>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Well, well, well, that, that was a weekend, wasn’t it? It was a weekend. Welcome back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. It’s Monday. Wow, that was a crazy weekend. of course, I’m talking about the attempted assassination of President Trump. And, I don’t have words for it, really. And, I’m always careful to make sure that if I’m going to speak on something, I want it to add to the conversation and add to it in a meaningful way. You know, I don’t want to just talk to talk like so many people seem to do these days. It is so incredibly noisy online on social media. people were speculating seconds after the incident occurred. So I think it’s really important that, you know, you think about what you want to say. And as I observed through the last couple of days, it became really clear to me that we certainly are struggling with mental health in this country. And I think people are talking about a lot of theories and they’re giving their input on what this might mean. They are offering their psychic abilities about what will happen next, which absolutely nobody knows what will happen next, because you can’t know what will happen next. too many moving parts to the scenario to be able to predict what will happen next. But, one thing is clear to me, and that is that there are a lot of people struggling with their mental health, and that was on full display over the last couple of days.
Joe Gres says more people are questioning government involvement in mass events
So I want to bring a kind of a different angle to this topic today and talk about where we are in terms of our mental health as a nation. What part social media is playing in that, what part history plays in this as well. The manipulation that our government practices upon its citizenry is a big part of it. lots of things, lots of things that go into play here. When we look at a scenario like this on. The good news is that I think if this, you know, an incident like this had happened five, six years ago, I don’t think we would have so many people questioning the government’s part in it. And I think that’s good news. I think that’s really good news. I think that more now than ever, people understand that conspiracy theory, when it comes to the part our government plays in mass events, is more than just, a theory that, like any powerful entity or person for that matter, or corporation, when they have that much power, they got it. They got it through building systems that persuade people for particular outcomes. Whether it’s a corporation that has launched a massive marketing campaign to get people to buy their products, or whether it’s a political figure that has ran a campaign and projected their charisma to get people to follow him or her. that’s really, I mean, that’s really what the tactics that they use to get influence and they conspire with other people to achieve those big outcomes. So after President Kennedy was assassinated, they coined the term conspiracy theory in an effort to gaslight anyone who had questions about the government’s involvement in Kennedy’s death. That’s where the term conspiracy theory came from. It is from that event. It was orchestrated and planted in media, through print, through television, through journalistic opinion columns, what have you. It was planted in our vocabulary and then weaponized against anyone that questioned the official narrative that the government was conveying. And so at this point, I think if you’re not questioning things, you’ve really lost the thread of how the world works. If you’re just, you know, being spoon fed, whatever, CNN, NBC, CB’s, AB, you know, all the, all the mainstream media outlets that I don’t even know how much influence they hold anymore because their viewership has tanked post Covid. Right. A lot of people have lost trust in those agencies, but nonetheless, there’s still a demographic that goes to those agencies and feels like that’s the place to go to get information. but I think that group is dwindling quickly, which is good. But then we kind of have the emergence of this other alternative media that, we have to be careful about too. We should never blindly trust anybody. We should never blindly trust anything. We should be critical thinkers and ask questions. But if we’re going to have knee jerk reactions to everything that happens and be kind of the opposite of the official narrative, that’s being pumped out by mainstream media, then we’re not really any better. We’re not doing a better job, right? So I saw so many people reacting immediately. Like I said, within seconds, people were emerging with opinions and theories and questions and, like they could understand what was going on in that moment. And there was just no way to understand. Like, the dust is still settling today. I’m still seeing new video emerging. I’m still, you know, new information is coming out about the shooter. And, you know, more stories are coming out. And we still don’t know. It’s going to take more time to get all the pieces together so we can really, take an honest look at it and see what happened in regards to this assassination, attempt. And that’s exactly what I think it was. I think it was an assassination attempt. Even though some of your mainstream media tried desperately, desperately to not use the word assassination, right? Popping sounds, popping sounds came from the Trump rally. Bangs, came from the. And I even saw reports at the very, very, very instant that, CNN was reporting. I believe it was CNN, maybe Newsweek. Some of these other publications were stating that Trump had a medical emergency. So it’s all about being first in journalism, in media, it’s about being first, not about being right. Let’s talk more about this and so much more today on naturally inspired, radio. Stay tuned. Are you looking for a simple, powerful way to boost your health and wellness? I do not trust the government. That much I know for sure
Again. Go to naturallyinspiredradio.com m today and subscribe. I want to go back to what we’re talking about here, just briefly, and then I’m going to get to, what we’re going to be talking about today, which I think is super important. but to be clear, here’s my official stance. Okay. I do not trust anyone that works for the government at this point. That much I know for sure. Do I know what took place with President Trump’s assassination? attempt? Not all of it. I’m starting to see. Starting to see little things starting to put together. But are all the pieces clear yet? Nope, they aren’t. But what I know for sure is that I do not trust the government. I do know that there’s sufficient evidence, and I’ve done many years of research on the Kennedy assassination, and I’ve listened to, Robert Kennedy junior describe, his take on the evidence and many other people who have spent decades researching it now. And I do know that our government, in my opinion, the government, was involved in JFK’s assassination. I do know that they have persecuted american citizens for trying to expose truth about the dealings of the government by way of Edward Snowden and Julian Assange. Right. so I have so many more, so many more reasons to question the government and its role in manipulating our political landscape. Too many to list. Right. So my official stance is that I do not trust the government. I do not. And, at this point, that’s all I can say about it.
Understanding each other is how we get through this mess is understanding each other
But I want to walk you through today some things that I think I’ve seen in the social landscape, recently that have helped me understand how things work even better. And, I want to share with you, I’m going to try to do this every show, just kind of share with you something that I see in the social landscape that’s really dead on with how things are working and why people end up thinking and believing what they do. when we can kind of dissect it and understand how people have gotten to their belief system, it brings more understanding. And, all that does is bring more clarity. It gives you more tools in learning how to communicate with other people that don’t necessarily see your point of view. And this is how we get through this mess is understanding each other. Because when we can dissect it, we can see the holes in our own belief system, we can see the holes in other people’s belief system and we can communicate about it because that, in the end, is what we need to do. Right. Most of us want the same outcomes because most of us are good people. We want a safe place for our children to live and thrive. We want our children to be successful. We want our children to be healthy. We want everyone to have the ability to do what they want to do. I mean, that’s what you should want for everybody. If you want that for yourself, you want that for everybody. So we can, I think, you know, largely we can all agree that we want kind of the same things. We just don’t agree on why we don’t have it and how we can get it. So that’s why it’s so important that we understand what we’re dealing with today in the social landscape.
Andrew Tate says it’s difficult to become famous today without being gatekept
I want to share with you, there’s going to be three clips I’m going to break. They’re going to be broken up and, I’m going to talk in between each one of them. But I think this are very important. Now, regardless if this is, this, these clips are coming from Andrew Tate. And, if you like him or not, is irrelevant. What he’s saying here is profound and I think it will make a lot of sense to everyone listening. Take a listen.
>> Andrew Tate: I’m going to explain how the sell your soul process works and then you can apply it to the people you see who are famous to decide whose soul has been sold and who still owns their integrity and sovereignty. So basically, it’s very difficult to become rich and famous in the world today without being gatekeeped. If you’re on a sports team, you’re gatekept by your sports team. If you say something you’re not supposed to say, you’re off the team. If you’re in Hollywood and you say something you’re not supposed to say, you’re not in movies anymore. If you’re on YouTube and you say something you’re not supposed to say, they kick you off of YouTube. So you have these gatekeepers. And these gatekeepers basically offer you fame in return for not having certain opinions on certain subjects or not mentioning certain subjects at all. You’re allowed to be a clown. You’re allowed to scream, you’re allowed to be a child, you’re allowed to get kids interested in garbage. You’re allowed to be an idiot, but you’re not allowed to talk about anything important on these platforms. And if these things are asked of you, you have to have official opinions. If not, you lose your access to these platforms.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay, so this first clip the gatekeeper. And I can tell you from my own experience, right, I’ve put together events, I’ve been exposed to different people who have, you know, some relatively high success that has come with fame. So I have a little bit of experience, not much, you know, but a little bit of experience in this realm. And I can tell you I’m, absolutely 100%. The gatekeeper thing he’s talking about here is absolutely true. Once someone has reached a certain level influence in the public sphere, they all have gatekeepers. And these gatekeepers, they seem. Let me, let me. They seem like they’re, like they almost aren’t working for the good of the influential person. Let me just say it that way. they don’t return calls right away. They not really sure if, they want to commit to things. they’ll push you to the back of the line. you know, you need to be connected to the gatekeeper in some way for them to pay any attention to you whatsoever. They’re very focused on money. They want to know how much, when you can pay. It’s all about money. The gatekeeper is pretty big contrast to the person they represent. Let me just put it that way. so what he’s saying here, I can absolutely validate. I learned many years ago, actually, with one of our other businesses, when I started attending conferences to build our business and networking to build our business, that it is totally pay to play. We see this on the outside, like, oh, these two must be friends. Oh, that’s so cool. You know that these people hang out. No, it’s not that way. The gatekeepers arrange everything, and it is pay to play. So you think these people are friendly? Maybe some of them are in some instances. But for general terms speaking it, money has been exchanged for those two people to come together. Okay, so what he’s saying here is absolutely true. Now let’s queue up the next clip, and further discover how the gatekeeping works. Take a listen.
>> Andrew Tate: Man with influence. I’m not an influencer with a business. Therefore, I can be canceled and I’m still financially free. The average person who needs their YouTube, without their YouTube, nobody gives a about them. When Don Lemon was taken off CNN, nobody gives a about him. If a big youtuber gets cancelled, nobody gives a about them. If you lose your gaming contract with Kik or Twitch, or whoever, nobody gives a about you. You don’t have actual influence. And this has been proven endless times. So it’s very difficult for these people to lose these platforms because now they need to get job, which we all know they’re not going to do. So they sell their soul in return for money. And the only reason they’re famous is because they’re propagated and pushed to the front by these platforms in the first place. Because standalone, they don’t have any genuine pull or influence because they’re not that interesting. So primarily, most people are gatekeeped and they know that if they lose that contract, they’re toast.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay? So at the beginning of the clip, he says, you know, he himself is a businessman with influence, not an influencer with a business. This is key, key component, okay?
Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: When people become famous for doing nothing
So when you’re looking into someone, you know, do you remember when the Kardashians became, you know, so incredibly famous and you, this is, this to me was the turning point when people became famous for doing nothing, right? So, you know, we knew, oh, this person’s famous because they’re a singer, this person’s famous because they’re an actor, this person’s an artist, this person writes books like they had content behind them and that’s why they had a lot of popularity. Well, it changed, and it was right around the invention of sex tapes, I feel like. And the Kardashians, if anyone still thinks that that sex tape was accidental, you don’t understand how the pay to play and the whole thing works. So, when people become famous for doing nothing, and it’s kind of interesting because there’s a lot of people that spend a lot of time on social media, even in the health space, to grow their following online. And that is their business, okay? Their business is growing that following online. They don’t actually do much business offline. So a great question and a great analytical technique is to say, okay, this person has a huge following online. Are they an influencer in virtual, in virtual reality, or are they a business person with influence? Okay? Because the virtual influence, I’m here to tell you, it’s fake. It’s fake. When push comes to shove, shove, they’re not going to be able to lead you anywhere. They’re not going to be able to provide you real solutions. They’re not going to answer your calls, because it’s all about aesthetics, it’s all about growing that influence so they can have a huge following, and then they can get deals to represent certain products and show up different places and get paid to do that. It’s not about real tangible work. They don’t do real tangible work. They live in virtual reality. So great thing to think about here, like, yeah, Trump has a ton of influence. Now, is he an influencer with a business or did he have a business and become influential? This is an interesting way of looking at it. You know, what did Barack Obama do before he was an influencer? I don’t know. Some of these people seem to appear out of nowhere. I mean, the official explanation for Obama was he’s a community organizer. What’s a community organizer? am I a community organizer or I might be because I put on events. Right. but I don’t have millions of followers. No, but I do work in my community. Let’s break this down a little bit more. When we come back, you’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Cuthbert Garcia. Stay tuned. I’m really glad you’re here.

The inflating of who is influential on social media is damaging mental health
Okay, so we’ve been talking about how, you know, this. This whole model is, kind of this virtual model of influence now and how there’s gatekeepers, and it’s just all so fake, you guys. I mean, it’s disturbing how fake it is and how many people take it in hook, line, and sinker, and how many people actually watch social media feeds like Instagram and TikTok and then end up feeling sad because they feel like everybody else in the world is famous and making six figures and their life is just fantastic. And really, all they’re trying to do is grow their influence for power in the marketplace. You can’t, you know, it’s got nothing to do with your worth or what you do or what you’ve even achieved or what you’ve even achieved. I mean, I see people posting themselves, you know, in pictures with, influential, that people who they think are influential. And, I’m not sure what that’s supposed to signal, quite honestly. You know, like, if you see somebody, that you think is influential, I get wanting to meet them and wanting to document it. Like, I got to meet this person. But the way a lot of people, portray those photos online nowadays, it’s like, oh, I’m with my friend blank. And, you know, we know you’re not friends, dude. We know you’re not friends. You know what I’m saying? Like, I just really want to call back to reality and to authenticity. Can we just, Because the inflating of who, you know, what you do, how much money you have, how much clout you have, it’s really hurting us with our mental health. It’s really making a negative impact on our children and on many adults. And I think when we see other people being real and, striving for authenticity, it gives us permission to be ourselves, and we realize that we’re more alike than we are not alike. And that brings more confidence for everybody. And it just, you know, unites community. Like, just be real. Just be real, because nobody’s buying it anyway. Nobody’s buying it anyway. Let’s.
Being an influencer, being controlled, having a gatekeeper gets dark
Let’s queue up the third clip on this Andrew Tate rant that he went on. That makes just so much sense, because it gets a little dark. Being an influencer, being controlled, having a gatekeeper, it gets really, really dark. Take a listen.
>> Andrew Tate: We’re gonna pay you 50, $55 million. You’re gonna be more famous than ever before. You’re gonna get more views than ever before. Plus, we’ll give you this guaranteed amount of money. But to make sure we don’t rock the boat, you have to have official opinions on XYZ or not mention XYZ. And these things are basically the same things you see in the ESG scores. You’re not allowed to talk about Israel. We’re not talking about LGBTQ, not talk about trans. Don’t talk about these certain things because they don’t want to upset anyone. But basically, what they’re trying to do is neuter you. You sell your soul, and you shut up, and you don’t mention certain subjects if you say no to the money, which bothers them a lot because most influencers can’t make money without these platforms. So when you say, I don’t need your money, they’re very, very confused as to why you don’t want 50, $60 million. Once you say no to the money, it becomes a protection racket. So the mafia used to walk into stores and say, people are going to break your windows, but if you pay us, we’ll stop them from breaking your windows. And if you don’t pay the mafia, they then break your windows themselves.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Do you see? It’s really about pay to play, right? And you’re going, these people are going to be controlled.
There is a difference between daily wire and Candace on her own
I mean, I’ve been watching quite a bit of Candace OweNS new, podcast lately because she is out on her own now. And I like Candace Owens. You know, I think she has a lot of good things to say, and I think she’s always had a lot of good things to say. but there is a difference, let me tell you. There is a difference between daily wire, Candace and Candace on her own. I had no idea how informed Candace Owens on her own was. She’s been hitting some fantastic topics lately. It’s almost like, you know, she’s watched some of my podcasts because I can’t. She hit psychology the other day. She had the same observations about Jordan Peterson as I had. you know, she’s really. It feels like she’s free. And I’m not saying that she was being censored on the daily wire. I’m just saying that if you’re working with people that, you know, have a certain set of rules and standards that they live by and they’re paying you, even if you’re. Even if you are, you know, the strongest of minded, you still want to be respectful, right? I mean, I’m not saying that Candace self censored. I’m not. I’m not saying that. I don’t even know if there’s just a contrast. That’s all I’m pointing out. There’s a contrast between daily wire, Candace and Candace on her own. And was she self censoring? I don’t know. Maybe she was just being polite, you know, because she knows who she’s working with. She knows where they stand on specific issues. She knows people like Ben Shapiro or. Ah. Oh, that’s a conspiracy theorist. Ben Shapiro’s a hall monitor. Like, he drives me insane. Right? Ben Shapiro has gotten pats on his back his entire life for being a genius. Guess where the pats on the back have been coming from. Guess where they’ve been coming from. The establishment. Academia, right? If your whole life, academia is telling you how great you are, how smart you are, you’re going to skip grades, you’re this, you’re that. it’s going to be a little hard for you to pull away from the establishment. That’s why Ben Shapiro took the vaccine. That’s why Ben Shapiro constantly reminds us that his wife’s a doctor, okay? Because Ben Shapiro wins in the normal establishment paradigm. He gets a lot of cookies, a lot of treats, a lot of pats on the back, right, for doing well in that paradigm. Now, those of us that were just like the establishment could take us or leave us because we were kind of mouthy, maybe, and pushed back. We don’t care about accolades from the establishment because we know who they are. Let’s talk more when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. Stay tuned.

Andrew Tate says algorithms are pushing out certain people on social media
Okay. so I was talking about Candace Owens and just the contrast in her old, you know, her podcast with Daily Wire and now her new individual podcast where she’s out on her own. And just the contrast of that. We were talking about, in the Andrew Tate clip, he talks about the dark side, right, of this. So, you know, the algorithms are pushing out all of these people that they want to push out. They’re picked to be pushed out. It’s no longer the Internet of the 2010s or even before then, when you could organically put up a video on YouTube and go viral, or you could do a video and anyone. It’s not like that anymore. These algorithms are so controlled. We’ve now learned through the Twitter files that our government even has the ability to make requests about who’s posting what and manipulate who’s posting what on social media. So you have to take a long, hard look at, who’s being pushed out front and why. Because I’ll tell you, we put our content everywhere and have been doing that for almost five years now. And, we’ve barely grown online. Barely. You know, we have. I have, like 1200 followers on Twitter, right? Some of these other people who show up on bigger podcast platforms and stuff, you know, they come out of nowhere, so it seems like. And they get hundreds of thousands of followers immediately. Someone’s not right here, you know? And I’m not saying that, you know, maybe my content’s not interesting. I don’t know. It could be that. I don’t know. But I’m suspicious when I can’t really trace where these people come from. And then all of a sudden, they just blow up. And to hear someone like Andrew Tate describe it like this, this makes sense. Alex Jones has described it this way, too. I probably heard it first from Alex Jones. I hear most things first from Alex Jones. And then I go and vet. And I go, was that right? Is it somewhere else? Like, where can I find this information? but this seems definitely dead on to me. It’s been my experience over the last five years, it has been my experience. So, use discernment because I want to transition to the next story.
A government video talks about propaganda and psychological warfare in war
and that is about being propagandized and what impact that is having on our mental health. Okay, I want to play this clip for you. First off. this is the one I believe about the government, Jason? I believe so. Okay, so this is like a government video, talking about propaganda and psychological warfare and how it is used in war. Take a listen. As its target, not the body, but the mind of the enemy.
>> Speaker F: Psychological warfare in its most successful form is the inability of those being targeted to defend themselves against the effects of psychological manipulation during war. Psychological warfare aims at the insecurities and desires of its targets and uses these as a means of achieving objectives.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: For psychological warfare and its media of expression are dynamic, always learning sure ways of breaking the spirit of the enemy in the front line. Siwar works against the enemy’s morale to.
>> Speaker G: Make him suspicious of his officers.
>> Speaker F: Throughout history, philosophers and military theorists have written about the physical aspects of war in great detail. Many of these philosophers have also been concerned with the political, economic, and psychological components of war. Chinese military general and philosopher sun tzu spoke of the five fundamentals to the art of war.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Okay, so this is a lot to unpack, really. where to start here.
Tammy Khepra Garcia believes we are at war over Ebola
So, first of all, I believe, and I’ve said this for four years, that we actually are at war. It’s undeclared war, right? Nobody has pounded the gavel and said, we’re at war. And so everyone’s walking around thinking we’re not at war, like we’re totally fine. Right? let’s just take a look at the situation that we have been through, right? So virus escapes from a lab in Wuhan. Right. The story in the beginning was that it escaped from a wet market. Then we reveal, through freedom of information, Rand Paul exposes that. it didn’t come from there. It came from the lab. Right. They tried to cover it up. If we go back, we can see that event 201 actually war gamed a pandemic with all of the scenarios that we experienced, okay, prior to the release of the virus. Then you start putting together the pieces of Fauci sitting at the Milken Institute a year or so before talking about how we can reduce, remake vaccines and get the public to accept them with this technology, right? And you start digging back and you can find patents that go back years on coronavirus, on coronavirus testing on the technology for mRNA. Okay, then, you know, you think about all the psychological components, of the, of the plandemic, the masking completely unnecessary. That is a measure of war on a group of people, to lie to them and make them cover their faces, to pump fear into a citizenry day in and day out in the form of media, to pump propaganda over the loudspeakers in their grocery stores, to get them to act in a specific way. This doesn’t even begin to cover the bridges that have been burned down, the processing plants, the war on our food, the fertilizer that was derailed the fires on and on. Let’s talk about that when we come back. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio. I’m Tammy Khepra Garcia. Stay tuned. You’re not gonna want to miss it.

I answer questions. I connect you with practitioners and professionals in my network to get you the right help with the right health solutions. So text me at 720-30-3868 okay, so let’s go back and talk about, this idea of, you know, psychological warfare. let’s just briefly talk about Trump. Okay? Because here’s the thing about Trump. there are so many people that have an incredible level of hate in their heart for Trump, to the point where they can’t think clearly when his name comes up and I just want to tell you, those people, you do not have to have that level of hate in your heart for someone you have never met and never sought to understand. Even you have been propagandized. But I’m not saying that, you know, with a bias. I don’t agree with Trump on everything. I’m disappointed in Trump’s reaction to the vaccine. I’m disappointed in a lot of things that Trump has done. but I don’t hate Biden either. I don’t hate Biden because I don’t know Biden. He doesn’t live rent free in my head. I have no hate in my heart for him. Now, I am, concerned about the agenda behind Biden. I’m concerned for our country. I have passion to save freedom in our country to protect. I have a lot of passion to protect my children right now, because that agenda that he is the face of, I feel deep resistance to. I don’t think it’s the right way for us or our children to move forward. But there’s no hate there for him. I don’t know much about the guy because I’ve not really had the interest to learn about him because I just know he’s the face of that agenda, and I just don’t care to pursue it. Where I do spend my time is here, right here in the station here, writing about health, because I want that positive message to get out. So the fact that so many people have Trump living in their head rent free, so they say, you know, with this level of anger and hate in their heart is super unhealthy. Teetering on mental illness. Teetering on mental illness. And it’s not your fault. It is not your fault because you have been propagandized to 24 hours a day on news channels. News channels that you grew up knowing or, thinking that you could trust, that your parents watched, that everybody thought was totally fine news, right? It’s not your fault. You were conditioned to believe these outlets. But let me tell you, they got you. They got you, and it’s time to break free. I don’t care who you like, who you want to support politically, I don’t care. I care that you have this level of hate in your heart, that this level of propaganda is leading you down the path to a mental break. Let’s play the clip. Jason. I’m not going to say the guy’s name when we come back. I have a clip for you that demonstrates this level of hate. Stay tuned. We’re going into the second hour. Naturally inspired radio has a new sponsor, Awaken IV
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: I am so excited to announce that, naturally inspired radio has a new sponsor. Awaken IV has joined us and we’re so excited to have them on board. IV therapy is an IV drip, right? It’s a method of delivering fluids, medication, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream through a small tube inserted into a vein in your arm. You can call or text 303-409-3690 that’s 303-409-3690 or go to awakeniv, uh.com. schedule your appointment. Their team of dedicated healthcare professionals will travel to your location. That’s the cool thing about this. This is mobile, so they come to you. I have used IV treatment before. I use it, pre race. So for marathons, for half marathons, it has been kind of my routine to go get an iv before I board a plane because I like to run halfs and fulls in other destinations. That’s kind of part of my thing. I just like to go do races somewhere else. And I’m always a little bit concerned when I get on the plane because I’m like, I don’t want to catch anything and wake up nothing, feeling well the next day because you know how planes can be. So that’s been my method is to just get an iv before I go. And it seems to work like a charm. So it can help with dehydration, it helps with migraines, hangovers, fatigue. Not that I promote hangovers, but fatigue, low immunity or nutrient deficiencies. IV can provide effective relief. They also have nad and ozone therapy, which we’ve talked a lot about ozone therapy, and I’m fascinated by it, especially, you know, when it comes to getting over these bio weapons. I have heard a lot of really good information about ozone therapy and in direct correlation with that. So when you use promo code naturallyinspired, you get $25 off your first treatment. So use promo code naturallyinspired and get $25 off your first treatment. It is, ah, awakeniv. That’s where you want to go awakeniv.com. and we’re so grateful to awaken iv and so happy to have them on board in the naturally inspired community. Another real solution for health that we are bringing you.
You’re disappointed that the shooter missed Donald Trump, but you think he was justified
Okay, let’s get back into the psychological propagandized mental health crisis. I want to queue up this clip. I’m not going to say the man’s name because I think, you know, it’s terrible that he said this publicly. and so I just want you to take a listen to the level of hate in people’s hearts. Hurts due to propaganda.
>> Speaker F: What was your thoughts about the assassination attempts?
>> Speaker E: They missed. They missed. He should have died. He’s not good for this country, and he never will be. He’s the worst person that could be ever in politics. He’s not even a politician.
>> Speaker F: You’re disappointed that the shooter missed Donald Trump?
>> Speaker E: No. no. Well, nothing. He should have died. She doesn’t like him as much as I do, but she’s a little more sympathetic to people dying.
>> Speaker F: I think that the shooter was justified.
>> Speaker E: He did what he wanted to do.
>> Speaker F: Do you think it was justified? Like, do you think. Do you think he sighs?
>> Speaker E: I’m sure it was. But you know what? Since he missed, I can guarantee there’s gonna be a hundred people that are gonna try to not miss.
>> Andrew Tate: Would you support that?
>> Speaker E: Yeah. He doesn’t need to live. He doesn’t need to be a president. So hold on 100%. Why.
>> Tammy Cuthbert Garcia: Why so much hate now? that’s a pretty deep level of hate. You know, you are calling for the death of someone you’ve never met. you really, I mean, you really have no perspective on his life, would be my guess. you know, because you’re only seeing what is being shown in the public eye, and we have to remember that about people, right? They aren’t, they aren’t their highlight real. And they certainly aren’t the highlight reel of the state news, right? Because it’s government funded news at this point, right? Corporate, corporate funded news. And corporations are working together with government at this point to push mandates to work together for a specific agenda through ESG. I mean, it’s fascism. So, this man’s been heavily propagandized. And I’m not trying to be mean here, but, the man’s got a good sized belly on him. and so I would assume, and he says later in the clip that he needs to get to his cold beer. This is a man on the street type of interview. You can hear him say, listen, I got to get to my cold beer. And, I’m assuming by his state and the fact, you know, that he is so sure about his opinion of Trump that he probably watches a lot of tv, he’s probably getting his main source of information from tv. And when I come up against someone who likes to challenge me on my opinions and they want to discuss an issue, my first question to them is, where do you get your worldview from? This is such a helpful question. Where do you get your worldview from? Because I can tell you a list of doctors that I have vetted and, have read their sourced research. that’s where I got my view from on Covid, I can tell you that I follow a bunch of journalists, journalists who have been journalists for many years, probably a lot. Their names haven’t even been heard of, but they’ve written books. They’ve dedicated at length time to get down to the bottom of things. I can give you those people’s names. They have helped shaped my worldview. And I can tell you what podcasts I tune into. I can tell you, different writers that I hear speak about certain topics on podcasts, they’ve helped shape, shape my worldview. I can introduce you to my husband, who has definitely shaped my worldview, and he can tell you where he got his worldview from. So I can tell you exactly how I get my worldview. I would suspect if you ask this man where he gets his worldview from, he wouldn’t want to tell you, or he would tell you the names of tv stations and news outlets from tv. And that’s a problem. And that’s a problem because the media has built this demon in Trump, and, it’s very, very unhealthy. You should not have this level of hate in your heart for someone you have never met. And I don’t know. I grew up in Canada and British Columbia on Vancouver Island. I lived in between a indian reservation and a naval base, you know, and, my parents were both blue collar workers, if that’s, you know, the term you use. we were living paycheck to paycheck, absolutely. so my worldview, you know, growing up, it’s very difficult for me to imagine how Trump grew up in New York City, right? Developing. His dad was a real estate icon. Like, it’s very hard for me to think that I would know how he accumulated the level of knowledge that he has, or Biden, for that matter. I have no idea where his worldview comes from and why he thinks and acts the way he does. It’s very difficult for me to put myself in those positions because our lives are so incredibly different. So seek to understand people, to really. Oh, okay. I get why they think that way because that will take down your level of anger towards them. If you just step away from the media for 1 minute and think critically. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

This level of hate that people are carrying around with them, uh, it’s
Okay, let’s get back to what I was saying about Trump. this level of hate that people are carrying around with them, it’s not rational. It’s not rational. And so you have to ask yourself, where has this been? Where does this come from? Where has it come from? How has it been nurtured? There is power in being able to say one word to inflict emotion over you. Now, they did that with Hitler, right? Hitler was, if someone says Hitler, or refers to Hitler, it evokes emotion, rightfully, right? It evokes emotion. that’s what they were aiming to do with Trump. They wanted to evoke emotion immediately with one word. And I’m just here saying to you, ah, don’t let them do that to you. You’re giving over your control to people that can manipulate whatever your, whatever they want you to do with one word. And that’s a perfect example of it right there. with that mandeh, you know, calling for his death. he’s not good for the country. Like, these are, these are gaslighting statements, really. What are they backed on? You know, because if you want to go back to facts, really, the country was a whole lot better when Trump was in office. Businesses were booming, that businesses were popping up everywhere. I didn’t hear anybody, talking about the price of gas, and how it was difficult to fill their tanks. You know, I’m not doing a Trump commercial here, but I’m saying, you know, factually, let’s just really break it down to facts. Doesn’t mean you have to vote for Trump. Doesn’t mean you have to. I’m not saying that. I’m just saying, like, you don’t have to have this level of hate. You don’t have to succumb to this level of hate for someone that you don’t even know. There is purpose behind building up that much hate. let’s talk about Sigmund Freud.
I feel like psychology is going to come undone finally
Okay? This is such an interesting topic, because psychology, I feel like psychology is going to come undone finally. Finally. there’s been a lot of, interest, I guess, in, like, pop psychology and psychology in general, because we have a culture now that, seems to want to identify with diagnosis, and then, you know, start these accounts on social media that are all about their diagnosis. It becomes their identity. Right? I’ve talked about this many times. and here’s the thing. The whole foundation of psychology is a lie. It is a lie. It is a lie. and it’s coming undone. And that brings me a lot of pleasure to see that, because you are not broken. You are not broken, your brain is not broken. you don’t have to suffer. You don’t need to be a diagnosis as your identity. None of that stuff needs to happen. And as some of this stuff becomes unraveled, as more and more people talk about it, you’re going to find it’s really interesting revelations. Sigmund Freud, he was a homosexual man with a best friend who actually was a perverse pedophile. And, Sigmund Freud’s work was largely based on trying to prove that, victims of sexual abuse weren’t actually having memories of sexual abuse, but having memories or fantasies, rather fantasies of being molested. This is what a lot of his work was based on. This is factual. in 1984, the New York Times printed an article, you can find it in their archives, about a doctor, Geoffrey Maison. And he was a scholar, a scholar that actually was, ah, pro Freud. He loved Freud at first, and he thought, I’m going to dive into this and understand his mythology, about psychology. And he wanted to write something about him. So he started. It’s important to recognize that he started out as a fan of Freud. But as he dug into Freud’s work, he started to understand that, his theories were actually quite disgusting and quite perverse. And that’s really alarming, considering that Freud is known as one of the godfathers of psychology today, and that so much of psychological practice today is based off of Freud’s theories. And this man, Jeffrey, Maison came out and was trying to say, hey, guys, like, he translated all the stuff, out of German and, you know, so he could really understand it. And he was like, wait a minute. There is some really gross, like, disgusting, perverse stuff in here, and this isn’t okay. And, of course they shut him down. They shut him down, because the establishment doesn’t like to backtrack, right? They don’t like to say, oh, we’ve put this person up on a pedestal. he’s the standard, he’s the best practices standard. And oops, we got that wrong. Nope, they don’t like to do it because the whole thing starts to build under that premise. Once the science has been decided upon, then all further science kind of starts off from that landing page, if you will, that landing base. And so, according to that theory, that the sexual abuse of children by adults was a primary cause of neurosis, Doctor Masson charges that Freud and other psychoanalysts who followed him in abandoning the theory in favor of the belief that these traumas recalled in adulthood were, in fact, fantasies, forced anhejdehe air of unreality on their patients. So he convinced patients that, no, you did not have this molestation experience. You actually are having fantasies, sexual fantasies, that children were coming to him for help and he was telling them, no, no, you haven’t been molested. These are fantasies in your psyche, right? And you don’t quite understand your psyche. You’re not really equipped to understand your own thoughts. Let me help you interpret them. Does that sound familiar? This is what we’ve been being told about racism and bigotry and, homophobia and all of this stuff. You don’t understand your own thoughts. There’s a spectrum of racism, right? There’s a spectrum, and you just don’t understand that you’re a racist. You don’t understand it. I am the expert, and so I can guide you and tell you what you think. And to me, after reading these articles about Sigmund Freud, that’s exactly what he was doing. He had a best friend that was a pedophile. In fact, if you look through, if you even get online and look up what we attribute, who we attribute to the being like, the godfathers of psychology, you’ll be so disgusted because most of them are complete and utter whack jobs. They’re like totally weird practices of life. You know, they’re. They’ve been accused of pedophilia. they’re. They’re. They have strange relationships with people. They do weird stuff. And these are all the godfathers of psychology and theory of psychology. And then what happens? Well, this all gets put into a nice little package for academia, and it gets turned into, you know, curriculum so that they can train many, many doctors in the same theories. It’s time to unravel these lies, and it’s time to come back to our own capabilities and understand that we are perfectly equipped. We are perfectly equipped. And, we have to be critical thinkers and really question all of this stuff from the past, because you’re not learning about the truth about Sigmund Freud and many other psychologists in school. You’re not learning about this stuff. You’re not learning about the rise of allopathic medicine in school, you are being taught that homeopathy was dangerous, it was snake oil. When in fact, it’s the opposite. The petrochemicals started out as snake oil. It was the stuff that was synthetically being concocted and sold as remedies. That was the original snake oil. They took what was naturally occurring and they changed it into something synthetic that they could patent and sell to you. And then they demonized all of God’s properties, all the herbs and the vitamins and the food, the water, all that stuff that you need to live and survive and thrive. They’ve now demonized it. They were demonizing it way back then. Now it’s just on a whole new level with climate change. They’re demonizing animal animals, animal protein. Oh, now that’s bad for you. Like, there’s. This pattern has been going on for so long, and if you really just peel back the layers of history where these things started from, you’ll start to see, and put together the pieces that, oh, this was actually a giant manipulation for profit and power over the masses. And it continues today in psychology. In the future, mark my words, we’re going to learn that mental illness is coming from metabolic health. It’s coming from, you know, the outrageous. The outrageous corruption of natural food and each individual’s inability to process food properly. To get the mineral intake they need, to get the nutrient, intake that they need. Ah. And to keep toxicity out. Some people are. Everyone is affected differently by toxins. And it’s not just chemicals in the water, pharmaceuticals in the water, what they’re spraying in the air. It’s EMF toxicity as well.

There are so many factors to consider, but I’ll tell you the one that doesn’t need any more consideration, and that’s the one that your brain is broken, that you have a chemical imbalance, that you need a pill to solve your problems, that you need multiple pills to solve your problems. That you need a professional, an expert to tell you to take these pills every day. And this is the only way you can exist. And you have no hope. And this is your diagnosis. Exercise beats out Sr SSRI’s for depression treatment, study finds
They buried a story, a recent story. So, as we’re talking about mental health today, I thought this was definitely applicable. So, back in February, they came out with a story that is, you know, it point. I mean, this is. This is old news to me, but I’m great. I’m grateful that they’re still doing studies like this. Exercise beats out Sr SSRI’s for depression treatment. Exercise does. So exercise is more effective on depression than SSRI’s, so. Than medication. Okay. But not only that. So they have all the different kinds of exercise that were part of the study. Walking, jogging, cognitive, behavioral therapy, yoga, aerobic exercise, strength training, relaxation, tai chi, cycling, all these different things. And then they. They have, you know, just. Just people on sr sr Ssri’s. I got tongue twister problems today, apparently. But anyway, they compared the two, and it was very clear that exercise is more beneficial than ssri’s. But what they. What they left off is that the number one most effective form of exercise against depression is dance. It’s not running, you know, it’s not cycling. it’s dance. Dancing is the antidote to depression. And I just thought that that is really pretty beautiful. I mean, I have a dancer in my household. My daughter’s a dancer, so I sent that to her immediately. I, just find it really interesting because I think it’s probably got a lot to do with your link to music. Right. We have gray matter in our brains, and, that’s the stuff that connects us to our memories, to, our emotions. And, that’s the human component of the brain. And I’m certain that that is why dance is the number one antidote to depression, is because you’re losing yourself in those memories that are tied to the music and the feeling and emotion that the music brings upon you. When someone expresses art, when someone sings or, you know, you hear someone perform, and the hair on the back of your neck stands up, that’s your humanness connecting to their humanness. And, they’re never going to be able to replace that. So they may try to make human 2.0, and they may try to inject the human out of us, but those are the. That’s what we will be missing when they try to do that. And a large part of them, I think the people who support, like, a transhuman agenda, I don’t think they enjoy much of that. I don’t think they’re open enough to enjoy that part of being human, to give yourself over to creativity and just let it flow over you and feel the other person’s humanness in their story through music. They just don’t have it in them to do that because they would never give it up, and they would fight for it tooth and nail if they, truly understood it. But my guess is they don’t. So dance. Dance more. Have a dance party in your house whenever you get the opportunity. Dance.
Patsy says gaslighting comes from a play and a movie
All right, I want to talk about gaslighting as our health topic today. This, term has come to be, you know, thrown around quite a bit. And I’m not sure that everybody, knows what it is, first of all. But also, you know, how to deal with it once you understand what it is. Gaslighting, the term actually comes from a play and a movie. the original was in 1938. It was called Angel street, and it was a play. that, also, it looks like it also got called Gaslight in the film. So it was Angel street in a play. Gaslight. It was the film. And what it is, it’s about a married couple. And the man is a hostile, controlling individual, abusive. And his wife, Bella, is the unsuspecting victim. And she and Jack sets up Bella to believe she was losing her mind. And he does this by moving things around the house, by turning. Turning down the light. And when she observes these things, like, where did that piece of art go? He just gaslights her and tells her, what are you talking about? There was never a piece of art there. And it comes from the light, the gas light in the movie, where he keeps turning it down. And she’s like, it’s so dark in here. And he’s telling, I don’t know what you’re talking about. Right. So what it is, is, it’s someone who just denies. Denies what you’re saying, is happening. So gaslighters don’t publicly advertise what they do. They hide. Right? What are you talking about? They deny and they look beyond, what’s happening. And they just try to make you think that you don’t know, you don’t know what’s happening. And they’ll, they’ll. Here’s a few ways to detect it, okay? So they’ll blame you for things you didn’t do or magnify small mistakes into calamities. Okay? So I want you to like, think about this. Because this gaslighting doesn’t happen just on an individual basis. It happens in the collective as well. Right? So you think about that. it’s your fault. It’s your fault that people are getting sick and dying because you didn’t take the vaccine. That’s an example of gaslighting. Because there is absolutely no evidence to prove that the unvaccinated caused the spread of COVID Absolutely no evidence. The injection did not stop transmission. Right? So those are the types of things that were parroted through the media and perpetuated gaslighting and making people question like, oh my gosh, is that true? They also twist your words to confuse you. So they’ll take something you said, but they’ll change the meaning of what you said. So they’ll try to make you think, they’ll use your very own words to try to make you think, you know, that you were saying something different than you actually were saying. That’s a sign of a gaslighter. They’ll take advantage or create opportunities to belittle you, to make you feel less than. They humiliate you in front of others. They encourage you to take. Take the blame all the time. And they gloat when you appear beaten down or deflated. Act like a martyr for putting up with you. They try to control your interactions with others or isolate you. These are all signs of a gas lighter. When we come back, I’ll tell you what you can do about it. Stay tuned. You’re listening to naturally inspired radio.

Today we’re talking about gaslighting. Um, this is an important part, uh, to protect mental health
Today we’re, talking about gaslighting. this is an important part, to protect your mental health in today’s world, because it seems to be a go to, a go to trick, that people use to get their way and to manipulate you into, doing stuff that you don’t want to do or being part, of something that you don’t want to be part of. That’s the ultimate goal, right? Is for a gaslighter, is to get you to go along with what they want you to do and, be part of their, of their manipulation. so lots of things that you can do, but first and first, foremost, really, you know, if you’re having trouble with a gas lighter in your life and you’re dealing, you know, with the fallout of, the government gaslighting as well, because you can see how many, as we went through some of these things, these hallmarks of gaslighting, you can see how much of it that the government was doing on the US through Covid, through many things. I mean, just the whole thing we talked about with Trump, a lot of that stuff, that narrative that they were pumping out each and every day, was gaslighting. Like, you don’t know. The economy wasn’t better. You just don’t, you know, you don’t know. Well, I’m sorry I was living back then. Like, I’m sorry I was running a business back then. I was putting gas in my car, and I was buying gross. And it sure seemed better to me. But they will gaslight you and tell you that it wasn’t that. Here’s the statistics. Look at, I printed out this. I printed out this statist statistics right here in a pie chart. And as you can see, you, were not experiencing a better economy. This is what happens, and people believe it, you know, and it’s time to pull away from that paradigm. Results matter. Results matter. You have to come back to what is real. We all do, because we are venturing off into virtual land all the time with these phones in our pockets, on social media, on these platforms, we’ve. We’ve, we’ve blurred the line between what’s real and what’s virtual. So, like, imagine if we just said, okay, let’s take a year and let’s just stick to everything that’s real that we can prove that’s right in front of our face. How would that change how we feel about each other today? I think it would have a dramatic impact on us as a country if we just focused on what is real and we assumed, you know, what, a lot of that stuff is. We don’t know if it’s true. It might be true. It might not be true. But unless I can totally prove it and I know it is a fact, I’m not going to let it live in my heart hurt. So some of being able to be gaslit is harnessing your confidence back. Stop questioning yourself when you know it’s true. It’s in front of your eyes. That would be a big step towards getting gaslighting out, right? Stop blaming yourself. One thing a gaslighter will tell you, too, is that maybe you should have known better. You know, it’s your fault. You should have known better, or you don’t know. They have this tendency to tell you that everything’s on a spectrum or a sliding scale. And, you know, this is just, like, a little bit racist. And this is, like, this is a lot racist. Trump’s a lot racist. You’re, like, a little bit racist. You just don’t know that there’s a sliding scale here that’s gaslighting. Come back and reclaim your confidence. If you don’t know something, just say, I don’t know. But that doesn’t mean I need to take your word for it. I got to do more of my own investigation on that. Let me look into my past experiences. Let me look into some of these tried and true sources that I know I can trust, and I’ll get back to you. Don’t allow yourself. Reclaim your confidence. Reclaim your confidence. Gaslighting is a dark and antisocial act. People with dark personalities, low honesty, low humility, and low agreeableness practice gaslighting. So you should be seeking out qualities of honesty and humility in other people. Those are the people right you don’t need, they don’t need to be hostile with you. If you don’t agree with them, they can accept. Okay. I wonder why you think that someone should, you know, why do you think that? Tell me why you think that so I can understand better why you think that. And then I can gather my own thoughts on that and tell you why I think what I think. I mean, if you look, if you think back to that video we, or that, the clip we just played with the man talking about Trump, there was no fact there whatsoever. He’s making blanket statements that he’s parroting off from the news. He’s not good. He’s the worst person, 100%. He should, he shouldn’t, he shouldn’t be permitted to live. Right. 100% agree that more people should try to assassinate him. Based on what? Based on the news, based on the media agenda that was pumped out. And I do have empathy for some of these people that are completely taken over with the propaganda. They, at this point, it’s going to take, therapy, it’s going to take someone who has patience to sit down with them and peel away and define gaslighting for them so that they can walk it back and understand how propagandized they have been. Want was just talking about results and how important it is that we get back to a results based society. I don’t know how we got so far off the dang path, you know, I really don’t. it’s a number of events that took place that now we’re just kind of floating in this weird area where truth doesn’t seem to matter and we can manufacture anything to be what we want it to be, even though it backfires horribly, you know.
Meredith Miller is a trauma expert who helps people overcome barriers
so I wanted to just kind of revisit from our show on Friday. We had Meredith Miller on, and, we were talking about trauma. She is a trauma expert. If you missed that show, go back and listen to it. It’s awesome. She is awesome. helping so many people get past barriers that they have in life because of trauma. Trauma, physical barriers. You know, I always say, you know, the body keeps score. These traumas can. Can be, associated with a lot of the physical signals that we experience. You gotta go down that pathway. You gotta go down. You gotta explore it. Especially if you’ve been, you know, pursuing something for a long time and you can’t get results with a physical ailment, it’s time to start looking at the emotional aspect of it. It’s time to start looking at your trauma and where you’re storing it.
Kathy O’Brien talks about how to heal from trauma
and she is a professional at that, but, she had mentioned generational trauma, and, I just kind of wanted to visit on that a little bit for our inspired moment and how to heal from trauma. So, three things to consider. First of all, like I just said, recognize it. If you’ve been living on this planet, you’ve experienced trauma. And certainly if you’ve been living in the last four and a half years, you definitely have experienced trauma. We just had another Trump traumatic event with the attempted assassination of our former president and presidential candidate. That’s a trauma. Whether you hate Trump or you love Trump, that’s a trauma. The fact that someone in that position can be shot at in public is traumatic. It makes us all feel a little less safe. So we have to recognize that we have trauma, that we’ve lived through trauma on the collective and individually. Second, we want to build resilience. And how do we do that? We integrate. Right. This is why, Meredith talks about inner integration, because you never forget or get rid of some of these traumatic experiences, but you can integrate them into you, you and who you are. And once you’ve integrated them, you no longer have to feel negatively about them. So the physical ailments that you’ve been expressing, the signals in your body, you’ll find they disappear, they go away, because you’ve accepted the trauma and you’ve worked through it, you’ve told someone about it, you’ve talked about it, you have tried to understand it and its impact on you. It becomes less of a burden when you do that. And that builds resilience for future traumas, because the confidence has built up. I can get through that, I’ll tell you. Kathy O’Brien, speaker at the naturally inspired health summit. Her, story alone will help you build resilience when it comes to trauma. Because if you can listen to her and understand what she has been through and that she’s still out there shining her light, it will give you the inspiration to know that you too can integrate your trauma and move forward and use it for a positive force and then restore. Take time. Take time to restore yourself, right? Share it with someone else. Do something good that fills your bucket. Thanks so much for joining us today.
