcoal, because I’ve been doing research

So I had a question about charcoal, because I’ve been doing some research and reading some research papers lately, and every time they mentioned, you know, I was doing some kidney stuff, researching about kidney stuff, they mentioned phosphorus. And then, of course, you know, they mentioned charcoal, using charcoal to help, you know, clean the blood of phosphorus. And I thought immediately, oh, my gosh. But carbon 60 would be better. So explain to the audience, what’s different about the molecule of carbon. Greska c 60. Charcoal.

>> Bob Greska: Okay. charcoal, or more commonly known as activated charcoal. In the activation process of activating charcoal, they take a piece of charcoal, and it’s made up of, you know, little, you know, pieces of carbon. Like different plates and different forms of carbon, okay? Different allotropes, different atomic arrangements. So they take this piece of charcoal and they shoot steam at it. They inject steam through it and it bounces off these different little fashion in there of the different atomic planes. And it causes holes, very tiny holes, like swiss cheese. It turns the charcoal into a swiss cheese charcoal. So that’s the activation process. It gives it more surface area. And when you say activated charcoal, it’s charcoal, but with a lot more surface area. Matter of fact. Ah, a thimble full of, activated charcoal has enough for surface area to cover a basketball court. So they’re very small holes in quite a few of them. So there’s quite a bit of. Yeah, yeah. That’s, The rule of thumb is a thimbleful of activated charcoal has enough surface area equal to a basketball court. And that’s why they activate it, to give it that surface area. So it actually picks up a toxin. It does what’s called adsorbs. It. Toxins statically. Toxin will. Statically being positively charged. I’ll talk. Toxins are. It’ll statically stick to the activated charcoal and then the activated charcoal will pass out your body and it’s the activated charcoal compared to carbon 60, there’s a big difference in size. The activated charcoal is about, at best, ten microns. Okay? That’s the best. You can mortise and crystal grind something down. With an automated mortars and pestle grinding machine, you can get down to about ten microns, whereas with the carbon 60 is much, much smaller. We’re 20 nm. So it’s about, oh, gosh, an order of magnitude 1000 times smaller in size, in diameter. So it’s very, very, very small. And if you look at the volume displacement, there’s about 200,000 times smaller in size. So the carbon 60 can actually get into your bloodstream. It can cross your intestines, your stomach, your gut lining, and get. It’s much more bioavailable. It travels around your body, not just staying in your digestive tract, in your intestines, like activated charcoal would. It’s a size that makes a difference.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: So would it be fair to say that the, Greska c 60 detoxes like a more cellular level?

>> Bob Greska: Much more on a cellular level. Yes, it’s very. It’ll penetrate and get into cells, very easily. The particles are very, very small. Again, I’ll use the analogy. If a cell is the size of a two bedroom house. A mitochondria is the size of a car wash sponge that you can hold in your hand, and a carbon 60 molecule, the 20 nanometer size that we produce, is the size of a head of a common pen. So they’re very, very small. So they get into the cell, every cell of your body, and detoxify and get rid of the free.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I just feel like as I’m reading through, these papers doing research, I’m thinking every practitioner, instead of. Because a lot of practitioners recommend, the activated charcoal for binders. Right. And I just keep thinking, well, this seems like this would be way better. I don’t know why they need to substitute that, but I’m confident that in the future, people will understand that Grusca c 60 is the way, to detoxify. So I’m excited. We just need more people to hear us, Bob. We just need more people. we’re going to go to commercial.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: You’re doing a good job.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’re going to commercial. We’ll be back with bob Greska. Stay tuned. Need pain relief? Greska’s topical mist spray on water based carbon 60 system suspension quickly absorbs into the skin, penetrating into muscles and joints. To help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. >> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: This is naturally inspired radio. And we’re talking to Bob Greskas of Greska C 60. Visit c 60 dot. That’s c 60.com. Or you can just call Bob. Somebody answers the phone there all the time. That’s what I love about small business. this is a strength, right? When you are purchasing from a small business, you still get customer service. When you go to a huge corporation, conglomerate, you’re not getting this level of customer service. I get my clients like, I have a client in Pennsylvania that recently ordered Greska C 60. And, she shot me a quick little, text message on my health line, said that it showed up totally fast, and that she loves it. And she’s already told a couple of her teacher friends about it. she’s using it for inflammation herself and detox as well. I recommended it for detox for her. and these are the kinds of texts I get about Greska C 60 all the time. I never, ever worry about it. I don’t worry about sending customers there, clients there, my audience, because I know how dedicated they are. So go to greskasc 60.com today and get yours ordered, or call 720-600-6040 some common stuff I wanted to ask you about, Bob.

Bob Greska says carbon 60 can shorten hangovers

I know you’re going to, we’re going to talk detox, but I thought this was kind of an interesting question. I got, I got a question slash comment that somebody thinks that, they’re getting less hands hangovers because of Greska c 60. Is there truth to that, Bob?

>> Bob Greska: Well, I can testify to that myself. No, no, it is true. most people will experience a shortened hangover, if they drank too much the night before. if you take carbon 60 that evening, and if you take it in the morning, and usually 90% of your hangover is gone in about a half hour.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Whoa.

>> Bob Greska: I mean, yeah, yeah. I mean, we don’t, you know, that’s not, we’re more health orientated. But of course, it does work for that. Yeah, it does work. I did a test one time. It was a New year’s Eve party, and it was in this high rise building I was living in. And I did this for science. it was a New Year’s Eve party, so I had some carbon 60 and I drank rather heavily. And, then I, after the party, 01:00 or 130, went up to the condo to suite, whatever, and, you know, I took some carbon 60 again and took it in the morning and I had, there was no hangover. There was nothing.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow.

>> Bob Greska: It was very good. It’s very, very, it worked. People, we had some people over. Where are they? In Ireland or someplace where they drink a lot over there. I think it was Ireland. And they said, gosh, your product works great. We go out and we drink all night and we come, you know, which is, I guess a custom that they do out there. And, they took the carbon 60 and they realized that they weren’t hungover.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: This is what I hear. This is what I hear. I mean, of course, we’re naturally inspired and we’re not advocating for drinking. That’s not what I’m saying here. What am saying? If you do happen to live life and drink a little bit, you can use carbon 60. And I just thought that was funny when I got those testimonies in. And, I’m a little bit familiar with the culture, you know, in places like Ireland, because Canada’s, kind of similar, I would say half of us are scottish or irish over there. So for all my canadian listeners, should we take it before you drink or, after you drink? Both.

>> Bob Greska: Well, both would probably be more effective, I would assure. You know, I don’t know. I haven’t really done an in depth study. I took it before. I took it that, that evening, and I took it in the morning. and, you know, three. Well, which is three times the serving size. You can’t overdose on carb, and it’s carb, and it’s not going to hurt you. so there’s no, there’s no upper limit of it. So three doses is normally taking one dose. Probably one dose of two doses would probably do the trick. yeah, great. Yeah, it works great.

Carbon 60 works best at reducing inflammation, so the inflammation is negated

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: The other question I had been getting, I’ve been talking a lot about biodentistry, and, you know, there’s a lot of new information coming out about dentistry and perhaps its toxicity, and what they use and whatnot. And I always get questions about mercury, amalgams, fillings, and, when people go to get those out, I, first of all, would recommend biodegrading. Don’t go to somebody who doesn’t know how to remove them. But I, was thinking maybe it would be good to get on carbon, 60, especially before and after you get your amalgams out. Have you had any testimonies or experience in that regard?

>> Bob Greska: Well, I have had, several testimonies with mercury in the body. I had one doctor, actually, family was, mercury toxic from fillings in their mouth. And he was going through a detox program for mercury. And then he got ahold of my product and he called me, you know, a month later. He says, you know, we go in and we test every month, and we’ve been making some headway at, removing the mercury out of our body. Of all my wife and my family, and. But we took your product and we tested zero for mercury. So all the mercury had left on my family’s body. And, yeah, carbon 60 is a strong detox. It will eliminate. My daughter had mercury thimerosal, you know, from, from some injected, shots that she got, say they gave her too much of it. And she finally, you know, when I, she took the carbon six, she could think clear again for the first time in eight years or so. It does detoxify the body. So I have firsthand experience with it. And you talk about inflammation. That’s what carbon 60 works real good. And on a dental note, I supposedly needed a root canal because I. Infection at the tip of my root, they saw on the x ray. So I put, they were going to say, oh, pull, you pull it out and put it, put an implant in. You know, I go way, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. So I said, give me a month. I took a month and I put carbon 60. It’s a liquid, it comes in a dropper bottle. So I put a little bit of it on my gum, inside my mood to my gum and my tooth, my, you know, my lip. I put it on that root, you know, close proximity because it penetrates through the skin and gets in there. I did that twice a day for a month, and the infection went away. I don’t need a root canal.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And that is, that is so great that you didn’t have to get a root canal because what we’re finding out is those are, you know, not the best course of action when it comes to your dental valve specifically. So I’m assuming it would probably help with like gingivitis and any kind of gum inflammation as well.

>> Bob Greska: Yeah, inflammation, that’s what carbon 60 works best at, is inflammation. I mean, free radicals cause inflammation. It goes after the free radical. So the inflammation is negated. Yeah. No matter where it is on your body, you can put it on topically over a joint, you know, over chronic knuckle pain or joint pain as you get older, you can put it, you know, on your, on your knee, on your, you know, wherever you have any muscle pain. Now, topical mist is more convenient for that. You just spray it on, it’s a water base. It evaporates very quickly, like in five minutes or so. The water goes away. The oil you put on it works just is good. But you got the oil. It’s an oil based product, so your skin’s oily for a bit. Then we have our face serum, which is great. We use a very low viscosity squalane oil for that. And we put carbon 60 in it. All of our products are basically two product. We’re two products, two ingredients in each of our products, either oil, water or oil again. And carbon 60 we put into it. But the face serum works really good. It absorbs very quickly in about five or ten minutes, and, helps with the uv damage from the sun. And, it m mimics the or it’s exactly like the, sebum in your sebaceous glands. And it helps with collagen production. And people see a radiance in their skin, after using it for like a week or so like that, people can actually physically tell the difference.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Fantastic. And you also have pet, products as well, right?

>> Bob Greska: Yes, yeah, we have pet products. You know, pets. There’s no placebo effect. We have it for dogs and cats, and we also make a, and that’s an oral supplement. People notice with their cat in a few days, just a couple days there. Their fur is much more silkier, satin like, And also, you know, people put it in, you know, their eyes stop weeping and so forth like that on their dogs. You know, the dogs that have weepy eyes, you see that it stains their fur near their eyeballs, near the bridge of their nose. that stops. The stain doesn’t go away because that’s kind of in the fur, but the weeping stops. People have reported that, or their vision of the dog. They can see better because they can tell. They had cloudy lenses. They could see. Their eyes were all cloudy, the dog was practically blind. And, walking into walls and so forth. But after being on the product, they could actually walk through the doorway without hitting the wall.

Carbon 60 neutralizes toxins by giving an electron to the toxin

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: And what other types of things can carbon 60 help us detox from? Can you tell us, talk about that a little bit? Things in the environment. What other things?

>> Bob Greska: Yeah, just before I forget, let me touch on a horse product. We have one that stops founder. So we have the horse products. So the horse lovers out there that if their hooves go bad and you don’t want to put your horse down, I suggest you try this. We got our very good section on our website, about talking about horses. And then again, what was the question you wanted to ask?

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Now, we’re talking about toxicity. What other things in the environment does carbon 60? Oh, yeah.

>> Bob Greska: Yeah. Well, by definition, a, toxin is an electron stealer. So carbon 60 gives an electron to the toxin. There, you know, you can look at, like, b bytes. Hornets, hornets, a wasp, a spider bite, snake venom. it neutralized. I met people bitten by a rattlesnake and they put the carbon 60 on it and it went away. Or, a black widow, I think we talked about that last time, was bitten by a black widow and he put the carbon 60 on it and the toxin went away. It neutralizes toxins. That’s what carbon 60 does on an atomic nano scale.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s perfect. And what about fluoride in the water? Can it help us with fluoride at all?

>> Bob Greska: You know, to be honest with you, I don’t know. I haven’t heard any reports about fluoride. I don’t know how it react with fluoride, to be honest with you. I don’t know how it works. But if fluoride shows up as a toxin, it’s definitely missing an electron, and fluorine in carbon 60 would neutralize it. That’s how carbon 60 works best, by neutralizing the toxin.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What I love about it is that, ah, it’s kind of what I call a foundational product. You can take it because your knee hurts, or you can take it because you’re thinking you need it on your knuckles because your knuckles are bothering you or whatever, and then it has all this other benefit to it that’s, to me, the hallmark of, a real foundational health product, something that know you take for one reason, but it ends up helping you in all these different ways. Do you find that with your customers? Come out with those stories?

>> Bob Greska: Oh, yeah, they come in with a story. They say, yeah, I was taking it because I had a, you know, a joint problem, but, gosh, I realized I have more energy. You know, I want to get out and do something. I just don’t want to sit on the couch. And again, my favorite story is lady, she was 76 years old, sitting on a couch. Her son gave her some carbon 60, but, three days later, she got up and painted the front of the house. And then she painted the side of the house. I mean, that’s the kind of stories I get, that people, they have the energy. It’s not like a caffeine or anything. It’s like, you know, turns your brain on to function even better. That’s why we suggest taking it in the morning. because if you take it in the evening, it may turn on some of those, brain molecules, and you may want to stay up late and, you know, do some homework or some taxes or whatever you might want to do to just keep your mind occupied. But, yeah, take it in the morning, once a day, with or without food. There’s no taste to it. it’s very simple. You can hold it in your hand, a bottle for 45 day supply, and that’s our leading product out there. But the face serum is really picking up some traction. and so that’s become our second best seller right now. Although the water product, the water base is really nice. That’s a good demonstration to show people that, you know, hey, you spray it on, some pain goes away. Well, just think how it works inside your body.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah, that’s amazing. And the beautiful thing about it, too, is you can give it to kids, right? I mean, when you’re talking about the focus part of it. I would be so interested if anyone in our audience is dealing with a kid that maybe has trouble focusing, if they would try it for that purpose and see if it improves, their, their, focus level. What should we be feeding our dogs in terms of nutrition

I want to talk to you today about dogs. I just lost my big dog back in December, so it’s been kind of a rough road for us. But we’ve brought in some new light with kittens and cats and it’s helping us get through kind of the grief of it. But I know how connected people are to their dogs. And so today I want to just give them some real solutions that they can kind of take personal responsibility and not have to run to the vet for every little thing or feel like they need to be scared. so I want to talk first a little bit about just nutrition. What should we be feeding our dogs? Because there’s a lot of information on the Internet, there’s a lot of information that we get marketed to. What is it that a dog needs to thrive in terms of nutrition?

>> Dr John Maulsby: Okay. yeah, I love nutrition. It’s super duper important for us and all of our animals. So, hey, one thing I wanted to add. Last week, we talked about chickens that I forgot to say. I use, when it gets cold, I use one teaspoon of cayenne pepper to about a gallon of chicken feed. And I mix it in and it helps, helps them keep warm in the winter. And I don’t know if you knew that, but if you have chickens, that’s a good, yeah. an, ah, elderly lady, she’s over 80 back in Missouri, told me that. And she, I said, her name is Betty. I said, betty. That’s a great tip. So I’m passing that out to every, all the chicken owners. Cayenne pepper.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s awesome.

>> Dr John Maulsby: Yeah, I use cayenne pepper, if I think I have some internal bleeding or something like that. Works great. And I use it on horses. If they get a cut down in their fetlock or pastern area, I just put, a bunch of cayenne pepper on there and bandage it and it’ll stop the bleeding. So. But, yeah, chickens will eat cayenne pepper in their feed.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow, that’s great. Great tip.

>> Dr John Maulsby: Yeah. Keeps them warmer and that’s, you know, in the winter, that’s a good thing. So, so, on, dogs, dogs are great. People that have, dogs live about five years longer than people that don’t. They’ve shown that. So I have a basic nutritional plan. I’ve had all sorts of dogs, schnauzers. I’ve got a border collie now. But, so I buy a product in a feed, store it. The number one ingredient is beef or chicken or lamb. I really like beef. I like lamb. But that’s the number one ingredient. The very first thing. And then they’ll have corn and wheat and other things in smaller degrees. Your, product, that you use for, I think it’s a frozen product. Everybody should have some of that on hand to increase the nutritional value of the commercial dog food. That we get so that they just, more nutrition. Today when they make commercial dog foods, they cook a lot of the nutrients out, but it’s expensive to keep a, like you can pay, I don’t know, five pounds for pound, $5 for a pound of dog food. I just can’t afford that, and I think a lot of people can’t. So I try to keep it economically available, but still, get the nutrition into your dog and your product, I think, is really a good one to have on hand.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: do you think it’s okay to feed dogs human food? you know, it’s easy for someone like me now that only has a small. I have a little tiny dog now, my daughter’s dog, you know, so it doesn’t cost much to put a little bit in her bowl. Is that okay to do that?

>> Dr John Maulsby: Okay, so on little dogs, a lot of people do that. And the problem is they get tartar and plaque buildup on their teeth. So you really have to watch your, your dogs for the amount of tartar and, plaque that can build up. I do feed meat scraps, you know, chicken, beef lambda, when I have it in small amounts. And I wouldn’t feed a lot of table scraps, especially to smaller dogs, because they can get real dependent on that. And, but I mean, I do feed some scraps to my dog, but, you know, I’m very, very, very careful about bones. I, don’t feed chicken bones just in general because I, when I was in practice, I saw some problems with that. scraps are okay, though, but just don’t get them so dependent that that’s all elite.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.

>> Dr John Maulsby: And you can. Yeah, well, you know, those little dogs, they worry, worm their way into your heart and then pretty soon they kind of have control of you. So. But, you can do things to keep their teeth clean. And I use, hydrogen peroxide on a gauze sponge, and I just polish them with that, you know, probably once a week, and they get used to it. I know some people, they do brush their dog’s teeth. I find it easier for me to use a gauze sponge on my index finger, but keep their teeth clean because especially older dogs, boy, if they get a lot of plaque, build up, they can. I pulled like maybe 1012 teeth at a time, time out of some dogs that they just had no dental care. So that’s important. Keep their teeth clean.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay, what about rawhide bones? What is your opinion on? Because I’ve heard, you know, I’ve read stuff about them being made in China, and I’m like, scared of them now, so.

>> Dr John Maulsby: Me too. Me too. I’m. I’m not an expert on rawhide bones, but I’m like you, I wouldn’t feed anything from China at all. We just don’t trust that good advice.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: We’re going to take a break and we’ll be back with doctor, doctor John. He’s given us all of his veterinarian expertise. Stay tuned. You’re not going to want to miss it.

Doctor John discusses common issues that people face with their pups

Doctor John, I want to talk about some common issues that people face with their, with their pups. one thing I wanted to talk about was the paw licking. I love that you, that, actually, Bob Greska was just on talking about the eye, the eye leaking. That’s kind of a common thing, too. So I wanted to ask you about that. The eye film or the eye leaking, the paw licking, getting up slow, those types of things I’m sure you’ve seen over and over again in your practice.

>> Dr John Maulsby: Sure. one more thing on teeth. when you’re in a store, they have dental scrapers available and, you know, they’re not very expensive, maybe $5. But a dental scraper, you can chip big chunks of plaque and tartar off if you need to, but, yeah. So on the issues, okay. I feel, little dogs, a lot of times will have a dark spot, especially if they’re white or light colored, coming down from their eye. And I used to use a small dose of tetris oxytetracycline, and that would clear it up usually. I think Bob Greska’s products are fantastic. I’ve never used them in the eye, but, probably just even giving it orally to a dog, a small amount might clear that up. I’ve never done that myself, but I know it’s anti inflammatory. I do use, colloidal silver and eye drops. I’ve used them on myself, and in dogs and cats both. So I like having that on hand. paw licking, that’s a. Can be a big issue in some dogs. some dogs, it just. Boy, drives me nuts to watch. And they’re licking, licking, licking, and their feet are always wet. And sometimes it’s because they’re like my border collie, if I don’t keep him active, he gets bored and he’ll start licking. But sometimes I think it is. There could be a metabolic issue there.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay.

>> Dr John Maulsby: So I’m trying to make sure I have plenty of the omegas, in their diet. Three, six and nine. And, your product probably has adequate, omega oils in it, I would think. I did. I have used a product in the past. It’s called oodles oil, udo oil, and it is omega three, omega six, and omega nine. And then omega six is a very, very low because you don’t want to get too many omega six s in your diet. But you can buy Udo’s oil in the refrigerated area of health food stores. And Udo Erasmus got sprayed with pesticides in his thirties and just became very, very arthritic and painful. Couldn’t hardly move. And so he came up with this formulation, and it’s got sunflower SAP, flower, flaxseed oil in it. And that, those three really do help skin problems and anti inflammatory, as well. So that’s. I mean, try your product and see if that helps. The, licking. Odoos oil is another one. And, probably the carbon 62 probably would help. But if you like a border collie, if I don’t have keep him active. He just needs. He needs activity and he wants to, you know, I have cattle, so I get to get him out and we work cattle or I’ll play catch, with him and fetch and boy, you know, I just try to wear him out and get him tired.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. Is there such a thing as a dog that doesn’t need activity? I mean, this is something people should consider before they adopt a dog, right?

>> Dr John Maulsby: Absolutely. I was in vet practice and a lady I went to church with asked me about irish setters and I said, yeah, I love irish setters. They’re beautiful. Well, this dog was hyper. And she chastised me later. She said, you should have told me how active and hyper he was going to be. And it depends a little bit on the bloodlines, but it is important saying, if you live in an apartment, you need to really think about, don’t get a big dog that needs a lot of activity unless you’re committed to it. You know, you have an acreage where you can get a dog out and let them run and, and be safe and, but, yeah, so, yeah, think about that. If you’re going to get a puppy, think about how much activity it’s going to need and if you’re committed to, you know, getting them out and get them, so they’re not just going nuts. I saw a border collie that was in town and that dog just was not mentally good. He just was too, inactive. So, let’s see, what else.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Is there a, is this small breed just, you know, just, I know you probably can’t, it depends on the bloodline and whatnot. You probably can’t recommend a specific breed, but is there like, are the, you know, little schnauzers a little bit more, ah, less activity needed or is there any kind of breed that you have found over the years that maybe could be a little bit, you know, less active and still be happy?

>> Dr John Maulsby: I did, I had several schnauzers and I raised puppies and I had a very calm, sedate little schnauzer female, and she could get out and run when she wanted to, but she was, you know, I did have her when I lived in town, when I worked down at wheat Ridge. But, yeah, see, what the parents of the puppies look like, see how much activity and talk to the breeders a lot. If you’re going to buy a puppy, great to get it at the dog pound. You just have to take your chances. If you get it at the humane.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Society, we have one segment coming up with doctor John. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back after this short break.

Doctor John, I wanted to ask you about nails for dogs

Just text me at 720-30-3868 we only have a couple minutes left, doctor John, but I wanted to ask you about nails for dogs. this is a real issue in my household. This little dog, she’s just a tyrant. She doesn’t want anybody to touch her nails. So have you got any tips for me?

>> Dr John Maulsby: Yeah, I’ve been bit many times trimming nails. Okay, nails. yeah, my little schnauzer, she didn’t like her nails trimmed. So I had a certain type of, it was a guillotine, nail trimmer that I really liked. And what I did was I had, I have two sons, so I had one of my boys hold her and his arm went up underneath her neck and cupped, her mouth to his shoulder. And then his other hand was behind the elbow and I, you know, I’ve trimmed enough nails. I knew right where the quick was. So just, you know, we just held her, restrained her like that. I know some, groomers, they’re pretty good at trimming nails and they have their own techniques. When, I did surgery, if I had a dog, under anesthesia, for some reason, I would trim their nails, I would express their anal glands and clean their teeth, and clean their ears out all at the same time. If I was going to use an anesthesia, I just did all those things to, you know, that was easy to do. so you just have to work with your dog. Like big dogs, they’re active. Very few nail problems, but little dogs, big issue.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah.

>> Dr John Maulsby: It’s not hard to restrain most dogs and then just get good at. You can see the quick. If they’ve got a light colored nail, a dark nail, you just have to guess. I so got it.

>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Thank you so much for joining us.

>> Dr John Maulsby: We can talk about dog years later. There’s, some things you can do to keep them healthy too.
