Creating habits that create better results is a lifetime commitment
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: What you think.
>> Speaker B: What you feel.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Athenae well, hello. Hello and welcome, to naturally inspired radio. A beautiful day in northern Colorado. A little hazy still. We’re still getting that smoke in from Washington and Canada, British Columbia. I hear, even Vancouver island has got some fires going. it just makes me so sad when I see a, all of that stuff, that destruction that is happening from fires and also makes me wonder, but that’s a whole nother, whole nother rabbit hole to go down to. I hope your week is going well. you’re halfway there through the week. I hope you’re sticking to your promises to yourself. You know, I hope that you are practicing good habits that are making steps towards the results you want in your health journey. Right? That’s what it’s all about. We don’t need to complicate it. It really is just the action we’re taking every day over long periods of time that create the results you want. It’s not that anybody else is more special, and they certainly don’t have any magic and, they don’t have better genes or better anything. They just have gotten into. They came to a point where this became so important to them. They raised their standards and this became health, became a priority. And then they started taking actions every single day towards better results. That’s it. That’s it. We don’t have to complicate it with our emotions of shame or regret or anything else. We just really need to get back to the basics of it and understand that, okay, these sets of actions create better results. And I’m going to take these actions one by one every day over a long period of time. We don’t even know how long it’s going to take. You know, sometimes we can say, I’m going to do this for six weeks, I’m going to do this for twelve weeks. don’t do that to yourself. Those are called fad diets, fad protocols, and they often don’t have lasting results and lead to more shame and more, you know, a moral defeat that you don’t need. It’s about building a lifestyle long term. You know, these habits, this flow that you need to get into, of creating habits that create better results is a lifetime commitment. You will always be working towards your health. But the good news is, once you get into the habit and you start getting better results, it doesn’t feel like a battle anymore. It’s not a battle, it’s just a way of life. All that, willpower you think you need, you no longer need because you’re filling in the gaps with education and understanding why you’re doing it. And that’s really what’s important about it, is understanding that education piece. Because with the education, you don’t need willpower. I’ll say it over and over and over again.
Tammy Garcia: A lot of people are talking about unity right now
What are people talking about in the culture sphere, right? What are the conversations? Some interesting stuff going on. The common theme I see with some of these kingpin influencers, if you will, is what I call them. You know, these people with massive platforms in the alternative media, I guess we could call it, that’s quickly becoming not the alternative media, but becoming more of the mainstream media, which is great. but a lot of the similar message I’m hearing from people with these larger platforms is unity. Unity. Unity. Unity. We need unity. And we express that we need unity. And I think a lot of us understand that we do need unity because our superpower is our numbers, right? Our capability, is in our numbers, right? When we start making different choices and we tap out of the corporate, government model of things and we start buying with the thought of community, commerce in mind, when we tap out of these mainstream media m, shows, you know, that are feeding us propaganda, riling us up, when we don’t take the bait, right? That’s when we start coming together, and that’s where we’ll be able to create, change and create the things that we want to see more of in the world. so I see a lot of people talking about unity and the power of unity. And even, you know, presidential candidates talking about unity. And I think that’s great. But what conversations are they starting to create that unity? What are the topics? What are the issues that we can unify on? That’s what I’d like to hear more about. So it’s great that everyone’s talking about unity. We need to unify. We need to unify. And I always say this, right? I always say this. There’s what we know, and, there’s a gap between what we know and what we do, so we know it. Yes, we need to unify. Yes, we need to unify. But yet everyone keeps starting. And I don’t mean to generalize, but a lot, there’s a lot of discussions taking place still that are divisive, right. Even on. Even though we are unified in what we want. Okay, we want freedom. We want less government. We want, medical freedom. We want to be able to choose, our course of care. we want food freedom, for goodness sakes, right? We want these agencies not to be working for corporations and the government. we want them to work for us. We want them to represent us. I mean, there’s a lot of things that we want to get out of this mess, but we’re not. We have a gap between the idea of unity bringing us together and our actions. Right? We have this gap, so we got to work at closing the gap. That means we got to start conversations that unify, right? So if we keep having the conversations within our own community, arguing about what’s happened with the Trump assassination attempt, and, you know, what Kamala said, what Kamala didn’t say, you know, those types of conversations, what they did, we’re gonna continue to have separate opinions about it, and that’s not unifying. And so if you. If we truly, you know, and I’m. I just want to be upfront. Like, I’m not the big, unity Kumbaya person. Trust me. Ask my husband. That’s not my trait. I’m always up for a good brawl, let me tell you. I’ve had to work at this. I’ve had to work at this because I understand, like, it’s not a matter of just, you know, saying everything’s going to be great and fluffy and all that stuff. That’s not me at all. But we are at such a, dire time right now in our country. Like, we have to unify. We have to unify because it’s our way of being able to stand together to get what really matters, what we want, which ultimately, right, is freedom. I saw a post, right before I was getting ready to come here on Twitter, and, the person that posted it was account I follow on Twitter, asking the question if they should bandaid and burka burkas in Canada. And, that’s not the way. Do I like hajibs and burqas? No, I don’t. I don’t. I got a lot of opinions about that stuff. I don’t. But banning stuff is not the answer if you want to maintain your own freedom, that’s not the way. I want to explain that more when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Healthcare, I think, is definitely a unifying issue
Okay, back to what I was saying about unifying. this is such an important thing that we come together on some of these basic issues. Like I was saying, healthcare, I think, is definitely a unifying issue. We’re just going to probably have to battle it out a little bit about how we get to better, optimum, care because of the machine that has been conditioning people to think that they are weak and defenseless, and they need pharmaceuticals and they need medical intervention for every little thing. Oh, goodness. You are capable. You are so capable. Way more capable than you ever thought you are. so it’s important that we continue to share that message. And I’d like to see these kingpin influencers talk more about unifying issues.
Instead of just talking about unifying, let’s talk about some of the issues
Instead of just talking about unifying, let’s talk about some of the issues, like who is comfortable feeding their kid poisoned food? Right? That should be an easy one to bring. Unity. Let’s come together on, the food wars that are happening in our country. Let’s come together on, you know, wanting to raise happy, healthy kids. I think kids are a unifying thing for sure. You know, if we don’t get off too far off the trail and start talking about, you know, the cult mind virus when it comes to gender and whether that’s happy, you know, if you just keep it on the fact that everybody wants their kids to be happy and have free choice in life and live free, then I think we can agree on those things. The government, our adversaries, these corporations are trying to cut back our choices. Perhaps we can agree on things like that, and unify in that way. I have a great show for you today. Peter Hotez. That little puke. Yep. I call him the little puke because I just can’t. He has not earned any respect from me, that’s for sure. But he’s popping his head up again. he says that we actually need Homeland security to help. Yeah, yeah, homeland security to help reel in misinformation. We’re gonna cover that. I have a clip from him for you today. Oh.
We’re gonna talk women’s health today because trans women deserve it
And then we’re gonna talk women’s health. Boy, oh, lord. I’m gonna have to temper myself on this one, because women’s health has been an issue, and gaslighting women has been an issue for a very long time. The hysterical woman effect. Right? Where at a time, way back so when it was mostly men in medicine, they tended to blow off women under the, label of just hysterical women. If you go and you read about medical history, this is a real thing where they actually diagnosed women with hysteria, right? And that was the end of it. so we, women haven’t, women’s health hasn’t gotten the attention it needs. Unless, of course, you’re talking about abortion, right? And then, oh, my goodness, all eyes on abortion, right? But no, what about real women’s health? Well, it’s getting attention now just, a little bit. You know why? Because trans women deserve women’s health. Oh, my lord. So we’re going to talk about that, because everyone’s talking about sports when it comes to trans, right? Everyone’s talking about sports. But what is the impact on health? For the love of God, what is the impact on women’s health when men start infiltrating women’s health studies? But what’s the real science impact of that? No, no. We’re all caught up in women’s sports, right? Health. There’s going to be a massive impact on women’s health. It’s going to set it back even more. So we’re going to talk about that today.
Colorado is the epicenter of the bird flu. Yay, Colorado
the epicenter of the bird flu. Yay, Colorado. We are the epicenter of the bird flu. How lucky are we? The testimonial begins, right? It’s a testing epidemic, let me tell you. Anyway, keep, your eyes on this because this is going to become, I am, you know, a little concerned. This is going to become a real issue. M. You know, when they decide to drop the current chaos of where is Biden and is he alive? Is he dead? Kamala, hillary, blah, blah, blah, all that kind of settles down. Guess what? They’ll amp up bird flu again. Up, and down we go. You see how they toy with your emotions? What are you supposed to be concerned about today? Don’t let them do it. Nonetheless, we’ll talk about it. and I want to talk about, of course, some, resources that you can get about that, so you can learn what’s really going on with that.
The health topic today is dysmenorrhea
The health topic today is dysmenorrhea. And maybe you know what that is, maybe you don’t. I am an expert. Let me tell you, there is nothing, I think, I don’t know about dysmanorrhea. You know why? I suffered from it, from myself, for. For many, many years, 15 years, in fact, and got no answers from the medical establishment. And so this kind of ties into why it’s so important that we protect women’s health and women’s, and science and research when it comes to women’s health. because I went for 15 years with absolutely no answers. And, the only solution, one of the solutions given to me, near the end of my medical, mafia paradigm search, was antidepressants. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So anyway, we’ll get into that. and of course, I’m going to tell you about the solutions, how I came through that and what worked and what didn’t. Because I’ll tell you, I tried a lot of things. When you’re on a health journey, you have to have a very open mind and try a lot of things. And then we’ll get to the naturally inspired moment today. I think you’ll find it extremely helpful how you think, how you act and how you feel is your personality. And so if you want to change the way you feel, the way you operate on a daily basis, then you have to examine each component of this. So we’re going to dive into that a little bit today as well. That, and, you know, I know there’ll be more. I want to take your questions at 877-536-1360 if you want to send them in there about today’s show. So if you have questions about health, like you need a solution, you need, you know, to connect to a professional. You want my thoughts, comments, whatever. Of course, you can always reach me on my text line. my text line is 720-303-8868 that’s 720-303-8868 and you don’t even have to put your name on that if you don’t want to, if you want to share your name with me, that’s great. But if you don’t, don’t worry about it. I don’t even need to know. ask your comment or question and I’ll get back to you the very best I can. If I don’t have an answer, then I will find somebody who does. That’s the way we roll here at naturally inspired radio.
200,000 Americans died because of anti vaccine aggression, anti science aggression
Okay, let’s go to the first clip today. This is, Peter, hotez, aka, little puke. Take a listen to what this guy is saying. Now, I have to give you a.
>> Speaker B: Very long, I don’t know the answer to your question answer because it is very complicated. And quite honestly, you know, the health sector doesn’t know what to do because this is now first and foremost a political problem. and what I’ve said to the Biden administration is the health sector can’t solve this on its own. We’re going to have to bring in Homeland security, Commerce department, justice department, help us understand how to do this. And I’ve said the same with. I met with, doctor Tedros, last month in Geneva. Who? The director general. To say, I don’t know that the World Health Organization can solve this on our own. We need the other United nations agencies, NATO. This is a security problem because it’s no longer a theoretical construct or some arcane academic. 200,000 Americans died because of anti vaccine aggression, anti science aggression. And so this is now a lethal force that. And now I feel, as a pediatric vaccine scientist, it’s, just as. Just as though it’s important, just as it’s important for me to make new vaccines to save lives, the other side of saving lives is countering this anti vaccine aggression.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay, well, I just had to take a couple breaths because I could feel myself just getting mad listening to this guy. so, first of all, two, hundred thousand deaths from anti vaxxers is a gaslighting statement. Let’s just start there. Okay? That is an unprovable statement. It doesn’t have any merit to it whatsoever. Here’s why, okay? The vaccine, the shot, the poison dart, whatever you want to call it, did not stop transmission. Okay? Did not stop transmission. So therefore, there’s really no difference of me being vaccinated or being unvaccinated in a room full of people, because we’re not talking about it. Stopping transmission because it didn’t do that, Peter. It didn’t do that. Okay? it did not keep people from getting sick. We know that. But many people who took seven shots got sick, okay? So the whole purpose of this sound bite is to stir up fear right now. Oh, my gosh. Don’t post that meme. Don’t talk about your questions. Don’t do that publicly, because homeland security will come. I’m shaking in my boots, Peter. At this point, most of us understand the consequence of speaking out. If we’re still speaking out. You’re underestimating us, and you’re underestimating how many people do not believe a word you say, anymore. Let’s talk more about it when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m glad you’re here.
>> Speaker C: Did you know that over 40 million adults in the United States suffer from anxiety? Renew remedy understands the struggles of anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia and addiction. Esther says taking low molecular collagen has improved joint mobility and pain
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: we’re back. I want to share with you. I got another testimonial in about the collagen, a collagen from Esther. It says since I started taking collagen supplements, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my joint mobility and reduce discomfort during my daily activities. I would say the difference is remarkable. And I have been more active and pain free than I have in years. Esther, I’m so glad to hear that. That is awesome. Of course you can order the collagen@naturallyinspiredradio.com. dot. When you head to the website, you can just click on the collagen. you take one tablespoon in the morning and one tablespoon in the evening. So it’s super easy to take. What I have found is that I am not using other products, anymore. I’ve let them kind of go by the wayside because this is filled. It has a cascading effect on what it impacts. And I didn’t expect that taking it, in the beginning because I had been on collagen prior to this, powdered collagen and it didn’t have these types of results. But when I switched over to the low molecular collagen, I started seeing improvement. And I thought, okay, I don’t think I really need to use this face wash anymore. I don’t think I need to. You know, there was a few things that products I was using that I’ve kind of just dropped and I’m still seeing improvement, in my hair, skin, nails, mobility, lots of different things. So it’s great. I like to make things simple, and you can certainly do that when you get on this collagen. Head over to naturallyinspiredradio.com today, click on the collagen tab and get yours ordered today.
Peter Hotez calls to sic homeland security on parents opposing vaccines
All right, back to Peter Hotez, one of my least favorite people, I would say. especially since he’s calling to sic homeland security on me and you, right. Because, oh, if you’re an anti vaxxer, then you must require, what? What, Peter? What is homeland security going to do to us? Take our houses away? Lock us up? Send us to re education camp? What do you want, Peter? What do you want to have happen? Enough with your little threats. Enough with your little threats. Peter, you know, calls himself a pediatric scientist. Okay, Peter, well, is it possible maybe that your head is so far up the pediatric scientific model, that it never occurred to you that you could be off track. Because, Peter, your model never told many of us parents that there could be side effects to this products that you’re working so diligently to continue to produce and pump out and pump into our children. You overlooked a few things. You forgot to tell us to read the inserts on these products. So you have a tad bit of a bias there, Peter. And now that you’re in the limelight and you’re on the news and getting interviews, it seems like you have even more of a bias. M your unwillingness to accept or acknowledge that your work has negative ramifications on people is proof that you cannot call yourself an expert. You cannot call yourself an expert. It has been proven that you can’t unequivocally say that vaccines or shots like the COVID shot flu shot don’t cause harm. It’s been proven that you won’t. And you can’t say that. But yet you feel the need to sic homeland security on parents and people that don’t buy your paradigm of thinking, because we have experience with your paradigm of thinking. And it didn’t work out so good, Peter. Didn’t work out very good at all. you don’t get to call yourself an expert anymore because you work in science. You guys ruined that. You ruined that. Nobody gets to just believe you because you call yourself an expert anymore. You don’t have the results. Look in the mirror, Peter. You don’t have the results. You don’t have the results. And anyone who looks at you not to be mean, but you don’t have the results. You have an autistic child yourself. Why? You’ve, failed to look into that from an objective point of view. Instead, you continue to gaslight people, and I won’t stand for it. He only sees things one way, and he runs like a chicken when he is confronted. He’s not a leader. This man is not a leader. You know why? Because he doesn’t have standards that exhibit leadership. He’s not leading the way. How dare you? How dare you come on and say something like that and just create more division between people. You can’t accept your failures. You can’t accept. Oh, my gosh. Maybe we need to. No, you’re a tool. You’re a tool. You’re a little yes man. You’re just like Fauci, just out there just doing their work for them and getting all this recognition. Coward. Absolute coward. Wouldn’t debate Steve Kirsch. Wouldn’t debate anybody, right? Was given, the opportunity to debate on Rogan for charity, for millions. Wouldn’t do it. Go away already. Just go away. Just go away. Go away. That’s all I’m going to say about that, man.
There’s a study that came out about women’s health
Let’s move on to women’s health. there’s a study. There’s a study that came out, about, women’s health. Okay, it’s $153 million study. Okay, 153 million dollars study. And, it’s about women and pain. And, let’s just take a listen to it. Let’s cue it up. And here it is.
>> Kristy Hall: I want to get back to this.
>> Speaker E: Inquiry in Victoria into women’s pain, which.
>> Kristy Hall: Is welcoming submissions from transgender women. I’m joined now by giggle founder,
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Sal Grover, live from the Gold coast.
>> Kristy Hall: Good to talk to you again, Sal. We talked about this last night with.
>> Speaker E: Gemma Tongini and Caroline de Russo.
>> Kristy Hall: It just seems terrible that you’re looking at women’s pain issues, which obviously are gender specific trans women, that is biological. Men are encouraged to feed into this.
>> Speaker E: Is there nothing that women can just have for women?
>> Speaker C: Apparently not. I mean, that’s really the problem at the moment. what is the point of having a study about women’s pain if men can just identify into the study? It’s $153 million they’re spending on this study that is going to, what, tell us all that some women have testicular issues? There’s no point to it. Women’s health is actually incredibly under researched, and it needs more attention to it. But this isn’t it. Also, it would be interesting if they did a study of, like, men versus women.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Pain.
>> Speaker C: Like, that could be really interesting findings there, but this isn’t it. This is a study about women’s pain, and they’re saying, oh, these men who consider themselves to be women, for whatever reason, should be included in it. Why should we pay attention to this? Why should anyone pay for it? It’s absurd.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Absolutely absurd. Let’s talk about it when we come back. If you’re listening to naturally inspired radio, stay tuned. There’s so much more to come.

Women’s health has been understudied, says former CNN correspondent
okay, so women’s health, we just finished that clip. It’s absurd. I, it’s laughable because it’s so incredibly crazy. Can you believe, can you believe that this, I mean, I’m talking specifically to Gen Xers here right now, like, you know, because we’re still like raising kids and our kids are getting to the point, you know, where they’re maybe adults now and stuff. But did you ever foresee this being an issue? Because I sure as heck didn’t. Right? I didn’t think that my daughter would, having, would have her, you know, the knowledge base around her health, women’s health would be impacted by the fact that, oh, now men are being studied in the capacity of women’s health. What, what, I like the little dig that she gets in that clip where she says, yeah, like we’re gonna, we’re going to study, women’s health and then we’re going to get some information on testicular health. Like, you can’t, you really cannot make this up. It is absolute insanity. But here’s, here’s the sobering part about it, and the part that gets me fired up is that women’s health has been. Has been understudied. And we can speculate on why. You know, maybe the funding is not there. I don’t know why. It doesn’t really matter why. It matters that we correct it. Because many women are suffering. They’re suffering because they can’t get to the answers that they need. Because it’s not being funded in that capacity that it should be. And now we’re adding more in the mix by screwing up studies, by putting men in it. And it’s just so, I hate to use their kind of language, but like, it’s offensive. It’s offensive to me that now people are taking an interest more in women’s health because what? Because there’s trans involved in it now. Because there’s men involved in it now. Like what? And trust me, you know, I’m not, I’m not the person that stands on a soapbox about women’s rights and all that. I’m not, I think men and women are equal, and we both have fantastic, wonderful, beautiful things to contribute to society. but with that said, there has been a deficit in womens health. Theres a deficit in mens health too, in a way, because, men still dont feel like they can reach out for help when it comes to their health. We need to work on that too. but this is just rich, you know, just rich that now, that there are men involved in women’s health. I can’t even believe I’m saying statements like that. There are men involved in women’s health. Then all of a sudden it starts getting traction. Everyone’s focused on women’s sports, right? Oh, so because that’s such a, kind of more of a visual underdog type scenario, right? You see a man fighting a woman in mixed martial arts in an octagon, and he’s practically murdering her. This is very visual. And you have a visceral reaction to it when you see these men or young men racing against young women on the track and they’re smoking them. you have a visceral reaction to that because you can see it.
You inserting yourself into women’s health is going to create fallout for biological women
But let’s talk about the health aspect of this too, because this is, this could be the matter, you know, a matter of life or death. It could be a matter of quality of life for women. You’re setting us back here under your theater. You are not a woman. If you have a penis, I’m sorry, but you are not. And you’re inserting yourself into women’s health is going to create fallout for biological, real women. And it’s not okay. It’s not okay. It’s not okay. More women need to unify on that. You know, this is a real, real tangible issue here. You’re going to set back women’s health. And there are things that we still, you know, there are so many. As a woman, I can tell you, you know, some of these things that I have just, you know, gone through as a woman, nobody tells you about. Some of the craziest, most obvious things somehow escaped me. And when they happen to me, you ask another woman about it, an older woman, they go, oh, yeah, yeah, that happens. Yeah, that happens. excuse me. Why do we not know about this? Why do we not know about this? That still happens today. It’s like this little secrecy, thing going on between women, you know, have a baby, you think you read all the books. You read all the books, you get yourself totally prepared. You think you’re ready. You’re not, you’re nothing. Breastfeeding, for example, everyone, you know, oh, breastfeeding, just do this. It’s no big deal. Yeah, it’s so convenient. You know, this is how you do it. It’s gonna work like a charm. No, it takes effort and trial and error to breastfeed exclusively. Best thing I ever did. But it took a lot of work. It took a lot of work to get it going. these are the types of things we don’t even have discussions about. And now we’re going to talk about what? Fake breastfeeding, chest feeding? Give me a break. Let’s talk more about it when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned.

There are things that still don’t get talked about in women’s health
okay, let’s get back to the women’s health topic. it is, just absolutely mind blowing to me, that this is where we are at in 2024. because like I said before the break, there are things that still don’t get talked about in women’s health that get. And then women end up putting a lot of shame on themselves. And back to the breastfeeding thing, right? This whole thing, we’ve been back and forth with it. Like what? I think, you know, maybe in the nineties, it came back into, quote, fashion. Breastfeeding is not a fashion. Okay. It’s not a fashion. It is, biology, and it is beneficial and necessary for your baby. Right. there are complications when people can’t do it. And I think that the reason why is because they’re not being instructed properly. Oh, don’t worry about it. Just bottle feed. It’s so much easier anyway, right? You’re missing out. And that’s not being expressed to you. You’re being told, hey, it’s okay. Because, like, in the seventies, they taped women’s breasts after birth. They bound them so that they didn’t have to breastfeed. And then it became back in fashion. But again, the education piece is not there. You don’t know what to expect. It’s not true. A lot of the stuff that you read in these mainstream books is not true. We have to be honest with these issues, and we have to help women understand their natural body and how it functions and how to work with it, not against it. This stuff is still not being discussed. And now we have to deal with chest feeding when it comes, or how, men get pain with their periods. The look on my face. I’m not good at hiding the looks on my face as it is, but I’m just disgusted with this. And I guess it’s a personal, experience. Experience that I’ve had with it as well that, you know, brings the empathy because, you know, people still think, oh, like, you know, women who get cramps with their period, oh, you know, sit down with a hot water bottle. no, no, no. Dysmenorrhea is a, it’s not a hot water bottle type of situation. Let me tell you. When we come back soon, we have Christy hall joining us with living well nutrition today, renew remedy. Colorado is the epicenter of bird flu. Did you hear this?
Okay, let’s get back to these topics, because I want to get through such important stuff here. Before we get to Christy hall, just one last thing about women’s health. I want to say is that we can’t tolerate this. We can’t tolerate this. This is going to set us back. There are so many things that we need to discuss about women’s health, about health in general, but we can’t allow this woke mind virus to infiltrate, the progress that we have made. We just cannot. We’re already. We’re already dealing with big pharma. We’re all. We’re already dealing with stereotypes and gaslighting in women’s health. We don’t need this issue as well. Stand up for your daughters if you can’t find the courage to do it for yourself, I’m pleading with you. Do it for your children, because I know you have it for them. I know you have it for them. infuriating, infuriating that this would be the case, that we would be set back even further because of this. Absolutely infuriating. Colorado is the epicenter of bird flu. Did you hear this? Did you hear this? We are the first state to mandate testing for h five n one at dairy farms. I would say, you know, prevention is key. We, have to be living in prevention all of the time. We have to be, no matter what, if there’s a big, urgency, over a virus or a health concern, whatever, public health urgency, we should be confident in where we are in our health that we know we are best set to be successful to get through it because we practice the habits every single day. You are fearful if you are still wearing a mask, if you are, you know, concerned about this. you’re acting in fear. You’re acting out of fear. It is triggering. I would say you probably have some PTSD from COVID from all of the mandates and whatnot, and you should probably seek help with it because this bird flu thing isn’t killing anybody. Okay? And the PCR they’re using to test for it is not meant to test for it. It is not. look at the inventor of the PCR. You can read his articles. You can watch videos from him. He point blanks blank, tells you this is not what this is intended to be used for. It doesn’t work like that. What it’s detecting at, what magnification as well, right. At one point, I think the magnification of the test was 40, which you could just find, anything under that magnification. It was manipulated to create fear response, to create numbers with cases in order to be able to control the information that was. That was being put out for a specific result, which we now know what that specific result was because right on the heels of Covid-19 what did we get? The great reset. CBDCs, LGBTQ, all things mechanism is used to change life as we know it. And they continue and it continues and continues. So, I don’t know why we got lucky here in Colorado. We get to be the epicenter of it all. Why is that? I don’t know. Probably because we have a big agricultural community here in weld county, and, you know, we have a blue state now. So a lot of people just go along to get along, apparently, or so they think that the case. I really hope that people through Covid have waken up and not, And learned not to blindly trust your tribe just because you think it’s cool to be part of the woke mind virus. You want to virtue signal how inclusive you are. It’s just gross. I really hope that it doesn’t take off anymore. but we should be keep it in our awareness that this is happening and it’s happening right underneath our nose right here in the great state of Colorado.
We will talk more about dysmenorrhea after this break
Moving along, I think this is a really relative health topic today. I want to talk a little bit more about dysmenorrhea because we talked about, women’s health today. I think it’s really important that people understand this. I don’t think most people probably know what dysmenorrhea is, so let’s start by just, defining it, right. There’s a medical term that describes the condition when it’s uncomfortable enough
Okay, so, dysmenorrhea, most women, experience some amount of pain and discomfort associated with their period. But there’s actually a medical term that describes the condition when it’s uncomfortable enough to warrant treatment. Dysmenorrhea, its symptoms, which can be constant or sporadic, can occur before or during a menstrual period and last throughout the cycle. Hey, let me just debunk that for you, okay? Because, yeah, there’s treatment. No, there ain’t. No, there isn’t. Not unless you want to take pain medication. That’s. That’s all they got for you. They don’t know why it happens. It’s idiopathic. you know, you can get all the scans, and if nothing comes back, then they’re out of answers for you. Yep. You’re out of luck. In fact, lady, maybe it’s all in your head. That’s the truth of it. Dysmenorrhea is common, though more than half of women experience some degree of discomfort with their periods. Up to 15% of women with dysmenorrhea find the discomfort so disruptive and debilitating that they have to stay home from school or work to recuperate. Oh, do they? Oh, do they? I’m sorry that my sarcasm is coming out here, but the way that they, describe this condition, as if, oh, you know, poor, you just have a little bit of pain. No, let me tell you, and I’ve said it before, and I’m not patting myself on the back here by any shape at all. I’m a tough broad. And this pain that I experienced with this menorrhea was debilitating. Okay, we’re not talking about lay down and with a hot pad and be able to, you know, fall asleep because you just don’t feel good. No, you. I was writhing in pain. I would say it was super close to giving birth every month, and I’ve given birth twice. Pretty. Pretty painful experience. I was experiencing that on a monthly basis for years. For years. And every time I went back to the allopathic doctor, man, we don’t know. They didn’t go, we could rip your uterus out. Yep. And even that was like, I don’t know if we can do that. You know? How bad is it, really? well, thankfully, I listened to my intuition, because I just knew that wasn’t the answer for me. I knew that if I took an organ out of my body, I was going to be opening up a whole other Pandora’s box of issues. So I declined, thankfully, I declined your pain medication. I declined your mental, diagnosis or suggestion. Not a diagnosis, but a suggestion. and I declined your operation. If you can’t tell me what’s wrong with my uterus, why do you need to pull it out? That was red flag, right? If you can’t see anything’s wrong with it, you don’t know what’s wrong with it. and you can’t guarantee, by the way, that it would stop the pain, then why would I do that? Why would I do that? But nonetheless, those were the answers. I got off. I went off. I went right to all these different providers over the years to try to find results.
There are two kinds of dysmenorrhea: primary and secondary
There are two kinds of dysmenorrhea. There’s one they call primary, which actually begins before your period, up to three days before, and then they’re secondary, which may cause pain and discomfort for longer periods of time, depending on the condition and your symptoms, here are some of the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Cramps, throbbing and achiness in your lower abdomen. Pain or achiness that radiates down your legs and thighs. Constipation, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, lower back pain, increased urge to pee. Nausea, vomiting. Yep. You shouldn’t be vomiting with your period. Something’s going on. Body signaling. What is it signaling? That’s what we got to get to the. To the. To the root cause of. Right. So, during your menstrual cycle, the uterus produces different levels of chemicals called prostaglandins. Ah. this is when I had a light bulb. Momentous. No doctor told me this. Found this out on my own. Prostaglandins can cause uterine contractions, leading to cramping as the uterine muscles contract and relax. No kidding. No joke. Experts believe that high levels of prostaglandins are responsible for primary dysmenorrhea. How is it diagnosed? we don’t know what else is wrong. That’s basically how it’s diagnosed. We don’t know what else is wrong because we can’t find any endometriosis, we can’t find any fibroids, we can’t find any cysts, we can’t find anything else. And nothing else seems off. There are no other issues. So we’re going to give you this one. What are their treatments to it? they’ll give you nsaids. Let me just tell you now. Nsaids lead to stomach bleeding, hair, loss, and a whole lot of host of other problems when you take them chronically, especially in large doses, not without consequence. So know that up front. Heating, pads. No, m. You know, I think heating pads, may cause a soothing effect. Okay. But they actually contribute to the inflammation in the area. Ice. Ice. Contrary to what you have been told probably your whole life, ice walking movement can offer some relief. Yoga. Yes. I did yoga for a couple of years, primarily to try to combat this condition, not with a whole lot of success, but here we go. Now we start getting into some of the good stuff. omega three fatty acids. Guess what they do. They help regulate prostaglandins. Another clue. Another clue. Guess where we’re going. Diet. I’m telling you, it all comes down to diet. And if you are having, signals coming from your cycle, that is a vital sign, and it should not be ignored. It should not be ignored because it doesn’t just go away. It’s going to get worse until you respond to the signal in a way that you can begin your healing journey. And that’s why I am adamant about saying, do not just throw your young girls on birth control to eliminate the problem, because all you are doing is kicking the can down the road, and many years later, there’s going to be a bigger problem. A healthy cycle, is a vital sign coming from your body as a woman. M and I turned over every rock to find answers to this issue, and everyone should. You should not settle for pain medication or ripping out your uterus. Those aren’t solutions. Those are band aids, and they have consequences which lead to more health issues. Quickly. here are some of the things that I did. First of all, rule out all of the things that we’ve already talked about. Right? The cysts, all that stuff you want to, you know, get it, rule all that stuff out. Here are some of the things I used over the years that contributed to my healing journey. Chiropractic care, one of the first places I started. This is why I have a lot of respect for chiropractors. They listen, they listened, and they truly worked with me to try to get me some answers. uterine massage was another thing I tried. This is a practice somebody, that, you know, very few people are skilled at this, so you have to find a good practitioner. but I was able to find one, and we ruled out that that probably wasn’t, the issue. So it didn’t help me directly, but it helped me understand my body more, that it couldn’t be solved in that capacity. Herbs helped study herbs when it comes to this kind of pain. And your cycle. Vitamins helped. Supplementation helped dramatically. Turmeric was a huge resource for me.
Renew remedy offers natural solutions to help you find peace and balance
Raspberry leaf tea, another huge resource for me. I mentioned I tried yoga. I think if I had developed an individualized practice of yoga where I was really concentrating on opening my hips, it would have been more helpful to me. I tried hypnosis. I think there’s an emotional component to many of the things that ail us, and so you can’t leave that chip on the table without addressing it. You can’t. You have to. You know, I would ask myself, my conscious, my consciousness, like, what is this? Am I creating this myself? Am I. What is happening here? Is this emotional release that I need to have happen to be able to let go of this pain? I explored it. Like I said, you have to be like a dog with a bone when it comes to these types of things. You can’t give up. You have to look under every stone. Stretching definitely helped. the biggest one, I think, is diet. So when I learned that seed oils contributed to inflammation in the body, I became vigilant. Not even sure what word I’m trying to use there. but I became hyper aware of what I was eating and making sure that I wasn’t putting inflammatory foods into my body. Seed oils were a huge contributor. They are everywhere. And I didn’t know what I didn’t know. It was only once I started really looking at labels and being aware that I could cut them out. Honestly realize, oh, this is playing a factor. This is playing a huge factor. Acupuncture was the other thing I would put that very high. Diet and acupuncture, these two things, I think I was dealing. Again, I’m going to go back to the chinese, traditional chinese medicine model, right, where it comes down to congestion. You don’t necessarily need a label to everything that ails you. You just need to understand that you have congestion there. There’s an issue. It’s inflammation, it’s mucus, it’s whatever you want to call it. There’s a buildup, there’s a blockage, and you have to clear the blockage. And that’s exactly what I did. It took me a long time, but I did do it, and I’m so grateful for that healing, and I hope you will see the correct healing instead of a band aid when we come back. Christy hall is going to be joining us. So excited to talk with her today. Stay tuned. You’re not going to want to miss it.
>> Speaker C: Did you know that over 40 million adults in the United States suffer from anxiety? Renew remedy understands the struggles of anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and addiction. >> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: we’re back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I want to mention, too, that I was guided by Christy hall at living well nutrition. When I seeked out information about nutrition, she did, my epigenetics, and that led to a ton of great information and led, to me changing my diet as well. So she’s a valuable resource, for that type of thing and can help in so many different ways. We’re going to talk to her in a minute. And I also wanted to just mention that weightlifting, too, was a big part of my healing journey. lifting weights and getting stronger, you would be. It changes your body’s composition. It’s not all about getting skinny. For the love of God, give it up. It’s not about being skinny. It’s about your body’s composition and its ability to function at a high level. And when you understand that there’s a shift that happens as well. And when you start getting the signals back that you are, you know, performing at an optimum level, it is so rewarding. And, you know, you can look back on your journey and say, yes, those were the things that made the difference. Christy began her career in the health industry, working in the not for profit healthcare sector. After graduating from. From Texas A and M M university and her role as a mom, she learned about alternative approaches to healthcare. Her daughter suffered from eczema and fatigue. After multiple tests, M and medical doctors were unable to find the cause. Christy pursued other avenues for help, and her daughter recovered through the power of nutrition. So, a few years later, the physical pain Christy herself had been feeling for years became much worse. Healthcare providers mentioned conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Christy studied alternative approaches to combat these things. She designed a protocol and experienced a drastic reduction in pain and fatigue. And it’s just been up from there. Christy has evolved her work in this field, and she’s developed renew remedy, into her practice, and she has all kinds of tools in her toolbox. I want to welcome Christy to naturally inspired radio today.
We have to we have to grow our health literacy, Christy says
Hi, Christy. How are you?
>> Kristy Hall: Hey, girl. I am doing great. I love hearing you talk about your journey and how you healed yourself. That’s so inspiring.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Oh, thank you. Well, you were a part of that. Do you remember when you did my epigenetics and I do. Yeah. We had so much fun doing that. It’s such an interesting process. And I think more people, I think I said this to you after we got done. I said, why do we not get this when we’re born?
>> Kristy Hall: Right.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right.
>> Kristy Hall: So that you know where your vulnerabilities are.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes.
>> Kristy Hall: You know, it’s. It’s all about information gathering. Right. Because the more data you have, the more information you have, the better, more informed choices you can make for your health, or me as a practitioner for the health of my clients. And so that’s. That’s really what it’s all about.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yeah. In the future, I pray that we have this type of stuff. This makes so much sense to me. Why do we. I mean, we have all this technology where, you know, we claim fame to all the latest and greatest technology in this country, and yet we’re not accessing this very simple thing where we can get our genetics tested. We can get, you know, some. Some guidance with a. With a trained, practitioner that can say, hey, you might want to steer clear of these foods. You might want to eat more of these foods because this will bring you better health outcomes, and you are not destined to a genetic bad, you know, hand of cards, which is what the allopathic model always tells us. Well, sorry, it’s just the cards you got dealt.
>> Kristy Hall: Right. Well, as a culture, we really gave over our responsibility for health to the western medicine industrial complex, which is driven, of course, by the pharmaceutical industry. Right. And so the pharmaceutical. Not all pharmaceuticals are bad. Right. There are times when we need them. And I’m so grateful that I live in this country where we have the best medications.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right, right.
>> Kristy Hall: But we. We gave up our responsibility. Oh, it’s. I don’t have to worry about it. My doctor will give me a pill for that. And nothing could be farther from the truth. Right.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes.
>> Kristy Hall: we have to be responsible and we have to. We have to take it back. But nobody’s going to make billions of dollars like the pharmaceutical industry. I’m, just telling you about you. You, right.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That’s right.
>> Kristy Hall: And so we have to. We have to take responsibility, own it. I’m responsible for. I put my mouth. I’m responsible for the movement or the lack of movement in my day, and, then take the steps. It’s not, you know, it’s a shift in the way you think, and it’s a shift in the way you live. But it’s doable.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes. I like to term it, you know, health literacy. We have to we have to grow our health literacy. And you don’t have to know to the level. Level. And, that Christy knows. Right? I mean, she’s working on a dissertation right now. You don’t have to go that far. We don’t have to go that far. But our health literacy is terrible in this country, and it’s clear I’m judging that based on results.
>> Kristy Hall: Right, right, exactly. And watching the chronic disease, like, we have an epidemic of chronic disease, and we’ve had it. But it was predicted back in the 1930s, it was predicted that we were going to have this epidemic of chronic disease. I think we sped it along with a lot of our choices, like with the fast food and the packaged foods, convenient foods, and our very sedentary lifestyle. We aren’t designed to sit in an office all day, five days a week. We’re not designed. That is not good for us. No. And so we need to. We’ve got to redesign. And I realize not everybody is, in a place, and they don’t all have the opportunity to try to redesign what their lives look like. but there is something that every one of us can do to make, our days better and healthier, certainly from what we put in our mouth to how we move. And if that even means, you know, when your colleagues are out taking a smoke break, you’re out taking a walk break.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Right? Yes. Normalize walk breaks. I mean, we somehow normalize smoke breaks. Why can’t we normalize walk breaks?
>> Kristy Hall: Amazing how long it takes to smoke a cigarette. you can easily get a mile in during that time, for sure.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Exactly.
You say it was predicted in the 1930s that we would have health epidemic
Would you elaborate on. You said it was predicted in the 1930s that we would have this kind of health epidemic. Could you elaborate on that? I’m interested in that.
>> Kristy Hall: Yeah. So, that was what Weston a. Price, he, was involved in that, in his book, that he wrote. He and his wife, he was a dentist. Wesley Price was a dentist. And, he started realizing that the palates of his patients are actually his patients children that were being born with very narrow palates. He was intensely interested in what was happening, and then they, started getting a lot of cavities. So he and his wife literally closed up the dental practice and traveled the globe, not once, but twice. And specifically looking for isolated people groups and, determining what was in their diet, what was in their native diets. And what they found was their native diets were very high in fat soluble nutrients. But this all came about at a time when, you know, he’s saying, hey, there’s something happening to the health of Americans? And, there were hearings being held in, Washington, DC, at Capitol Hill. Like, what is going on? And what they identified here in the US is our soils were becoming very depleted of nutrients. And, what we did to try to make our plants healthier is we only replaced, replaced three nutrients. So we depleted the soils of all nutrients and replaced three so that our plants would look bright and green and they would grow quickly. But it still left us devoid of so many trace minerals that our foods were just not as nutritious.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, that makes a whole lot of sense. And why, if you care about nutrition, that you have to care about farming as well. We’re gonna take a quick break. When we come back, more with Christy hall from renew remedy and living well nutrition. Stay tuned.

So we’ve talked a little bit about the epigenetics piece. we’ve talked about her nutrition stuff, where she connects people to, being able to solve their issues, like she did for herself with fibromyalgia, and like she did with her daughter, with, with eczema and skin conditions and whatnot. I’m, telling you that it won’t be the scientists. I’ve said this over and over again, but it won’t be the scientists that solve these issues for us. I truly believe that it’ll be us who solve the issues for the people we love, because that’s what pushes us forward. You are not getting in my way. If I need to find a solution for my kid, nobody’s getting in my way. And that’s the same way Christie hall was with her daughter. And I hear this over and over. It doesn’t make us special. It makes us, you know, parents and makes us, our hearts full of love, because that’s what pushes you forward is the love for your child, the love for the family member, that no one’s getting in your way. You’re going to solve this issue, and that’s how we’re going to solve these health issues. I really believe that it’s going to be us pushing the science. It’s not going to be just some random person. You know, they’ll come up with another product for you. That’s what they’ll come up with, but they’re not going to come up with the root cause, to your problem, the solution there. Christy?
I want to know more about how you’re using brain mapping
So I want to explore a little bit more about, the things that you do. Can you talk to us? I learned something about brain mapping recently when I attended an event that you were at. I want to know how you’re using brain mapping and introduce our audience to that tool. Yeah.
>> Kristy Hall: So we work closely with, wellness restoration, and they’re the ones that do the mapping, and then they send their maps over here to us, and we can start working on people’s brains. So let’s first start with what is a brain map. So, a brain map, is. Is a way for us to measure what brainwaves you’re having, across all sections of your brain. And so are we seeing things that are too fast? A lot of the really fast brain waves, the gamma waves, are we seeing too high alpha waves? That’s usually what you’re, in when you’re just relaxing with family and friends. Or is your beta too low? And so some of the things that we can see, like somebody that is just so wound up with anxiety and they can’t even function, like they can’t get out of their own way, a lot of times, they have too much gamma going on. they can’t sleep. they’re just, you know, it’s like add on steroids, right? They just can’t get anything done because their brain is so wound up. people that have really high alpha alpha, sometimes they’re just depressed, right? And they’re just sad. They can’t get things done. They can’t get into go mode and accomplish things in their lives. People with add, oftentimes they’re low beta. They don’t have enough of those. I’m going to focus and get things done today kind of brainwaves so we can. That can all be mapped out on a brain map, and people can bring their brain maps into us, and then we can start to use external, completely, completely safe, completely painless inputs into the brain. It’s called neural entrainment, and we can entrain certain brain waves. So somebody that has add, we can actually start to boost their beta brainwaves so that they can begin to focus and get things done for people that are depressed, if their alpha is too high, we can start to lower alpha a little bit so that they can have more balanced brain waves and more stable people that are stuck in that kind of runaway gamma, and they’re just so super wound up, we can break them out of that pattern so that they can start to live that normal life and start sleeping again. So that’s how we use brain maps.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow.
Theta chamber uses optical nerve stimulation to relax and improve brain waves
So, talk a little bit about the neural entrainment. I mean, I think some people who don’t know anything about it might think of Frankenstein. They might think, oh, my gosh, are you going? I, like, put screws in my head. what happens? Should I be afraid?
>> Kristy Hall: Yeah. So it’s really cool. It’s very passive. It’s a very passive treatment. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been to a lot of conferences, and in these conferences, they’ll teach meditation, and they’ll say, empty your mind and relax. And I’m like, I want to slap the person that helps me to empty my mind because I have six monkeys living in my brain, and they all have cymbals and tambors, rains, and they’re having a party. There is no way I can quiet my mind. So you don’t. And when you come in here, we’re not going to ask you to quiet your mind. We’re going to use technology to quiet it for you. And we actually do that by using optical nerve stimulation. So you’re wearing goggles with these flashing lights that we can turn down or turn up based on your needs, we’re going to have you listening to music with isochronic tones and binaural beats in there. So, your brain is going to be entrained to that. We’re going to use cranial elective stem units on your earlobes like psychiatrists have used for decades. And in just, a 30 minutes session in theta, we’re going to optimize your brain waves. We’re going to get you into, for almost full 30 minutes. We’re going to get you into theta brainwaves, which allows your brain to heal and develop new neural pathways. As someone who’s in the theta chamber, what you experience is just a deep sense of relaxation. It gets you down to that, brainwave that you experienced just before drifting off to sleep. And so you’re just super relaxed. Your body kind of feels heavy and you lose track of all time for that 30 minutes. And so when you finished, you’re just a more balanced person. We, say it’s like a massage for your brain.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I love that.
>> Kristy Hall: It is. It is just a treat. It’s a real treat. And we actually have a spa day. This is a lot of fun. So you come in and we do, you spend three and a half hours, maybe 4 hours here. and we’re just working on your brain and your nervous system. So fun.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: That sounds, that should we need to normalize that as a spa day, forget the nails. We can save that for a different time. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. We’re talking to Christy hall with renew remedy.com comma livingwellnutrition.com. stay tuned. We’ll be right back with more.

So the text line, where you can send them in is 720-30-3868 Christy, how can people connect to you?
Christy, how could we bring this to kids and other practitioners
I want, like, I know you have a bigger dream with this, as do I, to bringing these real solutions, to people. And I’d like to be able to, you know, my mind goes right away to, like, schools. How could we bring this to kids? How could we bring this to other practitioners? So how can people connect to you? And kind of, what’s your vision for it? Say, if. If somebody is out there listening and theyre a teacher, how would they be able to connect to you?
>> Kristy Hall: wow. You know, I would love to be able to connect with the schools. I have contacted one of the school board members and to talk about things that we can do just in our food service that would reduce anxiety among, our students. And she turned her back and walked away. So it’s not going to work at the school board level, at least not with that person. I would love to connect with teachers. I would love to come and speak, either to parents, to teachers, to food service, ah, staff. There are so many things that we can do, on a nutrition basis to help students, and then there’s things that we can do from a technology standpoint, that neural entrainment. We’ve actually introduced a home unit that people can use because we have clients across this country, and so we are using our home unit to send to them. We prefer that brain map so that we can help dial it in for them, but it’s a unit that they can use at home up to three times a day to help balance their brain waves. We just actually did it with a first responder fireman who has really been struggling, hasn’t been sleeping for quite some time. and his network said, you have to go and do this. And so we gave him one of our at home units. We tested his brainwaves before we gave it to him, and we sent him home with it, told him to use it up to three times a day. He came back, we retested his brainwaves, and we saw improvement in every one of those categories. We saw an upregulation in his beta brainwaves, we saw upregulation in his alpha and his gamma, and he needed it. Ah, his gamma was flat. And so we’re seeing an ability to. For people to do this in the comfort of their own home.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Yes.
>> Kristy Hall: You know, he even took his to the firehouse. He was doing his at work. It’s only 20 or 30 minutes sessions. That’s only, you know, one or two smoke breaks, you can fix your brain. And you know what’s fun about this? Not only does it help people that have maybe some PTSD or anxiety or depression, but for people that just want an edge, they want to be smarter than the competition. This actually improves your performance iq by double digits. So it’s improving your memory, your working memory, and improving your vocabulary.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Wow. I’m coming in. Christy, I’m coming in.
>> Kristy Hall: We want to have you here. We want to experience it with you. We will test your brain waves before and after, too.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I would love that. This is so fascinating. And to think that this isn’t a pill or something that’s going to come with a side effect. I mean, it’s so hard as parents, right, when we get told that there’s issues here. so to have something that doesn’t come with side effects is just. It’s really a godsend. I thank you so much, Christy, for your work and all that you do in this arena. We’re going to get some real change done. I know we are. You’ve been listening to naturally inspired radio.
